Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayna yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JMBK mulai dipublikasikan sejak awal tahun 2013 oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. JMBK terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, yaitu pada bulan April, Agustus, dan Desember yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian manajemen dan bisnis, yang meliputi Manajemen Produksi dan operasi, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini. Diharap hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JMBK dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen dan bisnis sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya. Bagi para praktisi bisnis di dalam menentukan strategi manajemen dan bisnis.

Abstract

The goal of a company in the long term is to optimize its value of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policies on company value in property and real estate shares listed on the IDX. The population used in this study are companies listed on the IDX. Sampling method with purposive sampling according to predetermined criteria. The research data is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that investment decisions have a significant positive effect on firm value, funding decisions have no significant effect on firm value, and dividend policy has no significant effect on firm value. This shows that investment decisions affect the level of firm value, while funding decisions and dividend policies do not affect the level of firm value.

Abstract

The analyze the influence of learning agility and learning culture on employee performance PT. Masaji Indonesian Container Management Jakarta. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Masaji Indonesian Container Management Jakarta. By using the Isaac and Michael formula to determine the number of samples based on the error rate. The analytical method uses simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The results showed that in simultaneous or partially ways the learning agility and learning culture have a positive and significant effect on the organizational performance of PT. Masaji Indonesian Container Management Jakarta.

Abstract

This study was conducted the effect of brand image and product quality on customer loyality at the Maternal Disaster outlet Grand Galaxy City, Bekasi. The study was conducted to customers of Maternal Disaster Grand Galaxy City, Bekasi. Obtaining data using a questionnaire with a semantic differential scale. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. From the results of that brand image and product quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer loyalty In addition, brand image and product quality partially also have a significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

To analyze the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT. Jalan Hijau Pondok Gede Bekasi. This research was carried out on PT. Jalan Hijau Pondok Gede Bekasi. The research method used is a clear depiction of the relationship between variables. The population in this study were employees of PT. Jalan Pondok Hijau Pondok Gede Bekasi. By using the Isaac and Michael formula was obtained. The analysis method uses simultaneous and partially linear regression. The research results show that both simultaneous and partially leadership styles and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction of PT. Jalan Pondok Hijau Pondok Gede Bekasi.

Abstract

The research aimed to analyze the influence of service quality and company image on the customer service delivery loyality of PT. Agility International. Metode analys was taken using regression of simple and multiple linier analysis. The findings of this research indicated that Service quality has positif and significant with customer Loyality, Corporate Image has positive and significant with customer loyalty, service quality and corporate image has positive and significant with customer loyalty in PT. Agility International.

Abstract

The purpose to analyze the influence of the work environment and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading Jakarta. Data were obtained through questionnaires that were distributed online via social media. The respondents to this study employees of PT. Putera Megatrading Jakarta Enseval selected through simple random sampling method. The analysis method uses simultaneously and partially regression. Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of training and work environment on the performance of BPBD DKI Jakarta employees. This research uses quantitative methods. The analysis technique uses multiple and simple linear regression. The research results found that: (1) Training has a positive and significant effect on the performance of BPBD DKI Jakarta employees, (2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of BPBD DKI Jakarta employees, (3) Training and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance BPBD DKI Jakarta.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, religiosity on the performance of MSMEs with financial literacy as a moderating variable. The object of this research is MSMEs in Kudus district. The research method used is a quantitative method with data analysis techniques using PLS-SEM. The sampling technique in this research used a purposive sampling method and the data collection method used questionnaire distribution. The research results show that entrepreneurial orientation has a positive effect on MSME performance, while religiosity has no effect on MSME performance. On the other hand, the role of financial literacy in moderating the influence of company orientation and religiosity on MSME performance is not proven. It is hoped that these results will provide insight for MSME actors about how important the role of entrepreneurial orientation is in improving the performance of MSMEs in Kudus Regency.

Abstract

Purpose this study aims to determine the effect of leadership and organizational culture on employee productivity at PT. Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk. Pegadaian Tower Jakarta Project. This research was conducted to employees of PT. Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk. Pegadaian Tower Jakarta Project. Data were obtained using a questionnaire with a differential semantic scale. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample. Tthe results of research, leadership, Organizational Culture partially has a significant effect on employee productivity. Leadership and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of organizational culture and work environment on the performance of employees of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. The population of this study are employees PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. The research results show a positive and significant influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk.
