Cangkal : Jurnal Ilmu Sosial dan Humaniora (e-ISSN: 3123-7088) merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang mempublikasikan hasil penelitian, kajian teoritis, dan pemikiran kritis dalam bidang ilmu sosial dan humaniora. Nama “Cangkal” berasal dari bahasa Banjar yang bermakna rajin, kuat, dan kokoh, yang mencerminkan semangat ketekunan dan keteguhan intelektual dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan. Jurnal ini mencakup berbagai disiplin keilmuan, antara lain pendidikan, sosiologi, ekonomi, manajemen, akuntansi, administrasi publik dan bisnis, ilmu politik dan hubungan internasional, antropologi, ilmu komunikasi, psikologi sosial dan pendidikan, hukum dan kebijakan publik, sejarah, filsafat, kajian budaya, pembangunan sosial ekonomi, kewirausahaan, studi digital dan media, serta kajian masyarakat dan kearifan lokal, serta bidang lain yang relevan dalam rumpun ilmu sosial dan humaniora. Setiap naskah yang diterima diseleksi melalui proses penelaahan sejawat (peer-review) untuk menjamin mutu akademik dan kontribusi keilmuan. Jurnal ini terbit dua kali setahun (Mei–Oktober dan November–April), bersifat akses terbuka (open access), dan dikelola oleh Yayasan Pendidikan Literasi Borneo (Nomor AHU-0031523.AH.01.04.Tahun 2025).

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the implementation of the Rahmatan Lil Alamin Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project carried out by the Principal of Madrasah Nurul Ulum Te-luk Tiram Darat Banjarmasin. The implementation steps are: (First) The Principal of Madrasah as a visionary madrasah, forms a learning committee, namely a team at Madrasah Nurul Ulum consisting of several teachers selected by the principal to design the KOM doc-ument including designing the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project. Rahmatan Lil Alamin. (Second) The Principal of Madrasah Holds an IHT on the Independent Curriculum and the preparation of KOM including the IHT for the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthen-ing Project. (P5). (Third) The Principal of Madrasah together with the teachers forms and se-lects a team of facilitators and the Project Coordinator for Strengthening the Pancasila Stu-dent Profile Rahmatan Lil Alamin (P5. consisting of teachers whose subjects are integrated in the project theme and module. (Fourth). The Principal of Madrasah together with the teachers selects the project theme and dimensions of the Rahmatan Lil Alamin Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). The selection of the P5 theme is carried out in a small meeting with the project team, and several teachers, including all students involved. (Fifth) The principal together with the teacher determines the implementation time, after the P5 topic is prepared, the next step is to determine the implementation time, and design the time allocation for the Rahmatan Lil Alamin Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project and identify the total number of project hours in one week (Sixth). The principal together with the teacher compiles and develops the Rahmatan Lil Alamin Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project module. The development of the project module is a step in compiling the final report of the Rahmatan Lil Alamin P5 activity carried out by the madrasa project team and students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the principal’s transformational leadership in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum within the school context. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 6 Satui using a descriptive qualitative approach. The research participants consisted of the principal and various educational stakeholders involved in the management and implementation of educational activities at SMP Negeri 6 Satui. Data were collected through classroom and school observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings indicate that: (a) the principal’s transformational leadership functions effectively in fostering a positive work ethic and enhancing the motivation of all school resources, thereby creating institutional readiness for the optimal implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum; (b) the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at SMP Negeri 6 Satui has been carried out in a systematic and well-directed manner and demonstrates effective development; and (c) the involvement of parents and the wider community contributes to strengthening synergy in supporting the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at the school.

Abstract

Students' entrepreneurial interest is a crucial factor in producing independent university graduates capable of creating jobs. However, entrepreneurship learning in universities still tends to be theoretical and lacks contextualization with local potential. This study aims to develop an entrepreneurship learning model based on the local wisdom of water hyacinth and to test its feasibility and effectiveness in increasing entrepreneurial interest at Achmad Yani University, Banjarmasin. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method, with the stages of needs analysis, model design, development, expert validation, and limited trials. The subjects were students taking entrepreneurship courses. Data collection techniques included questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The results showed that the developed learning model was deemed feasible by subject matter experts and learning experts and effective in increasing students' entrepreneurial interest. This model is able to integrate the potential of local wisdom into contextual, applicable learning, and oriented towards real-life entrepreneurial experiences.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a strategic necessity for universities and public institutions to address the dynamics of technological change and organizational performance demands. This study aims to analyze the role of digital leadership and strategic human resource management in supporting the success of digital transformation. The method used is a literature review with a narrative approach to various relevant studies in the education and public service sectors. The results of the study indicate that digital transformation in universities and public institutions is a systemic and gradual process that requires governance readiness, technology integration, and sustainable human resource development

