Abstract

Bucket merupakan salah satu jenis souvenir yang pada masa ini sangat digandrungi oleh remaja bahkan ibu-ibu sebagai salah satu kado atau hadiah. Adanya softskill yang dimiliki ibu-ibu PKK Panemon merupakan modal untuk mengembangan keterampilan yang bernilai ekonomi melalui pelatiha pembuatan bucket. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan kreativitas pembuatan bucket uang bersama PKK desa Panemon kecamatan Sugihwaras kabupaten Bojonegoro. Bentuk pengabdian ini adalah pelatiahan pembuatan bucket uang bersama PKK desa Panemon. Sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah anggota PKK yang berjumlah 30 orang. Kegiatan pelatihan ini terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Adapun hasil pelatihan ini adalah Meningkatnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta terhadap kegiatan yang memberi alternatif solusi ecara ekonomi dalam mengisi waktu luang. Meningkatnya keterampilan peserta dalam membuat kreativitas Pembuatan Bucket Uang Bersama PKK Desa Panemon Kecamatan Sugihwaras Kabupaten Bojonegoro yang memberikan nilai tambah dalam penghasilan. Kata Kunci : pelatihan, bucket uang, PKK Abstract: Buckets are a type of souvenir that is currently very popular with teenagers and even mothers as a gift or present. The soft skills possessed by PKK Panemon women are capital for developing economically valuable skills through bucket making training. The aim of this community dedication activity is to provide creative training in making money buckets with the PKK of Panemon village, Sugihwaras subdistrict, Bojonegoro district. This form of service is training in making money buckets with the Panemon village PKK. The target of this activity is 30 PKK members. This training activity consists of three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. The results of this training are increased knowledge and understanding of participants regarding activities that provide alternative economic solutions for filling free time. Increased participants' skills in creating creativity in making money buckets with PKK, Panemon Village, Sugihwaras District, Bojonegoro Regency, which provides added value in income. Abstract

Community service activities are carried out at the Sempoa Mawaddah Pekanbaru PAUD (Early Childhood Education Programs) School. The aim of community service is to increase financial literacy from an early age in PAUD students. The method used in community service activities is the gamification method. There were thirty students and five PAUD mothers participating in community service activities. The implementation of the activity was carried out by two lecturers and four students from the Faculty of Economic and Social Science State Islamic University Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau. The gamification method explains the delivery of material, namely financial management related to learning to manage money by saving it through a simple piggy bank that is distributed to students. This gamification method will make it easier to help PAUD students and teachers to apply simple financial management, namely through a learning-whileplaying system. The result of providing this community service activity is an increase in financial literacy for PAUD students to learn to save, with an accuracy of 71% before Abdimas to 96% afterward. Through the gamification method, PAUD teachers obtain new information in the form of ways in the financial learning system while playing which increases financial literacy from 87% to 93% after community service, besides that, it can also help PAUD parents to participate in providing financial understanding in families who become it's easier when the piggy bank is brought home and reviewed again in class during the implementation of community service activities. The increase in the financial literacy of parents PAUD students from before community service activities was 71%, to 96% after joint discussions regarding financial literacy skills.

Abstract

This program was motivated by the researchers' concern for community institutions that lack understanding of the importance of community organizations such as youth organizations, this is due to the lack of education on the work program of youth organizations. The problem that arises in the field is that the youth organization has been formed but does not run as it should, it is just a formality, because it does not know the function and how each division works. This service activity aims to provide assistance to the youth organization starting from providing work program education to the formation of the organizational structure of the youth organization which is then approved by the village head. This service uses a PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach with data collection methods including; observation, interview and documentation. The result of this service is the establishment of the Sumberjati Village Youth Organization and is carried out as their respective duties.

Abstract

Education is important in shaping quality generation. From kindergarten to college, the college must conduct research, devotion, and education, and create quality students. College forms entrepreneurs, human resources, and economic growth. Socialization and promotion by training students in Bodhi Dharma High School in Batam City. Participants are students from the tenth grade (X), eleven (XI), and twelve (XII). The results of the implementation of this activity indicate that socialization and promotion through training can provide complete and clear information about the Software Engineering study program. Information disseminated becomes a reference in considering where to continue education at Universal University.

Abstract

Karang Taruna memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam pengembangan masyarakat, termasuk di Desa Jangur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji esensi organisasi Karang Taruna serta mendeskripsikan kontribusinya dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi program pemberdayaan ekonomi, pelatihan keterampilan, serta upaya memperkuat solidaritas dan kemitraan di Desa Jangur. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Karang Taruna berperan aktif dalam memperkuat jaringan sosial, meningkatkan kualitas hidup, dan mengembangkan potensi lokal. Penelitian ini juga memberikan rekomendasi untuk memperkuat peran Karang Taruna sebagai agen pembangunan berkelanjutan melalui peningkatan program pemberdayaan dan kolaborasi dengan lembaga terkait. Dengan demikian, Karang Taruna dapat terus menjadi motor penggerak dalam mewujudkan kesejahteraan dan pembangunan masyarakat di Desa Jangur.

