Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayna yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JMBK mulai dipublikasikan sejak awal tahun 2013 oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. JMBK terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, yaitu pada bulan April, Agustus, dan Desember yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian manajemen dan bisnis, yang meliputi Manajemen Produksi dan operasi, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini. Diharap hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JMBK dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen dan bisnis sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya. Bagi para praktisi bisnis di dalam menentukan strategi manajemen dan bisnis.

Abstract

The maintenance of Anoa armored vehicles is crucial for the operational readiness of the TNI Konga XXIII UNIFIL Mechanized Battalion Task Force amidst the challenging terrain of South Lebanon. This descriptive qualitative study aims to analyze system effectiveness and personnel competence factors, and to formulate maintenance strategies through in-depth interviews. The findings reveal that while preventive and corrective maintenance systems function effectively, they currently lack digital integration. Technician competence is significantly influenced by pre-deployment training and field experience. Consequently, effective strategies are formulated through strengthened coordination with PT Pindad, the implementation of an Integrated Maintenance Support System (IMSS), and the establishment of a forward maintenance hub. The study concludes that collaborative, adaptive, and digital technology-based strategies are essential for maintaining operational readiness. Strengthening digitalization and technician competence is recommended to support the modernization of TNI defense logistics.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Product Quality on Consumer Loyalty of Mie Gacoan Jatiwaringin, as well as to test the role of Brand Image as a mediating variable in this relationship. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample consisted of consumers who had previously purchased from Mie Gacoan Jatiwaringin, selected using a purposive sampling technique. The method was analyzed using Path Analysis. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Product quality has a positive and significant influence on consumer loyalty. 2) Product quality has a positive and significant influence on brand image. 3) Brand image has a positive and significant influence on consumer loyalty. 4) Brand image is proven to act as a mediating variable (possibly partial mediation), which means that product quality not only has a direct influence on loyalty, but also indirectly through the formation of a positive brand image in the minds of consumers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of price and product quality on the purchasing decision of Wardah Glasting Liquid Lip products for consumers at Guardian Mall Bassura. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. The sample was selected using purposive sampling with the criteria of female respondents who purchased Wardah products. The number of samples was calculated based on the lemeshiw calculation of 100 respondents. Data analysis used multiple and simple linear regression. The results of the study partially show that price has an effect on purchasing decisions and product quality has an effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, price and product quality have an effect on purchasing decisions for Wardah Glasting Liquid Lip products for consumers at Guardian Mall Bassura.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of net profit margin and free cash flow on stock returns of property sector companies for the 2019-2023 period. This study was conducted using data from the IDX and selected company websites. The population of this study was property sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2023 period. Sampling was conducted using a purposive sampling technique. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression and simple regression. The results of this study indicate that net profit margin and free cash flow simultaneously affect stock returns. Partially, net profit margin has an effect on stock returns. Partially, free cash flow has no effect on stock returns.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of: 1) social media marketing and electronic word-of-mouth on customer engagement, 2) social media marketing and electronic word-of-mouth on customer loyalty, 3) customer engagement on customer loyalty, 4) social media marketing and electronic word-of-mouth influence customer loyalty through customer engagement. The study was conducted on Grab online transportation customers in Province DKI Jakarta as respondents. The sampling technique used insidental sampling. Data analysis methods used descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results show that: 1) social media marketing and electronic word-of-mouth have a positive and significant effect on customer engagement, 2) social media marketing and electronic word-of-mouth have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, 3) customer engagement has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, 4) social media marketing and electronic word-of-mouth have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Multi Karya Asia Pasifik Raya (MKAPR). The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach. The research sample in this study employees of PT. Multi Karya Asia Pasifik Raya. Data analysis used path analysis. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Leadership style and work motivation influence employee performance through job satisfaction; 2) Leadership style supports improved employee performance; 3) Work motivation supports improved employee performance; 4) Leadership style supports improved job satisfaction; 5) Job satisfaction supports improved employee performance; 6) Leadership style supports improved employee performance through job satisfaction; and 7) Work motivation supports improved employee performance through job satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at PT. Tunas Ridean Jakarta. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT. Tunas Ridean Jakarta. The technique used for sampling is simple random sampling. The analytical method uses simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that in simultaneous and partially ways transformational leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Tunas Ridean Jakarta.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of HR Quality and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance Optimization at PT. Bank Central Asia Percetakan Negara. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study used all 30 employees of PT. Bank Central Asia Percetakan Negara. The sampling technique in this study used the census sample type. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression and partial. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Human resource quality has a positive effect on employee performance; 2) Organizational culture has a positive effect on optimizing employee performance; and 3) Together, human resource quality and organizational culture have a positive effect on employee performance

Abstract

Budget absorption is an important indicator in assessing the effectiveness of fiscal policy implementation and the quality of state financial management. An optimal absorption rate reflects the ability of government institutions to implement programs and activities according to established plans. This study aims to analyze the influence of personnel expenditures, goods expenditures, and capital expenditures on the level of budget absorption at the National Standardization Agency (BSN) during the 2010–2024 period. The study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data sourced from budget realization reports and official BSN financial documents. The dependent variable in this study is budget absorption, measured by the ratio of realization to the budget ceiling in percentage, while the independent variables include the realization of personnel expenditures, goods expenditures, and capital expenditures, transformed into natural logarithms (LN). The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, with a classical assumption test first conducted to ensure model feasibility. The results show that personnel expenditures have a significant effect on budget absorption, while goods expenditures and capital expenditures do not have a significant effect on budget absorption at BSN. However, simultaneously, the variables of personnel expenditures, goods expenditures, and capital expenditures influence budget absorption.
