Jurnal Pendidikan Geosfer (JPG) is published by the Department of Geography Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Syiah Kuala, Banda Aceh. Abstract

Indonesia menghadapi tantangan besar berupa triple burden of disease yaitu penyakit menular, penyakit tidak menular, dan masalah gizi secara bersamaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan sebaran spasial triple burden of disease serta mengidentifikasi zona prioritas intervensi kesehatan pada 38 provinsi di Indonesia tahun 2023. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis spasial. Data penelitian bersumber dari laporan Survei Kesehatan Indonesia (SKI) 2023 Kementerian Kesehatan, mencakup prevalensi stunting serta 4 kategori penyakit menular dan tidak menular di 38 provinsi Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, sedangkan  teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis overlay pada aplikasi ArcMap 10.4.1. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan ketidakmerataan beban penyakit yang kontras antarwilayah. Papua Tengah menjadi wilayah prioritas 1 (kerentanan tertinggi) yang membutuhkan intervensi segera. Sementara itu, 19 provinsi (didominasi Jawa dan Bali) berada pada prioritas 2 akibat tingginya prevalensi penyakit tidak menular yang dipicu oleh polusi dan pergeseran gaya hidupi. Adapun 18 provinsi lainnya masuk dalam kategori prioritas 3. ABSTRACT Indonesia faces a major challenge in the form of the triple burden of disease, namely infectious diseases, non-communicable diseases, and nutritional problems simultaneously. This study aims to map the spatial distribution of the triple burden of disease and identify priority zones for health interventions in 38 provinces in Indonesia in 2023. This study employed a quantitative approach with spatial analysis. Data were sourced from the 2023 Indonesian Health Survey (SKI) report of the Ministry of Health, covering the prevalence of stunting and four categories of infectious and non-communicable diseases in 38 Indonesian provinces. Data collection was conducted through documentation, while spatial overlay analysis was performed using ArcMap 10.4.1. The findings revealed significant spatial disparities in the disease burden between regions. Central Papua was identified as a the priority 1 region (highest vulnerability), requiring immediate intervention. Meanwhile, 19 provinces (dominated by Java and Bali) were classified as priority 2 due to the high prevalence of non-communicable diseases triggered by pollution and lifestyle shifts. The other 18 provinces are included in priority 3 category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah seluruh SMA Negeri di Kota Banda Aceh yang berjumlah 16 Sekolah. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah Simple Random Sampling, sekolah yang digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian ialah SMA Negeri 2, SMA Negeri 11, SMA Negeri 12, dan SMA Negeri 13 Banda Aceh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu berupa tes dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif secara kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat empat indikator literasi lingkungan untuk indikator pengetahuan lingkungan sebesar 36,68% berada pada kegori sedang, indikator sikap peduli lingkungan sebesar 38,3% berada pada kategori sedang, indikator keterampilan kognitif sebesar 36,6% memiliki kategori berimbang antara tinggi dan sedang dan indikator perilaku peduli lingkungan sebesar 36,6% dengan kategori tinggi. Untuk meningkatkan hasil ini, sekolah dapat menerapkan berbagai strategi yang lebih efektif. ABSTRACT This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive research type. The population in this study were all public high schools in Banda Aceh City, totaling 16 schools. The sampling technique used in this study was Simple Random Sampling, the schools used as research samples were SMA Negeri 2, SMA Negeri 11, SMA Negeri 12, and SMA Negeri 13 Banda Aceh. The data collection techniques used in this study were tests and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study used quantitative descriptive statistics. Based on the results of the study which shows that there are four indicators of environmental literacy for environmental knowledge indicators of 36.68% are in the medium category, environmental care attitude indicators of 38.3% are in the medium category, cognitive skills indicators of 36.6% have a balanced category between high and medium and environmental care behavior indicators of 36.6% with a high category. To improve these results, schools can implement more effective strategies, such as increasing access to resources, increasing motivation, and using more interactive learning methods.

