Abstract

The takhrij al-Hadith method is a method used to search for and trace the authenticity of a hadith by explaining in detail about the matan sanad and the quality of the hadith. In this study, the author will discuss hadiths regarding advice on marriage. This research uses literature study as a knife in reviewing, then this research uses a qualitative approach through the takhrij method with descriptive-deductive analysis. The results of this research indicate that the quality of the hadith narrated by Imam Bukhori No. 4702 regarding the recommendation that marriage has quality and is deemed authentic lidzatihi. This happened because no defects were found in the hadith transmitters, the average position of the hadith transmitters was tsiqqoh. The content in the hadith explains that the recommendation for marriage is for someone who is capable (capable here means someone is capable emotionally, socially, financially, role, sexually, spiritually and age) and wants to get married, then he should marry. Meanwhile, for someone who cannot afford it, fasting is recommended to reduce sexual pressure and control vision.

Abstract

Modernism's understanding of family law construction often targets women's capabilities as much as the head of the family. But in normative terms, women's leadership is textually inconsistent with the provisions of Surah an-Nisa: 34. The textuality of the sentence is now criticized by the gender idea that women can be placed on an equal footing with men if they can. The initiation aims to interpret Q.S. an-Nisa: 34 with Gadamer's hermeneutic theory, to better understand comprehensively the contextuality of sentences in the demands of the times. This research is library research by studying literature related to research topics. Using Gadamer's interpretation, it can be seen that Q.S. an-Nisa: 34 contains fertilization of family leadership more flexibly. The leadership of the head of the family can be held not only by men but also by women. However, it should also be based on a qualified person, that is, someone who can cater to the family's financial needs and has good leadership skills.

Abstract

The utilization of information technology innovation has become a crucial focus in efforts to enhance the efficiency of educational management at MIS 05 Darussalam. The fundamental concept of educational management, particularly educational planning, serves as the cornerstone in achieving optimal educational objectives. This research aims to comprehensively analyze the utilization of information technology innovation in improving educational management efficiency and to identify challenges and obstacles encountered during the implementation of information technology at MIS 05 Darussalam. This research employs a qualitative and descriptive research approach. The data analysis technique categorizes the gathered data based on their respective categories, which will be analyzed through three qualitative data analysis steps, including data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this research reveal tangible efforts to integrate information technology, especially in administrative aspects such as student data management, schedule arrangement, and attendance recording. However, several challenges, such as budget constraints, insufficient training, and technology accessibility, hinder its implementation. These challenges manifest in the form of classrooms that have not fully utilized technological facilities, encompassing both hardware maintenance and educators' understanding of effectively integrating technology. Overcoming these challenges requires strategic measures, including prudent budget allocation, continuous training, and policy development that supports effective integration. Positive implications include improved management efficiency, transparency, parental involvement, and enriched learning through E-learning.

Abstract

In the context of Arabic language learning, the role of media is very important to achieve learning success, especially in the development of listening skills. In the 21st century learning era, the emphasis on literacy, practical knowledge, skills, and attitudes is integrated with the understanding and utilization of technology. Duolingo application, as a representation of technology, has a very important role in the learning process, especially in language learning. This study aims to analyze the use of Duolingo as a learning medium and also analyze Duolingo's Lingual Audio for istima learning. The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. The collection of information in the framework of this research involves interview techniques and the interviews used are semi-structured interviews. The research participants consisted of active users of Duolingo application who focus on learning maharah istima' in Arabic language learning. The results showed that the users appreciated the interactive and engaging design offered in the "gamified" aspect of the Duolingo app. Ease of use and user-friendliness were also considered as positive aspects in the learning context. Duolingo's voice features and audio-lingual approach are considered effective in improving Arabic learners' listening skills without causing boredom.

Abstract

Marriage is a very important aspect of human life around the world, so it is not surprising that religions around the world regulate marriage; even traditions, customs of society, and state institutions are not left behind in regulating marriage. This research uses a conceptual approach. The data source used entirely uses literature research, while secondary data is used as a way to examine the primary data studied. Data collection techniques use descriptive analysis. The data analysis uses content analysis as an effort to provide comparisons to find suggestions and solutions, and conclusions are drawn. The results showed that the factor that forms the norm of the principle of social maturity is gender, especially because it is the basis for distinguishing between an assessment of biological and psychological maturity and, furthermore, religious traditions that can be the beginning of an understanding of the minimum age of marriage. In terms of the use of the principle regarding age limits—at least a principle that is commensurate with the principle that has been previously used, namely the principle of being old enough-this principle as a legal category is actually sufficient to represent the expectations or ethical demands of legal material. However, it is less able to provide certainty by providing open access for the community to participate.

