Abstract

This study utilizes a descriptive qualitative methodology, employing participatory observation, interviews, and document analysis to collect data. The research involves educators teaching across diverse educational levels, ranging from primary to secondary education. The results identify four levels of teacher performance within the context of classroom leadership, focusing on interpersonal relationships with students, colleagues, and the wider learning community. The progression starts with Level R1 (Right) teachers, who strictly adhere to directives or assignments. Level R2 (Relationship) teachers are distinguished by their strong emotional connections with students, colleagues, and other members of the learning community. Level R3 (Respect) teachers earn respect from students, colleagues, and others in the learning community through their exemplary conduct. Level R4 (Result) teachers excel in enhancing their students' dignity based on their unique talents. The journey to advancing teacher leadership from R1 to R4 involves elements such as nurturing, role modeling, and coaching. Furthermore, the essential role of spiritual energy in enabling teachers to continuously elevate their performance levels is underscored. The study highlights the importance of robust interpersonal relationships in shaping teacher effectiveness and its broader impact on improving the overall quality of education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how psychological safety atmosphere and tacit knowledge exchange are impacted by charismatic leadership. The crucial function of psychological safety climate as a mediator factor between charismatic leadership and tacit knowledge sharing is also examined in this study. This study used 61 samples of ustadz/ustadzah from a Banten pesantren using a straightforward random sampling technique. The study's findings suggest that the atmosphere of psychological security and tacit information sharing is significantly influenced directly by charismatic leadership. Likewise, sharing of tacit knowledge is directly impacted by the psychological security environment in a big way. Additionally, through the mediation of a psychological safety atmosphere, this study finds evidence of the large indirect impact that charismatic leadership has on the sharing of tacit information. Accordingly, in this research paradigm, the psychological safety atmosphere serves as a partial mediator.

Abstract

Technological advancements have created many opportunities for young entrepreneurs to develop and expand their business operations. Therefore, the internet has encouraged the emergence of digital entrepreneurship as a growing form of entrepreneurship among many young entrepreneurs and even university students, who are indeed the digital native generation. This study examines the extent to which the personal characteristics of digital natives among university students in Indonesia impact their digital entrepreneurship intention. This study examines the direct impact of five personal traits adopted from the big five personal traits, namely openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism, on personal attitude and digital entrepreneurship intention. For this purpose, the respondents were 254 Indonesian university students using simple random sampling technique. Structural equation modelling using SEM SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this study reveal that all hypotheses are proven to have a significant positive effect, namely the five personal characteristics of college students (agreeableness, conscientiousness, extraversion, neuroticism, and openness to experience) have a positive effect on personal attitude. Furthermore, the attitude variable also has a positive effect on digital entrepreneurship intention. The results of this study contribute to the research gap on the big five personal traits, personal attitude and digital entrepreneurship intention. Theoretical and practical implications have been discussed and become important recommendations for the future projections of students, teaching lecturers, and also for management policies in higher education.

Abstract

This study investigates the effects of interpersonal trust among private college lecturers in Tangerang (i.e., trust in colleagues and leaders) on innovative behavior and examines the mediating effect of knowledge sharing on this relationship. A total of 244 private college lecturers in Tangerang participated in this study. The results revealed that trust in coworkers and trust in leaders have positive effects on knowledge sharing activities. Although the effect of trust in colleagues on innovative behavior is not significant, trust in leaders has a significant effect on innovative behavior. The effect of lecturer knowledge sharing on innovative behavior was also found to be significant. In addition, the results show that knowledge sharing has a full mediating effect on the relationship between trust in colleagues and innovative behavior and a partial mediating effect on the relationship between trust in leaders and innovative behavior.

Abstract

This project focuses on translating Outcome-Based Education (OBE) policy into learning design, execution, and assessment of learning outcomes in higher education entrepreneurial courses. Case study-based qualitative research is used in this study. Data were collected via extensive interviews with lecturers, students, and institutional policymakers, observation of entrepreneurship course learning, and assessment of Semester Learning Plan (SSP) and learning outcomes evaluation materials. Data was analyzed using thematic analysis to find patterns and correlations. The research shows that lecturers understand OBE principles and practises well enough to create learning outcomes, use experiential learning methods like business simulations and collaborative projects, and create relevant evaluation tools. This understanding helps lecturers integrate the OBE policy into the curriculum, improving student creativity, inventiveness, and problem-solving. This technique was successful, but institutional backing remains an issue. Limitations include limited resources, a need for creative evaluation tools, and poor instructor-student communication about OBE-based learning objectives. Students believe OBE-based learning is relevant to professional life, although the intensive exercises require better time management. This study improves theoretical comprehension of OBE policies in practice-oriented courses like entrepreneurship. This research emphasizes the need for continued lecturer training, a more detailed policy implementation guide, and additional resources to improve learning. The paper recommends more research on OBE policy's long-term effects on graduate quality and labor market alignment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the dynamics of cooperation and conflict in the context of education based on Religion, Philosophy, Psychology and Sociology (AFPS) in primary and junior secondary schools in Indonesia. A descriptive qualitative approach was used in this study with data collection methods through semi-structured interviews with key personnel, including principals, teachers and students, as well as direct observation in the classroom. The results showed that AFPS-based education successfully increased students' engagement and cooperation through group discussions, collaborative work, as well as the development of critical thinking skills. However, conflict challenges arise as a result of students' different religious backgrounds, philosophical values and academic abilities, which can hinder the learning process if not managed well. Teachers play a key role in facilitating cooperative dynamics and managing conflicts that arise in the classroom. This study also found that factors such as the role of the teacher, school culture, and students' social and cultural backgrounds have a significant effect on the success of AFPS-based education. The implications of this study include the importance of continuous teacher training, managerial support from schools and strengthening inclusive school culture to support open dialogue and effective cooperation in the classroom. The findings are expected to guide the development of a more holistic and inclusive curriculum in Indonesia.
