Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hasil uji kompetensi pelajaran bahasa Inggris dengan menggunakan Model Logistik 1 Parameter, 2 Parameter, dan 3 Parameter logistik. Penelitian ini diawali dengan pengumpulan hasil uji coba tes dari seluruh peserta di Indonesia dengan menggunakan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan software Komputer Bilog MG. Program ini memberikan informasi yang cukup untuk menganalisis butir soal dengan IRT (Teori Respon Butir). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Model Logistik 3 Parameter (3PL) merupakan model yang paling sesuai untuk memberikan informasi mengenai estimasi tingkat kemampuan peserta, kesalahan pengukuran, kecocokan data dengan model, serta korelasi daya beda butir soal karena model ini mampu menunjukkan lebih banyak butir soal yang menunjukkan informasi tersebut.

Abstract

Chemistry learning in high school that trains and develops students’ self-sufficiency and independence has not been done optimally because learners still depend on getting information and knowledge from teachers. Problem-based learning method used in the teaching and learning process is expected to facilitate students’ with self-reliance and learning independence. This method is a problem-oriented learning method that makes students be accustomed to solving problems in order to train their ability in discoveringa concept in the learning process. Teaching learning process with PBL model is done for the subject matter of acid base solution and electrolyte non electrolyte solution. Learning independence assessed in this study were self-management, motivation, and confidence. The data of the study were in the form of descriptive quantitative data and analyzed using Anava / Anacova test. The research findings showed that there was a difference of students’ learning independence through the application of problem-based learning method and control method in teaching and learning process.

Abstract

ABSTRACTEngineering CNC Turning aims; (1) produce a prototype, which is capable of a teaching aids, and resources of CNC programming. Engineering conducted following the procedures Research and Development (R D) expressed Borg and Gall. Starting with a needs study of teaching aids/media of CNC programming; defining products (define); designing a system and form (design); develop products and test its performance (develop); and the revision/ improvement of product performance (revise). Results of the research is a prototype CNC Turning as taching aids/media, which is capable of; (1) demonstrate the operation of a CNC machine (input/editing program), program execution (such as graphic toolpath and the workpiece machining process); (2) providing experience operate the CNC machine that is not scary (prototype has a small size, mini); (3) demonstrate command codes which are the main learning materials in CNC programming

Abstract

This study was aimed at developing Majeda teaching learning model based on children plays in effort to improve the excitement and the activeness of kindergarteners and the guideline of use. The study was research and development of the Borg and Gall model designed in three stages: first, preliminary studies and learning model design; second, small-scale and large-scale pilotage of Majeda; and third, operational try-out of Majeda, the revision of the guideline, and drafting of dissemination plan. The study was conducted in ten kindergartens namely, PKK Widodo, Tunas Muda Kledokan, PKK Temanggal, ABA Klepu, Pedagogia, ABA KKN Pantai Baru, Pembina Galur, ABA Dlaban Pogangan Sentolo, Wonosari 1, and ABA Karangmojo XVII. The finding shows that play-based Majeda is able to increase the excitement and the activeness of the kindergarten students in learning. Therefore, the developed Majeda is accountable to be used in teaching learning processesPENINGKATAN KEGEMBIRAAN DAN KEAKTIFAN SISWA TK DALAM PEMBELAJARAN DENGAN "MAJEDA" BERBASIS DOLANAN ANAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan "Model Pembelajaran Majeda Berbasis Dolanan Anak" untuk meningkatkan kegembiraan dan keaktifan siswa TK dan pedoman penggunaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan dari Borg dan Gall, dan dirancang dalam tiga tahapan: pertama, studi pendahuluan dan perancangan model pembelajaran; kedua, pengujicobaaan skala kecil dan skala besar Majeda Berbasis Dolanan Anak; dan ketiga, pengujioperasionalan Majeda Berbasis Dolanan Anak, revisi panduan penggunaannya, dan penyusunan rancangan diseminasi Majeda Berbasis Dolanan Anak. Uji lapangan Majeda Berbasis Dolanan Anak diselenggarakan di sepuluh Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK), yaitu TK PKK Widodo, TK Tunas Muda Kledokan, TK PKK Temanggal, TK ABA Klepu, TK Pedagogia, TK ABA KKN Pantai Baru, TKN Pembina Galur, TK ABA Dlaban Pogangan Sentolo, TKN 1 Wonosari, dan TK ABA Karangmojo XVII. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Majeda Berbasis Dolanan Anak mampu meningkatkan kegembiraan dan keaktifan siswa TK dalam pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, Majeda Berbasis Dolanan Anak dianggap tepat digunakan dalam pembelajaran di TK