Abstract

This study delves into the dynamics of interaction between families in Bugis traditional marriages, with a specific focus on the significance of "uang panai’" (bride price). While existing research explores the meaning of "uang panai’", there is a notable gap in understanding the interaction dynamics between families, crucial for Bugis traditional weddings. The study emphasizes the groom's perception of "uang panai’" as a mandatory requirement and argues that this understanding influences marriage sustainability. Methodologically, a library research approach is employed. The findings reveal that "uang panai’" extends beyond a mere condition for marriage, symbolizing social status for Bugis brides. The study contributes insights into power dynamics and gender roles within Bugis marriage customs.

Abstract

Since its establishment, the Indonesian Council of Ulama (MUI) has a very significant role in the life of Indonesian society, especially for Muslims. Through two media that are always presented, namely fatwa (legal result) and discourse, MUI's existence is authoritative in the spectrum of Islamic religion in Indonesia. Historically, MUI is faced with the political situation that occurred during the New Order era. The relationship between MUI and the New Order government needs to be traced and analysed further in order to provide a holistic understanding. To analyse and know how the relation between MUI and state power during the New Order, this research is based on the thought of a contemporary French philosopher, Louis Althusser with his concept of ideology. The method in this research uses library research related to the object of research. Finally, this research shows that the relationship between MUI and the state during the New Order era was political. As a religious (Islamic) institution, MUI was used as one of the ideological tools of the state to legitimise the political interests of power. As stated by Althusser, that religious institution is one of the ideological instruments of the state to control the society that is often not realised by the society itself.

Abstract

In the pesantren, Kyai has high legitimacy regarding the pesantren's policies, especially in the program and process of caring for students (santri). This research aims to describe the implementation of child-friendly care in four pesantren in Malang Regency, namely PP. An-Nur 2 Al-Murtadlo, Al-Rifa'ie Modern Pondok, PP. Pesantren Rakyat Al-Amin, and PP. As-Syadzili. Analyzing the suitability of the implementation of child-friendly care with the latest regulations, the Decree of the Director General of Education, Ministry of Religion No. 1262 of 2024, and identifying factors that support and hinder the implementation of child-friendly care in pesantren. For this purpose, this research uses a multiple-case study method with replica logic. Four pesantrens were selected as samples by considering the diversity of types. Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews with Kyai, managers, infrastructure, santri, and analysis of related documents. The data were analyzed using pattern matching and cross-case synthesis techniques. The research results show that implementing child-friendly care in the four pesantren s is optimal and following the indicators in the Technical Instructions. The management patterns of pesantren are formed in an organized manner with different models according to the needs and resources of each pesantren.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the perceptions of the ulama of Nu Blora regarding the age limit for marriage stipulated in Law No. 16/2019. The emergence of this new provision raises a difference of opinion, especially among the ulama, which basically the provisions for the permissibility of marriage in Islam have reached baligh only without mentioning age. This research was conducted in Blora Regency with descriptive qualitative research and empirical juridical approach. The data was obtained by conducting interviews with Ulama Nu Blora and then describing it by means of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results obtained are the opinions of ulama who agree, disagree, and moderate ulama (not fully agree and disagree) against the law. Scholars who agree consider the regulation to be very beneficial for the community because in the household there is a need for emotional and financial preparedness. However, not all scholars can accept these rules, there are some who remain principled with Islamic law, namely the principle of baligh. They assume that if the marriage is delayed it is feared that an adultery will occur, especially seeing the promiscuity that occurs in the current era. Then moderate scholars argue that in implementing the law, they must look at the madharat and mashlahat aspects. Based on these results, the author specifically concludes that preparing mentally, physically and materially is very important because when we dare to get married, we are ready to be responsible for our rights and obligations after marriage.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the effectiveness of asynchronous learning in improving students' independence and academic achievement. The focus of this research is to understand how the time flexibility provided by asynchronous learning methods can affect students' independence in managing their study time as well as its impact on academic achievement. The research method used is a case study with data analysis using the Miles and Huberman technique. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and direct observation of students engaged in asynchronous learning. The results showed that 75% of students experienced an improvement in learning time management, 70% showed an increase in self-discipline, and 68% became more active in looking for additional learning resources. These findings indicate that asynchronous learning not only increases learning independence but also has a positive impact on students' academic achievement. The implication of this study is the importance of educational institutions to consider the integration of asynchronous learning methods in the curriculum to support the development of students' independence and academic achievement more effectively.
