Abstract

Theological Analysis of the Role of the Church Council in Fostering Youth in sexual morality in the Pentecostal Church in Indonesia, the Ararat Village Adil Congregation. The purpose of this study is to describe the role of the Church Council in Fostering Youth in Sexual Morality in the Pentecostal Church in Indonesia, the Ararat Village Adil Congregation. The Church Council as a leader, who teaches and pastors in the congregation is a person who is able to influence people or groups of people to achieve common goals and also as a person who is able to solve all problems, thus also able to provide guidance to youth in sexual morality. The results of the study prove that the role of the church assembly in fostering youth in sexual morality is less than optimal. Seeing this, it is hoped that the church council will try to provide guidance to youth in sexual morality because this is very important and needed.

Abstract

This research starts from the existence of a phenomenon that occurs in students who carry out bullying behavior, such as students who like to bully weaker students, students who mock them with rude and dirty words, students who call them bad names and students who often isolate and degrade others. in public towards weaker friends. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of group guidance services in reducing bullying behavior at SMP Negeri 2 Bukittinggi. This research uses quantitative methods with one group pre- test and post test. The sample used by researchers was 8 students consisting of 4 students who were bullies and 4 more students who were exposed to bullying behavior at school. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire. A questionnaire was developed to measure how much bullying behavior a student has. The data analysis technique uses the Wiloxon rank test. The results obtained in this study were a pretest score with a total score of 328 and a posttest score with a total score of 534, after the measurement scale was given and the results were very effective because the hypothesis was accepted, namely the Wilcoxon test results showed the Aaymp.sig value was 0.012, less than 0, 05 therefore there are differences in pretest and posttest scores in the application of group guidance services in reducing bullying behavior in students at SMP Negeri 2 Bukittinggi. Abstract

This study aims to describe the design of reverse learning or flipped learning and its application as a form of technology-based learning in improving the competence of information and communication technology (ICT) teachers.The research method used is a descriptive analysis method with data collection techniques related to a flipped learning design that has been widely applied. The results it shows are that flipped learning design learning can increase learners involvement in the learning process, and make time for material delivery more efficient. Although the constraints are still found such as limited technological equipment, and the most impede is the absence of ICT competence for teachers. The conclusion of this research is that the flipped learning design is effective enough to increase the activity of learners over conventional learning methods. Flipped learning is a learning strategy model developed from the process of implementing traditional learning. In flipped learning, students learn first with the subject matter

Abstract

Looking at the problems found by researchers in grade I of SDN Sukodono 1 Sidoarjo, such as the lack of teachers in the use of learning media in mathematics subjects. Very impactful on the understanding of concepts, learning activities and learning outcomes of students. So that researchers use learning media in the form of number pockets that intend to increase understanding of the concept of place value of a number. The subject of this study were grade I students of SDN Sukodono 1 Sidoarjo with a total of 20 people. Data in this study were collected using observation, test, interview, and documentation techniques. The implementation of class action research (PTK) is carried out in II cycles with each cycle 4 stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The success indicator of PTK is said to be successful if students classically obtain a score greater than or equal to 75. Learning outcomes in the implementation of the first cycle were 45% with an average score of 64,1. And the learning outcomes in the implementation of cycle II are 80% with an average value of 84,75. Based on the result of the research conducted, it can be concluded that using number bag media in learning the place value of a number can increase understanding of concept of number place value. Therefore, it is better if teachers use number pocket learning media as one of the media that can help students in accepting and understanding the concept of place value.

Abstract

Abstract

Management of facilities and infrastructure is very important because by managing the facilities and infrastructure of educational institutions, their use will be maintained and clear. In managing the school, the school must be responsible for the facilities and infrastructure, especially the school principal who directly handles the facilities and infrastructure. And the school must be able to maintain and pay attention to existing school facilities and infrastructure. So, with the facilities and infrastructure at school, students can learn optimally and as efficiently as possible. So the management of facilities and infrastructure must be emphasized more in educational institutions such as schools. By managing existing facilities and infrastructure at the school, the principal can plan and record what facilities and infrastructure should be used at the school. If all management steps have gone well as expected, it will have a positive impact on students in the teaching and learning process and achieving educational goals effectively and efficiently. Abstract

This research aims to evaluate PAI teacher performance management towards the development of student characteristics at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Anwarul Hasaniyyah. This research was conducted using quantitative research methods with techniques in the form of frequency distribution through questionnaires. The results of the research show that the performance management of PAI teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Anwarul Hasaniyyah has been carried out well, especially in terms of lesson planning, learning implementation and learning evaluation. PAI teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Anwarul Hasaniyyah have also implemented various creative and innovative learning methods to improve student characteristics, such as lecture, discussion, question and answer and simulation methods. However, there are still several obstacles in managing PAI teacher performance, such as a lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure. Therefore, it is recommended that the school can provide better support in terms of providing facilities and infrastructure, as well as providing training and competency development for PAI teachers to improve the quality of PAI teacher performance management and develop student characteristics at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Anwarul Hasaniyyah

Abstract

In the problems that occur at this time, it is found that there is a decline in morals for a student. Moral decline occurs because bad attitudes and behavior are not formed, especially in the school environment. One of the factors is the lack of hiding the value of affection for students. Affective or affective is one of the three domains that are targeted in the learning process. Affective has been a part of learning in schools for decades. It appears in many different forms such as humanist education, moral development, self-actualization, value education and others. Affect also appears as a response to various social needs, such as the widespread use of illegal drugs and promiscuity. At the age of elementary school to early middle school, generally forms of behavior that often occur in the school environment, one of which is dishonesty. The nature of honesty which is very important in life turns out to be very difficult for students to apply. this is because there is no emphasis on moral education that is based on the Al-Qur'an and As-Sunnah. The moral education in question is the values of affection which become the realm in the promotion process of the affective assessment. To instill the value of affection, as an educator who plays a very important role in providing moral education, remembering that this value of affection is very important in forming good attitudes according to Islamic religious guidance.

Abstract

In the world of education, mathematics is often considered the subject most feared and avoided by students, this happens because mathematics is abstract in nature so students have difficulty understanding the problems in mathematics. Apart from that, mathematics is considered difficult because it is related to numbers and formulas. This research was carried out in conjunction with field practice (PL) activities. In the PL activities carried out by researchers for approximately 4 months, researchers found many problems when teaching, one of which was students' mistakes in solving sequence and series questions. The aim of this research is to determine the level of students' understanding and difficulty with sequence and series material, so that it can be used as knowledge for teachers to improve the quality of learning in the future. This research is a qualitative descriptive study to examine the errors made by students in solving questions about sequences and series. The subjects of this research were 23 class X students of SMAN 1 Lembah Melintang. The error analysis used in this research uses the error analysis stages according to Newman. By conducting this research, students' level of understanding and difficulty in sequences and series.
