<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil atau respon para siswa setelah menggunakan media pembelajaran matematika berbasis multimedia interaktif dengan menggunakan software atau perangkat lunak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dengan para siswa di SMP IT Jabal Noor Medan. Temuan atau hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebelum menggunakan pembelajaran multimedia interaktif pemahaman siswa terhadap materi matematika masih terbilang kurang atau lemah, dikarenakan para guru menjelaskan konsep atau materi pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode pengajaran konvensional atau monoton. Namun setelah menggunakan multimedia interaktif pemahaman siswa terhadap pelajaran matematika menjadi meningkat. Jadi dengan memanfaatkan software dalam multimedia interaktif untuk pembelajaran matematika, dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi para guru atau pengajar dalam memberikan materi pembelajaran kepada para siswa. Sehingga dengan begitu dapat mempermudah siswa dalam memahami materi yang diajarkan, karena sistem pembelajaran dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan berbagai media yang sudah tersedia di komputer. Hal ini akan meningkatkan minat siswa terhadap mata pelajaran matematika dan meningkatkan motivasi mereka untuk mempelajarinya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa setelah penggunaan multimedia interaktif yang memanfaatkan software di dalam pembelajaran matematika tersebut, motivasi belajar atau semangat belajar siswa serta kemampuan mereka dalam belajar matematika dapat meningkat dengan baik.]]>

<![CDATA[Based on the results of our group's research taking policies related to post-inflation risk in the Riau Islands region, there is the Batam, Riau Islands Province Economy, Riau Islands Province Batam inflation was recorded at 5.89% (yoy) in the second quarter of 2022. This figure increased by 3.24% (yoy) compared to the previous quarter as increased mobility, supply disruptions and geopolitical pressures have pushed up global commodity prices. Inflation in the second quarter of 2022 was influenced by an increase in inflation in the food, beverage and tobacco categories, which was triggered by an increase in the price of chicken eggs and various chili peppers. In addition, speed is affected by groups such as air freight fares and groups of food and restaurant suppliers.]]>

This is an opportunity for MSME actors to open a business in the form of laundry services. Laundry is a business sector that provides services by providing clothes washing services, the laundry business has great opportunities because of the development of lifestyles and the level of community mobility which prioritizes practicality in the need for clean clothes. community activities in it which are increasingly diverse, encourage the desire to streamline household activities. One of them is handling dirty clothes at home. For the upper middle class and businessmen who are often found in Tasikmalaya City, the community entrusts the work to laundry services. With the increasing needs of the public using laundry services, good service quality for customers is something that is very important for laundry entrepreneurs to pay attention to. This research focuses on risk management in laundry to minimize the impact of losses.]]>

<![CDATA[Inflation is a condition of an increase in the price of commodity goods as a result of an economic situation that occurs in a country. Inflation has recently occurred in Indonesia, which is a follow-up impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic that has spread in Indonesia for more than 2 years. The inflation received complaints from the public because the significant increase in the price of goods made it difficult for them to meet their daily needs. What's more, many employees are threatened with layoffs because of the company's inability to pay employee salaries. This resulted in the use to make the employees. This study aims to analyze the government in dealing with policy problems as a result of rising inflation that occurred in Indonesia. The research method used is a qualitative method, with a literature study design, which is carried out by searching for data and information from various sources and previous research that supports this research. The results of the study show that the government applies various and assistance to the community as a solution to overcome post-inflation disasters, such as new jobs, promoting economic activities, and improving the skills and expertise of the workforce.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of wages and incentives on employee productivity at PT. Interyasa Mitra Mandiri Medan. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a questionnaire instrument with a research population of 40 permanent employees, the determination of the sample using a saturated sample so that the research sample is 40 people. Data analysis techniques in the form of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing t (partial) and F (simultaneous). The results showed that the tcount coefficient of the work wage variable was 2.246 and the ttable value was 2.022, so the tcount > ttable (2.246 > 2.022) with a significant value < 0.05 (0.031 < 0.05), the tcount coefficient of the incentive variable was 8.384 and the ttable is 2.022 then the value of tcount > ttable (8.384 > 2.022) with a value of sig < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Furthermore, the value of Fcount of work wages and incentives is 28.243 and the value of Ftable is 2.845, so Fcount > Ftable (28.243 > 2.845 with sig value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). The RSquare value is 0.874 or R2 x 100% of 87, 40%, meaning that the independent variables of the study make a major contribution in explaining employee productivity by 87.40% while the remaining 12.60% is influenced by other factors. The conclusion of the study is that work wages have a significant effect on employee productivity, incentives have a significant effect on employee productivity and simultaneously wages and incentives have a significant effect on employee productivity at PT Interyasa Mitra Mandiri Medan.]]>

Everything related to the progress and success of an organization can only be carried out by the intervention or ideas of a leader. The role of a leader can be known through his success in achieving organizational goals.Work motivation: basically motivation is more focused on how to arouse the desire in an employee to want to work productively for the sake of create what has been set. Supardi and Anwar (2004:47) say that 'Motivation is a state in a person's personality that drives an individual's desire to carry out certain activities to achieve goals.Performance: is the result of work achieved by a person based on the responsibilities given to him good performance is important for the company and the employees themselves. Increased employee performance can be used as a consideration for companies to develop human resources and by increasing employee performance, it will also have an impact on company stability in the process of achieving set goals. Good performance achievement must be supported by employees who have high work motivation and discipline to improve the abilities of these employees. So that employees will be able to work according to the skills and abilities they have and produce satisfactory performance for the company. <![CDATA[Investasi menjadi salah satu kegiatan yang digemari oleh masyarakat karena dapat meningkatkan keuntungan dari kegiatan tersebut. Ragam media investasi sangatlah banyak salah satunya adalah cryptocurrency dalam bentuk bitcoin yang saat ini marak beredar. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui segmen manfaat dari kegiatan investasi yang dilakukan menggunakan cryptocurrency dalam bentuk bitcoin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, bitcoin mampu dan dapat digunakan sebagai alat alternative dalam menjalankan kegiatan investasi karena beberapa manfaat seperti (1) keunggula bitcoin mengenai stabilitas harga di pasar global yang dapat dipergunakan sebagai simbolik kestabilan harga di dunia, (2) bitcoin memiliki kemudahan proses pembayaran hanya dengan memanfaatkan website yang dipergunakan untuk menjalankan kegiatan transaksi, (3) bitcoin telah mendapat legalitas dari banyak pihak sehingga kegunaannya sangat kompleks dan mudah untuk dikelola, (4) bitcoin mampu memberikan sumbangsih dalam menuntaskan berbagai masalah perekonomian seperti kegiatan inflasi.]]>

<![CDATA[Banyaknya perusahaan startup yang dirintis mengakibatkan timbulnya ketidakpastian dalam iklim bisnis, Acuan bagi perusahaan yang mampu bertahan dan dianggap sukses dalam menghadapi iklim bisnis yang tidak pasti ialah perusahaan yang mampu memberikan produk yang sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mempertimbangkan pendekatan Lean Startup dan bagaimana hal dapat diterapkan pada penciptaan produk. Prosedur validasi dalam setiap proses pengembangan produk tentunya akan meningkatkan kemungkinan barang yang sesuai dengan preferensi konsumen dan juga mempersingkat waktu yang dibutuhkan dari desain produk hingga pengiriman ke pasar, oleh karena itu pendekatan Lean Startup sangat ideal. Teknik Minimum Viable Product adalah salah satu metode potensial yang digunakan untuk mendukung sistem operasional ramping. Ini dilakukan untuk mendukung ide Lean di semua operasi (MVP).]]>
