Abstract

The application of story telling has been implemented so as to produce a disciplined and religious character. Story telling is an interesting method and is used by PAI teachers at Muhammadiyah Teluk Betung Elementary School. This is because the students are more interested in participating in learning. Based on this statement, research was carried out with a research focus that focused on the application of story telling in building character in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects at Muhammadiyah Elementary School Teluk Betung which included disciplinary and religious characters, as well as the factors that influenced them. The subjects in this study were two Islamic religious education teachers at Muhammadiyah Teluk Betung Elementary School. The techniques used in data collection are interviews, observations, and documentaries. Then processed through the process of data reduction, data display, and data verification. Meanwhile, to analyze the data the author uses descriptive and qualitative analysis. Finally it can be concluded that 1) The application of story telling in building character in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects at Muhammadiyah Elementary School Teluk Betung is illustrated in; a) PAI teachers have used story telling in learning. Many are obtained by students, one of which is the awakening of the character of student discipline. b) PAI teachers have used story telling in learning. Students get a lot, one of which is the awakening of students' religious character. 2) Factors that influence it, such as; a) PAI teachers have the ability to teach well. This is evidenced by the interest of students in following the learning process properly and the motivation of students to behave well. b) PAI teachers have been teaching him for a long time and are also very experienced in teaching. This is because the PAI teacher already understands very well the character of my students, so the method or method of teaching has been adjusted.

Abstract

Good library management is highly expected, because with good existing management it will support better school performance, so that the vision and mission of the school can be realized. Based on this statement, the formulation of the problem in this study is how is the library management at MAN 2 Paringin? and what are the obstacles it faces? The goal to be achieved is to find out the library management at MAN 2 Paringin and the constraints it faces. This type of research is field research and the approach taken is a qualitative approach. The object of this research is library management at MAN 2 Paringin. The subjects of this study were the head of the madrasa and the librarian at MAN 2 Paringin. The data collection techniques are carried out by means of interviews, observation and documentaries. Data processing techniques using data reduction, data display and data verification and data analysis using descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that 1) Library Management at MAN 2 Paringin is good, including; First; Planning (Planning). This can be seen from the formulation in the library work plan. Second; Organizing (Organizing). This can also be seen from the existing organization. Third; Actuating. The head of MAN 2 Paringin has mobilized his citizens (students and teachers) to visit the library. In its service, the library provides services (open- access) meaning that users choose directly and take their own time to read or borrow books. Technical services include cataloging, labeling, and displaying library materials. And information services include circulation, reference and audio-visual. Fourth; Supervision (Controlling). The head of MAN 2 Paringin has supervised library activities every day. 2) Constraints, such as funds for procuring books and supporting facilities are limited, so the execution is slow/slow. In addition, some students do not understand how to use or use the facilities in the library. Where they don't maintain its durability, such as books not being returned to their places, reading tables scribbled on, fans being played with, air conditioners are also the same, so books or existing facilities are easily or quickly damaged. The solution to overcome these obstacles is to carry out regular maintenance and cooperate with educational institutions, companies or the government to obtain procurement funds.

Abstract

This research was motivated by Islamic religious education learning in ablution material in class IV at SDN 1 Kapar, with the hope that students could achieve their learning goals as well as possible. However, in reality, various things can hinder the achievement of these learning goals. There are several students who have not been able to achieve the learning objectives in the ablution material because they have difficulty learning in learning activities, even though the ablution material has been taught in class II, at that time the teacher used the lecture method in learning, besides that the learning was also carried out online via WA (WhatsApp). So the aim of the research is to determine the process and supporting and inhibiting factors for learning the demonstration method in ablution material in class IV at SDN 1 Kapar, Murung Pudak District, Tabalong Regency. Researchers use field research with a qualitative descriptive approach, while data collection techniques are carried out starting from observation, interviews, documentation and data analysis, as well as data analysis techniques starting from data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. Thus, the results of the research state that the demonstration method learning process on ablution material at SDN 1 Kapar has been carried out according to the planned learning procedures and students' understanding has increased, from previously not understanding the correct way to perform ablution. Meanwhile, the supporting and inhibiting factors come from students, teachers, time allocation, and tools and facilities.

Abstract

It started with the Covid-19 virus which invaded the entire world and limited all our activities, one of which was in the field of education, which required the education system to adapt to the current situation. The solution is online learning. This research aims to describe the management of the application of digital technology to online learning, the use of applications that can support online learning systems, funding issues in learning practices, procurement of equipment to carry out online learning, students' abilities in implementing online learning and subjects that are suitable for learning methods. online. The research was conducted using a descriptive and comparative quantitative approach, with a sample of 150 people (census sample). The research was conducted on students in grades 8 and 9 of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Anwarul Hasaniyyah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the forms of code switching and code mixing. In addition, this research also examines the factors that cause code-switching and code- mixing, and this study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The research data is the speech of the teacher and class X students which contain elements of code switching and code mixing. Data collection techniques used observation. The results showed that: (1) Forms of code switching and code mixing included the insertion of words, phrases, clauses, repetition of words, and expressions; (2) Factors that cause code switching include speakers, interlocutors. Factors causing code mixing include the subject matter to evoke a sense of humor. (3) Code switching and code mixing have positive and negative impacts on learning Indonesian in class X.

