Abstract

Abstract: Evaluation Of Teachers' Professionality In Improving The Quality Of Madrasah In The Era Of GlobalizationThe purpose of this study was to determine and evaluate the quality of madrasah education in the study of teacher professionalism in the era of globalization. The method uses a qualitative approach with the type of library research and data sources from books and journals about the quality of madrasah education and the professionalism of teachers in the era of globalization. The results in this study indicate that the quality of madrasah education in the era of globalization in the 21st century in the western, eastern and central parts of Indonesia has differences in its quality towards quality education attainment in accordance with the National Education Standards (SNP). Teacher professionalism is one of the main factors affecting the quality of education. Professional teachers must have the ability: (1) to master teaching materials and materials; (2) master and apply philosophy, methods, techniques and practices; (3) take advantage of the development of ICT to improve the quality of learning; (4) self-development and improving professional performance; and (5) increasing commitment to community service.Abstract: Evaluasi Profesionalitas Guru Dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan Madrasah Di Era GlobalisasiTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi mutu pendidikan madrasah dalam kajian profesionalitas guru di era globalisasi. Metode menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dan sumber data dari buku-buku dan jurnal-jurnal tentang mutu pendidikan madrasah dan profesionalitas guru di era globalisasi. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mutu pendidikan madrasah di era globalisasi abad 21 yang ada di wilayah Indonesia bagian Barat, Timur dan Tengah memiliki perbedaan dalam kualitasnya terhadap pencapaian pendidikan yang berkualitas sesuai dengan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP). Profesionalitas guru merupakan salah satu faktor utama yang mempengaruhi mutu pendidikan. Guru yang profesional harus memiliki kemampuan: (1) menguasai materi dan bahan ajar; (2) menguasai dan menerapkan filosofi, metode, teknis dan praktik; (3) memanfaatkan perkembangan TIK untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajarannya; (4) mengembangkan diri dan meningkatkan kinerja profesional; dan (5) meningkatkan komitmen pengabdian dirinya di masyarakat.

Abstract

Abstract: The Urgency of Evaluation of Learning Arabic for the Islamic Religious Education Study Program at UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu.This study aims to evaluate Arabic language learning in the Islamic Religious Education Study Program at UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu and to determine the urgency of the evaluation. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative type. Sources of data from lecturers and students. Data collected by documentation, observation and interviews. Data analysis using data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results showed that the evaluation of learning Arabic used in the Islamic Religious Education Study Program at UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu applied more written tests which only included writing skills, not oral tests in this case listening skills (istima'), reading (qiro'). ah), and speak (kalam). The urgency of evaluating Arabic language learning for Arabic lecturers is to determine the level of success of the teaching and learning process in the classroom. For students, the results of the evaluation can be used to determine the level of ability and mastery of the Arabic material that has been taught.Abstrak: Urgensi Evaluasi Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam UIN Fatmawati Sukarno BengkuluPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pembelajaran bahasa Arab di Prodi Pendidikan Agama Islam UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu serta untuk mengetahui urgensi evaluasinya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan jenis kualitatif. Sumber data dari dosen dan mahasiswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang digunakan di Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu lebih banyak menerapkan tes tulis yang hanya mencakup keterampilan menulis saja, tidak dengan tes lisan dalam hal ini keterampilan mendengar (istima’), membaca (qiro’ah), dan berbicara (kalam). Urgensi evaluasi pembelajaran bahasa Arab bagi dosen Bahasa Arab adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar di kelas. Bagi mahasiswa hasil evaluasi dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan dan penguasaan terhadap materi bahasa Arab yang telah diajarkan.

Abstract

ENGLISH: Implementation of Religious Moderation in Islamic Education through the Qur'an Recitation and Reading Program at the Elementary School Level  Objective: This study aims to examine the values of religious moderation in the Qur'an recitation and reading program implemented in several elementary schools in Kapanewon Depok, Sleman, Yogyakarta Special Region. Methods: This study used a qualitative approach with a field research design. Data collection techniques included observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was obtained through triangulation of sources and methods. Results: The Qur'an recitation and reading program contains the central values in religious moderation, namely justice (tawasuth), balance (tawazun), and tolerance (Masamune). Conclusion: The Qur'an recitation and reading program is an effective medium in instilling the values of religious moderation in elementary schools. Contribution: This research provides a conceptual and practical basis for developing interfaith education models that strengthen the values of tolerance and diversity in education.  INDONESIAN: Penerapan Nilai Moderasi Beragama dalam Pendidikan Islam Melalui Program Mengaji dan Membaca Alkitab pada Jenjang Sekolah DasarTujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji nilai-nilai moderasi beragama yang terkandung dalam program Mengaji dan Membaca Al kitab yang telah diterapkan di beberapa sekolah dasar di Kapanewon Depok, Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain penelitian field research. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data diperoleh melalui triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil: Program Sleman Mengaji dan Membaca Al Kitab memuat nilai-nilai utama dalam moderasi beragama, yaitu keadilan (tawasuth), keseimbangan (tawazun), dan toleransi (tasamuh). Kesimpulan: Program Sleman Mengaji dan Membaca Al kitab menjadi media yang efektif dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama di sekolah dasar. Kontribusi: Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memberikan landasan konseptual dan praktis bagi pengembangan model pendidikan lintas agama yang memperkuat nilai-nilai toleransi dan keberagaman dalam dunia pendidikan.

