Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop teaching materials for SD social studies subjects and to increase learning motivation of PGSD students at Bhinneka PGRI University. The method used is research and development (R&D) with the Four D (4D) development model. The 4D development model consists of 4 stages, namely: Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate. The instruments used were questionnaires and test questions. The results showed that from individual trials the results obtained were 87.5%, small group trials (12) of 84.17% students, field trials on 37 students obtained 90.88% results, so that the book product was suitable for use in learning activities.

Abstract

Interest in learning is an impulse that grows from within students to improve study habits. The problem that occurs online learning is that students are less active and feel bored in following the learning process. Lack of interest in student learning in collecting assignments given by the teacher. This study aims to analyze students' interest in learning during a pandemic. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained that students' interest in learning in online learning got a score of 72% in the high category with reference to 4 indicators, namely the first indicator of student interest in learning is feeling happy, the second indicator is student interest, the third indicator is attention in learning, indicator the fourth is engagement

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the School Literacy Movement on students' interest in reading at Kendalrejo 01 Public Elementary School. This study used a quantitative approach with an ex post facto method. The instruments used were questionnaires and learning outcomes. The results showed the value of t_ (count) of 5.498, while t_table is known to be 1.987, then 5.498> 1.987. So it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the School Literacy Movement on the reading interest of students at SDN Kendalrejo 01 with a coefficient of determination of 25.4%.

Abstract

Learning motivation is the overall driving force in students that causes learning activities. The problem that occurs is that students experience a lack of motivation to learn due to parental attention, inefficient learning media, and supporting facilities in the learning process during the Covid 19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to analyze students' learning motivation during the pandemic. The type of research used is qualitative. The subjects used were teachers and fourth grade students at SDN Bajang 01. The instruments included questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, verification. Based on the results of research and discussion of student learning motivation during the Covid 19 pandemic at SDN Bajang 01, it was included in the very high category with reference to 6 indicators, namely the desire and desire to succeed, the second indicator was encouragement and need for learning, the third indicator was hopes and dreams. future aspirations, the fourth indicator is appreciation in learning, the fifth indicator is interesting activities in learning, the sixth indicator is a conducive learning environment. The results of this study can be used as a consideration, especially for teachers who are able to increase student motivation, especially during the Covid 19 pandemic.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of parents in fostering student interest in online learning at SDN Kamulan 01. The type of research used was qualitative research with a case study approach. The subjects in this study were parents and fifth grade students of SDN Kamulan 01, totaling 25 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation methods. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the role of parents was indispensable in fostering student interest in learning. The role of parents in fostering student interest in learning shows a total score of 1014 with a percentage of 85% and is in the very high category. Students' learning interest in online learning shows a total score of 765 with a percentage of 77% and is included in the high category.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif non experimen. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Setelah dilakukan analisis data hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas V sangat rendah dengan nilai sebagai berikut : 27,564 > t tabel 2,100 pada ttabel (taraf signifikansi 0.05) serta dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0.05 yang berarti signifikan rendah.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) keterampilan mengajar guru dengan menggunakan media visual gambar, (2) kendala yang dialami guru dalam menerapkan keterampilan mengajarnya dengan menggunakan media visual gambar, dan (3) persepsi siswa terhadap keterampilan mengajar guru dengan menggunakan media visual gambar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas III yang berjumlah 20 siswa. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan pedoman observasi, pedoman wawancara dan lembar angket. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan guru sudah melaksanakan delapan keterampilan mengajarnya dengan menggunakan media visual gambar. Kendala yang dialami guru yaitu guru kekurangan waktu dalam proses persiapan media. Persepsi siswa terhadap pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru yaitu siswa terlihat antusias dalam mengikuti pembelajaran di kelas. Siswa lebih bersemangat mengikuti pembelajaran, siswa lebih mudah memahami materi pelajaran dan siswa terlihat rajin belajar karena pembelajaran menjadi menyenangkan. Hendaknya guru selalu menerapkan keterampilan mengajarnya dengan menggunakan media visual gambar dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas.

Abstract

Kurikulum 2013 sebagai penyempurnaan dari Kurikulum KTSP dan diharakan dapat membentuk karakter siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan  implementasi Kurikulum 2013 terhadap Pembentukan Karakter pada siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Instrumen menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penemuan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa guru sudah menerapkan kurikulum 2013 dengan baik, dan akan terus diperbaiki. Faktor pendukung meliputi: mendelegasikan guru untuk mengikuti workshop, menyelenggarakan pelatihan di dalam ruang lingkup sekolah, faktor penghambat meliputi: guru belum terbiasa menggunakan pendekatan scientific, guru merasa kesulitan dalam menilai tiga aspek (sikap, keterampilan, dan pengetahuan), siswa belum terbiasa dengan pendekatan scientific.
