Abstract

Impulse buying is a phenomenon that can occur in all generations but more done by the generation that undergoes a change that is the age of adolescents who step on the early adulthood of the Y generation who actually do not have the financial ability to meet their needs. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy on the impulsive buying behavior of online products in Y generation. This research is a descriptive research type, with a quantitative approach. The population of 733 students. The sampling technique used in this research is nonprobability sampling by using purposive sampling type with sample of 142 students. The subject of this research is the students of university. Data collection technique using questionnaire. Data were analyzed using linear regression analysis. The result of data analysis shows that there is influence of financial literacy on impulse buying behavior of online product in Y generation. It means the higher the student's financial literacy, the lower the impulse buying behavior. Conversely, the lower the student's financial literacy, the higher the impulse buying behavior. Data were analyzed using linear regression analysis. The result of data analysis shows that financial literacy has negative effect, but significant to impulsive buying behavior of online product in Y generation. It means The higher student's financial literacy, the lower impulse buying behavior. Conversely, the lower student's financial literacy, the higher impulse buying behavior.

Abstract

Welfare is one of the most important aspects of maintaining and fostering social and economic stability because it is necessary to minimize social jealousy in society. This study aims to analyze the effect of economic consumption on the welfare of the society in Sampang district. This research uses quantitative approach. This research conducted in Sampang District by using time series data and this research is analyzed by using linear regression technique. According to the result of research indicate that consumption has significant positive effect on the welfare of the society in Sampang district. Based on the results of research that has been conducted, consumption significantly influences the welfare of the society in Sampang district.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan maraknya perdagangan melalui internet atau biasa disebut dengan perdagangan elektronik (E-commerce). Dari sudut pandang pebisnis hal ini menjadi peluang mereka untuk meningkatkan usahanya dengan membuat online shop yang dimasukkan dalam beberapa marketplace. Electronic Word of Mouth (e-wom) meliputi testimoni dari sesoerang yang pernah membeli, kemudia juga adanya tokoh yang digemari menggunakan produk tersebut yatu Celebrity endorse serta gaya hidup generasi millenial. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengaungkap bagaimana pengaruhnya beberapa aspek tersebut dalam minat beli. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggambarkan regresi linier berganda. Metode penelitian sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan pertimbangan bahwa semua populasi tidak dapat dijadikan sebuah sampel. Sampel yang diperoleh adalah 200 mahasiswa. Berdasarkan analisis data, dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan E-WOM terhadap minat beli produk online shop, terdapat pengaruh signifikan celebrity endorse terhadap minat beli produk online, terdapat pengaruh signifikan gaya hidup terhadap minat beli produk online shop, terdapat pengaruh E-WOM, Celebrity Endorse dan gaya hidup secara simultan terhadap minat beli produk online shop.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh operasional pelayanan terhadap pendaftaran pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo, Mojokerto. Mendapatkan layanan kesehatan adalah salah satu hak dasar penduduk Indonesia, selain layanan pendidikan, hukum perlindungan, layanan kesehatan yang mudah juga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan tingkat kesehatan masyarakat. RSU dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Kota Mojokerto adalah salah satu layanan pemerintah yang menyediakan layanan dalam kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan kesehatan kualitas layanan terhadap pendaftaran pasien di RSU dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Kota Mojokerto. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas layanan terhadap pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan di RSU dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Kota Mojokerto, lima dimensi kualitas yang digunakan, yang nyata, keandalan, proses responsif, kepastian, dan empati. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dan merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian adalah RSU dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Kota Mojokerto. Staf pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan digunakan sebagai informan sesuai dengan deskripsi pekerjaan di RSU dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Kota Mojokerto. Data sedang dikumpulkan dengan mengamati, wawancara mendalam, dan juga dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan reduksi data, tinjauan data, dan kesimpulan. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan pelayanan kesehatan di RSU dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Kota Mojokerto terhadap pelanggan yang mengalami layanan yang diberikan telah mampu memberikan kepuasan

