Abstract

This research aims to explore the role and impact of the Christian counseling approach in building harmonious family relationships. By integrating Christian values such as love, forgiveness, effective communication, and peaceful conflict resolution, this approach provides a solid framework for Christian families to enhance the quality of their relationships. The research method used is a literature review analysis, examining literature related to Christian counseling theory and family dynamics. The research findings indicate that the Christian counseling approach has a significant positive impact on strengthening the emotional and spiritual bonds among family members. Integrating Christian values into the counseling process enables families to understand and resolve conflicts in accordance with Christian teachings, as well as to build healthier and more meaningful communication. These research results have important implications for family counseling practice, highlighting the importance of considering the spiritual dimension in understanding and supporting the growth of harmonious families

Abstract

This article aims to discuss in more depth various data-based and technology-based evaluation approaches and their application in formative assessment, identify challenges in implementing technology, and effective learning strategies. The literature review includes an analysis of the latest academic journals, books, and scientific articles that discuss how data-based and technology-based evaluation approaches can affect the quality of teaching and student learning outcomes. The results of the study indicate that the use of data and technology in educational evaluation has a significant impact, such as increasing teaching effectiveness and student engagement. Data-based evaluation approaches allow for more precise adjustments to teaching, while formative assessment technology provides rapid and constructive feedback. These findings suggest that the integration of technology in evaluation can improve the quality of education in a way that is adaptive and responsive to students' needs.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the public's view regarding religious education for girls, where girls still do not receive enough religious education from their parents, but only limited to lessons in public schools where religious lessons are very minimal in terms of time. The purpose of this study was to determine parents' perceptions regarding the opportunity to get religious education for girls and the religious education material taught by parents to girls. The method used is a qualitative method, the subjects of this study were parents who have children with different genders totaling 5 families. While the object of the study was the possibility of gender inequality in education in Murung Binjai, Kusambi Hulu Village. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. Data were created using data reduction techniques, data display and data verification. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. The results of the study can be concluded that parents who have children with female gender have provided religious education for their daughters well, according to the abilities of the parents to their daughters, the religious education material taught by parents to their daughters includes an invitation to carry out the obligation of praying 5 times a day and getting used to reciting the quran every day and the perception of parents towards religious education for daughters shows the results that parents are aware of the importance of religious education for their daughters so that they try to educate based on religious guidance and send their children to schools that have religious lessons, and the above shows that the initial assumption of this study does not apply

Abstract

With the advancement of technology and globalization, Generation Z faces pressures and values that often conflict with traditional moral teachings. This research aims to explore the role of Christian education in addressing moral decay among Generation Z, a demographic growing up in the digital age with complex moral and ethical challenges. Christian education is expected to serve as a tool for shaping strong character and moral behavior among these youths. The study employs a literature review method to collect and analyze relevant literature on the fundamental concepts of Christian education, biblical moral principles, and their practical applications in the modern context. The primary focus of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of innovative Christian teaching approaches, including the use of technology, digital media, and interactive learning methods in addressing the moral challenges faced by Generation Z. The findings suggest that Christian education integrated with technology and interactive learning methods can positively impact character formation and moral behavior. By leveraging digital resources and approaches that align with the needs of Generation Z, Christian education can reinforce moral values, enhance spiritual awareness, and help teenagers navigate social pressures and ethical issues.

Abstract

Gender identity is an increasingly complex issue in the modern era, especially amid rapid social changes and the growing discourse on gender. Christian teachings, which emphasize humanity as God's creation, provide an important theological framework for shaping adolescents' views on gender. This study aims to examine the role of Christian religious education in shaping gender identity among adolescents, using a theological and sociocultural approach. Through a literature review method, the research analyzes how Christian religious education conveys theological values about gender and how these teachings interact with the dynamic social and cultural context. The results of the study show that Christian religious education plays a significant role in helping adolescents understand their gender identity, both from a faith perspective and within the social context. Biblical teachings on the roles of men and women provide a strong foundation, yet a sociocultural approach in religious education is needed to bridge the realities of modern adolescent life, which is influenced by media, culture, and ongoing social discussions. The conclusion of this study affirms that the integration of theological and sociocultural approaches in Christian religious education can make a positive contribution to the formation of a healthy gender identity among adolescents, as well as the relevance of Christian teachings in addressing contemporary social challenges

