This research was conducted starting from the results of BK instrumentation applications, namely General AUM in semester 1 students majoring in curriculum and educational technology in the faculty of education at Padang State University which showed that students experienced problems in the field of social relations. As a generation that grows in the era of internet and digital advancement, millennial generation is the generation that is always connected to each other (always connected generation). The high level of use of social media in this generation has raised concerns about the consequences of problems related to the use of social media in this group. One of them they try and have a desire to continue to connect with what is being done by others through cyberspace so as to cause anxiety in themselves and lead to a fear, which is the fear of being left behind. This phenomenon is called FoMO (Fear of Missing Out). This study describes the level of FoMO inclination in Padang State University students. The sample used was 416 respondents spread throughout the faculties and the sampling was done using propotional random sampling technique. The instrument used was a closed questionnaire using a Likert scale model. The data obtained were analyzed using percentage techniques. The results of the study in general showed that the tendency of FoMO in students was in the low category at 47.59%.

This research is motivated by the fact that group counseling services are conducted well, but the independence of students is still low. This study aims to determine 1) how high the activity of joining a group counseling service 2) the independence of student students 3) the significant effect of the activity of joining a group counseling service on the independence of KTP students. This research is correlational. The subjects of this study were all students consisting of 156 students and the object was the effect of the activity of joining a group counseling service on student independence. 61 students were sampled from this study. These findings reveal that the activeness of students to join group counseling services in the KTP Department is very high (86.85%). The independence of students in the Department of KTP is high (75.61%). There is a significant influence of the activity of joining a group counseling service on the independence of students in the KTP Department with 0.545 at a probability level of 0,000. It was obtained from robserved which was higher than rtable at significant levels of 5% and 1% (0,250 <0.545> 0.325). The percentage of the effect of the activity of joining a group counseling service on student independence is 29.7% and the remaining 70.3% is influenced by other variables not mentioned in this study.

Commitment to the task is interpreted as a responsibility, internal motivation that encourages someone to be diligent, tenacious, hard work, and practice that continues to do the task despite experiencing various obstacles or obstacles in doing the task. The purpose of this study was to find out how the students' commitment to the task. The scope of this study were students of Educational Administration in Padang State University in 2019, totaling 134 students. This research is a combination of Mixed Methods which combines two quantitative and qualitative methods. The summary of the results of this study is that students with Task Commitment in the very good category are 1 student with a percentage of 3.3%. students with Task Commitment 13 people in the good category with a percentage of 43.3%, then followed by 16 students whose Task Commitment is good with a percentage of 53.4%.

The ability in the form of individual toughness to be ready to face bitter realities is known as resilience. Resilience is needed by students, one of which applies as the child of a parent of victims of domestic violence. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. The study was conducted at one of the High Schools in the City of Padang. The subjects in this study were one student with criteria as a child whose parents (mother) experienced domestic violence, counseling teachers and parents of students. Taking the subject of this study using purposive sampling method. This study uses data collection techniques with interviews and observations. The technique guarantees the validity of the data carried out by building close relationships with subjects and informants naturally and continually making observations. Data analysis technique is done by data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing and verification. The results revealed that the conditions of resilience of parents (mothers) of domestic violence victims are as follows: (1) IRs have immature emotional control when dealing with domestic violence experienced by their mothers, (2) IRs have poor impulse control when dealing with domestic violence experienced by their mothers , (3) IR has good optimism when facing domestic violence experienced by his mother, (4) IR is still not good at analyzing problems carefully, (5) IR has good empathy, (6) IR has good self-efficacy, and (7) IRs have good reaching out when dealing with their mothers as victims of domestic violence. So, it can be concluded that IR has a fairly good resilience.

Trauma is a psychological symptom that causes a child to be frightened due to an event he has experienced that causes a child to imagine an event that makes him afraid or traumatized, so there is need for help to overcome it. Rational Emotive Behavior Theraphy (REBT) is an approach that rationalizes irrational children's thinking to be rational. This article belongs to the type of qualitative research with a case study approach. The subject in this article is one student with criteria as a child who experiences domestic violence by his biological father who is separated from his mother. Taking the subject of this study using purposive sampling method. This study uses REBT approach techniques, data collection by interview counseling and observation. The technique guarantees the validity of the data carried out by building close relationships with subjects and informants naturally and continually making observations. Data analysis techniques were carried out by means of data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing and verification.

The research is motivated by the author's desire to know how the students' self-acceptance / acceptance of a problem they are facing. The author uses an individualized psychological counseling approach, which feels suitable to the characteristics of the respondent in order to see his self-acceptance, which is needed in life. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. The study was conducted at one of the High Schools in the City of Padang. The subjects in this study were one student. Taking the subject of this study using purposive sampling method. This study uses data collection techniques with interviews and observations. The technique guarantees the validity of the data carried out by building close relationships with subjects and informants naturally and continually making observations. Data analysis technique is done by data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing and verification. The results of the study revealed that the conditions of self-acceptance of students in the case are as follows: (1) Students have good confidence in their capacity to cope with the environment, and the environment is good (2) Students consider themselves to be different from others, (3) Students consider themselves reasonable and have expectations that others will accept it, (4) Students can be said to be confident, not ashamed or self-aware, as evidenced by the achievements achieved (5) Students can be responsible for each behavior, but also doubt for the future (6) stand alone, this problem lacked opinion students proved that sometimes affected by social pressures from the community / school environment (7) students can receive objective criticism and praise, (8) students are able to accept strengths and weaknesses possessed, (9) Students do not deny all the feelings that arise. But sometimes it can change the mood to negative. So, it can be concluded that students have good self-acceptance.

The purpose of this psycho-educational group counseling is to provide knowledge and information to target groups on their delinquent problems. Delinquent is an attitude that violates the law that society does not accept but not serious. Delinquent problems are often associated with adolescents either in primary school or high school. The participants were 26 students from one of the private schools in Selangor which are from form two and three. The process of selecting participants is through discussions with the school counselor, and the participants are those who have identified disciplinary records involved in delinquency issues. The researchers conducted four group counseling sessions. Participants were divided into three groups according to their disciplinary problems. The module used in this program is art therapy through “LEPAS” approach or known as Luah Emosi Positifkan Akal Sihat. The participants aware of their emotions and realize that what are they doing (disciplinary issues) is wrong and should be stopped as the results of the involvements in this psycho-educational program. The implications of this program are directed to the counseling practitioners whose can use the art approach in dealing with school discipline cases.