Abstract

The presence of the ASEAN Economic Community and the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has changed the dynamics of business and marketing, so that strategic steps are needed to help MSMEs, especially in Sidomulyo Village, to remain competitive in the digital era, and be able to compete competitively in the digital era. This Community Service Program aims to help MSME actors improve their personal skills and business capacity. One of the MSMEs that consistently maintains and develops local potential-based businesses is community-based entrepreneurial businesses that produce products and services. The service process begins with collecting initial data through interviews and observations to find out more about business conditions, then continues with conducting this research through the ECA-EVARED technique (Exploration, Creat and Action, Evaluation, and Report and Dissemination) and business assistance in order to improve the ability of business actors to market online. The results of the community service program for MSME actors in Sidomulyo are that marketing is getting wider, helping the economy of small traders, they can already market through digital marketplaces, income is increasing and MSME actors are more creative in marketing their products.

Abstract

Inability to communicate can cause someone to be insecure when appearing in public. For students of SMK Darur Rohman who have a fear of speaking in public, a feeling of panic will arise that is very disturbing to the mind. Before starting to speak in public, the bodies of students of SMK Darur Rohman who are not ready will begin to show early signs of a panic reaction due to the pressure of having to appear. Therefore, public speaking training is very crucial to be held at SMK Darur Rohman with the aim of making students confident to appear bravely in public as public speakers. This training method is held with the presence of speakers, questions and answers between audiences, and speech competitions for students. It can be seen that after the training, students began to open up and dare to appear in public, because in this training several techniques were explained to eliminate panic and fear.

Abstract

The important period in child development is at the age of under five years because at that age it influences and determines the child's further development. Early stimulation itself is a stimulation that is carried out since being in the womb, carried out every day, to stimulate all sensory systems from hearing, sight, touch, smell, taste. During this toddler period, the development of language skills, creativity, social awareness, emotional and intelligence runs very quickly as the foundation for subsequent development, so that any abnormalities or deviations, no matter how small, if not detected and not handled properly. Children who receive targeted and regular stimulation will develop faster than those who receive less or no stimulation at all. The brain tissue of children who receive a lot of stimulation will develop to 80% by the age of 3 years. If the child is never given stimulation, the brain tissue will decrease, this has a tendency to reduce the quality of human resources in the future. Stimulation of infant/toddler growth and development using the Pre-Screening Questionnaire for Development (KPSP) is one of the stimulation methods that can be used to detect toddler growth and development. Therefore, it is very important to improve the skills of Posyandu Cadres in using KPSP. The output from the use of KPSP will be one of the indicators of the success of fostering toddler growth and development at Posyandu, not only improving the health and nutritional status of toddlers but also the mental, emotional, social and independence of toddlers developing optimally.

Abstract

Assessment is one of the main components in the learning process. The purpose of the assessment includes knowing the level of achievement of learning objectives and seeing the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process. In the assessment of learning outcomes, teachers have a central role as the main supporter to implement an ideal assessment system. Training on the Development of Learning Outcome Assessment Instruments for Elementary School Teachers is very important for us to do, because this can improve the ability and creativity of teachers in making good learning outcome assessment instruments. The results of this activity are that teachers in this school still need further activities or mentoring to get used to developing learning outcome assessment instruments. This activity is very useful, especially for institutions. In addition to increasing knowledge, it will also refresh the knowledge of teachers about the development of assessment instruments. In terms of management, the implementation of this activity will further improve educational services to students and also improve quality.

Abstract

Advancements in information technology (IT) offer significant opportunities to enhance the efficiency and productivity of organizations, including the Nahdlatul Ulama student organization (IPNU-IPPNU) in Banyuurip Village, Ujungpangkah, Gresik. However, this organization faces challenges such as low digital literacy and minimal use of technology in its operations. This community service program aims to improve the digital competence of IPNU-IPPNU members through training on IT utilization, including Google Workspace, Canva, and social media, to support organizational administration, promotion, and communication. The methodology employed includes needs assessment, training, mentoring, and evaluation. The results indicate significant improvements in participants’ digital literacy, organizational administrative efficiency, and the quality of promotion through social media. Furthermore, participants were able to produce engaging digital content, increasing public involvement in the organization’s programs. Challenges such as limited devices and internet access were addressed through alternative solutions. This program contributes to developing NU’s youth into individuals who are not only knowledgeable in religion but also competent in information technology to face the challenges of the digital era.
