Abstract

ENGLISH: Optimizing Islamic Education Knowledge to Enhance Graduate Quality from Madrasah AliyahObjective: This research aims to analyze the strategy of optimizing Islamic Religious Education knowledge's use to improve the quality of Madrasah Aliyah graduates. This research was conducted in 2024. Methods: The research design used qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection: research data consists of primary and secondary data sources. Data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model includes data collection, reduction, data reduction, data display, and conclusions. Results: Islamic education science has not been optimally carried out in improving the quality of student graduates, so the quality of student graduates has not improved optimally. Conclusion: The concept of the use of the science of Islamic education, which is not well organized and professional, is the basis for difficulties in improving the quality of graduates. The difficulty in improving the quality of student graduates is due to the lack of understanding of the usefulness of the science of Islamic education, which has not been optimized. Contribution: This research can contribute to developing and evaluating the Islamic education curriculum in Madrasah Aliyah by understanding the aspects that need to be optimized.INDONESIAN: Optimalisasi Pemanfaatan Ilmu Pendidikan Agama Islam untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas Lulusan Madrasah AliyahTujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi optimalisasi pemanfaatan ilmu Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan kualitas lulusan Madrasah Aliyah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tahun 2024. Metode: Desain penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data: data penelitian terdiri dari sumber data primer dan skunder. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Humberman mencakup pengumpulan data, reduksi data, reduksi data, tampilan data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil: kegunaan ilmu pendidikan Islam belum optimal dilakukan dalam meningkatkan mutu lulusan siswa, sehingga mutu lulusan siswa belum meningkat secara optimal. Kesimpulan: Konsep kegunaan ilmu penddikan Islam yang yang tidak terorganisir dengan baik dan profesional menjadi dasar kesulitan meningkatkan mutu lulusan. Kesulitan meningkatkan mutu lulusan siswa disebabkan pemahaman kegunaan ilmu pendidikan Islam yang belum optimal dilakukan. Kontribusi: Penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan dan evaluasi kurikulum pendidikan Islam di Madrasah Aliyah dengan memahami aspek-aspek yang perlu dioptimalkan.

Abstract

This article compares PQ4R Strategy, with the Cooperative Strategy Jigsaw, Against Educational Technology Learning Outcomes Studies Program of Islamic Education. The population in this study were all students. This study population is the fourth semester students who are 4 classes of Islamic education courses in Academic Year 2014 -2015. The amount of each class of 30 students. Sampling was done by cluster random sampling technique. Results of the research analysis pointed-out that the use of learning strategies PQ4R its better results compared to learning by using Jigsaw learning strategy on learning outcomes Educational Technology student of Islamic Education Semester Va and Vb.

Abstract: The Role of ICT Media on Al Islam and Muhammadiyah Learning and Its Use in 1st  Muhammadiyah Junior High School 1 Purwokerto. The development of technology that is increasingly fast and sophisticated, has a very large role in the quality of solutions in the world of Education. entities that can be used directly in education are the use of ICT media in AIK / PAI learning. This article discusses the role of ICT media in Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan learning and its use in Purwokerto 1 SMP Muhammadiyah. This research is qualitative research using data obtained from field research. The author uses keywords (descriptive) based on information or data obtained from the field and literature books that support this research. This paper is used to find out the role of ICT media in learning Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan and its use in Muhammadiyah 1 Junior High School Purwokerto. The result of this study is that ICT media has a very large role, namely as a tool for teachers in learning, as a learning tool, and as ICT for learning. The use in Purwokerto 1 Muhammadiyah Middle School includes several learning steps namely preliminary activities / initial activities, core activities, and last closing activities.Abstrak: Peran Media ICT Pada Pembelajaran Al Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan dan Penggunaanya di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Purwokerto. Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin cepat dan canggih, memiliki peranan yang sangat besar terhadap kualitas pengajaran dalam dunia Pendidikan. peranan yang dapat dirasakan secara langsung dalam Pendidikan adalah penggunaan media ICT dalam pembelajaran AIK/PAI. Artikel ini membahas tentang peran media ICT pada pembelajran Al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan dan penggunaannya di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Purwokerto. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan data yang diperoleh dari penelitian lapangan. yakni penulis menjelaskan melalui sebuah kata-kata (deskriptif) berdasarkan informasi atau data-data yang diperoleh dari lapangan dan literatur buku-buku yang mendukung penelitian ini. Tulisan ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui Peran Media ICT Pada Pembelajaran Al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan dan Penggunaanya di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Purwokerto. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa media ICT memiliki peranan yang sangat besar yaitu sebagai alat bantu guru dalam pembelajaran, sebagai sarana/tempat belajar siswa, dan ICT sebagai sumber belajar. Adapun penggunaannya di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Purwokerto meliputi beberapa langkah-langkah pembelajaran yaitu kegiatan pendahuluan/kegiatan awal, kegiatan inti, dan terakhir kegiatan penutup.

