Abstract

Self motivated learning has significant potentially in supporting the life long education program. Skills are needed for being an effective learner in self motivated learning. These skills can be developed through instructional process. Teachers must change their control orientation by providing greater to learning autonomy for their learner, allowing with what’s learner think by addressing all the three dimensions such are social, paedagogical and psychological in their learning process. Learner is not programmed individu but exist to create their program themselves. Learner must be taught how to use their metacognitive experiences to find out effective metacognitive strategies. There are many constraints in developing selft motivated learning relate to educational system, academic culture, limited skills and other pre requisite, the learner personal traits and others. Self motivated learning could be incoorporated with the traditional education model. A person who is concern in developing self motivated learning must deliberate from his personal traits by himself. Self awareness is essential factor as entry point to initiate self motivated learning development.

Abstract

Our educational systems nowadays are facing inordinate difficulties in trying to meet the needs of a changing and increasingly technological society. However, there are many uncertainties related to the benefits of technology utilisation and development and the changes that the adoption of technology necessitates, such as demand for technical and non-technical supports, pedagogical and instructional issues, instuctional management issues, and teacher professional development. This article discusses three components of diffussion innovation in general concept. The first component includes characteristics of the innovation itself. A second component involves the characteristics of innovators (actors) that influence the probability of adoption of an innovation. The third component involves characteristics of the environmental context that modulate diffusion via structural characteristics of the modern world. These latter characteristics incorporate four sets of variables: geographical settings, societal culture, political conditions, and global uniformity. This article also presents a diverse set of literature in the area of "adoption" of educational technology in schools. Some questions related to how innovation research help explain the adoption process in schools and how does the school context influence the change facilitation and implementation process will be answered in this article. A diffusion model will be presented to provide a snapshot of utilization of computer technology and telecommunications in schools. By combining the contextual factors, concerns about the innovation, and the individual stage of innovation-decision, the results will be a holistic view of the overall diffusion process.

Abstract

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is growing fast included in the case of learning management based on ICT. Learning management based on ICT which is being trend namely e-learning management. E-learning management has implemented to educational institutions. Based on the background, thus emerged general problem ”how e-learning management at university can increase quality college students’ learning outcome quality”.The effectiveness and efficiency of E-learning management at university can be measured from some steps as follows: 1) Policy in conducting e-learning system, 2) University Lecturers’ understanding on e-learning technology, 3) College student’s understanding on e-learning technology, 4) University lecturer’s readiness toward learning process by using e-learning system, 5) University college students’ readiness toward learning process by using e-learning system, 6) infrastructure readiness of e-learning system such as consist of: hardware (LAN dan WAN), software, brainware, 7) the system of human resources counseling supporting e-learning system, 8) funding of e-learning system, 9) learning process by using e-learning system at university, 10) controlling system toward the learning process by using e-learning system at university, 11) the impact of learning process by e-learning toward the increasing of college students’ learning outcome quality.

Abstract

Perkembangan berbagai kelainan pada masa anak-anak, semakinhari semakin bermacam-macam . jumlah dan jenisnya. Ditemukannyaberbagai macam jenis kelainan tersebut_sangat djpengaruhi_oleh majunyateknologi pendeteksi kesehatan anak. Disisi lain bertambahnya jumlahkelainan- pada anak-anak juga sangat dipengarubi oleh adanya kondisipsikis dan tuntutan hidup bagi para orang tua. Akhir-a.khir ini, sebagaisatu jenis kelainan yang diderita dan diketahui jenis kelainannya secarajelas sekitar usia tiga tahun adalah kelainan perkembangn anak-anakyang disebut dengan autisme. Autisme adalah gangguan perkembanganpada anak-anak, dirnana anak yang mengalami kelainan autismemengalami gangguan perkernbangan, komunikasi bahasa dan sosial.Anak autisme dengan berbagai jenis dan tingkatan baik beratrnaupun ringan, keduanya merupakan kelainan perkembangan anak-anakyang sangat berpengaruh pada perkembangan selanjutnya. Pengaruhperkembangan tersebut, semisal pada kemampuan komunikasinya denganorang lain. Mereka mengalami kesulitan berinteraksi danmerigekspresikan apa yang mereka kehendakL Bahasa mereka merupakanbahasanya sendiri atau dengan istilah lain bahasa "planet". Anak autismeusia pra sekolah dengan kondisi kebahasaan yang demikian sangatmemerlukan penangailan intensif berupa terapi dan pengajaran secaraterintegrasi. Untuk membantu kemampuap komunikasi bahasa, dalampenanganannya dapat dilakukan dengan inenggunakan metode Lovaasatau Applied Behavior Analysis. Metode ini perlu terns dikembangkandalam implementasinya untuk membantu kemampuan komunikasi anakautisme khususnya dan kemampuan lainnya dengan menyesuaikankemampuan kondisi atau karakter anak autisme.

