Abstract

Education in Indonesia, particularly in junior high schools, is crucial for cultivating students' character and fundamental skills. Physical Education (PJOK) is integral to this process, utilizing various sports activities, including volleyball, to enhance physical, mental, and social abilities. However, many students exhibit low motivation in learning volleyball, often due to monotonous teaching methods. This study addresses this issue by applying the Reality Race method in volleyball education at SMPN 4 Kediri City. This innovative approach combines competition with engaging challenges, aiming to boost students' interest and participation in sports. Employing a Classroom Action Research (PTK) design, the study consists of two cycles involving planning, action, observation, and reflection. The findings indicate that the Reality Race method significantly enhances students' motivation, evidenced by rising motivation scores from the first to the second cycle. The effectiveness of this method not only fosters a more interactive and enjoyable learning environment but also improves fundamental volleyball skills, teamwork, and students' positive attitudes towards sports. Ultimately, this research advances the development of more dynamic and enjoyable PJOK teaching methods, contributing positively to students' engagement in physical education.

Abstract

Learning outcomes are a reflection of students' cognitive and behavioral changes. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of interactive learning media on the learning outcomes of grade 4 students at SD Negeri 2 Bendo. This research is quantitative with an experimental type. The sampling technique used saturated sampling with 30 respondents. Data collection techniques use learning outcomes tests. The data analysis technique uses the t test (Independent Samples T-Test) in Jamovi 2.3.28. Based on the results of hypothesis testing with the Independent Samples T-Test, the posttest p-value was <0.001, which shows that the p-value is <0.05, which means there is a strong and positive influence. Based on the results of the hypothesis, it was found that there was a significant influence of the interactive learning media Wordwall on the learning outcomes of class IV students at SD Negeri 2 Bendo.

Abstract

E-LKPD is a medium as well as teaching material in the learning process to improve student learning outcomes. Learning outcomes emerge when students are motivated in learning. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of interactive learning media on the learning outcomes of grade 4 students at SD Negeri 2 Ngrance. This research is quantitative with an experimental type. The sampling technique used saturated sampling with 30 respondents. Data collection techniques use learning outcomes tests. The data analysis technique uses the t test (Independent Samples T-Test) in Jamovi 2.3.28. The results of the post-test t test showed that the p-value was <0.001, then the p-value was <0.05 and H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, which means that the Wizzer.me-based E-LKPD had a positive influence on student learning outcomes on Indonesian natural wealth material. Based on the results of the hypothesis, it was found that there was a significant influence on Wizzer.me-based E-LKPD to improve the learning outcomes of grade 4 students at SD Negeri 2 Ngrance.

Based on the results of the hypothesis, it was found that there was a significant effect of Liveworkshet-based E-LKPD on improving the learning outcomes of class IV students at SD Negeri 3 Wonorejo.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the extent to which education and training contribute to enhancing the quality of human resources (HR), with community empowerment serving as an intervening variable. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed using a census method. Data were collected through a questionnaire designed to capture public perceptions regarding the implementation of education, training, community empowerment, and the quality of human resources. The data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the assistance of the SmartPLS 3 software. The findings reveal that education has a positive and significant effect on both human resource quality and community empowerment. Similarly, training shows a significant impact on community empowerment. However, community empowerment does not exhibit a statistically significant influence on human resource quality. Indirect effects are only significant along the pathway connecting education, training, and community empowerment. Furthermore, the Importance-Performance Map Analysis (IPMA) identifies education indicators as having the strongest influence on HR quality. Nevertheless, the performance level of these indicators remains moderate, indicating a need for improvement. Based on these results, it is recommended to enhance the quality of education and training programs, along with conducting a comprehensive evaluation of community empowerment strategies to support sustainable human resource development.

