Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the joint responsibility system used in the launch of credit payments, to determine the costumer credit payment process and to determine the Islamic economic perspective regarding the joint responsibility system. The method used in this study is a qualitative apporoach, with the type of research used is Field Research. Methods of data collection is done by the process of observation, interviews and documentation. In testing the validity of the data the author uses two steps, namely observation and triangulation to obtain facts that actually occur. The results pf this study concluded that: the implementation of the joint responsibility system used was carrid out properly in accordance with the applicable rules and agreements, this was evidenced by the costumer group members applying the joint responsibility system if there were group members who did not pay instalments. The costumer credit payment process is carried out by means of the group members homes. The Islamic economic perspective regarding the financing of joint responsibility is in accordance with the concept of kafalah, namely the principle of kafalah bi al-mal which forms an agreement to work together and be responsible between fellow costumers of group members, to bear with each other using personal assets in the form of money between one member and member other if there is arrears by one of the members in terms of returning the financing credit.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of halal labels and Electronic Word of Mouth on purchasing decisions for MS Glow skin care products. This study uses a correlational or associative approach with a descriptive quantitative research type. The sample in this study were 30 respondents who bought and used MS Glow skincare products. The technique taken in this study is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling type, while the data collection is carried out using a questionnaire with a closed statement type. To answer the problem and test the hypothesis, SPSS Version 28 technical analysis is used. The results showed that: first, the halal label variable (X1) had a significant effect on the purchasing decision variable (Y). Second, the Electronic Word of Mouth (X2) variable has no significant effect on the purchasing decision variable (Y). Third, the halal label variable (X1) and the Electronic Word of Mouth (X2) have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely the purchase decision variable (Y). Abstract

Economy issues often associated with poverty. Plus with covid-19 pandemic that gives plenty of huge impact for economy one of them is the decrease of UMKM productivity and decrease in people’s income. Therefore, it needs both the effort and the role of various parties to overcome the poverty and the economy issues. With the existence of a Productive Zakat Fund program utilization provided by the Badan Amil Zakat Nasional of Sorong Regency is expected to optimize zakat funds through business capital assistance so that it can affect the welfare of Mustahik in Sorong Regency and reduce the poverty. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of independent variable (X) which is the utilization of productive zakat on the dependent variable (Y) the walfare if mustahik at BAZNAS Sorong Regency. The type of this research method is quantitative. Data collection technic in this research is interview and documentation. The method of data analysis in this research used SPSS 25. The result showed that productive zakat given to mustahik had a positive and significant effect on the welfare of mustahik. Thican be seen in the hypothesis testing tcount> ttable, namely (3.111> 2.024) and the significance value is 0.004 <0.05, which means that the hypothesis H1 is accepted and there is significant effect of the utilization of productive zakat on the welfare of Mustahik at BAZNAS Sorong Regency.

Abstract

Creative Economy Development in Increasing the Income of the Matawolot Community Kab. Sorong,. The problems raised in this study are, 1) how to develop a creative economy in increasing the income of the Matawolot community, Sorong Regency? 2) What is one type of creative economy carried out by the Matawolot community, Sorong Regency? 3) what are the obstacles faced in developing the creative economy carried out by the Matawolot cracker processors in Sorong Regency? The method used in this research is a qualitative method, with a case study approach. The method of data collection is done by the process of observation, interviews, and documentation. In analyzing the data, the researcher used descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results of this study that; 1) How to develop the creative economy of cracker business groups to help increase people's income, one of which is marketing on social media such as Facebook, WhatsApp and so on. Because by doing and composing in packaging and marketing techniques can experience very rapid development for the future the amount of income earned by each processed cracker craftsman in Matawolot Village has increased, and the amount of income received is based on how many cracker products are produced; 2) as for one type of creative economy carried out by the Matawolot community, including this cracker business group which is a home industry in Matawolot Village which has problems including techniques in the marketing process which are still by stocking the kiosk to be deposited how much amount required.