Abstract

This study aims to explore the relationship between Christian Religious Education (CRE) and the challenges of secularism in the school environment. In the context of an increasingly pluralistic society influenced by secularism, CRE faces various challenges that threaten the integration of faith values in formal education. Through a literature review, this research analyzes existing literature on the definition of CRE, the impact of secularism on education, and the responses that can be taken to address these challenges. The findings indicate that collaboration among the church, family, and school is key to creating an environment that supports the spiritual development of students. With the right approach, CRE can remain relevant and contribute to the character formation of young generations with a strong faith foundation. This research is expected to provide valuable insights for educators, parents, and church leaders in facing the challenges of secularism in schools.

Abstract

Christian Religious Education plays an essential role in shaping students' character based on values of love, tolerance, and care. On the other hand, inclusive learning emphasizes full access and participation for all students, including those with special needs and diverse backgrounds. The Merdeka Curriculum, with its focus on student-centered learning and character-building projects through the Profile of Pancasila Students (P5), oflers opportunities for Christian Religious Education (CRE) to be integrated with inclusive principles. This study aims to analyze the integration of CRE and inclusive learning within the Merdeka Curriculum through a literature review approach. The research identifies several challenges and opportunities in implementing inclusive CRE. Key challenges include limited resources, teacher readiness, and the need to adjust materials to meet the diverse needs of students. However, significant opportunities exist, such as the potential of CRE to instill values of acceptance and love in a diverse educational environment. The study's implications include recommendations for schools and the government to strengthen teacher training, develop diflerentiated learning methods, and establish policies that promote collaboration between teachers and support stafl. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for developing more inclusive and adaptive religious education within the Merdeka Curriculum. With proper integration, CRE not only functions as a cognitive subject but also as a means to build a school community that values and supports diversity. The study recommends periodic evaluations and continuous collaboration between teachers, schools, and policymakers to achieve more inclusive education rooted in Christian values.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to investigate the effect of direct written corrective feedback and indirect written corrective feedback on the students’ writing achievement between the students who are taught by using direct written corrective feedback and indirect written corrective feedback. The problem of this study is “Is there any significant difference in the writing achievement between the students’ who are taught by using direct written corrective feedback and the students’ who are taught by using indirect written corrective feedback?”. The hypothesis for this study is there is the effect of writing achievement on the students writing skill by using direct written corrective feedback.This research is experimental studies and the researcher uses quantitative research. There are two groups of students participated in the study, the control group and the experimental group. The subject of this research is the students in Seventh Grade of SMP Trimurti 02 Wagir Malang. The data collection the technique is by testing writing composition and the data analysis technique used t-test calculated by SPSS Statistic 21 to find the differences between students’ pretest and posttest score of experimental and control group. The distribution of t-table with the level of significance is 5%. It is found that the result shows that the experimental group which is taught by using direct written corrective feedback technique got high scores than the control group which is taught by indirect written corrective feedback. The hypothesis which says that direct written corrective feedback is effective in teaching writing of procedure text.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the school environment on student learning achievement in elementary schools through the literature review method. A literature review was conducted to investigate the relationship between school environmental factors, such as physical facilities, availability of resources, school climate, and school culture, and student achievement. The results of the study show that a conducive school environment has a positive influence on student learning achievement. Factors such as adequate facilities, sufficient resource support or facilities and infrastructure, a conducive learning process, and an inclusive school culture have been proven to increase student motivation and learning performance. The implications of these findings highlight the important role of the school environment in creating conditions that support effective learning at the elementary level. Further research is needed to explore specific factors in the school environment that contribute to student achievement.

Abstract

This research aims to explore how the application of Wasaka characters in improving adversity intelligence. Adversity intelligence refers to a student's ability to face, overcome, and thrive despite difficulties and pressures. This research uses a type of field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects in the study were the principal, teachers and students at MtsN 1 Banjar. Data was collected through in-depth interviews. After the data was collected, it was analyzed using inductive techniques that took steps: data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that MtsN 1 Banjar has implemented Wasaka character through learning tools that are integrated in subject areas. Making lesson plans includes the content of character education and the implementation of Wasaka characters in the learning process and extracurricular activities
