Abstract

This research was motivated by the low social skills of students during learning activities in class V SDN 020 Ridan Permai , Bangkinang City District, Kampar Regency. This study aims to improve students' social skills by using a make a match type of cooperative learning model in class V SDN 020 Ridan play . The type of this research is classroom action research which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings with four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were the fifth grade students of SDN 020 Ridan Permai , totaling 23 people, with 9 male students and 14 female students. The research data collection techniques are in the form of observation and documentation. The results of this research observation showed that the social skills of students in the first cycle there were 12 students in the complete category (52%). In the second cycle there was an increase to 19 students in the complete category (83%). Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the make a match type of cooperative learning model can improve the social skills of the fifth grade students of SDN 020 Ridan play .

Abstract

A number symbol is a symbol that expresses an amount using numbers. a number symbol is a value that is an abstract or symbol of a number to determine an amount as an enumeration or measurement. Introducing this symbol of numbers to children with mild mental disabilities is not in an easy way, because this mildly impaired child has an IQ below average, therefore teachers must be patient and the learning media used by teachers is also creative and innovative so that children with mental disabilities are not bored and understand during learning. Therefore, this study will examine the influence of the horay course review (CRH) type cooperative learning model can improve the ability to recognize the number symbol one to five for children with mild mental impairment. This type of research is experimental research with a single subject or Single Subject Research (SSR), designed A-B-A. This study was conducted using a Creative Learning model of the Course Review Horay (CRH) type as a free variable, and related variables in the form of recognizing the symbol of numbers one to five. This study uses analysis in conditions and between conditions which can be described in benthic tables and figures. The results of this study can be proven from the tendency to stability at the mean level A1, which is 0%. Then there was an increase when given an intervention (B) where the mean level was 49% and after being given the intervention, namely the condition A2 mean level was 72%. So it can be concluded that there is an increase in each condition which means that the child is able to recognize the symbol of the numbers one to five.

Abstract

. As a result of misconceptions, new knowledge will not be properly integrated into students' cognitive structures. If a student learns a new concept and processes it into the student's cognitive structure, which mixes with the concept, it can lead to improper understanding. Therefore, it is the misconception that needs to be understood before it can be acted upon. Understanding mathematical concepts is an important foundation for solving mathematical problems and everyday problems. With a good understanding of mathematical concepts, students will easily remember, use, and rearrange a concept that has been learned and can solve various variations of mathematics. Therefore, understanding the concept is used as one of the three aspects of assessment in learning mathematics. Fractions are basic mathematics material that must be reached by prospective elementary school teacher students. The complexity of this material sometimes results in errors that not only occur to students, but also occur to teachers. This research was conducted with the hope that after knowing the misconceptions of prospective elementary school teacher students, it can be considered for mathematics lecturers in designing and managing the learning process so that later it can improve the understanding of prospective elementary school teacher students in terms of concepts and strategies before teaching in elementary schools.

Abstract

ADHD students are developmental disorders, attention disorders and concentration disorders, and cause excessive child behavior. Based on the problem above, students are very prominent in hitting, pushing, and pinching their friends. To reduce aggressive behavior the author uses the token economy technique so that students can reduce the aggressive behavior. This study aims to prove the effectiveness of the use of token economy techniques in reducing the physical aggressive behavior of ADHD children at SLBN Merangin. This type of research uses an experimental method using the Single Subject Research (SSR) research method, the design used is the Multiple-Baseline Across-Behaviors Design. Data collection techniques using observation and video recording. The data analysis technique uses analysis in conditions and analysis between conditions. In the form of graphic analysis, the results of economic research are effective in reducing aggressive behavior in ADHD children at SLBN Merangin.

Abstract

This research was carried out at the Batu Bara State Special School with the subject of the study, a class II autistic child who had excessive tantrums. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the Time Out technique can be effective in reducing tantrum behavior in children with autism. This study used the Single Subject Research (SSR) method at SLB Negeri Batu Bara Medan with the A-B-A research procedure consisting of a alkaline condition (A1), an intervention condition (B) and a saline condition (A2). The implementation of this research was carried out as many as 17 times observations. In the A1 condition five times with the child's tantrums decreasing at the first meeting 15 times and stable in the last three meetings 13 times. Followed by the intervention condition (B) with 7 meetings where the child's tantrum behavior also decreased, at the first meeting in the intervention condition 10 times, the second 9 times, third and fourth 8 times and stable in the last three meetings 7 times, as for the child's condition on the A2 baseline, namely at the first meeting 7 times, the second 6 times and stable in the last three meetings with 5 tantrums. Based on these data, the Time Out technique has proven successful in reducing tantrum behavior in children with Class II Autism Spectrum Disorder at SLB Negeri Batu Bara Medan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep siwa kelas V SDN 009 Sendayan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan desain Nonequivalent Control Group Desaign. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SDN 009 Sendayan dengan sampel kelas VA sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VB sebagai kelas kontrol yang diambil dengan menggunakan tekhnik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data penelitian dengan menggunakan observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis data menujukkan bahwa kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa pada kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) yaitu sebesar 87,21 lebih tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa pada kelas kontrol yang menggunakan model discovery learning yaitu sebesar 79,77. Hal ini juga terlihat dari hasil uji-t dengan taraf signifikansi 5% diperoleh nilai sig (2-tailed) (0,002) (0,05) sehingga Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa. Kata Kunci: Model Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) dan Kemampuan Pemahaman Konsep

