Focus Tanwiruna: Jurnal Pendidikan dan Sosial Keagamaan is an open-access, peer-reviewed academic journal that publishes original research and scholarly studies in the fields of education and religious social studies. The journal publishes manuscripts that have undergone a rigorous peer-review process and are made available online to broaden access to knowledge for academics, educators, researchers, policymakers, and practitioners in educational and socio-religious contexts. The journal focuses on studies of educational thought, policy, and practice as well as socio-religious phenomena developing within society, with a strong emphasis on interdisciplinary approaches drawing from education, religious studies, sociology, anthropology, psychology, communication studies, and public policy. Tanwiruna encourages submissions that offer theoretical contributions, methodological innovation, and empirical findings relevant to advancing scientific knowledge and addDoes the journal has a homepage:ressing contemporary challenges in education and religious social life. Scope Tanwiruna publishes research articles, review articles, conceptual papers, short research reports, and book reviews that align with the journal’s focus. The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to, the following thematic areas: Education and Learning, including religious education and character education, curriculum studies, pedagogy, learning assessment, instructional innovation, educational management, institutional leadership, education policy, inclusive education, multicultural education, religious moderation in educational settings, educational technology, instructional media, digital transformation in education, and educational guidance and counseling. Religious and Intellectual Studies, encompassing theology, philosophy of religion, religious ethics, contemporary Islamic and religious thought, history of religions, religious traditions, socio-religious movements, comparative religion, religion–politics relations, as well as theoretical and methodological discussions in religious studies. Socio-Religious Studies and Society, covering sociology of religion, anthropology of religion, psychology of religion, the role of religion in culture and identity formation, processes of social change, social cohesion, religious-based conflict, conflict resolution, peacebuilding, public religiosity, community engagement, and socio-religious social movements. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi kepribadian guru terhadap disiplin siswa kelas lima SDN 07 Belida Darat, Kabupaten Muara Enim. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada fenomena penurunan disiplin siswa dalam mematuhi peraturan sekolah, seperti keterlambatan, kurangnya kepatuhan terhadap aturan, dan rendahnya tanggung jawab dalam menyelesaikan tugas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Instrumen penelitian tersebut adalah kuesioner skala Likert yang dikembangkan berdasarkan indikator kompetensi kepribadian guru dan disiplin siswa. Uji validitas dan keandalan dilakukan sebelum pengumpulan data, dan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa instrumen tersebut valid dan dapat diandalkan. Subjek penelitian adalah 28 siswa kelas lima, sedangkan data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana yang dibantu oleh SPSS versi 25.Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kompetensi kepribadian guru memiliki efek positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin siswa. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh adalah Y = 10,631 + 0,750X dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001 (< 0,05). Koefisien penentuan (Adjusted R²) adalah 0,320, yang berarti kompetensi kepribadian guru berkontribusi 32% terhadap disiplin siswa, sedangkan 68% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti lingkungan keluarga, hubungan teman sebaya, dan motivasi belajar siswa. Temuan ini memperkuat teori pembelajaran Albert Bandura melalui pemodelan dan penelitian sebelumnya yang menekankan peran penting guru dalam membentuk karakter disiplin siswa. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menyoroti bahwa kompetensi kepribadian guru berperan strategis dalam meningkatkan disiplin siswa. Oleh karena itu, guru diharapkan dapat terus mengembangkan ciri-ciri kepribadian yang positif, sedangkan sekolah dan orang tua harus berkolaborasi dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai disiplin pada siswa.
