Abstract

The development of the digital market in Indonesia has shifted the dynamics of consumer behavior, particularly in the context of online transactions through marketplaces. One prominent phenomenon is consumers' increasing reliance on online customer reviews as a primary source of information before making a purchase, given the limited physical access to assess products in person. This study seeks to examine the extent to which customer reviews shape purchasing decisions on marketplace platforms. A qualitative approach was chosen as the primary method, with data obtained through a literature review of relevant journals and articles. The study's results confirm that online customer reviews significantly contribute to purchasing decisions; credible, positive, and informative reviews facilitate information search, evaluation of alternatives, and strengthen perceptions of trust in products and sellers. The implications of these findings suggest that strategic review management by sellers and marketplace administrators can increase consumer confidence, product visibility, competitiveness, and transaction sustainability. In conclusion, customer reviews serve not only as a source of information but also as a crucial instrument in stimulating purchasing decisions, building consumer trust, and strengthening a product's position in the digital commerce ecosystem.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the correlation between profitability and liquidity levels among pharmaceutical issuers on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) throughout the 2019-2023 period. The researcher employs the Current Ratio (CR) as the indicator for liquidity (independent variable), while Return on Investment (ROI) represents profitability (dependent variable). Using a purposive sampling approach, 7 out of 13 companies within the population were selected as subjects of observation. The data were processed using simple linear regression methods, hypothesis testing, and the fulfillment of classical assumption requirements. The research findings conclude that the current ratio has a positive and significant influence on return on investment. In practical terms, this phenomenon illustrates that the better a company's capacity to settle its short-term debt, the more its effectiveness in generating investment profits increases. These results align with the principles of trade-off theory regarding the urgency of stability between liquidity and profitability aspects to maintain sustainability and operational efficiency. Based on the coefficient of determination test, the liquidity variable contributes 32% to the fluctuations in profitability. The output of this research is projected to serve as strategic consideration for management in optimizing current asset management, as well as a reference for future academic studies

Abstract

The financial results of a bank serve as a crucial metric in evaluating how effectively management handles assets and ensures the company’s long-term viability. Internal factors such as the bank's capital structure and size are believed to impact its financial performance. This research aims to examine the effects of both the bank's capital structure and size on the financial outcomes of banking sector firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period from 2021 to 2024, looking at these influences both individually and collectively. A quantitative research approach is utilized, relying on secondary data derived from annual financial statements. The sample for this study consists of 41 companies, selected through a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used included multiple linear regression, determination coefficient (R²) test, and hypothesis test through t-test and F-test. Simultaneously, the capital structure and size of the bank have a significant effect on financial performance. A determination coefficient value (R²) of 0.163 indicates that the two independent variables are able to explain 16.3% of the variation in financial performance, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the research model. The analytical methods employed comprised multiple linear regression, determination coefficient (R²) assessment, and hypothesis testing through t-tests and F-tests. At the same time, the structure of capital and the size of the bank significantly impact financial performance. An R² value of 0.163 suggests that the two independent variables account for 16.3% of the variance in financial performance, while the remaining variance is affected by factors not included in the research model.

Abstract

The increasing consumer awareness of environmental issues has encouraged companies to develop green product based marketing strategies to meet the growing demand for sustainability. This not only influences consumer preferences but also drives changes in consumer behavior, including brand switching intentions. This study aims to analyze the effect of green consumer experience on green consumer switching intention, with green consumer satisfaction acting as a mediating variable in this relationship. This research employs a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software. The subjects of this study consist of 168 respondents who are consumers of environmentally friendly detergents. The results indicate that green consumer experience has a positive and significant effect on green consumer satisfaction. Furthermore, green consumer satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on green consumer switching intention and serves as a mediating variable in the relationship between green consumer experience and switching intention. These findings imply that companies need to enhance the quality of environmentally based consumer experiences to create sustainable satisfaction and reduce the likelihood of brand switching.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital technology has transformed how organizations manage human resource training. PT Bisnis Digital Ekonomi (BDE), through its HR Master Division, conducted 16 webinar series with 2,851 participants between July 2025 and February 2026; however, all administrative processes were managed manually across disconnected platforms including Zoom, Google Drive, and spreadsheets, resulting in fragmented knowledge assets and operational inefficiency. This study aims to design and develop an integrated web-based webinar management and Digital Library system for the HR Master Division using the Waterfall method. Data were collected through direct observation and semi-structured interviews with two division staff members. The system was built using PHP Laravel with MVC architecture and MySQL database, supporting four user roles: Super Admin, HR Master Admin, Trainer, and Employee. Black Box Testing across 24 test scenarios yielded a 100% success rate with no critical bugs detected. The system successfully consolidates webinar scheduling, participant registration, digital attendance, material archiving, and report export into a single platform accessible via hrmasterid.com, eliminating cross-platform fragmentation. This study contributes a replicable integrated training information system model for corporate HR divisions facing similar knowledge management challenges.

Abstract

Previously, teacher certification document management at the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Nagekeo Regency was conducted manually, which complicated data retrieval, grouping, and verification processes. These limitations often led to inefficiencies, delays, and difficulties in ensuring data accuracy and completeness. In response to these challenges, a teacher certification document archiving management information system was designed and developed using the Extreme Programming (XP) method, which emphasizes collaboration, flexibility, and iterative system development. This system provides integrated features, including document upload, storage, verification, and recapitulation, which support the smooth administration of allowance disbursement and audit requirements. By integrating these processes into a single platform, the system helps reduce errors and improves overall workflow efficiency. The results showed that the implementation of this system significantly improved the efficiency and accuracy of document management. Furthermore, the System Usability Scale (SUS) test yielded a score of 72.97, which falls into the Acceptable category, indicating that the system is suitable for use by both teachers and administrators. Overall, this system serves not only as an archiving tool but also as a practical technological solution that simplifies and enhances the document management process.

Abstract

The Keluarga Harapan Program (PKH) is a government conditional social assistance program aimed at improving the welfare of low-income families. However, its implementation often faces issues in accurately targeting beneficiaries. Therefore, an objective method is needed to classify people based on their level of need. This study applies the K-Means clustering method to group PKH beneficiary families in Dagang Kelambir Village into clusters with similar characteristics. The variables used include age, number of dependents, occupation, income, and housing ownership status, with a total of 201 residents analyzed. Data processing was conducted using the R programming language, including normalization and the Elbow method to determine the optimal number of clusters. The results show three clusters: 124 families in the non-priority group, 39 in the secondary priority group, and 38 in the primary priority group. This method is effective in identifying priority groups objectively and supports more accurate and efficient distribution of PKH assistance.
