Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Machine Maintenance and Raw Material Inventory on the smoothness of the Production Process (Survey at PT. Pacific Eastern Coconut Utama Pangandaran Factory). The method used in this study is a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. The samples used are machine maintenance cost data, raw material inventory costs, and production cost data for the last 3 years, namely in the 2019-2021 period at PT. Pacific Eastern Coconut Utama. The analytical tool used in this study was multiple linear regression using SPSS Version 25. The results showed that simultaneous machine maintenance and raw material inventory had a significant effect on the smooth running of the production process with an Fcount of 32.134 and a probability significance value of 0.000<0.05. Partially, machine maintenance has no significant effect on the smooth running of the production process because the significance value of 0.084 is greater than 0.05. Partially raw material inventory has a significant effect on the smooth running of the production process with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, work stress simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees at CV. Steel Mulya City of Tasikmalaya. The research method used was quantitative and the data were obtained directly from the results of distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents who were employees of CV. Steel Mulya City of Tasikmalaya. Data analysis techniques used statistical techniques such as validity and reliability tests for questionnaires and multiple regression analysis with F-test and t-test for proving the hypothesis. The results showed that simultaneously work environment and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance at CV. Steel Mulya City of Tasikmalaya. Furthermore, the work environment partially has a significant effect on employee performance at CV. Baja Mulya Tasikmalaya City, while work stress has a significant effect on employee performance at CV. Steel Mulya City of Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance elvaluation on employee loyalty Adlib.Id (convection) through job satisfaction. The method used is a quantitative approach with a research sample of 40 respondents from Adlib.Id Convection Employees. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The analysis tool used in this study is path analysis using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of this study, it shows that performance evaluation has a direct effect on employee loyalty. Based on the results of the study, Performance Evaluation has no effect on Job Satisfaction, not significant effect. Based on the results of Job Satisfaction, the effect on Employee Loyalty does not have an insignificant effect. Based on the results of the study, the effect of Performance Evaluation on Employee Loyalty through Job Satisfaction is not significant, it has no effect.

Abstract

This purpose of this study to determine the influence of price perception and service quality on consumer satisfaction (Survey on Consumer Alfa Studios at Tasikmalaya City). The method used is a quantitative method with a research sample of 100 respondents who are a consumer Alfa Studios at Tasikmalaya City. The data is used primary data and secondary data. The analitytical tool in this research is multiple regression using by SPSS version 25. The result showed that simultaneously price perception and service quality has a significant influence on consumer satisfaction. Partially price perception has positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction. Partially service quality has positive and significant on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the description of communication, work discipline and work productivity of production employees at PDAM Tirta Galuh, Ciamis Regency. The effect of communication and work discipline simultaneously on the work productivity of production employees at PDAM Tirta Galuh, Ciamis Regency. The effect of partial communication on the work productivity of production employees at PDAM Tirta Galuh, Ciamis Regency. The effect of work discipline partially on the work productivity of production employees at PDAM Tirta Galuh, Ciamis Regency. This research includes quantitative research in the sense that in this study it uses numbers, starting from data collection to interpreting data with statistical tests. The data collection technique used was a survey method. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that communication was included in the very good category, Work Discipline was included in the good category, and Work Productivity for PDAM Tirta Galuh Ciamis employees was included in the good category. There was a significant effect simultaneously of Communication and Work Discipline on Work Productivity for PDAM Tirta Galuh Ciamis employees. There was a significant influence partially Communication on Work Productivity to employees of PDAM Tirta Galuh Ciamis. There is a partial significant effect of Work Discipline on Work Productivity for PDAM Tirta Galuh Ciamis employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of location, promotion and lifesyle simultaneously and partially on survey housing purchase decisions on Kampoeng Hijrah Reasidence, Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a quantitative method with a causality survey approach. The sample in the study was 61 respondents. Data collection is done using questionnaries. The data analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The result of this study showed simultaneously the location, promotion and lifesyle gave a significant influence on housing purchasing decisions. Partially location, promotion and lifestyle, each has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, perception of price and pacilities simultaneously or partially on consumer statisfaction of Siliwangi Futsal Center in Tasikmalaya City. Survey of Siliwangi Futsal Center consumers in Tasikmalaya City. The research method used is descriptive and verification method. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that service quality, perception of price and pacilities simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Partially, service quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Partially price perception has no significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Partially, the pacilities has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

The research was conducted in Ulumusi District, Empat Lawang Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the community satisfaction index on public services at the Sub-District Office of Ulu Musi District, Empat Lawang Regency. The data analysis technique used is to use the measurement of the value of the Community Satisfaction Index / IKM based on the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2017 concerning the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform on Guidelines for Preparing Community Satisfaction Surveys for Public Service Delivery Units. The sample used was 210 people who came to the Ulu Musi Sub-District Office, Empat Lawang Regency. From the results of the study, it was found that the services of the Ulu Musi Sub-District Office of Empat Lawang Regency were at a good level. This is indicated by the value of the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) of 9 (nine) IKM elements of 3.13 and with an IKM conversion value of 78.25. . The indicator that has the highest IKM value is the cost/tariff with an IKM value of 3.54 with an IKM conversion value of 88.69. While the indicator that has the lowest IKM value is the facilities and infrastructure indicator, getting an IKM value of 2.90 and an IKM conversion value of 72.64. The nine elements of the IKM at the Ulu Musi Sub-District Office, Empat Lawang Regency, the quality of service obtained after the research is all predicated on at least "Good". The weighted NR value after conducting research amounted to 3.13. So the weighted IKM value is predicated on "Good".

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of innovation, work enthusiasm and work facilities, both partially and simultaneously, on the quality of employees at the Muara Enim Regency Ministry of Religion office. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test data quality using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, coefficient of determination, partial tests and simultaneous tests. The research results showed that innovation had a significant effect on the quality of employees at the Muara Enim Regency Ministry of Religion office. Work morale has a significant effect on the quality of employees at the Muara Enim Regency Ministry of Religion office. Work facilities have a significant effect on the quality of employees at the Muara Enim Regency Ministry of Religion office. Innovation, work enthusiasm and work facilities have a significant effect together on the quality of employees at the Muara Enim Regency Ministry of Religion office.

Abstract

Strategy in Improving Teacher Work Motivation Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Muara Enim. The author conducted research with the aim of analyzing the Strategy in Improving Teacher Work Motivation of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Muara Enim. This type of research is a form of field research using a qualitative approach, which is a research approach that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from objects or subjects that are observed and then drawn conclusions. Researchers try to understand the phenomena experienced by research subjects and conduct studies of field studies. Qualitative research is also a form of research that aims to describe existing problems that occur in the object of research. The results of the study found that Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Muara Enim with the position of the school must be able to capture opportunities by maximizing its strengths. The strategy in the SO strategy can be done by maximizing the strategic location, maximizing promotion, having a majority of teaching staff with degrees in accordance with competence is an opportunity to add value to promotion, teachers have high motivation, making opportunities in improving competence and establishing good relations with school residents, being an opportunity to establish communication with committees and communities.