Abstract

Abstract This study is trying to optimize the effectiveness of English lecturers held  in the non-English departments conducted by lecturers from the English Department of the Faculty of languages and Art (FBS) of the State University of Yogyakarta (UNY). To achieve the objective, this study sets the methods as: 1) selecting core material,2) developing activities in the lecturing, 3) training the candidate lecturers 4) implementing the designed instruction, 5)evaluating and discussing the results of the implementation of the instruction in the target classes. The learning processes run well in the seven target classes, but it runs so slowly in one target class because on belief conflict in the lecturer’s side. Positive aspects reported are: 1) the teaching  method is practical, 2) easy to follow, 3) giving new experience and spirit to students; 4) continually given homework are promoting strong students’ motivation and spirit to study harder, 5) the exercises are helping students to have better understanding and competence of English; teaching materials, methods, and techniques are very effective; the teaching learning processes are felt very special, new, enjoyable, and promoting students’ competencies of English. Negative aspects reported are materials to learn are too much comparing to time available, too much of memorization, using uncommon terms, too much time used for  discussing formulas, too much  demanding of command on teaching materials and methods to the teachers, too many numbers of formative tests, short of rich examples for each type of sentences, lack intention of promoting oral communication. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan hasil kajian empirik tentang kualitas butir soalpada UAS Mata Pelajaran Fisika di Kabupaten Lombok Timur tahun 2015 dengan menggunakanteori respon butir dan sekaligus untuk mengidentifi kasi ketidakwajaran (inappropriateness) skor testersebut. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriftif kuantitatif, ketidakwajaran skor dideteksi dengankorelasi person biserial (person-fi t statistic) dan indeks kehati-hatian (caution index) dari Sato. Paketprogram yang digunakan untuk melakukan analisis butir adalah Quest, dengan elemen sentral RaschModel (RM). Subjek penelitian adalah 15 sekolah menengah atas sampel dari populasi 137 sekolah diKabupaten Lombok Timur, yang diambil secara purposive sampling. Soal UAS digunakan bersamaoleh 15 sekolah pada tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas butirbaik karena memiliki tingkat kecocokan dengan model Rasch dengan nilai infi t meansquare-nya 0,77-1,30. Caution index dari Sato terdeteksi 3,01 persen sampel mempunyai ketidakwajaran, dan 9,68persen sampel yang diambil mempunyai tingkat ketidakwajaran yang tinggi

