Abstract

This research aims to develop a Christian values-based learning strategy that is responsive to the challenges of contemporary culture in Christian educational environments. Through a holistic approach encompassing literature review and qualitative analysis, this study focuses on aligning Christian values with the dynamics of contemporary culture. The literature review provides a profound theoretical foundation, identifying effective approaches to integrate Christian values into education. Qualitative analysis involves case studies with stakeholders, enabling a deep understanding of the challenges and dynamics of contemporary culture in Christian educational settings. The findings of this research are expected to contribute to the development of a learning strategy that emphasizes the formation of students' character and the application of Christian values in navigating evolving cultural changes. Thus, this study provides a solid foundation for the development of relevant and responsive Christian education to meet the challenges of contemporary culture.

Abstract

Vocational High School (VHS) majoring in Building Engineering plays a crucial role in enhancing students' understanding of structural concepts. The utilization of software in teaching at VHS not only aids students in comprehending theories but also provides them with real-world experiences, enabling them to apply these concepts in everyday life situations. Through integrated case studies and simulation projects within the curriculum, students deepen their understanding of both theory and practice, thus enhancing their overall comprehension. The impact of using structural analysis software in teaching engineering mechanics at VHS majoring in Building Engineering extends beyond the classroom, significantly influencing the quality of technical education as a whole. By preparing students for challenges in the workforce, the use of this software contributes significantly to producing graduates who are ready to compete and succeed in the construction industry. Therefore, the integration of technology in education at VHS Building Engineering not only enriches students' learning experiences but also opens doors to better career opportunities in the future

Abstract

This research discusses the use of short vertical videos as learning media in improving the quality of education in Indonesia. In the era of globalization, interactive multimedia technology has brought many benefits to learning, including increasing student motivation and creating an eflective learning environment. Through the Systematic Literature Review research method with a qualitative approach, researchers conducted a literature study to identify and evaluate related research. The research results show that short vertical videos are an interesting learning medium in conveying concise and clear explanations. Short vertical videos also suit the characteristics of students who are familiar with gadgets and can improve their understanding of complex topics. Overall, interactive multimedia technology, especially short vertical videos, has great potential in improving the quality of education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Technological progress is one of the reasons for developing skills and awareness towards sustainable development in accordance with the SDGs goals. One effort that can be made is to develop digital literacy so that inequality and poverty are reduced or even non-existent. This is one of the goals of the SDGs, all of which have 17 goal points. These problems are problems faced in the world, even in Indonesia. To make this happen, especially for multicultural communities, digital literacy is needed. With its diversity potential, it will be a great opportunity to build multicultural relationships that understand digital literacy. This research aims to provide in-depth insight into the importance of awareness and digital literacy skills in multicultural societies to realize the 2030 SDGs. This research is a literature review using library study data collection techniques. From the results of the analysis, society's multicultural knowledge is always related to the understanding of the existence of cultures other than one's own. It is hoped that digital literacy can form an intelligent society that is sensitive to changes in technology and times. Educating the public about how to utilize the digital world is one way to advance the economy

Abstract

Classical Guidance has an important role in the development of children in partner orphanages. In this environment, Classical Guidance not only provides formal education, but also offers the emotional, social and psychological support necessary for the holistic growth of the children living there. This article explains the importance of Classical Guidance as an important foundation in shaping the potential of children in partner orphanages. The main focus is on the role of teachers or counselors in providing in-depth and Comprehensive Guidance for childrens personal development, and how this affects their lives in the future.

Abstract

Group coaching is an important approach in helping individuals overcome various challenges and develop their potential. This article discusses the importance of group tutoring in the context of personal, social, and academic development. By focusing on key aspects such as social support, personal growth, and improving interpersonal skills, group coaching can provide significant benefits to its participants. Group tutoring allows individuals to share experiences, create supportive relationships, and learn from each other. This helps reduce feelings of isolation and improves participants' emotional well-being. In addition, group tutoring also provides a platform for self-exploration, where participants can explore their values, beliefs and life goals. In an academic context, group tutoring can increase learning motivation and facilitate cooperative learning. Group discussions and exchange of ideas can enrich participants' understanding of the subject matter. In addition, group tutoring can help in overcoming learning difficulties and improving study skills

Abstract

In the current era, emotional attitudes are important to face technological growth. The negative influence caused by the use of technology can damage children's social attitudes. The family environment, especially parents, is an aspect that has a big influence on children's social development. The family is the best forum for forming a child's personality, including social and emotional changes. The aim of this research is to determine the importance of parenting patterns carried out by parents and their impact on children's social and emotional development. By using literature review methodology, this research includes qualitative descriptive research.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role played by families in shaping Christian identity in children. Religious identity is acquired through complex interactions between individuals and the family environment. In this context, the study focuses on how Christian values, beliefs, and practices are transmitted and internalized within the family environment. Qualitative research methods were employed, including a case study conducted within the researcher's surroundings, as well as a literature review on relevant topics. Christian families with primary school-aged children were selected as research subjects using a purposive sampling approach. Data were then analyzed using a thematic analysis approach. Initial findings indicate that the role of parents in setting examples, educating, and celebrating religious activities has a significant impact on the formation of Christian identity in children. Religious habits within the family, including communal prayer and participation in church worship, also play a crucial role in solidifying religious identity. Social environmental factors, particularly family involvement in religious communities and Christian religious education, enrich the religious experiences of children. However, challenges such as the influence of secular environments and cultural changes also play a role in the dynamics of Christian identity formation. The results of this research are expected to provide a deeper understanding of the complexity of interactions between families and the Christian identity of children. The implications of this research may contribute to the development of Christian religious education programs and provide guidance for Christian families in guiding their children towards a steadfast religious identity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the principal in the development and implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum. Using a qualitative approach with a case study at SMP NU Islami Pesanggaran Banyuwangi, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. Principals play an important role in the development and implementation of an effective Merdeka Belajar Curriculum in schools. Their leadership determines the success of curriculum innovation, through resource management, teacher motivation, and the creation of a conducive learning environment. The results of the study show that active and innovative principals have succeeded in improving the quality of learning and student engagement. In addition, teacher motivation and creativity in designing project-based learning have also increased. the role of the principal is very vital in the development and implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum. An effective principal not only manages resources well, but also motivates and empowers teachers and creates an innovative and collaborative learning environment. The success of implementing the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum is highly dependent on the quality of the principal's leadership, who is proactive in supporting teachers and providing a clear vision

Abstract

Vocational education requires the effective role of digital learning media in shaping student personality development. This study aims to analyze how the use of digital learning media can influence student personality development in vocational education. The results show that the use of digital learning media can increase student motivation, self-directed learning, and adaptability to change. Other positive impacts include eliminating spatial and temporal limitations, clarifying information, and reducing unnecessary costs. However, some challenges were found, such as not all schools having sufficient facilities and infrastructure to support learning processes using digital learning media. Therefore, this study recommends that the development of digital learning media should be tailored to student needs and abilities, considering existing limitations. In this way, digital learning media can become an effective tool in shaping student personality development in vocational education
