Abstract

In the current era of globalization, there are many changes in financial behavior, therefore financial intelligence is absolutely necessary for a student. Because, financial intelligence includes how a person manages their finances well, including expenses, investments, savings, and other financial aspects. This study aims to determine how much influence financial literacy, financial inclusion, and Financial Technology have on financial behavior and to determine how much Lifestyle moderates it in generation Z students at Prof. Dr. Hazairin SH University. This research method is quantitative by distributing questionnaires to 160 students in generation Z at Prof. Dr. Hazairin SH University. Sampling techniques that use non-probability sampling techniques.. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS 4 software. The results of the analysis show that partially Financial Technology, Financial Literacy and Lifestyle have a positive and significant effect on Financial Behavior. Conversely, Financial Inclusion does not have a positive and significant effect on Financial Behavior. And Lifestyle as a moderating variable shows a significant influence in strengthening the relationship between Financial Inclusion and Financial Behavior. Meanwhile, Lifestyle as a moderating variable does not show a significant influence in strengthening the relationship between Financial Literacy and Financial Technology.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of strategic leadership in enhancing awareness and implementation of human capital strategy at PT Garuda Indonesia. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed to understand the dynamics of HR strategy implementation in the context of a national airline undergoing post-pandemic transformation. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, document analysis, and limited observations in the Human Capital division and operational units. The findings reveal that adaptive, communicative, and participatory strategic leadership significantly influences the effectiveness of human capital strategy. Key drivers of change include empowerment, consistent vision communication, and responsive leadership. Conversely, challenges such as budget constraints, perception gaps between management levels, and industry pressures affect strategy execution. The results indicate that synergy between leadership and human capital management is a crucial foundation for improving organizational performance and resilience. This study contributes both theoretically and practically to service organizations pursuing HR-based transformation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan nilai amanah dan mas’uliyyah dalam Manajemen Sumber Daya Insani (MSDI) serta pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan di perusahaan retail Khochi Kendari. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pembentukan karakter kerja Islami di tengah tantangan moral dan profesionalisme dalam dunia kerja modern. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif terhadap karyawan yang telah bekerja lebih dari dua tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai amanah berkontribusi dalam membentuk integritas dan kepercayaan, sementara mas’uliyyah memperkuat rasa tanggung jawab dan akuntabilitas dalam bekerja. Penerapan kedua nilai tersebut secara simultan mampu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif, jujur, dan bertanggung jawab. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar nilai-nilai Islam terus diinternalisasikan dalam sistem MSDI melalui pelatihan, pembinaan spiritual, dan evaluasi berbasis etika untuk menunjang kinerja yang berkualitas

Abstract

This study discusses the strategy of human resource management (HRM) in addresing the challenges of digital transformation and its impact on employee welfare and performance. Digital transformation has become aa necessity to improve efficiency and competitiveness. Based on interviews with management and employees at YAISGO Logistic, it is found that the company has implemented several initiatives, such as the development of digital competencies for employees, digitalizing the recruitment process, and the application of an HR management system. These steps contribute to enhancing work efficiency, service quality, and data management. However, the implementation of digital transformation also faces several challenges. Some of these include resistance to change, an imbalance between work demands an employee welfare, and concerns about data security and privacy. The results of the study indicate that the succsess of digital transformaation is not only determined by the technology used but also by the readiness and adaptability of human resources. Responsive, fair, and welfare-oriented HR management is key to optimizing employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role and strategy of human capital in improving employee productivity within Indonesia’s banking industry. Amid digital transformation, efficiency demands, and increasingly competitive financial markets, human resource management must evolve from merely administrative functions into a strategic pillar. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews and document analysis across several banking institutions. The findings indicate that human capital strategies involving competency development, digital-based training, talent mapping, and adaptive leadership have a positive impact on employee performance. Adaptive and collaborative leadership styles also emerge as a key factor in supporting these strategies. However, challenges such as resistance to change and digital readiness remain present. This research provides practical implications for the development of human capital policies that are more adaptive, human-centered, and sustainable in the banking sector.

