Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Christian Religious Education in shaping a Christian work ethic among young people in the postmodern era. This era is characterized by relativism of truth, individualism, and rapid technological change, which often pose challenges for young people in finding a firm moral and spiritual foundation. The Christian work ethic, which includes values such as honesty, responsibility, discipline, and work as worship, serves as a critical foundation for addressing these challenges. Using a qualitative approach through literature review methods, this study finds that CRE plays a strategic role in instilling Christian work ethic values through the teaching of God’s Word, discipleship, and character formation. Scriptures such as Colossians 3:23 (“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters”) provide a theological foundation that encourages young people to view work as a divine calling. CRE also contributes to shaping young people who can navigate the cultural challenges of postmodernism by making Christian faith the foundation of their lives. The findings show that collaboration between the church, family, and Christian schools in implementing CRE can strengthen the formation of a Christian work ethic among young people. Thus, CRE not only serves as a means of spiritual education but also as a tool for cultural transformation, preparing young people to become agents of change who glorify God in the midst of the postmodern world

Abstract

Amidst the increasingly fierce global competition, human resource management (HRM) has become an important component in enhancing employee competence to support organizational performance. By analyzing ten journal articles, this research investigates the impact of training interventions on employee competence. The research results show that training improves employees' knowledge, skills, and attitudes. The methods used, the relevance of the material, and the quality of the trainers are all factors that influence the quality of the training. Training has also been proven to enhance employees' ability to adapt to changes, accelerate the achievement of company goals, and help them develop their own careers. One of the main recommendations is the structured measurement of training outcomes and aligning training programs with the needs of the organization and employees. According to the research findings, well-planned training is a strategic investment that helps the company succeed.

Abstract

Learning evaluation plays an important role in the educational process, including in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects. Evaluation is used to measure the achievement of student competencies and the effectiveness of learning. However, the success of the evaluation is greatly influenced by the quality of the instruments used. This article discusses the development of PAI learning evaluation instruments based on Bloom's Taxonomy, which includes cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. This taxonomy provides a framework for designing comprehensive evaluation instruments, which not only measure knowledge, but also attitudes and skills of students in a religious context. The application of Bloom's Taxonomy in PAI evaluation is expected to support the achievement of more holistic learning objectives, including academic outcomes as well as the formation of character and spiritual values. This article also provides practical guidance for educators in designing effective learning evaluations, in accordance with the demands of a more flexible and character-based curriculum.

Abstract

This research aims to develop educational digital comics that teach Islamic communication ethics to students at SDIT Al-Firdaus. Using a Research and Development approach, this research analyzes how comics that are adapted to students' cognitive levels are able to deepen their understanding of the ethical values of communication and increase motivation and participation in learning compared to conventional methods. This study is based on several theories, such as learning media theory, communication ethics theory, and the social construction of reality, and includes a review of literature related to comic media in character and ethics education. The data analysis method used is validity analysis using scoring criteria and Aiken's V index. Based on the validation test, the results show that the feasibility of the learning materials and media reached a validity value of 0.8, which falls into the "High" category or is deemed suitable for use.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an innovative learning medium to improve the quality of Akidah Akhlak education at MTs Hidayatul Insan Palangka Raya. The study employs the Research and Development (R&D) method with the TPACK model. The Word Wall educational game was developed through analysis, design, development and testing involving seventh-grade students. Results indicate the Word Wall game effectively enhances student motivation and learning outcomes in understanding Akidah Akhlak concepts, particularly Prophet Sualaiman's exemplary behavior. In conclusion, the Word Wall educational game with the TPACK model enhances Akidah Akhlak learning quality through innovative and interactive approaches.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to analyse the role of Islamic education marketing mix in improving the image and quality of educational institutions. This research aims to explore and understand how the elements of the marketing mix (product, price, place, and promotion) can be integrated effectively in the context of Islamic education, as well as its impact on public perception and the quality of education in the institution. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach at NU Al Islami Pesanggaran Junior High School to analyse the application of the marketing mix based on Islamic values. Data were obtained through interviews, observation, and document analysis, then analysed thematically. Triangulation and member checking were used to ensure the validity of the data, resulting in an in-depth understanding of the school's marketing strategy.The main conclusion of this study is that NU Al Islami Pesanggaran Junior High School successfully implemented an Islamic values-based marketing mix, utilised effective promotional strategies, and provided quality facilities. This integration enhances the school's image, builds parental trust, and makes it the top choice for people who want a moral and spiritual-based education

Abstract

Criminal Profiling is an analysis method used in crime investigations to determine the characteristics of the perpetrators, by examining the evidence found at the crime scene. This study aims to assist investigators in compiling a physical, demographic and psychological picture of the perpetrator of the crime by analyzing the pattern of actions or characteristics seen in the crime. The method used in this study is systematic literature review. The criteria for the literature of this research are in the form of journals sourced from google scholar, garuda, and articles with full text. In this study, significant results were shown, especially murder by inferring the characteristics of the perpetrator in a descriptive way of criminal behavior. With criminal profiling, it is easier to investigate to find out the motive and perpetrator of the murder

Abstract

Helping learn The most frequently encountered elementary school students are difficulties in learning to read. In class II students at SD Negeri 42 Lubuklinggau, this problem was also found, so this research aims to describe students' initial reading difficulties. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The subjects of this research included 8 students who had difficulty reading, the class teacher, and 8 students' parents. Observations, interviews, and document analysis were used to collect data. Test the validity of the data using data triangulation and techniques. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. helping class II students at SD Negeri 42 Lubuklinggau experienced by 8 students. The first support is difficulty in recognizing letters, there are 2 students who don't know letters from A to Z. The second support is difficulty in reading diphthong letters, there are 2 students who don't want to pronounce any letters or get stuck when reading diphthong letters. The third is difficulty in reading words, there are 4 students who are not yet fluent in reading words or are still spelling them. students who are still not fluent in reading sentences. As a class teacher, it is hoped that they can understand the characteristics of students well so that they are able to solve problems well and appropriately. It can be concluded that the difficulties experienced by these 8 students varied.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse and synthesise various literatures related to improving the quality of education and the implementation of integrated quality management (TQM) in educational institutions. Using a qualitative approach through the literature review method, this research examines various sources, such as scientific journals, books, and relevant research reports, especially those published in the last ten years. The main focus of this research is to understand the factors that influence the quality of education, the basic concepts of TQM, as well as strategies for implementing quality management in educational institutions. The results of the literature analysis show that improving the quality of education is strongly influenced by factors such as suboptimal management, limited learning facilities and the quality of human resources. In addition, the implementation of TQM in education can help educational institutions to improve overall quality through a standardised and sustainable system. This study also provides practical recommendations for educational institutions to implement TQM principles to achieve better education quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional untuk menganalisis hubungan antara layanan bimbingan konseling dan kesejahteraan psikologis siswa di MTsN 2 Medan. Melalui teknik korelasi statistik, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan bimbingan konseling yang efektif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan psikologis siswa. Siswa yang aktif memanfaatkan layanan ini memiliki kesejahteraan psikologis lebih tinggi dibandingkan yang tidak menggunakannya. Faktor-faktor seperti pendekatan individual dan kelompok juga berkontribusi terhadap kesejahteraan siswa. Temuan ini diharapkan bermanfaat bagi berbagai pihak dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih mendukung serta memberikan kontribusi dalam bidang pendidikan dan psikologi.
