Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayna yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JMBK mulai dipublikasikan sejak awal tahun 2013 oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. JMBK terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, yaitu pada bulan April, Agustus, dan Desember yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian manajemen dan bisnis, yang meliputi Manajemen Produksi dan operasi, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini. Diharap hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JMBK dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen dan bisnis sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya. Bagi para praktisi bisnis di dalam menentukan strategi manajemen dan bisnis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh citra merek, trend fashion dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Erigo di shopee. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, yaitu pemilihan sampel berdasarkan kriteria tertentu yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari konsumen yang memiliki pengalaman dalam membeli produk Erigo, yang dipilih berdasarkan krieria seperti Usia, Domisili, Frekuensi Pembelian, dan pernah membeli di Shopee. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh masing- masing variabel citra merek, trend fashion, dan kualitas produk terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel citra merek, trend fashion, dan kualitas produk secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada produk Erigo di shopee. Dari hasil penelitian ini memberikan imolikasi bahwa Erigo perlu memperkuat citra merek, mengikuti perkembangan trend fashion, dan meningkatkan kualitas produk untuk mempertahankan daya saing dan minat beli konsumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan integritas terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan peran kepemimpinan sebagai mediator di Rumah Tahanan (Rutan), Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan integritas memiliki pengaruh positif. Selain itu, kepemimpinan terbukti memediasi pengaruh beban kerja dan integritas terhadap kinerja. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi manajemen dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai melalui pengaturan beban kerja, penguatan integritas, dan pengembangan kepemimpinan yang efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether there is an influence between Instagram social media marketing and service quality on the decision to use dewangga wedding services in East Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative scale with a Likert scale (scale 1 to 5). Where each variable uses a list of questionnaire questions, the population in this study is all consumers of wedding dewangga and uses a sample of correlational descriptive methods with a minimum of 30 subjects. Data processing uses SPSS version 26 with descriptive analysis and testing of multiple liner hypothesis. The results of the study showed that: The Instagram social media marketing variable has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use it alone, The variable of service quality has a positive and significant effect on the service decision. The variables of social media marketing, Instagram, and service quality affect the decision to use services simultaneously and together on the decision to use services.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of earning per share, dividen per share and net profit margin on share prices. The sample selection method in this research is the purposive sampling method. The data used is secondary data. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing carried out in this research, it can be concluded that partially earning per share has a significant positive effect on share prices. Dividen per share has a significant positive effect on share prices. Net profit margin has no effect on share prices.

Abstract

The research to analyze the influence of digital marketing and and customer experience on customer loyalty at Alfamart Tb Simatupang 9 Jakarta Timur. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all customers at Alfamart TB Simatupang 9 within three months. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling technique. The analytical method uses simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The results showed that in simultaneous or partially ways the digital marketing and customer experience have a positive and significant on customer loyalty at Alfamart Tb Simatupang 9 Jakarta Timur.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of communication and service quality on consumer satisfaction PT Suvarna Land Jakarta. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to respondents who were consumers of PT Suvarna Land Jakarta. The research results show that both communication and service quality have a significant and positive influence on customer satisfaction, and simultaneous communication and service quality have a significant influence on customer satisfaction of PT Suvarna Land Jakarta.

Abstract

Purpose to determine the influence of work discipline on work productivity PT. Sinarmas Asset Managamenet through work motivation. This research uses quantitative methods. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this research uses a saturated sample type. The data analysis method uses path analysis. The research results can be concluded as follows: 1). Work discipline directly has a significant effect on work productivity. 2). Work motivation directly has a significant effect on work productivity. 3). Work discipline directly has a significant effect on work motivation. 4). Indirectly, Work discipline has no effect on work productivity of productivity PT. Sinarmas Asset Managamenet through work motivation.

This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were customers of PT. Indomarco Prissmatama. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample where all members of the population are sampled. The analytical method uses simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The research results show that product quality and service quality have a simultaneous and partially effect on customer satisfaction PT. Indomarco Prissmatama.

Abstract

This study aims to determine influence of leadership style and organizational culture affect employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study uses primary and secondary data by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia. The population in this study is employees of PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia. Data analysis method using path analysis. The results of the study show that 1) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 4) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 6) job satisfaction cannot mediate leadership style in influencing employee performance. 7) Job satisfaction cannot mediate organizational culture in influencing employee performance.