Abstract

This study aims to examine the social contribution of LVRI Bengkulu Province in responding to disaster situations on the island of Sumatra in relation to the theme "With the Spirit of Togetherness, LVRI Cares for Disasters and Moves Forward in Struggling with the People to Build the Country Towards a Golden Indonesia." This study applies a qualitative approach and was conducted in Bengkulu City by making the DPD LVRI Bengkulu as the main object of the study. The data collection process lasted for two months, namely from December 2025 - January 2026. This study concluded that LVRI Bengkulu Province has a real, strategic, and relevant social contribution in responding to disaster situations on the island of Sumatra. The commemoration of LVRI's anniversary with the theme of togetherness and disaster awareness is a strategic medium to strengthen social integration, build public trust, and foster national character across generations

Abstract

The rapid development of financial technology (fintech) has significantly transformed the financial services sector, while simultaneously raising various legal issues, particularly regarding consumer protection. This study aims to analyze the legal protection of consumers in fintech transactions in Indonesia. The research employs a normative legal research method using statutory and conceptual approaches. The findings indicate that consumer protection in fintech transactions has been normatively regulated through the Consumer Protection Law and regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority. However, in practice, several challenges remain, including weak supervision, unfair standard clauses, and low levels of consumer legal literacy. Therefore, strengthening regulatory frameworks and effective law enforcement is essential to ensure adequate consumer protection in the fintech sector.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze public perceptions of the use of ferry ticket booking applications from Bakauheni Port to Merak Port. This study aims to determine the extent to which the innovation of the ferizy application is useful and helps some people in ordering ferry tickets online. Identifying the main obstacles and difficulties in ordering Ferizy applications, including the existence of ticket brokers. This study will use qualitative research methods, which include data collection techniques, such as surveys, interviews, or secondary data analysis. This approach was chosen to ensure that the data obtained is comprehensive and representative. The results of the study show that: The perception of Bakauheni-Merak ferry service users towards the Ferizy application varies, namely users feel the benefits of increased efficiency, comfort, and reduced queues. Factors that influence user perceptions in using the Ferizy application include performance expectations (application benefits), ease of use (user-friendliness), social influence, and facility conditions. The efforts of PT ASDP Bakauheni branch to increase the positive perception of Bakauheni-Merak ferry service users regarding ticket purchase innovations through the application aim to reduce congestion, queues at ports, and scalping practices, as well as provide a smoother and more comfortable experience for service users on the Merak-Bakauheni route.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the independent curriculum policy on the reading interest of students at SDN Pemurus Dalam 6 Banjarmasin. The research sample consisted of 65 students from grade III and grade V. The research location was SDN Pemurus Dalam 6 Banjarmasin. This study used a correlational research method. The results of the T-test (partial test) obtained a t-value of 1.931> t-table 1.990 so it can be concluded that the independent curriculum variable (X) has an effect on students' reading interest (Y). Based on the significance value obtained of 0.006. This shows that the significance value of 0.006 <0.05 so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Meanwhile, based on the results of the coefficient of determination test, it was found that the influence of the independent curriculum policy (X) on students' reading interest (Y) where the Adjusted R square value was 0.256, which means the influence of the independent curriculum policy (X) on students' reading interest (Y) was 25.6% so that there was 74.4% influenced by other factors that were not the focus of the study

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the type of promotion and how much influence digital marketing has as well as the comparison of digital sales with offline sales at fashion stores in Koh Acid Banjarbaru. The object of this research is the Koh Acid Banjarbaru fashion store. The variables used are independent variables, namely digital marketing (X) and dependent variables, namely sales level (Y). The number of samples in this study is 97 consumers of the Koh Acid Banjarbaru store using the incidental sampling method, that is, anyone who happens to meet the researcher can be used as a sample, when viewed by the person who happens to be met as a data source. Secondary data was obtained from the sales report of the Koh Acid Banjarbaru store for the 2024 period for statistical tests and primary data from questionnaires for descriptive analysis. The data analysis techniques are classical assumption tests, simple linear regression, hypothesis tests (t-tests), determination coefficients (R2) and descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that there is an influence of digital marketing on sales rates, this is shown by the regression equation, namely Y = 494,554 + 0.590X If online sales increase by one unit, the overall sales will increase by 0.590. The calculated t value is (2,390) > t table (2,306) and the significant value is 0.044 < 0.05, meaning that the digital marketing variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the sales rate. So it can be concluded that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, which means that digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on the sales rate at the Koh Acid Banjarbaru fashion store.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the protection of victims’ rights within the Indonesian criminal justice system. This research employs normative legal research using statutory and conceptual approaches. The findings indicate that although regulations on victim protection have developed through the Witness and Victim Protection Act, their implementation remains ineffective. Victims are often positioned merely as supporting evidence providers and have not received comprehensive recovery. Therefore, strengthening a victim-oriented criminal justice paradigm through a human rights approach and restorative justice is essential to achieve substantive justice.