Abstract: School Supervisor Performance Evaluation State Madrasah Aliyah in The City of BengkuluThis study aims to determine the performance of supervisors in Bengkulu City State state madrasah aliyah in: (1) conducting programming, (2) implementing supervision programs, (3) evaluating the results of the implementation of supervision, and (4) implementing professional guidance and training for teachers and headmaster. The research was conducted in the city of Bengkulu. This study uses the CIPP evaluation model by Stufflebeam and consists of Context, Input, Process, and Product components. This study uses a qualitative methodology with the support of a quantitative methodology. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation, document study and questionnaire. The results of the evaluation show that: (1) the activity of preparing the supervision program obtained a score of 93.75%, which is included in the very good category. (2) implementing the supervision program achieved a score of 92.05% in the very good category. (3) Evaluating the results of the implementation of the supervision program a score of 89% is in the good category. and (4) carry out professional coaching and training for teachers and school principals who get a score of 85%, including in the good category.Abstrak: Evaluasi Kinerja Pengawas Sekolah Madrasah Aliyah Negeri di Kota BengkuluPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja pengawas madrasah aliyah negeri Kota Bengkulu dalam: (1) melaksanakan program, (2) melaksanakan program supervisi, (3) mengevaluasi hasil pelaksanaan supervisi, dan (4) melaksanakan bimbingan profesional. dan pelatihan untuk guru dan kepala sekolah. Penelitian dilakukan di Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP oleh Stufflebeam dan terdiri dari komponen Konteks, Input, Proses, dan Produk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dengan dukungan metodologi kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, studi dokumen dan angket. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kegiatan penyusunan program supervisi memperoleh skor 93,75% yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. (2) Pelaksana program supervisi memperoleh skor 92,05% dalam kategori sangat baik. (3) Hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan program supervisi skor 89% termasuk dalam kategori baik. serta (4) melaksanakan pembinaan dan pelatihan profesional bagi guru dan kepala sekolah yang memperoleh nilai 85% termasuk dalam kategori baik.

Abstract

ENGLISH: Islamic Religious Education Learning Strategy Based on Self-Regulated Learning in Enhancing Students' Metacognition at Al-Izzah International Islamic Boarding SchoolObjective: This study aims to analyze the learning strategies employed by teachers to enhance students' metacognition through a Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) approach at Al-Izzah IIBS Batu High School. Method: This study employs a qualitative approach, utilizing a case study design. Data was obtained through interviews with the principal, vice principal for curriculum, Islamic Education teachers, homeroom teachers, and students. Results: The improvement of students' metacognition at SMA Al-Izzah IIBS Batu is achieved through a Self-Regulated Learning (SRL)-based Islamic Religious Education teaching strategy that involves teacher reflection and the development of students' learning independenc. Conclusion: Students' self-regulated learning (SRL) abilities influence their metacognition, which, in turn, shapes their learning independence and readiness to become lifelong learners. Contribution: This study contributes to the implementation of Self-Regulated Learning in Islamic Religious Education, enhancing metacognition and fostering life skills such as independence, responsibility, and self-awareness among students.INDOENSIAN: Strategi Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam Berbasis Self-Regulated Learning Dalam Meningkatkan Metakognisi Siswa di Al-Izzah International Islamic Boarding SchoolTujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru dalam meningkatkan metakognisi siswa melalui pendekatan berbasis Self Regulated Learning (SRL) di SMA Al-Izzah IIBS Batu. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, waka kurikulum, guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, wali kelas dan siswa. Hasil: Peningkatan metakognisi siswa di SMA Al-Izzah IIBS Batu tercapai melalui strategi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis Self-Regulated Learning (SRL), yang melibatkan refleksi guru dan pengembangan kemandirian belajar siswa. Kesimpulan: Kemampuan Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) peserta didik memberikan pengaruh terhadap metakognisinya, yang pada akhirnya membentuk kemandirian belajar dan kesiapan menjadi pembelajar sepanjang hayat secara berkelanjutan. Kontribusi: Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam penerapan Self-Regulated Learning pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, yang meningkatkan metakognisi dan menumbuhkan keterampilan hidup seperti kemandirian, tanggung jawab, dan kesadaran diri pada peserta didik.
