Abstract

This study aims to: determine the effect of hand grip and pull up exercises on service skills on volleyball extracurricular at SMK Negeri 3 Seluma. The approach method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative research type, namely research based on calculations in the form of numbers using statistical calculations. The population in this study were 15 students. The sampling technique in this study used a side total technique, namely the sampling technique taking all members of the population as samples or respondents, namely 15 students. The data collection used in this study was by using a service test on volleyball. The data analysis technique used in this research is the t-test analysis technique. From the results of the analysis using the t-test, the value of t-count is = 6.410. When compared with the value of t table with a significance of 5% at n = 15, found a value of 2.145. From this value, it is known that t count is greater than t table (6,410 > 2,145), then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that in this study there is an effect of hand grip and pull up exercises on service skills for volleyball extracurricular at SMK Negeri 3 Seluma.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the problems faced by physical education teachers in online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic at MAN 2 Bengkulu City. The location of this research was conducted at the school of MAN 2 Bengkulu City. This research is included in descriptive quantitative research and the population in this study are all physical education teachers at MAN 2 School Bengkulu City totaling 4 people. The results showed that the problems faced by physical education teachers in the online learning process (on the network) during the Covid-19 pandemic at MAN 2 Bengkulu City were in the hampered category. This is obtained from each category, such as in learning planning in this case the preparation of learning plans by the teacher by 75% stating it is hampering, the implementation of learning from home is known that 75% states it is inhibiting, and the assessment of learning from home is known that 50% states hinder.

Abstract

The problem in this study is how much influence eye-hand coordination has on the accuracy of the smash of volleyball players at STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau. Seeing these problems, this study aims to reveal the effect of eye-hand coordination on the smash accuracy of STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau Volleyball players. This research is an experimental research. The population of this study were students who participated in the volleyball extracurricular of STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau with 48 members consisting of 25 old players and 23 new players. The sample in this study amounted to 30 male players, which were taken using purposive sampling technique. The research instrumentation used a repeated volleyball test. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis in this study is to use the t test formula. The results showed that tcount = 5.017 > ttable 1.699, meaning that hand-eye coordination significantly increased the accuracy of volleyball smashes. Thus, the hypothesis stated earlier can be accepted. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that hand-eye coordination has a significant or significant effect on the accuracy of volleyball smash players.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of moral aspects to students in extracurricular Pencak Silat at MIN 1 Bengkulu Tengah. This type of research is qualitative research. The population in this study were Pencak Silat Extracurricular Students at MIN 1 Bengkulu Tengah, totaling 14 students. While the sampling technique was carried out by the Total Sampling technique with a total sample of 14 students. Data were collected using participant observation and interviews. The results of the study, it can be concluded that a pencak silat athlete must have an aspect of morality (mental spiritual) which is a trait and attitude based on noble character, this has obligations: a) fear of God Almighty, b) tolerance, trust self-discipline and self-discipline, c) love for the nation and homeland, d) brotherhood of self-control, e) social responsibility. So the application of the moral aspect to pencak silat students at MIN 1 Benteng is good, this is shown based on the results of the study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much students' learning interest in soccer at the State Junior High School in Topos District, Lebong Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Population and sample of State Junior High School students in Topos District, Lebong Regency. The number of students is 30 students. The results of interest in learning football at public junior high schools in the Topos sub-district, Lebong Regency, were categorized as very good, namely 4 people (13%), good category, namely 9 people (30%), and sufficient category, namely 12 people (40%), and poor category, namely 5 people (17%), and the very low category is 0 people (0%). Based on the results above, it can be concluded that the interest in learning football at the State Junior High School in the Topos District, Lebong Regency as a whole is in the sufficient category..