Abstract

This article discusses methods able to be applied in familiarizing Islamic values to children. Efforts to optimalize parents’ roles in familiarizing Islamic values, preschool children, and Islamic education will be emerged. This article also presents some Islamic education methods in family with their own advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, as parents, in this case as educators in family, we have options to select the finest methods to be used. It can be done by combining some methods in order to minimalize the disadvantages of certain method use.

Abstract

Abstract: The Administrative Process of Education Personnel as Human Resources for Islamic Education. Educational staff as human resources of Islamic education affect the achievement of good quality education, but education personnel receive less appreciation related to the quality of education. There is an assumption from some people that the quality of education is only determined by educators, this needs attention by carrying out a good administrative process for education personnel. The purpose of writing is to make a systematic, factual and accurate description, picture or painting of the facts, characteristics and relationships between phenomena in the administrative process of education personnel. The method used is a literature study with a meta-analysis approach, namely by means of content analysis and combining several types of research that have been done before. The administrative process of education personnel can be carried out through three stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. Each stage of the administrative process has a relationship, especially in the implementation and evaluation, because in the implementation of the administrative process there are rights that are received by educational staff and there are obligations that must be carried out by educational staff. In fulfilling the rights and obligations of education personnel, periodic evaluations are needed which aim to determine the performance of education personnel. Abstrak: Administrasi Tenaga Kependidikan Sebagai Sumber Daya Manusia Pendidikan Islam. Tenaga kependidikan sebagai sumber daya manusia pendidikan Islam berpengaruh terhadap tercapainya kualitas pendidikan yang baik, tetapi tenaga kependidikan kurang mendapatkan apresiasi terkait dengan kualitas pendidikan. Adanya asumsi dari sebagian masyarakat bahwa kualitas pendidikan hanya ditentukan oleh tenaga pendidik, hal ini perlu mendapat perhatian dengan melakukan proses administrasi tenaga kependidikan yang baik. Tujuan penulisan adalah untuk membuat deskripsi, gambaran atau lukisan secara sistematis, faktual dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta, sifat-sifat serta hubungan antar fenomena dalam proses administrasi tenaga kependidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan meta analisis, yaitu dengan cara analisis isi dan penggabungan beberapa jenis penelitian yang sudah pernah dilakukan sebelumnya. Proses administrasi tenaga kependidikan dapat dilakukan melalui tiga tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Setiap tahapan proses administrasi memiliki keterkaitan, terutama pada pelaksanaan dan evaluasi, karena dalam pelaksanaan proses administrasi ada hak yang diterima tenaga kependidikan dan ada kewajiban yang harus dilaksanakan oleh tenaga kependidikan. Dalam pemenuhan hak dan kewajiban tenaga kependidikan diperlukan evaluasi secara berkala yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja tenaga kependidikan.

Abstract: Study of Gender Segregation Policy in Islamic Boarding Schools Towards the Variety of Santri's Sexual OrientationThis study to analyze the gender segregation policy in Islamic boarding schools that have an impact on the development of the sexual orientation of students. The segregation is based on Islamic law, but does not pay attention to aspects of sexual orientation, resulting in the emergence of various sexual orientations which are actually considered abnormal and immoral (in the concept of religion and social construction). This research was conducted at the Fathul 'Ilmi Islamic Boarding School, Madura. The research method uses a qualitative approach with the type of phenomenological research. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews and observation. While the data processing and analysis techniques used triangulation from the results of interviews and observations. Selection of informants based on purposive sampling. The results showed that: 1) at the Fathul 'Ilmi Islamic Boarding School there is strict gender segregation, 2) there are various sexual orientations of students, namely heterosexual, homosexual, and bisexual. 3) the solution to the problem of student sexual orientation, namely pesantren, needs to make policies that are gender responsive.Abstract: Telaah Kebijakan Segregasi Gender di Pesantren Terhadap Ragam Orientasi Seksual SantriPenelitian ini berupaya menganalisis tentang kebijakan segregasi gender di pesantren yang berdampak pada perkembangan orientasi seksual santri. Segregasi tersebut didasarkan pada hukum Islam, namun tidak memperhatikan aspek orientasi seksual, sehingga akibatnya memunculkan beragam orientasi seksual yang justru dinilai abnormal dan amoral (dalam konsep agama dan konstruksi sosial). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pesantren Fathul ‘Ilmi, Madura. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Sedangkan teknik pengolahan data dan analisis menggunakan triangulasi dari hasil wawancara dan observasi. Pemilihan informan berdasarkan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) di Pesantren Fathul ‘Ilmi melakukan segregasi gender yang ketat, 2) terdapat beragam orientasi seksual santri yakni heteroseksual, homoseksual, dan biseksual. 3) solusi atas permasalahan orientasi seksual santri yakni pesantren perlu membuat kebijakan yang responsif gender.