Abstract

Child’s growth and development has many aspects. But, in a fact, peopleare only focus on cognitive aspect (it’s called mathematic-logicintelligence). Not only mathematic-logic intelligence, linguisticintelligence has an important role on people’s success too. We candevelop linguistic intelligence at home by family (parent). Family (parent)is one of learning resources for kindergarten children. Linguisticintelligence can be developed by good stimulation. How can do it? We cando it with creative fun activity or creative fun game. Those activity isdesigned and done by parent. Kindergarten children will be happy, andtheir linguistic intelligence will be developed.

Abstract

The purpose of the teaching through critical-creative learningmodel grant for educational science subject is to improve student 'sawareness of hard skill and .~·oft skill as two significant elemrnts ofcompetencies that non formal education students must have. Tl.egrant results, which is a learning model to gain hard skill and softskill a11d a critical-creative learning model, is appiicable for othersubjects and even other study programs. Critical-creative learningmodel is able to develop student 's mastery in hard skill and softskill. The implementation of critical-creative learning model can beref er to woup di.\cu:;sion approach, concept understandir.gassignments, and problem solving assignments either individually orin groups. Howevu, further elaboration of hard skill and soft skillcompetency and critical-creative learning model must always bedone through other subject using different model, strategy, method·and approach.

Abstract

Learning media is an essential factor in improving learning quality. 'nusing media in learning process, educators must be selective in choosingthe kind of media she/he will use. The criteria ones must pay attention inchoosing learning media are: learning purpose, effectivenes:;, studentcharacte.-istics, availability, technical quality, flexibility, user skill andavailable time. The steps in choosing learning media are 1) learningactivity 2) message delivery 3) subject characteristics 4) mediacla.!sijication 5) media characteristics analysis. There are two models inusing /earning media: inside class and outside class. The procedures inusing learning media are preparation, implementation and follow up.

Abstract

Setelah melalui proses panjang dengan membandingkan antara pandangan tradisional  dan pandangan kontruktivis dalam  pembelajaran biologi, maka  pandangan yang kontruktivistik terhadap content of science memiliki  implikasi penting terhadap  pembelajaran biologi di kelas. Kontruktivisme memandang bahwa konsep-konsep biologi dibentuk melalui konstruksi peserta didik, dan dapat memberikan tantangan tersendiri bagi guru dalam penyelenggaraannya. Pembelajaran biologi berbasis kontruktivisme dapat terselenggara lebih optimal apabila peserta didik difasilitasi untuk mengubah konsep yang mereka miliki dengan mengetahui lebih banyak tentang alam dan gejalanya sebagai objek sains, termasuk juga biologi yang memiliki objek berupa makhluk hidup.  Pemanfaatan lingkungan sekitar sekolah (potensi lokal sekolah)  sebagai wahana ataupun objek belajar tidaklah semudah yang dipikirkan karena tidak asal dilakukan dan membutuhkan teknik tertentu.

Abstract

One of special need for children group that is categorized physical handicaps is cerebral palsy strap. The Cerebral Palsy strap is the personal who gets the stiffness that the cause is in the brain. As a CP strap their academic abilities are variety, there’s clever and low academic ability. Generally the CP strap get the education opportunity in SLB part D. they follow studying process by the same material with the common children in the same level. Although the lesson material’s that is given same, but in teaching the teachers need teaching model modification needs the creativity of support teacher very much. More creative that is according with the children ability, it will more help to make easy the CP strap in following and finishing the lesson material.

Abstract

Teachers as one of the stimulators of music in children is supposed toprovide stimulation in accordance with the stages of childdevelopment. Related to this, the observations obtained in the field ofhuman resources issues that early childhood teachers in the field of artmusic in general, causing minimal experience obstacles whenintroducing the song in children. This study tries to answer questionsrelated to the field of media development need for the audio track ofchildren. The research approach using a model of developmentrecording music using cool edit pro from Purwacandra (2007). Theresult are audio media children song in the An-Nurr that according tochild development capabilities related to music.
