Abstract

Early childhood is an individual who has millions of potential in him. This potential can grow and develop optimally if the stimulus provided is in accordance with their needs and interests. Stimulus can be realized if the Early Childhood Education Institution (PAUD) has a complete administration of learning planning and implementation of good assessment. However, evidence in the field explains that there are still many PAUD teachers who do not understand planning so that the assessment has not been carried out properly and correctly and the stilus provided is not optimal. The purpose of the study was to look at the completeness of lesson planning and its impact on the implementation of assessment. The research approach used is qualitative with descriptive methods, namely describing field results in the form of data and narratives. The object of research is 20 pre-school institutions in Greater Bandung. The results prove that the completeness of planning affects the implementation of assessments conducted by teachers and the results of the assessment also have an impact on child development.

Abstract

Early childhood education covers a lot of ground, and one of the topics is gross motor skills, which involves teaching children how to move the largest and smallest muscles of their bodies, hands, and feet in an effort to help them children whose muscles are not yet strong. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method with a quasi-experimental type used by researchers in conducting research on East Oesapa Nazareth Preschool children. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores in the control and experimental groups. In the control group, the mean score increased from 30.00 in the pre-test to 31.80 in the post-test, with a statistically significant difference (p 0.002). In the experimental group, there was a greater increase from 30.60 in the pre-test to 37.10 in the post-test, with the difference also being significant (p 0.037). This shows that the use of rhythmic exercise videos and traditional games has a greater impact on the gross motor development of young children. The previous explanation shows that there are significant differences and influences between children who use rhythmic exercise videos and traditional games on the YouTube application. Both the pretest and posttest showed significant results and there was an influence before and after the treatment was given. One thing we can take from this research is that young children, especially those can benefit greatly from watching rhythmic exercise videos on YouTube and traditional games to improve their motor skills.

Abstract

Early childhood education is very important in shaping children's development, especially their social and emotional abilities. The purpose of this study was to compare the significant social emotional development between two pre-school age groups in Kupang city, NTT, namely children who started PAUD at the age of 3 years and children who started PAUD when they were 5 years old. This study used comparative quantitative methodology, the survey method, and analytical methodology. Data collection techniques were obtained through the survey method using a validated social-emotional ability instrument consisting of 47 indicator items filled in by respondents (especially mothers) and child data obtained from schools. The sample was 57 kindergarten B children who attended school from the age of 3 years and 59 children who attended school at the age of 5 years. The total number of respondents was 116 children from 5 kindergartens in the Coconut Lima sub-district of Kupang City, NTT. The sample was selected using random sampling technique. Data collection was conducted in July–August 2024. The results showed that kindergarten B children who attended PAUD since the age of 3 years and who started school at the age of 5 years had significant differences in social and emotional abilities. Based on the “significance value above 0.001 <0.05” using the mean score of 3-year-olds (119.17) and 5-year-olds (75.1), it can be concluded that 3-year-olds are more emotionally capable than 5-year-olds

Abstract

Integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam pendidikan inklusif berpotensi menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang ramah dan menghargai keberagaman. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana nilai-nilai Islam diintegrasikan dalam pelatihan pembelajaran diferensiasi serta implementasinya oleh guru PAUD dalam pengelolaan kelas inklusif. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini melibatkan 18 guru PAUD di Kecamatan Bandung Wetan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi kelas, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan membantu guru memahami dan menginternalisasi nilai-nilai Islam seperti kasih sayang (rahmah), keadilan (‘adl), dan empati (ta’athuf) dalam strategi pembelajaran diferensiasi dan interaksi di kelas. Meskipun menghadapi tantangan keterbatasan sumber daya dan pengalaman praktis, guru mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih inklusif dan bernuansa Islami. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam pendidikan inklusif untuk membangun karakter positif anak sejak usia dini serta mendukung efektivitas pengelolaan kelas yang beragam.