Abstract

Character education is the initial foundation needed in building a nation. Therefore, schools have an obligation to be committed to building the nation's character. In this case, of course, there are many challenges that need to be faced, one of which is the development of technology and information as a result of globalization. Modern lifestyles that influence attitudes and behavior unwittingly deviate from the values ​​and noble values ​​of the Indonesian nation. This study is to describe the character values ​​developed in SDN 0605 Simanuldang in the implementation of character education and the obstacles in implementing character education in SDN 0605 Simanuldang. This type of research is descriptive using a quantitative approach. The data collection method used in this study was interviews. The data analysis used is collecting data, reducing data, then presenting it to draw conclusions. The results showed that the character values ​​developed at SDN 0605 Simanuldang consisted of 13 characters, namely religious, honest, tolerant, disciplined, democratic, national spirit, love for the homeland, appreciating achievement, friendly, fond of reading, caring for the environment, social care, and responsibility. answer. Implementation of character education through the learning process, school rules and extracurricular implementation. There are obstacles in implementing character education at SDN 0605 Simanuldang, namely digital games, unfavorable house boundaries, the influence of TV viewing, and lack of understanding of student character.

Abstract

This study aims to develop web-based Multimedia Pascal Programming in the basic programming subject of TKJ class X UPT SMK Negeri 2 Sidrap. This type of research is research and development (Research and Development / R&D) with a 4D development model that has been developed by Thiagarajan, Semmel and Semmel (1974) which includes the stages of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. Data collection uses observation instruments, interviews, and questionnaires which are then analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The results showed that Pascal Programming multimedia met the valid criteria based on the assessment of media and material validation with an average value of 85.5%. Thus, it can be concluded that multimedia Pascal Programming is declared very suitable for use in limited face-to-face learning UPT SMK Negeri 2 Sidrap.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between the teacher's ICT ability and parental tutoring on students' learning motivation at SDN Gugus Batupapan, Tana Toraja Regency. This research was conducted on teachers of highgrade students, namely grades 4.5 and 6 at SDN Gugus Batupapan. The population of high-class students at SDN Gugus Batupapan is 587 students. In this study, the Yamane or Slovin formula was used to determine the sample size for students, namely by using probability sampling technique with random sampling so that a total sample of 247 students was obtained. While the population of the number of teachers as many as 24 teachers. The method used in this study to see the causal relationship of an independent variable (X) to a certain variable (Y) is to use the ex-post facto research method with the type of correlation research. This study used two types of analysis, namely descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis on SPSS 24. Based on the statistical analysis of the teacher's ICT ability variable, the highest score was 105.00 and the lowest score was 74.00. The results of the analysis show that the mean is 88.3333, the median is 89.000, the mode is 89.00 and the standard deviation is 8.41152. Analysis of the variable data on parenting tutoring data obtained the highest score of 108.00 and the lowest score of 55.00. The results of the analysis show that the Mean is 83.8509, the Median is 83.00, the Mode is 75.00 and the Standard Deviation is 10.14893. Data analysis of students' learning motivation variables obtained the highest score of 111.00 and the lowest score of 55.00. The results of the analysis showed the Mean of 83.8138, the Median of 84,000, the Mode of 85.00 and the Standard Deviation of 11.96938. So it can be said that students' learning motivation is related to the ability of the teacher's ICT in terms of its application in the learning process. Parental tutoring is significantly related to the level of student learning motivation. Furthermore, the second variable, namely the ability of teachers' ICT and parental tutoring has a joint relationship with students' learning motivation.

Abstract

Tujuan peneliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program kampus mengajar dalam peningkatan pembelajaran literasi dan numerasi serta untuk membandingkan faktor pendukung dan penghambat pada pelaksanaan program kampus mengajar dalam peningkatan pembelajaran literasi dan numerasi di SD Islam Pertiwi Nusantara Makassar. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif yang dimaksudkan untuk mengumpulkan suatu informasi mengenai pelaksanaan program kampus mengajar sebagai usaha peningkatan pembelajaran literasi dan numerasi siswa secara dalam dan komprehensif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya peningkatan pembelajaran literasi dan numerasi pada peserta didik setelah adanya program kampus mengajar.