Abstract

Country of origin and brand image are two important requirements to influence customers’ buying interest. The demand for Indonesian on skincare products is very high. Because of the high demand and interest in beauty products, many Korean beauty products get in Indonesia. One of them is Innisfree. The research aimed to know the influence of Country of Origin toward buying interest of Innisfree skincare, the influence of brand image toward buying interest of Innisfree skincare, the influence of both Country of Origin and brand image toward the buying interest of Innisfree skincare. The research method used survey research. The population was woman teenagers who had or being used the Innisfree skincare products from South Korea. The sampling method applied purposive sampling based on 50 respondents. The data collection used an effectiveness questionnaire test (validity) and reliability. The influence between the country of origin and the brand image can be illustrated in 44,4% variables of buying interest, while 55,6% variables can be explained by other variables that are not available in this research.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the level of efficiency and effectiveness of regional financial management in Sorong City for the 2013-2018 Fiscal Year. In this research, the researcher used a type of research with descriptive quantitative analysis methods (Descriptive). The sample in this research was the Sorong City Government Financial Report, using time series data for 5 (five) years, namely from 2013 to In 2018, the object studied was the Sorong City Regional Government Budget Realization report regarding Balancing Funds, Original Regional Income (PAD), Expenditures and Financing. The research results showed that the pattern of development of the level of efficiency of regional financial management in the Sorong City Government during 2013-2018 tended to remain less, the results of the analysis show that the calculation using the formulation of the level of efficiency of regional financial management for the Sorong City Government during 2013-2018 on average is the Fiscal Decentralization Degree Ratio for the 2013-2018 Fiscal Year with results based on an average level of 11.36%. The development pattern of the level of effectiveness of regional financial management in the Sorong City Government during 2013-2018 tends to decline, from the results of the Sorong City Government Regional Original Income Effectiveness Ratio with the average effectiveness ratio for the Sorong City Government being around 68.02% with the criteria being less effective

Abstract

Investment decisions, financing decisions, and asset management decisions are the three key roles that investments play in financial management. Research on the capital market that looks at Muslim youth's interests and actions when investing in Islamic companies is still inadequate at this time. Since there hasn't been much research on intents in the Islamic capital market, it's important to recognise how interested and inclined Muslim youngsters are to engage in Islamic sham investing. Prior studies frequently focus on young people's impressions of investment instruments in general. This study tries to pinpoint and examine the elements that affect young Muslim investors' interest in purchasing Islamic stocks. This study's methodology is quantitative. The information used was gathered by the distribution of questionnaires to 100 participants. The SEM model is then the analytical technique utilised to determine the connection between the variables and the desire of millennial Muslims in investing in Islamic companies. The programme is SmartPLS 4. Validity, reliability, and the connection between variables x and y are the main topics of the analysis. The findings of this study suggest that millennial Muslims' interest in investing in sharia stocks is positively and significantly influenced by perceptions of sharia compliance, perceptions of investment goals, and perceptions of risk

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of inflation, imports, and exports on economic growth in Indonesia using secondary data and a linear regression model. The dependent variable is economic growth, measured by the growth rate of Gross Domestic Product (GDP), while the independent variables include inflation, imports, and exports. The analysis shows that inflation does not have a significant impact on economic growth. Exports have a positive and significant impact, while imports do not have a significant impact. These findings are consistent with previous research showing that exports positively affect economic growth, while inflation and imports are not significant in the short term. Policies that support exports should be strengthened to enhance Indonesia's economic growth, alongside effective inflation management and selective import strategies.

Abstract

This study focuses on the analysis of the effect of economic growth, education, and health on poverty rates in Indonesia during 2013-2022. The results showed that economic growth has a negative influence on poverty, meaning that faster economic growth does not directly reduce poverty. Education, by contrast, has a positive influence on poverty, with greater educational improvements reducing poverty. Health, in this study, did not have a significant effect on poverty, meaning that health did not play a role in reducing poverty. The conclusion of this study shows that poverty reduction strategies in Indonesia should focus on improving education and developing social programs that are more effective in reducing poverty, as well as paying attention to broader health aspects. Thus, this research contributes to the development of more effective strategies in reducing poverty in Indonesia.

Abstract

Open market operations are a way for banks to control money in circulation by selling or buying government securities. OPT is closely related to the amount of money in circulation and interest rates. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of open market operations based on interest rates and the amount of money in circulation on inflation in Indonesia from 2018 to 2023. The object of this study is quantitative. The data taken is secondary data by obtaining information through the official website of Bank Indonesia and the Central Statistics Agency. The results obtained are that interest rates and the amount of money in circulation have no effect on the amount of money in circulation. This can be seen from the t-test stating that the interest rate has a t-statistic value of 0.893 with a significance value of 0.438 and the amount of money in circulation has a t-statistic of 0.313 with a probability of significance of 0.775 which when compared to the degree of error or 5 percent.