Abstract

PENDIDIKAN BERBASIS KOMUNITAS UNTUK PEMBERDAYAAN PEREMPUAN DI DESA WISATAAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan panduan model pembelajaran guna pemberdayaan perempuan pedesaan wisata melalui pendidikan berbasis komunitas di Desa Wisata Bejiharjo. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah tersusunnya panduan model pemberdayaan perempuan desa wisata melalui kelompok belajar usaha yang mendukung di bidang pariwisata dan pendidikan masyarakat dalam bentuk panduan kegiatan dan Compact Disk (CD) pembelajaran interaktif yang berisikan panduan buku panduan aktivitas dan pembelajaran interaktif. Model yang dikembangkan mulai dari pengumpulan data awal mengenai kondisi, masalah, dan potensi masyarakat sasaran, membuat program, memberikan pelatihan, dan pendampingan program. Desain model pemberdayaan perempuan desa wisata melalui pendidikan berbasis komunitas ini terdiri atas calon peserta, memilih peserta, dan program pendidikan berbasis komunitas dalam bentuk pelatihan. Isi program pendidikan berbasis komunitas dalam bentuk pelatihan, penilaian, sosialisasi program, pelaksanaan program, evaluasi program, dan pendampingan. Berdasarkan data hasil validasi ahli dapat disimpulkan bahwa panduan model pemberdayaan perempuan melalui pendidikan berbasis komunitas memanfaatkan potensi lokal dikategorikan sangat baik.Kata kunci: pemberdayaan perempuan, desa wisata, pendidikan berbasis komunitasAbstractThis study was aimed at generating a women empowerment model through community-based education in the Bejiharjo,tourism village. The study usedthe research and development (R D) method. The results of the study produce a guideline modelin the form of a compact disk (CD) file for women’s empowerment of tourism villages through business learning groups that support tourism and community education containing an activity guideline book and interactive learning activities. Models were developed from the initial data collection on the conditions, problems, and potentials of the target community, programming, training, and program assistance. Stages of the includedata collection for candidates, selection of participants, and community-based education programs in the form of training. The community-based education programs include assessment, program socialization, program implementation, program evaluation, and mentoring. Based on the data of the expert validation, it can be concluded that the guidance model of women empowerment through community based education utilizing local potentials is categorized as very good.Keyword: women empowerment, tourism village, community-based education

Abstract

This study was aimed at finding out the effects of problem-based learning (PBL) method to increase the students learning interests and achievement in advanced statistics. The study was conducted by classroom action research in two cycles. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Findings showed that the implementation of the PBL method was able to increase the students learning interests both inside and outside the class. By way of case analysis tasks, students showed great participation in the teaching learning process. The PBL method also increased the students achievement. The students showed great understanding of the concepts and application of advanced statistics.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study contribution of visualization in motor learning. The research population is male and female  athletes in Yognkarta. The random sampling technique is utilized to select athletes as the sample of this research. This is a survey research and the data was collected by question- noire technique. There are three  (visual, auditory, and Hnesthetic) in each questionnoire. The results of this research factors  indicated that the contribution of auditory  visual  factor  is 46.91%o, and kinesthetic  factor  is 0.24o/o, factor is 52.85%o. The Iargest contribution in visualization among those from  the Hnesthetic  factor.  factors  The general conclusion is tlwt learning sport activities need all of those factors,  but kinesthetic is the most essential one.. The reason is that learning through direct various experiences will be mueh better than through obseryation. In learning sport sHlls, it is necessary to provide feedback  and use audio visual media as aids.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to set adapted physical learning model for optimize mental retarded brain. This objectives achieved in two stages, for two years.Research and Development approach are applied in this research in two stages. Phase I conducted literature review and field observations. Data that obtained in this phase are analyzed and are used to set a draf of adapted physical learning model to optimize mental retarded brain. The result of Phase I (2009) includes the literature review about the characteristics of mental retarded children, the motion effects on the brain, gestures to the brain. Field observation that carried out in this phase obtain that motor skill of mental retarded child are good running, lack of balance, less category in cognitive abilities. The ability to read, write, and arithmetic are in moderate category. Affective abilities in self-control is in moderate category, but the empathy and cooperation into well category. Psychomotor ability to perform activities of daily life in the good category. The model of motion exercises and songs combined with circuit activities to optimize the mental retarded brain. The entire 40-minute duration of learning, with 9 minutes of the first and last songs of the motion and shape of gymnastics and the remaining circuit events consisting of 6 stations that include trampoline, crawling, climbing beam bridges, rolling over, facedown on the medicine ball, and crawling in the aisle.Keywords: adapted physical learning model, optimization of brain, mental retarded
