The level of investment literacy among millennials is a crucial factor in personal financial management and long-term financial well-being. This study aims to analyze investment literacy levels, factors influencing investment interest, and the challenges faced by millennials in Balikpapan when investing. The research method employed is a survey with a quantitative approach targeting millennial respondents residing in Balikpapan. The findings indicate that most respondents have a basic understanding of investment, but it is still limited to common instruments such as time deposits and savings accounts. Their comprehension of portfolio diversification, risk management, and investment analysis remains low. The primary sources of information come from social media and seminars/webinars, while consultations with financial experts are rarely conducted. The factors influencing investment interest include perceived high risk, limited capital, and the influence of social environments and media. The main challenges faced are the lack of formal investment education and economic constraints. As a solution, this study recommends enhancing investment literacy through digital-based education, collaboration with financial institutions, and providing consultation or mentoring services.

Digital transformation in the payment system is one of the important factors in improving transaction efficiency in traditional markets. Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) has been introduced as a digital payment solution that can be applied in various sectors, including traditional markets. However, the adoption of QRIS by market traders still faces various challenges, such as low digital literacy, limited devices, and resistance to changes in the transaction system. This study aims to analyze the level of understanding and readiness of Segiri Market traders in adopting QRIS, as well as evaluate the effectiveness of training and mentoring in increasing the adoption of this digital payment system. The methods used in this study include socialization, training, and simulation of QRIS transactions to market traders. The pre-test and post-test results showed a significant increase in merchants' understanding and readiness to use QRIS, with the willingness to adopt increasing from 40% to 90%. In addition, increased convenience in digital transactions and frequency of QRIS usage also showed a positive trend after the intervention. The conclusion of this study is that continuous education and mentoring is essential in driving QRIS adoption in traditional markets. Collaboration between the government, banks, and financial service providers is needed to ensure the sustainability of digital payment implementation in the traditional trade sector.

A low level of financial literacy among housewives can lead to family economic instability. Many housewives do not understand the importance of financial recording, budgeting, saving strategies, and wise debt management. This service aims to improve the financial literacy of housewives in the Makassar Women's Community through participatory-based training and mentoring. The methods used include community needs identification, practice-based training, and post-training mentoring for three months. The evaluation results showed a significant improvement in several financial aspects. Before the training, only 25% of participants routinely recorded finances, while after the training it increased to 80%. The ability to prepare a household budget also increased from 30% to 85%. In addition, awareness of saving and simple investment increased from 40% to 75%, while consumptive debt use decreased with an increase in awareness of managing debt from 20% to 70%. Participation in financial discussion communities also increased from 15% to 65%, indicating a change in mindset in family financial management. With these positive results, it is expected that housewives can apply the skills they have learned in a sustainable manner and share their knowledge with other community members. Program sustainability through financial discussion groups is key to maintaining the impact of this training. Overall, this service proves that an approach based on applicative training and mentoring can significantly improve financial literacy

Reading skills are fundamental abilities that are essential in the learning process, especially for elementary school students. However, reading delays remain one of the main problems faced by 2nd-grade students at UPT SBF SD Negeri Panaikang III. This community service program aims to address reading delays through the utilization of visual media as a teaching aid. The program is implemented in stages, including problem identification, planning, activity execution, evaluation, and follow-up actions. Interventions are carried out using visual media, such as illustrated flashcards, posters, and picture storybooks, designed to enhance students' interest, motivation, and reading skills. Mentoring activities are conducted individually and in small groups, involving teachers and parents to support the learning process. Evaluations are conducted through direct observation, discussions with teachers, and interviews with students and parents. The program results indicate that the use of visual media significantly improves students' reading abilities. In conclusion, the utilization of visual media is effective in addressing reading delays among 2nd-grade students and provides positive impacts on their psychological and social aspects. It is recommended that this method be implemented sustainably and further developed to improve the quality of reading instruction at the elementary school level through collaboration between schools, teachers, and parents.

Effective pharmacy management is essential in ensuring drug availability in health facilities. This study aims to analyze the pharmaceutical management system in Garut Regency, focusing on aspects of recording, infrastructure, readiness of health workers, and local government policies. The research method used was a qualitative approach with interview and observation techniques in several health facilities. The results showed that many health facilities still use a manual recording system, which risks causing errors and delays in drug procurement. In addition, limited infrastructure and the readiness of health workers in adopting pharmaceutical information systems are the main obstacles in digitizing pharmaceutical management. In terms of policy, the absence of strong regulations and limited budget hamper the optimal implementation of digital systems. Therefore, it is necessary to improve infrastructure, train health workers, and support clearer policies to encourage the digitalization of the pharmaceutical system in Garut Regency.

Indonesia, despite being rich in human resources (HR) and natural resources (SDA), still faces major challenges in improving the quality of HR, especially related to low interest in reading and illiteracy problems. Education is the main key in overcoming this problem, with literacy as an important foundation for the development of students' cognitive abilities. This study focuses on the implementation of the illiteracy eradication program at SD Negeri 011 Rappogading through Literacy Strengthening Training for Teachers. This program aims to improve teacher competence in teaching basic literacy and creating a sustainable literacy culture in schools. The results of the study showed a significant increase in teacher competence, changes in the literacy environment in schools, and an increase in student literacy skills by 25%. This program proves that strengthening teacher competence, parental involvement, and creating a conducive literacy environment are very important in overcoming the challenge of illiteracy. Based on these findings, it is recommended to improve educational infrastructure, extend ongoing training for teachers, and involve the community in strengthening literacy culture. With these steps, it is hoped that Indonesia can improve the quality of HR and accelerate the transformation process into a developed country.