Abstract

Erosi tanah merupakan salah satu ancaman utama terhadap konservasi sumber daya tanah dan air. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis risiko erosi tanah potensial dan aktual di DAS Mikro Binuang menggunakan teknik GIS dan model Coordination of Information on the Environment (CORINE). Faktor-faktor utama yang berperan dalam analisis ini antara lain erodibilitas tanah, erosivitas, topografi, dan tutupan lahan. Peta tekstur tanah, kedalaman tanah, dan singkapan permukaan tanah (stoniness) merupakan dasar untuk menghasilkan peta erodibilitas. Indeks presipitasi Fournier (MFI) dan indeks kekeringan Bagnouls–Gaussen (BGI) ditentukan berdasarkan data meteorologi dan klimatologi. Peta risiko erosi potensial (PSER) dihasilkan dengan menggabungkan lapisan erodibilitas tanah, erosivitas, dan kemiringan. Sedangkan peta risiko erosi aktual (ASER) ditentukan dari peta PSER dan tutupan lahan. Hasil peta PSER menunjukkan bahwa 53,17% luas DAS berisiko sedang untuk erosi potensial, sedangkan hasil peta ASER menggambarkan bahwa DAS Mikro Binuang didominasi oleh kelas tinggi seluas 56,296%. Wilayah berisiko erosi potensial dan aktual tingkat sedang hingga tinggi terdistribusi di wilayah perbukitan di bagian tengah hingga hulu DAS. Pada bagian ini banyak ditemukan lahan terbuka seperti lahan tambang dan bekas tambang. Hasil ini mengkonfirmasi peran tutupan lahan dalam melindungi permukaan tanah dari erosi. Penilaian risiko erosi tanah membantu memprioritaskan area kritis untuk menerapkan langkah-langkah pencegahan erosi tanah yang sesuai. ABSTRACT Soil erosion is one of the main threats to soil and water resource conservation. The main objective of this study is to analyze potential and actual soil erosion risks in the Binuang Micro Watershed using GIS techniques and the Coordination of Information on the Environment (CORINE) model. The main factors involved in this analysis include soil erodibility, erosivity, topography, and land cover. Soil texture maps, soil depth maps, and soil surface exposure (stoniness) maps serve as the basis for generating soil erodibility maps. The Fournier precipitation index (MFI) and the Bagnouls–Gaussen aridity index (BGI) were determined based on meteorological and climatological data. The potential erosion risk map (PSER) was generated by combining the soil erodibility, erosivity, and slope layers. Meanwhile, the actual erosion risk map (ASER) is determined from the PSER map and land cover. The PSER map results show that 53.17% of the watershed area is at moderate risk for potential erosion, while the ASER map results indicate that the Binuang Micro Watershed is dominated by a high-risk class covering 56.296%. Areas at moderate to high risk of potential and actual erosion are distributed in the hilly areas in the middle to upper reaches of the watershed. In this area, there are many open lands such as mining and former mining sites. These results confirm the role of land cover in protecting the soil surface from erosion. Soil erosion risk assessment helps prioritize critical areas for conservation efforts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pemahaman mitigasi bencana bagi siswa yang tinggal di wilayah rawan bencana Sesar Lembang, serta perlunya inovasi media pembelajaran untuk memvisualisasikan konsep mitigasi bencana gempa bumi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengembangan, penerapan, serta efektivitas media pembelajaran berbasis Augmented Reality (AR) dibandingkan dengan media audio-visual dalam meningkatkan pemahaman mitigasi bencana gempa bumi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi-Experiment dengan desain Non-equivalent Control Group Design. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes pemahaman (pretest dan posttest) yang telah divalidasi oleh ahli. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media GempAR dinyatakan "Sangat Layak" dengan persentase 91,18%. Berdasarkan analisis data, terdapat peningkatan pemahaman yang signifikan pada kelas eksperimen dengan skor N-Gain sebesar 0,44, sedangkan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan media audio-visual hanya memperoleh skor 0,15. Hasil uji Independent Sample T-Test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,001 (< 0,05), yang membuktikan adanya perbedaan efektivitas yang nyata melalui penggunaan kedua media tersebut. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa penggunaan media Augmented Reality lebih unggul dan efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa melalui fitur visualisasi 3D yang interaktif dan imersif. Peneliti merekomendasikan penggunaan media AR ini dapat diterapkan secara lebih luas dalam pembelajaran Geografi untuk mengonkritkan materi kebencanaan lainnya. ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the importance of understanding disaster mitigation for students living in the disaster-prone area of the Lembang Fault, as well as the need for innovative learning media to visualize earthquake disaster mitigation concepts. The purpose of this study is to investigate the development, application, and effectiveness of Augmented Reality (AR)-based learning media compared to audio-visual media in improving students' understanding of earthquake disaster mitigation. The research method used was a quasi-experimental approach with a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The research instruments consisted of comprehension tests (pretest and posttest) that had been validated by experts. The results indicated that the GempAR media was categorized as "Very Feasible" with a percentage of 91.18%. Based on the data analysis, there was a significant increase in understanding within the experimental class, achieving an N-Gain score of 0.44, whereas the control class using audio-visual media only obtained a score of 0.15. The Independent Sample T-Test results revealed a significance value of 0.001 (< 0.05), proving a significant difference in effectiveness between the two media. The conclusion of this study is that the use of Augmented Reality media is superior and more effective in enhancing students' understanding through its interactive and immersive 3D visualization features. The researcher recommends that the use of AR media can be applied more broadly in Geography learning to make other disaster-related materials more concrete.  Keywords: Augmented Reality, Disaster Mitigation, Student Understanding, Audio-Visual Media