Abstract

Penanaman nilai kejujuran sejak usia dini sangatlah penting sehingga harus ada metode atau suatu media untuk menanamkan nilai tersebut pada anak usia dini yang menarik seperti video animasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kevalidan dan kepraktisan video untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran di Kelompok Bermain Indah Mulya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ADDIE kemudian lembar angket analisis kebutuhan,uji coba kevalidan dan uji coba kepraktisan ke anak usia dini dan guru.Hasil studi bahwa validasi media menunjukkan persentase sebesar 92,5%, Validasi materi mencapai persentase 97,5%, sedangkan validasi oleh ahli bahasa memperoleh persentase 92,5%. Uji coba perorangan dan kelompokkecil keduanya memperoleh persentase 100% dengan kategori "Sangat Praktis". Dapat disimpulkan bahwa media video animasi dengan tema kejujuran dalam menabung di sekolah untuk anak usia dini telah terbukti valid dan praktis untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran dalam membentuk perilaku jujur bagi anak di lingkungan di sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to examine in depth the extent of teachers’ efforts and concrete practices in enhancing their professionalism, viewed from personal aspects, the surrounding environment, and policy support from relevant stakeholders, as well as the constraints and challenges faced in implementing the 21st-century curriculum. The research employed a qualitative method with a quasi-qualitative approach, due to limitations of time, cost, and the number of informants, which consisted of 16 (sixteen) early childhood education (ECE/PAUD) teachers from four villages in Mojotengah District, Wonosobo Regency. Data analysis adopted the Miles and Huberman model, with data validation conducted through source and method triangulation. The findings indicate that PAUD teachers demonstrate professionalism in their teaching practices through the use of collaborative, project-based learning methods that incorporate 21st-century technological tools. The application of a facilitator approach by teachers is effective in building communication patterns between teachers and students, thereby fostering students’ 21st-century skills. The enhancement of teacher professionalism is achieved through self-initiative, support from professional organizations, and reinforcement from policy stakeholders.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara anak usia 5–6 tahun dengan memanfaatkan media flash card di TK Rizky Ananda, Kota Medan. Masalah awal yang ditemukan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar anak belum mampu mengungkapkan pendapat, berbicara dengan lancar, serta kurang percaya diri saat berkomunikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Kemmis & McTaggart yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 13 anak kelompok B. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, serta penilaian kemampuan berbicara berdasarkan enam indikator utama. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan berbicara anak, mulai dari tahap prasiklus hingga siklus II. Pada tahap prasiklus, hanya 23,1% anak yang menunjukkan kemampuan berbicara sesuai harapan. Angka ini meningkat menjadi 61,5% pada siklus I, dan mencapai 92,3% pada siklus II. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa media flash card terbukti efektif dalam mendukung peningkatan keterampilan berbicara anak. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan media visual seperti flash card dapat dijadikan strategi pembelajaran yang menarik dan efektif untuk mengembangkan kemampuan bahasa anak usia dini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berupaya untuk mengkaji bagaimana orang tua menerapkan pola pengasuhan terhadap anak usia 4–5 tahun di TK Labschool IKIP PGRI Jember, khususnya dalam kaitannya dengan permasalahan kesulitan berbahasa pada anak. Pendekatan utama yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi fenomenologi, di mana teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui percakapan mendalam serta pengamatan langsung terhadap interaksi di lapangan. Proses analisis data mengikuti model Miles dan Huberman, yang meliputi tahap pengumpulan, penyederhanaan, penampilan data, serta pengambilan kesimpulan akhir. Hasil studi menunjukkan adanya dua bentuk utama pola pengasuhan, yakni otoritatif dan permisif, yang masing-masing memiliki keunggulan serta kelemahan dalam mendorong kemampuan komunikasi verbal pada anak.Pola asuh otoriter terlihat seperti membatasi ekspresi verbal anak, sementara pola asuh permisif memberikan kebebasan berekspresi namun kurang pengawasan. Pendekatan pengasuhan yang seimbang antara kebebasan dan bimbingan dinilai paling tepat untuk mendukung perkembangan bahasa secara optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of Green Exercise learning in improving the gross motor skills of children aged 4–5 years at TK Plus Wahidiyah Poncokusumo. The method employed was Classroom Action Research (CAR) using the Kemmis and Taggart model, which consists of four stages: planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects comprised 11 children from Group A, consisting of 5 girls and 6 boys. Initial observations indicated that the average level of children’s gross motor skills was 36%. Following the implementation of Green Exercise learning, gradual improvements were observed. In Cycle 1, Meeting 1, the average level increased to 54% and further improved to 68% in Meeting 2. The improvement continued in Cycle 2, reaching an average of 80% in Meeting 1 and 90% in Meeting 2. These findings demonstrate that Green Exercise is effective in enhancing the gross motor skills of early childhood learners. Physical activities conducted in outdoor settings were proven to encourage children to be more active, confident, and to exhibit significant motor development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi aktivitas sensorimotor dalam menstimulasi pengembangan gerak dasar anak usia 4-5 tahun di TK Negeri Pembina Kabupaten Semarang. Aktivitas sensorimotor merupakan kegiatan yang menggabungkan koordinasi sensorik dan motorik yang penting dalam perkembangan fisik dan kognitif anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi – terstruktur dengan empat guru kelas dan kepala sekolah, serta observasi partisipatif terhadap dua belas anak kelompok A usia 4-5 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas sensorimotor yang diimplementasikan oleh guru mampu merangsang pengembangan keterampilan gerak dasar anak, mencakup aspek lokomotor, non-lokomotor, dan manipulatif. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi pada praktik pembelajaran PAUD dengan menekankan pentingnya integrasi stimulasi sensorik dan motorik dalam pengembangan gerak dasar anak usia dini.