Abstract

This classroom action research was motivated by the inaccuracy of the model teacher in selecting the learning model, which resulted in boredom and lack of focus for students in following the learning process. This study aims to determine the "Effect of the Teams Games Tournaments (TGT) Cooperative Learning Model in Improving the Learning Outcomes of Fifth Grade Students in Pancasila Education Learning. The level of student focus in learning is still low, which results in low student learning outcomes, this is based on the results of observations that researchers have carried out. There are still many passive students. Therefore, researchers use the TGT type cooperative learning model to improve student learning outcomes. This study uses classroom action research. The subjects of this study were 20 fifth grade students of Bandar Lor 3 State Elementary School. As the object of research are observation, documentation, and test methods. In conducting data analysis, this study uses three components of activities, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the study, there was an increase in student learning outcomes that can be seen from the achievement of test scores, namely: in Cycle II it has increased and it is said that the results of learning Pancasila education using the TGT cooperative learning model have been completed. This increase in student learning is increasingly visible in the test results in Cycle II, the remaining 4 students are below the incomplete score. Meanwhile, 16 completed the course, achieving a completion rate of 80%. This score exceeded the completion score by more than 70%. Therefore, during the final test of Cycle II, students achieved the minimum completion criteria (KKM) for the learning outcome test.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the academic achievement of 6th grade students at SD Negeri 2 Joho in science lessons on cultural heritage, using the technology-based Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model. This study was implemented through the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method which was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. In the first cycle, learning was carried out using the lecture method, while in the second cycle the TGT model was applied which utilized technology media. The results of the study showed a significant increase in students' average scores, from 62.08 with a completion rate of 41.67% in the first cycle to 77.92 with a completion rate of 83.33% in the second cycle. Thus, the application of the technology-based TGT learning model has proven effective in improving learning outcomes and student participation during learning.

Abstract

Low scientific literacy occurs in students at SDN Mojoroto 1. The cause is also the same as the general problems that occur in Indonesia. Based on this, a learning approach is needed that can improve students' abilities optimally, both in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. One approach that is considered effective in improving student learning outcomes is Problem-Based Learning (PBL). This study uses PTK (Classroom Action Research). The application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model to fourth grade students of SDN Mojoroto 1 significantly improves learning outcomes. This is indicated by an increase in the average student score from cycle I of 28.3 to 53.1 in cycle II, and finally reaching 84.8 in cycle III, with a percentage increase in learning outcomes between cycles of 24.8% and 31.7%. The N-gain test which obtained a percentage of 78.2% showed that the PBL model was in the effective category. This success was strengthened through reflection and improvement from the previous cycle, which made the implementation of PBL in cycle II more optimal with a success rate of 100%. The PBL model has been proven to improve student understanding, activeness in learning, and critical thinking skills.

The aim of the research is to determine the effect of wordwall media on the understanding of the concept of special characteristics of animals in class IV elementary school students. This research is quantitative with an experimental type. The sampling technique used saturated sampling for 56 respondents. The data collection technique uses a concept understanding test. The data analysis technique uses the t test (Independent Samples T-Test) in Jamovi 2.3.28. The results of the post-test t test showed that the p-value was <0.001, then the p-value was <0.05 and H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, which means that there was an influence of wordwall media on the understanding of the concept of special characteristics of animals in class IV elementary school students. Based on the results of the hypothesis, it was found that there was a significant influence of wordwall media on the understanding of the concept of special characteristics of animals in class IV elementary school students.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes on the material "My Pride, My Region" through the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model based on Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) in class V SDN Gayam 1. The study used the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method which was implemented in two cycles. Each cycle consists of the planning stage, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were 27 students of class V, consisting of 12 males and 15 females. Cycle I used the PBL model with large group discussions, while in cycle II more effective small group discussions were applied, accompanied by learning media in the form of cultural videos, LKPD, and mini projects. The instruments used were observation sheets to measure student involvement and focus and written tests to measure cognitive learning outcomes. The results showed that student learning completeness in cycle I only reached 59.3% or 16 out of 27 students met the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM). After improvements were made in cycle II, learning completeness increased significantly to 85% or 23 students achieved KKM. In addition to improving learning outcomes, students' active involvement and self-confidence also increased significantly.