Abstract

This thesis aims to determine the process of human resource management to improve the quality of education at the Ibnul Amin Pamangkih Putri Islamic Boarding School. Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System states that education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, morals noble character, as well as the skills needed by himself, the community, the nation and the state. Human resource management is the process of planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling the Board of Islamic Boarding Schools in improving human resources in the Ibnul Amin Pamangkih Puteri Islamic Boarding School by seeing a progress in the form of increasing achievements achieved by the female students or setbacks related to the economic problems experienced by the Ibnul Amin Pamangkih Puteri Islamic Boarding School which includes activities to identify problems, make comparisons between the past and the present, and in the future, as well as carry out target/program setting activities to improve human resources. This activity is carried out so that human resource development can run smoothly, therefore what is being studied is the field of human resource development which includes teachers and education staff. Several steps of training programs have been provided so that the development of human resources at the Islamic boarding school is increased. With the aim of improving the quality of teachers, educational staff and management of Islamic boarding schools in order to grow and develop their potential so that they can provide quality and quality services to their female students. The purpose of this study is to explain human resource management to improve the quality of education at the Ibnul Amin Pamangkih Puteri Islamic Boarding School and to describe the obstacles in human resource management to improve the quality of education at the Ibnul Amin Pamangkih Puteri Islamic Boarding School. As for the type and approach to this research, it uses field research and a qualitative research approach. The subjects for this thesis research were the head of the Islamic boarding school education sector, the head of the general education sector and a number of teachers, both teaching and educational staff, who were at the Ibnul Amin Pamangkih Puteri Islamic Boarding School. The technique of collecting data in this thesis research is to use an interview, interview, and observation model which was carried out at the Ibnul Amin Pamangkih Puteri Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem that the Madrasah Head has a very important role in driving madrasah management so that it can run according to the various demands of society and the times. Therefore, the role of a successful madrasah head can be seen from the achievement of madrasah objectives, as well as the increased performance of educational staff within the madrasah environment. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of the madrasah head as a leader and as a manager in improving the performance of educational staff and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors faced by madrasah head in improving the performance of education staff. The type and approach used in this research is by way of field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The object of this research is the role of the madrasa head as a leader and as a manager in improving the performance of teaching staff at MAN 2 Paringin and the research subjects are the head of MAN 2 Paringin, the deputy head of the curriculum section, the head of administration, the head of the library, and the security guard. Furthermore, the collection technique uses observation, structured interviews, and documentation. Then the data analysis in this study was carried out in three stages including data reduction, data presentation and conclusion/verification. The results showed that the role of the madrasa head as a leader in improving the performance of teaching staff at MAN 2 Paringin was by fostering discipline in the form of direction and supervision, providing motivation in the form of words of encouragement, rewards in the form of certificates, and perceptions in the form of facilitation. Meanwhile, the role of the madrasa head as a manager in improving the performance of teaching staff at MAN 2 Paringin is by empowering teaching staff through cooperation and coordination, providing opportunities for teaching staff to improve their profession with training, and encouraging the involvement of all educational staff in all madrasah activities by directing them to involved. The supporting factors carried out by the madrasa head in improving the performance of teaching staff at MAN 2 Paringin are responsibility for assignments, respect for assignments, and the work environment, and the inhibiting factors are time, social jealousy and opportunities for development.

Abstract

This research explores the Islamic leadership patterns implemented by parents within the family context, aiming to foster the development of Islamic character education for future generations. Through qualitative research methods, we analyze the behaviors, values, and Islamic leadership strategies employedbyparents in the family education context. The findings of this research identify key factors supporting the development of Islamic character in children, providing valuable insights for efforts to enhance Islamic character education from a family perspective. The research aims to contribute to both practical and theoretical understanding of the role of parents in shaping the Islamic character of the younger generation, aligning withthe vision of sustainable charactereducation development

Abstract

This research aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of National Examination data as an indicator of the success of the education system at the national level. Quantitative analysis methods are used to identify significant trends and patterns in test results, provide insight into student achievement, and evaluate the effectiveness of the education system. The data collected involved a large number of examinees from various levels of education. The analysis was carried out using statistical techniques to measure the distribution of grades, graduation rates, and comparison of achievements between subjects. In addition, this research also explores external factors that can influence exam results, such as student participation levels, resource availability, and learning environment characteristics. It is hoped that the results of this research can make a significant contribution to understanding the effectiveness of the national education system. The policy implications that may result from these findings can help policy makers in designing strategies to improve the overall quality of education, identify areas that require special attention, and design appropriate interventions to increase student success in the National Examination.

Abstract

Social media is a means of social interaction online. So this social media is an electronic media that allows people to create and disseminate content to the public. With the various conveniences provided by this social media, of course social media also has a bad impact on our lives, therefore it is very important for us to understand and sort out how social media works so that we can use it well and avoid the negative impacts of this social media. At the beginning of the emergence of social media was considered as a communication medium used for socializing. This development makes it very easy for people to get information and communicate well with relatives, friends and people without time and distance limits. The convenience provided by social media also makes technological advances increasing. The use of information technology can facilitate the process of finding information. The role of parents in supervising and reminding their children when playing social media is very important so that unwanted things do not happen.
