Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayna yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JMBK mulai dipublikasikan sejak awal tahun 2013 oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. JMBK terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, yaitu pada bulan April, Agustus, dan Desember yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian manajemen dan bisnis, yang meliputi Manajemen Produksi dan operasi, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini. Diharap hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JMBK dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen dan bisnis sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya. Bagi para praktisi bisnis di dalam menentukan strategi manajemen dan bisnis.

Abstract

Purpose to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga Fungsi Retail Sales Jawa Bagian Barat. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents, all of whom were employees of Pertamina Patra Niaga Fungsi Retail Sales Jawa Bagian Barat. The research method using partially and simultaneous linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that collectively or individually, organizational culture and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

To determine the Effect of Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance of Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kecamatan Senen. The method used is a descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling using a saturated sampling technique method with a sample of 85 Satpol PP Kecamatan Senen. Data analysis used simultaneously and partially linear regression analysis. The results showed that motivation and work environment have an influence either partially or simultaneously on the performance of Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kecamatan Senen.

Abstract

This research aims to know influence of product quality and after sales service on customer satisfaction using Xiaomi smartphones. The population and sample of this study were students of the economics faculty of the Krisnadwipayana University class of 2017 with a total of 58 students. Research analysis method using simple regression analysis technique and simultaneous regression analysis. The hypothesis test using the F test and t test. The results of the study state that partially, product quality and after-sales service have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Simultaneously, product quality and after-sales service have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship of human resource strategic management and innovation, human resource strategic management and knowledge management, knowledge management and innovation, in addition to analyzing whether knowledge management can mediate the relationship of human resource strategic management with innovation Research data to be used is data of creative industry companies in Indonesia with primary data through questionnaires and secondary data published by the Government of Indonesia. The research sample is a creative industry company in Indonesia. The methods used are correlation analysis and regression to find out the relationship between variables and the analysis of pathways to find out the direct effects and indirect effects of human resource strategic management on innovation. The hypothesis of this research is (1) there is a positive relationship of human resource strategic management with innovation, (2) there is a positive relationship between the strategic management of human resources and knowledge management (3) there is a relationship between knowledge management and innovation (4) there is a positive relationship of human resource strategic management to innovation through knowledge management as a mediation variable. The findings provide evidence that knowledge management plays a mediating role between strategic human resource management and innovation.

Abstract

To determine the effect of competence and motivation on employee performance PT Indonesia Epson Industry. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents, all of whom were employees of PT Indonesia Epson Industry, while the research method used simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The hypothesis states that simultaneous competence and motivation have a positive effect on employee performance. The hypothesis which states that competence and motivation partially have an effect on employee performance and the coefficient of determination shows that competence and motivation contribute 69.2% to employee performance at PT Indonesia Epson Industry.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, ease of transaction and location on the decision to become a member of the Sharia Cooperative BMT BISMA Kelapa Dua Tangerang. This study took the population of members of the BMT BISMA Kelapa Dua Sharia Cooperative with purposive sampling technique. The method used is descriptive quantitative by conducting statistical tests consisting of validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple regression tests and hypothesis testing by testing brand image variables, transaction convenience and location partial or simultaneous influence on the decision. The findings of this study indicate that the ease of transaction and location variables have a positive and significant influence on the decision to become a member of the BMT BISMA Sharia Cooperative. While the brand image variable does not have a significant influence on the decision to become a member of the BMT BISMA Sharia Cooperative.

Abstract

To determine the effect of brand image and service quality on customer satisfaction PT. Serasi Auto Raya (SERA) Jakarta. This research uses quantitative methods. The population of this research is the customers of PT. Serasi Auto Raya (SERA) Jakarta with a total sample of 80 respondents who were taken using a sampling technique using incidental sampling techniques, by filling out a questionnaire on google form. The analysis technique was carried out with simultaneous and partially linear regression. Based on the test results, it is found that brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Then, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, brand image and customer satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Serasi Auto Raya (SERA) Jakarta.

Abstract

Investors in epidemic times should be more careful in investing in companies, therefore it is necessary to analyze the company's financial statements and conduct research using financial ratios to understand what ratios are and how much influence financial ratios have on stock changes. This is the effect of return on equity, net interst margin and operating expenses on operating income on the share price of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. This research method uses quantitative methods with single multiple linear regression analysis techniques and secondary data software sourced from the financial statements of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. The results of the t-test indicate that return on equity and Net interst margin have a positive and significant effect, while operating expenses and operating income have a negative and significant effect on stock prices, and the results of the F test show that return on equity, net interst margin and operating expenses operating income simultaneously have an effect positive and significant to stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how (1) the simultaneous influence devidend policy and earning quality on value of the company of automotive and componens companies, (2) the partial influence of influence devidend policy and earing quality on value of the company of automotive and components companies in the period 2016-2020. This research uses purposive sampling in taking data. The data collected will be analyzed using multiple linear analysis. The result of this research is (1) there is positive significant influence from dividend policy to value of the company, (2) there is negative significant influence from earning quality variable to value of the company, (3) there is a significant effect of dividend policy and earing quality value addedon value of the company simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of competence and work motivation on the work productivity employees of PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia Pasar Rebo. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of Lotte Shopping Indonesia Pasar Rebo. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The data collection technique used a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression test and simple regression test. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously and partially competence and work motivation have a positive and significant influence on the work productivity employees of PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia Pasar Rebo.
