Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Brand Image and Promotion on Customer Loyalty for Wardah beauty brand users in Indonesia. The increasingly competitive beauty industry requires companies to maintain customer loyalty through a strong brand image and effective promotional strategies. The research method used is associative quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires to 55 respondents. Data analysis techniques include validity, reliability, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination using SPSS 24. The results showed that Brand Image and Promotion had a partial and simultaneous effect on Customer Loyalty. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.539 indicates that 53.9% of the variation in customer loyalty can be explained by the two independent variables. The t test shows that Brand Image (t = 2.983; p < 0.05) and Promotion (t = 3.918; p < 0.05) have a significant effect partially, while the F test shows a significant simultaneous effect (F = 30.420; p < 0.001). These findings confirm the importance of synergy between brand image and promotion in building customer loyalty, especially in the face of increasingly dynamic cosmetic market competition.

Abstract

This research aims to see the socio-economy of the fishing community of Bajo village, Sanan sub-district, Sula island district, Research using descriptive quantitative and qualitative methods, The data analysis technique used in this research is the analysis model developed by Miles and Huberman, namely analysis that uses three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of the research of the Bajo community have quite a lot of catches, but the costs of production costs are needed, and the results of enlargement are less targeted, as well as capital, fishing experience and age have a very important effect on increasing the income of Bajo village community fishermen. North Halmahera district, so that to meet the needs imported from other region.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze promotional strategies for new student admissions at SMK IPTEK Cilamaya. Data were obtained through observation, interviews and questionnaires. This type of research is a qualitative analysis of the data available at the school. The analysis technique used is SWOT analysis, which is data processing to obtain the results of analyzing internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats). The indicators used in this study are product indicators and promotion indicators. The results of research to 81 respondents showed that in the product indicator the highest results were obtained in the strongly agree category with a score of 289 or 26.83%, while in the promotion indicator the highest results were obtained in the disagree category showing a score of 285 with a percentage of 29.05%,

Abstract

Increased global mobility has made foreigner surveillance a strategic issue in Indonesia's immigration policy. This research aims to analyze how the principles of Collaborative Governance are applied in the supervision of foreigners by the Directorate General of Immigration, as well as identify the actors involved and the forms of collaboration that occur. Using a descriptive qualitative approach through documentation studies and literature review, this study found that collaborative governance has been implemented in various forms such as joint operations, data exchange, and community engagement. The collaboration involves both state (DG Immigration, Police, BIN, Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and non-state actors (media, NGOs, communities). Despite its effectiveness, collaboration still faces obstacles such as sectoral ego and the absence of a strong regulatory framework. The results of this study indicate the importance of institutional strengthening and cross-sectoral integration systems to encourage adaptive and sustainable immigration control.

Abstract

E-wallet users as digital wallets are the choice of the people of Medan City, especially the OVO e-wallet for online system payments in transactions. It is suspected that the increase in the use of the OVO e-wallet is due to online promotion factors and perceived ease of use. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of online promotion and perceived ease of use on the decision to use the OVO e-wallet in the community. The research method is quantitative and associative. The population is the people of Medan Sunggal District, Medan City, totaling 140,138 people and the number of samples is 100 people. The research data comes from primary data and the data collection process uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique using statistical models consists of validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test and coefficient of determination (R2) using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) software version 25. The results of the study that partially there is an influence of online promotion and perceived ease of use on the decision to use the OVO e-wallet with each t-count value (7.578 and 2.110) greater than t-table (1.660) and a significance level (0.000 and 0.037) less than 0.05. From the F test, it was obtained that Fcount> Ftable (64.079> 3.090) with a significance level (0.000 <0.05), so the hypothesis is accepted, simultaneously online promotion and perceived ease of use have a positive and significant effect on the decision to use the OVO e-wallet. The R Square value is 0.569 which means that 56.9% of the variation of independent variables (online promotion and perceived ease) can explain the decision to use the OVO e-wallet and the remaining 431% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology in recent years has driven the transformation of tax administration systems in Indonesia. Aligning with global trends, the government, through the Directorate General of Taxes, launched Coretax (Compliance and Risk Management System for Taxation) as part of a digital-based tax modernization strategy. This qualitative study explores the challenges and opportunities of Coretax adoption among tourism sector users in Bandung. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with key informants from tourism businesses and analyzed using thematic and SWOT analysis. The findings reveal that while Coretax offers benefits such as system integration, faster reporting, and reduced input errors, its implementation faces significant obstacles, including system instability, limited IT support, and low digital literacy. The study concludes with recommendations to enhance system stability, improve technical support, and strengthen digital literacy to optimize Coretax adoption.

Abstract

This investigation was conducted in the ER at M Natsir Hospital, Solok City. The goal of this research was to find out how substantial the impact of Competency and Work Discipline is on the Performance of ER medical workers at M Natsir Hospital, Solok City. Forty emergency medical staff from M Natsir Hospital in Solok City made up the study's population. The Total sample approach was the sample strategy employed. Questionnaires were employed in the data collection method. The performance of medical staff (Y) is influenced by the Competency (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) variables, according to multiple regression analysis. Y = 8.259 + 0.904 X1 + 0.125 is the multiple linear regression equation that was produced. The variables Competency (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) show significance according to the t-test

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Perceived Organizational Support and employee loyalty on employee performance at RSU Martha Friska Multatuli. Perceived Organizational Support refers to employees’ perception of how much the organization values their contributions and cares about their well-being. Employee loyalty reflects dedication and emotional attachment to the organization, demonstrated through responsibility, compliance, and commitment to contribute positively. This research uses a quantitative approach with path analysis. The sample consists of 69 contract employees from the nursing and medical support divisions, selected from a total population of 227 employees. The results show that Perceived Organizational Support and employee loyalty have a positive and significant effect on performance. Moreover, Perceived Organizational Support also significantly influences loyalty, and indirectly affects performance through employee loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of hard skills and job involvement on the performance of employees at the Department of Agriculture in Asahan Regency. Hard skills are defined as abilities that include mastery of knowledge, technology, and technical skills required in the job, while job involvement refers to the extent to which an individual is engaged in their work, shows concern and attention towards it, and views their job as an important part of their identity and self-worth. This research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. The sample consists of all employees at the Department of Agriculture in Asahan Regency, totaling 77 respondents. The results show that hard skills have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a beta value of 0.451 and a significance value of 0.000. Job involvement also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a beta value of 0.526 and a significance value of 0.000. Simultaneously, these two variables contribute 35.2% of the variance in employee performance, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Efforts to increase rice production are very important because they can increase farmers' income in the farming business. The purpose of this research is to find out how farmers are making efforts to increase rice production in the Jorong Kubu Gadang farmer group, Payakumbuh Kab. Limapuluh Kota and what obstacles there are. experienced in an effort to increase rice production in the Jorong Kubu Gadang farmer group. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. And the number of informants in this research is 1 person. The results of this research shows that the efforts made by the Jorong farmer group, Payakumbuh district, Fifty cities, are in the form of counseling, training and outreach, including agricultural counseling, training in the use of technology in the Jorong Kubu farmer group. gadang, agribusiness and horticulture training, socialization on fertilizer and pesticide selection, training on selecting superior seeds and making irrigation channels.