Abstract

the Marketing Strategy in the Macho Business in Mojokerto City. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research methods by conducting interviews with the owner. The type of data used is primary data with data collection techniques with documentation, interviews, and observations. The results of the marketing strategy analysis show an increase in total sales from year to year and are used as a reference for the effectiveness of marketing strategies in competition between boba beverage companies. and by doing a marketing strategy for contemporary boba drinks, what you have to do is to build good and intense communication with potential buyers, consumers, or customers. With good interaction, it will certainly increase engagement and can keep consumers from choosing to buy boba beverage products and the number of Boba beverage brands in Indonesia has been eaten by fierce competition between brands. In response to the competition, they also formulated a marketing strategy to highlight their branding. Their common strategy is to use social media and innovate their boba drinks.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the analysis of customer satisfaction at AHASS Daya Motor in 2020-2021. The data collection technique used is the documentation technique. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis technique. The result of this marketing strategy research are based on four main elements, namely product, price, place, promotion which are determined to be successful. The theory of customer behavior consists of four theories, namely microeconomic theory, psychological theory, sociological theory, and anthropological theory. The factors influencing service quality consist of tangible, reability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy. Benefits provided to customers by trying to understand consumers desires. So that each company is expected to have understanding and knowledge about customers, understand customer needs specifically, and have comfortable operating times for customers.

Abstract

Abstract

This research employs an associative research type with a quantitative approach. The study is motivated by the objective to analyze the Service Quality (X1) and Patient Perception (X2) on Outpatient Patient Satisfaction (Y) at Muji Rahayu Hospital, Surabaya, involving 151 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Data analysis is conducted using statistics with the assistance of SPSS software. Based on the results of the data analysis using the t-test, it is found that partially, the variables Service Quality (X1) and Patient Perception (X2) have a significant influence on Outpatien Patient Satisfaction (Y) at Muji Rahayu Hospital, Surabaya. Then, based on the results of the data analysis using the F-test, it is revealed that simultaneously, the variables Service Quality (X1) and Patient Perception (X2) have a significant influence on Outpatient Patient Satisfaction (Y) at Muji Rahayu Hospital, Surabaya.

Abstract

In 2023, the World Bank in its report entitled "Is a Global Recession Imminent?" predicts that there will be a global economic recession, which is also likely to occur in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze the readiness of the community to face the threat of a global economic recession, one of which is from changes in consumptive behavior towards goods or services that are not primary needs. The method in this article is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques through interviews with several informants with different professions and income levels. Based on the results of the discussion in this article, it can be concluded that: There is a change in consumptive behavior in society after the issue of the global economic recession in 2023

Abstract

Skripsi yang berjudul “Pengaruh kedisiplinan dan Kompensasi Terhadap Produktivitas kerja karyawan Divisi Kapal Perang PT PAL Indonesia”. Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan pada karyawan Divisi Kapal Perang PT PAL Indonesia adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedisiplinan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di Divisi Kapal Perang PT. PAL Indonesia. 2)Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di Divisi Kapal Perang PT. PAL Indonesia. 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedisiplinan kerja dan kompensasi secara bersama – sama terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di Divisi Kapal Perang PT. PAL Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 198 karyawan Divisi Kapal Perang PT PAL Indonesia. Dalam pelaksanaan penelitian ini menggunakan survey yaitu menyebarkan kuisioner yang kemudian diolah dengan progam SPSS 16. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil dari regresi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kedisiplinan terhadap produktivitas kerja, terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja. Serta secara bersama-sama baik kedisiplinan dan kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan nilai Fhitung>Ftabel (53,517 > 3,15) dan signifikansi (0,000<0,05). Nilai R2 sebesar 0,633 atau 63% dari produktivitas kerja karyawan mendapatkan pengaruh dari kedisiplinan dan kompensasi. Dan sebanyak 37% produktivitas kerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh variable lain.
