Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of product quality, brand awareness and price on consumer purchasing decisions at the Blackdog Store Sidoarjo. The background to the problem of this research is competition between businesses, as well as efforts to increase the existence of distros and the lack of public trust in local products such as distros. Seeing this phenomenon, researchers conducted an analysis of the influence and relationship of product quality, brand awareness and price on consumer purchasing decisions at the Blackdog Store Sidoarjo. The analysis used in this research is quantitative and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling with the number of respondents obtained being 45 respondents. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis via the T test and F test. The results of this research show that product quality, brand awareness and price have a significant partial and simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions at the Blackdog Store Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This research aims to apply digital marketing strategies to Manco Cimut MSMEs and determine their impact in increasing their sales. Digital marketing is a combination of marketing strategies using internet-based information technology. This can be implemented using social media or e-commerce platforms which are much in demand by society today. Many business actors market their products based on the internet on the grounds that implementing digital marketing can facilitate marketing and increase product sales. This research is field research with the research object being Manco Cimut as one of the home industries that produces manco in Tambakmas village. The sources used are primary and secondary data, namely interviews, observations and literature reviews to strengthen theory. The research results show that Manco Cimut uses digital marketing as its marketing and promotional media. The marketing strategy used utilizes social media applications such as Instagram and WhatsApp. Social media is used to inform product variants, availability of goods, ordering and purchasing facilities as well as communicating with consumers. This platform is quite effective for use as marketing and sales advice because many people use social media, so product information is more easily spread even outside the region. However, obstacles still arise that Manco Cimut faces in implementing digital marketing, including unstable internet connections, delays in delivery, and human resources in managing online marketing and sales development. The impact of implementing digital marketing carried out by Manco Cimut is quite significant in increasing sales of Manco Cimut products, as evidenced by the large number of orders from inside and outside the city.

Abstract

Profitability ratio is a ratio to assess the company's ability to generate profits during a certain period. The types of ratios used in measuring company profitability are using gross profit margin, net profit margin, return on assets and return on equity. The purpose of this research is to analyze the financial performance of PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk through profitability ratios. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, which is a method or way to conduct research on profitability ratio analysis to assess financial performance at PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk. The results showed that gross profit margin increased, net profit margin decreased, return on assets decreased and return on equity decreased. Based on the results of the calculation of financial performance at PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk during 2014 and 2015 when viewed from the pofitabilitas ratio is less efficient. The company is unable to evaluate or maintain the success of past financial performance.

Abstract

The community always yearns for a quality educational institution. Because it does not stand alone, educational institutions also need to build relationships with other educational institutions and social organizations. This article aims to determine the role of the community in efforts to develop human resources and in efforts to develop infrastructure at the Salafiyah Donowangun Pekalongan Elementary Madrasah. This article was written with a qualitative approach based on interviews, observations and documentation. From the results of the study, it was obtained that the role of the community in developing human resources at the Elementary Madrasah can grow and develop in conditions of openness and mutual trust between the madrasah and the community. In addition, in the development of facilities and infrastructure, it can be seen from the participation of the community in providing ideas by planning the procurement of facilities and infrastructure needed by the madrasah, and proposing considerations for the management of the madrasah's budget plan.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the effect of selling prices and sales volume on Toko Jaya income both partially and simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative research with associative-casual approach. The used of research population is accountancy report of Toko Jaya in 2018-2019 with the research sample in 24 months. Data collected by observation method, documentation method, internet research, and library research. The data analysis method used multiple linier regression analysis, F test, T test. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously selling price on the Toko Jaya income. There was a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously sales volume on the Toko Jaya income.