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' learning skills with squat style long jump using the Rubber media in grade VIII A of MTs Negeri 1 Seluma in Academic Year of 2021/2022. In accordance with the problems and research objectives, this study used a class action research method with a total of 30 subjects. The population is grade VIII A of MTs Negeri 1 Seluma. The research instrument used in this study was an observation sheet or observations and documentation. The researcher analyzed the data after the incoming student scores, then determined the classical value completeness and the students' average score. After being implemented, it was proven that the number of students whose skills in using tools such as blades and hanging balls increased more and more, namely in the first cycle, there were 20 students who could perform the squat style long jump with 75% classical completeness, in the second cycle it increased to 30 students. with classical completeness of 100%. Thus it can be concluded that there is an increase in the squat style long jump skill after applying the training method with rubber media to grade VIII A students of MTs Negeri 1 Seluma.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the physical fitness of the men's volleyball team at SMP Negeri 12 Kaur. This research will use survey method and descriptive type with quantitative approach. The population in this study was the volleyball team of SMP Negeri 12 Kaur consisting of 15 male volleyball athletes. And then it will be used as a research sample, because it takes all members of the population. The data collection technique used a test survey. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical technique, the data analysis used in this study uses descriptive quantitative analysis techniques with percentages. Based on the results of the study, it was known that the physical fitness of the men's volleyball team at SMP Negeri 12 Kaur. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that the physical fitness of the men's volleyball team at SMP Negeri 12 Kaur is in the very good category. The results of the classification of the data for the physical fitness of students above can be seen that of the 15 students who took the test, it showed that the physical fitness students were in a very good classification, 8 students or 53.33%, both 3 students or 20% and enough 4 people or 26, 66%. So it can be concluded that most of the students already have very good physical fitness...

Abstract

FPTI (Indonesian Rock Climbing Federation), the administrator of the Lampung branch, is an organization engaged in rock climbing. This study intends to find out how to develop athletes at FPTI Lampung. The descriptive evaluative research method uses the CIPP (Contex, Input, Process, and Product) model. The population in this study were FPTI Lampung administrators, trainers and athletes of FPTI Lampung. The data source sample was selected purposively, namely by selecting people who are considered to know about the focus of the problem in depth and can be trusted to be used as data sources. Then it is combined with the snowball sampling technique, which is asking the previous informant to show other people who can be used as the next informant. Based on the results of data analysis conducted by researchers, the results of the study indicate that the government's support, both morally and materially, in sports development, especially rock climbing has a major influence on the resulting achievements. In rock climbing sports, the program has not been fully carried out periodically and in a structured manner. From the description above, it is concluded that it is necessary to improve the quality and procedures in the process of coaching the Lampung rock climbing sport.

Abstract

The purpose of this research and development is to produce a basic motion learning model jump for early childhood. In addition, this research and development is conducted to obtain information in depth about the development and implementation of learning model of basic jumping motion and to know the effectiveness, efficiency and attractiveness of the child on the model made. The instruments used in this research and development are questionnaires, questionnaires, and basic jump motion test instruments used to collect baseline jump data. The stages of research and development are: (1) needs analysis, (2) expert evaluation (initial product evaluation), (3) limited trials (small group trial), and (4) field testing. Model effectiveness test using motion correctness test, from the initial test conducted obtained the level of basic motion capability jumped 2074, then after given the treatment obtained for 2284. So the basic motion learning model jumps for early childhood is declared effective in improving learning basic motion jump on early childhood. Based on the results of the development it can be concluded that: (1) With the basic motion learning model jumping learners can learn effectively and efficiently, (2) With the learning model of jumping ground motion that has been developed, obtained evidence of improvement, testing data of pretest and posttest result of significant difference between before and after existence of treatment on model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the difficulty of the underhand passing technique of the Sahabat Muda club in Lubuklinggau City and to determine the factors causing the difficulty of athletes doing the underpassing of the Sahabat Muda club in Lubuklinggau City. This research is a qualitative descriptive research that explains the situation or ongoing activities by conducting interviews. In this study, the population was 15 people and the sample consisted of 10 people who took part in volleyball training activities at the Young Friends Club. Data collection techniques using observation and interviews to determine the difficulties and factors of difficulty of each individual. The results of this study indicate that the description 1) The error that usually occurs when doing a downward pass is that the position of both arms is too high. When receiving the ball, both knees are not bent. The arms are not tight, the ball hits the upper arm. 2) The cause is due to an error in positioning the batting arm bent at the elbow so that the bat is narrow, as a result the ball rotates or turns its direction. Improper impact of the ball on the palm of the hand. At the time of contact with the ball the arms are not parallel. There is no harmonious or simultaneous movement of the arm and leg movements. Too explosive movement of the swing as a whole, so the ball is far off the mark. Knees are less bent in the preparation step of implementation. Hit or contact the ball with the forearm too late so that the direction of the ball is up and back. The high ball that should have been in the top pass, but was taken with the bottom pass, so it is not accurate at the intended target.
