Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of compensation, job stress onemployee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia (East Bekasi Branch). Thedata used in this study are primary data collected from respondents' answers based on thequestionnaire given, namely as many as 100 people. The data processing method uses the pathanalysis method with the help of SPSS version 22.0. Statistical testing used individual parametersignificance test (t test), simultaneous significance test (F test) and Sobel test. The results showedthat simultaneously the variables of compensation, job stress and job satisfaction have asignificant effect on employee performance. Partially it shows that analysis 1: the compensationvariable has a significant effect on employee performance, while analysis 2: the job stressvariable has a significant effect on employee performance and in analysis 3: the variable jobsatisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: Compensation, Job Stress, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract

This research is a survey research using a questionnaire as the instrument. The populationin this study is the population that will be the object of research are 110 employees of PT ACEHARDWARE ARTHA GADING. A sample of 86 respondents using purposive sampling method,which is based on criteria users.The data used in this study are primary data collected from the results Respondents'answers based on the questionnaire given, as many as 86 people. Method Data processing usesthe path analysis method with the help of the SPSS version 23.0. Statistical testing using partialsignificance test (T test) and simultaneous significance test (Test F).The results of the study show that the welfare benefits have an effect on Employeeperformance at PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, service quality andprice on customer satisfaction of telecommunication operators Indosat Ooredoo in CengkarengBarat, West Jakarta. This research was conducted using a data collection method by means of aquestionnaire on 100 respondents of Indosat Ooredoo card users in the Cengkareng Barat area,West Jakarta. The sample was taken using the proportion estimation formula. Testing data qualityin this study using validity and reliability tests. Data were analyzed using multiple linearregression analysis.The results showed that the variable product quality partially / partially has an influence oncustomer satisfaction, this is evidenced by the t test with a t-count value of 2.353. Service qualityvariable partially / partially has an influence on customer satisfaction, this is evidenced by the ttest with a t-count value of 2.105. The price variable partially / partially has an influence oncustomer satisfaction, this is evidenced by the t test with a t-count value of 8.664. The variables ofproduct quality, service quality and price as a whole have an influence on customer satisfaction,this is evidenced by the F test with an Fcount of 76.400.Keywords: Product Quality, Service Quality, Price, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and brand image on customersatisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty of Pupuk Kujang. The data used in this study areprimary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to official distributors of PupukKujang in DKI Jakarta, Banten, West Java and Central Java. The data processing method usesthe path analysis method with the help of the SPSS 24 program. The results of this study show thatthe quality of service directly has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, brandimage directly has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The results of substructure II research concluded that service quality directly has a positive and significant effecton customer loyalty, brand image directly has a positive and significant effect on customerloyalty, and customer satisfaction directly has a positive and significant effect on customerloyalty. The results of the mediation test concluded that service quality indirectly has a positiveand significant effect on customer loyalty through job satisfaction and brand image indirectly hasa positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through job satisfaction.Keywords: Service quality, Brand Image, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Job Training and Work Motivation on WorkProductivity, either directly or indirectly through Kinerka Employees at PT. Inspira AdhiMitra.The data used in this study are primary data collected through questionnaires and otherliterature studies. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Indomarco Adi Prima -Main Warehouse Jakarta, Jababeka with a sample size of 70 respondents. The data processing method uses the path analysismethod with the helpan SPSS version 22.0. Statistical testing used the significance test of individual parameters(t test) and simultaneous significance test (F test).The results showed that simultaneously the variables of work motivation, work disciplineand job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance.