Abstract

Purpose: The aim of this research is to determine the impact felt by students because they are addicted to playing the online game Free Fire. The research is expected to be able to determine the influence of the habit of playing online games on students' learning aggressiveness at junior high school (SMP) level with the perspective of Albert Bandura's social emotional psychology Design/methodology/approach: The research was conducted involving 20 junior high school students who had been determined by the researcher using the qualitative descriptive case study method. Findings: The results of the research show that students felt different impacts, students felt aggressive and enthusiastic about learning after completing the online game Free Fire which had been determined by the time by the students, but there were also those who were not enthusiastic about learning. Research limitations/implications: Students' aggressiveness is one of the important points for achieving fast and enjoyable learning goals. Practical implications: The research will have an impact on the condition of students while in class and will be able to reveal the impact caused by the habit of playing free fire online agility games which can be good for students' enthusiasm for learning Originality/value: This research has never been carried out by anyone else, the data used was taken directly in the field and directly observed students' learning activities.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the amount of sales volume at PT. Timur Jaya Sentosa from 2018 to 2020 , (2) determine the amount of distribution costs at PT. Timur Jaya Sentosa from 2018 to 2020. And (3) determine the effect of distribution costs on sales volume at PT. Timur Jaya Sentosa from 2018 to 2020. The results of this study indicate that the sales volume of PT. Timor Jaya Sentosa always increases every year, and the Distribution Costs incurred by PT. Timor Jaya Sentosa always increase every year. And based on the hypothesis testing, there is a positive and significant effect of distribution costs on the sales volume of PT. Timur Jaya Sentosa

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on competitive advantage, financial performance, and internationalization among Indonesian firms. By exploring these relationships, the study seeks to highlight how an entrepreneurial mindset drives business success in a dynamic market environment. The investigation focuses on the strategic implications for companies seeking growth and competitiveness in Indonesia’s evolving economic landscape. Design/methodology/approach: The research employs a qualitative with systematic literature review approach, utilizing survey data collected from a sample of Indonesian SMEs and large firms across various sectors. Vosviewer was used to analyze the relationships between work performance on SMEs. Findings: The study finds that entrepreneurial orientation significantly enhances competitive advantage, which in turn positively affects financial performance. Additionally, entrepreneurial orientation directly influences the likelihood of firms pursuing internationalization strategies. Research limitations/implications: The study is limited by its focus on Indonesian firms, which may affect the generalizability of the findings to other markets. Future research could explore similar dynamics in different contexts. Practical implications: The findings suggest that fostering an entrepreneurial culture within firms can enhance competitiveness and financial outcomes, providing valuable insights for managers and policymakers aiming to boost business performance in Indonesia. Originality/value: This study contributes to the literature by specifically examining the interconnected impacts of entrepreneurial orientation in the context of Indonesian firms, offering novel insights into how entrepreneurial practices shape business success in emerging markets. Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of educational accounting in facing work challenges at Industry 4.0 for modern accountants. The research used by researchers is a Systematic Literature Review with data obtained from journals and research articles from 2020-2023. The data source platform used in this study is Google Scholar. The results of this study indicate that business development is currently in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 stage focusing on developing digital-based business processes and products. So that in the process higher education is not just a place, where students gain knowledge and skills but also a provision for students to complete the industrial era, especially the role of accounting education in it. Based on the study it was found that technological developments, such as AI, will have a significant impact on professional accounting services in the future. There is a need for new skills and knowledge required to deal with this change. The conclusions from the analysis carried out are; the strength that can be developed is that human analytical skills are still very much needed even though some of the accountant jobs will be replaced automatically. The opportunities that exist are several accounting professions that still exist despite technological changes.

Abstract

MSMEs have a strategic role in supporting Indonesia's economic growth, but often face major challenges, including limited access to capital. This study aims to analyze capital challenges and formulate strategies to improve access to capital for UD Sayur Trisakti, an MSMEs operating in the agribusiness sector. Using a qualitative descriptive approach and SWOT analysis, this study found that limited capital, fluctuations in raw material prices, and dependence on local suppliers are the main obstacles. As a solution, it is recommended to utilize financing programs such as People's Business Credit (KUR), financial literacy training, and the use of digital technology such as crowdfunding. The results of this study are expected to be a practical reference for other MSMEs and for policy makers in designing more effective support for the MSMEs sector. Keywords: MSMEs, access to capital, SWOT analysis, development strategy.