Abstract

This study investigates the critical role of legal regulation in promoting sustainable business practices, particularly in emerging economies facing institutional constraints. Using a qualitative, literature based approach grounded in thematic analysis, the research explores how legal frameworks influence corporate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) behavior across China, Indonesia, Brazil, and South Africa. Findings reveal that while mandatory ESG disclosures, environmental laws, and green fiscal incentives can positively shape corporate conduct, their effectiveness is highly dependent on enforcement consistency and institutional capacity. Multinational firms often lead in sustainability due to global regulatory pressures, while small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) face structural challenges. The study also highlights the risks of greenwashing and regulatory arbitrage in jurisdictions with weak oversight. Moreover, international legal instruments such as the EU Deforestation Regulation and Paris Agreement are shown to influence domestic governance, although unevenly. The research concludes that to embed sustainability effectively, legal frameworks must not only be robust and adaptive but also supported by institutional legitimacy and stakeholder engagement. The study offers strategic policy insights for governments, regulators, and corporate leaders committed to advancing sustainable governance.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of E-Service Quality, E-Trust, and Ease of Use on E-Satisfaction among users of the Mobile JKN application in Kolaka Regency. Employing a quantitative method, data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to 150 purposively selected respondents. The analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) technique via SmartPLS 4.0. The results reveal that all three independent variables significantly affect E-Satisfaction, with Ease of Use having the most substantial influence, followed by E-Service Quality and E-Trust. The measurement model demonstrates strong reliability and validity through AVE, composite reliability, and Cronbach’s Alpha values that meet recommended thresholds. The structural model explains 54% of the variance in E-Satisfaction, indicating a moderate predictive capability. These findings emphasize the importance of usability, trust, and digital service performance in enhancing user satisfaction with public health service applications. The study provides practical implications for developers and policymakers in improving the functionality and trustworthiness of digital platforms, particularly in the public health sector.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of brand image and perceived product quality on consumer purchase intention for Axioo laptops, focusing on students at Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka. As a local laptop brand in Indonesia, Axioo faces intense competition and low brand awareness among younger consumers. The study uses a quantitative explanatory approach with a sample of 376 students selected via purposive sampling. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The results indicate that both brand image and perceived product quality have a significant and positive effect on purchase intention. The R-square value shows that 64.7% of the variance in purchase intention is explained by the two independent variables. These findings suggest that strengthening brand image and improving product quality are critical strategies to increase consumer acceptance and market competitiveness for local technology products like Axioo laptops.

Abstract

The significance of profitability in raising business value, especially in the pulp and paper subsector, which confronts efficiency and competition issues, is what drives this study. The main objective of this research is to investigate the effects of ROA, ROE and NPM on firm value as measured by PBV. Three firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2019 and 2023 are the subject of this research, which use a purposive selection strategy and an associative quantitative technique. Multiple linear regression and traditional assumption tests were used to evaluate the data. The findings indicate that NPM has no discernible impact on company value, although ROA and ROE do. The three factors all have a major impact on PBV at the same time.. The study concludes that the effectiveness in utilizing assets and equity is a primary consideration for investors in assessing firm value, whereas operational efficiency represented by NPM is not yet a determining factor. These results have real-world ramifications for business managers, who should concentrate on raising ROA and ROE to improve their standing with investors.

Abstract

Data from 2024 shows that Canva has more than 170 million users, with Indonesia contributing 5.9% of the total global users. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is used to analyze the acceptance of AI technology in Canva, especially in the context of vocational education. This study aims to examine the extent to which vocational high school students majoring in marketing accept and utilize AI technology in Canva to support academic assignments and marketing practices. This study also refers to previous studies that show that perceptions of usefulness and ease of use have a significant effect on user intention and satisfaction in utilizing AI-based technology. This study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining experiments with one-shot techniques with quantitative methods. The sample used in this study was 95 students from SMK Fransiskus, SMK Kristen Terang Bangsa, SMK Ignatius, and SMK Cut Nya'Dien Semarang majoring in marketing. The results of the study show that there is no direct influence between the variables of usefulness (perceived of usefulness) and perceived ease of use (ease of use) on the tendency to use (behavioural intention) of AI technology on Canva, but it will have a significant influence on the actualization of use (actual use) if mediated by the variable of tendency to use.
