Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing on consumer purchasing decisions in the digital economy era through a literature review approach. The development of information technology has fundamentally changed the marketing landscape, where consumers are now increasingly active and selective in making purchasing decisions. This study was carried out using the library research method, by examining various scientific sources such as journals, books and research reports published in the last five to ten years. The analysis results show that digital marketing elements such as social media marketing, content marketing, and influencer marketing have a significant and consistent influence on the purchasing decision stages, especially in creating awareness, building interest, and encouraging action. Apart from that, this research also found that the influence of digital marketing is strengthened by factors such as consumer trust, brand loyalty, and the quality of digital content which act as mediators and moderators. The implications of these findings indicate that an effective digital marketing strategy must prioritize an integrated, relevant and consumer experience-oriented approach. Thus, strategic use of digital marketing can be the key to winning business competition in an increasingly competitive digital economy era.

Abstract

The global economic transformation driven by advances in digital technology has encouraged the birth of various innovations in the financial sector, one of which is financial technology (fintech). In the context of Islamic economics, the emergence of sharia fintech has become an alternative financing that offers halal solutions and is in accordance with sharia principles. This study aims to examine the role of sharia fintech innovation in providing halal financing solutions in the digital economy era. The method used in this study is a literature review, by collecting and analyzing various scientific sources such as journals, books, industry reports, and regulations related to sharia fintech. The results of the study show that sharia fintech has great potential in increasing sharia financial inclusion, expanding access to financing for the community, and strengthening the overall Islamic economic ecosystem. Innovations in the form of sharia peer-to-peer lending, sharia-based crowdfunding, and sharia digital wallets are real examples of technological adaptation that still prioritize the principles of justice, transparency, and free from usury. However, there are still challenges in terms of regulation, sharia financial literacy, and digital infrastructure readiness. Therefore, synergy between regulators, industry players, and academics is needed to optimize the role of sharia fintech as a halal financing solution in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to examine consumer perceptions of transaction security in the context of digital marketing on marketplace platforms. Amid the rapid growth of e-commerce and the use of digital marketplaces such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and Bukalapak, the issue of transaction security is one of the key factors influencing consumer purchasing decisions. This study uses a systematic literature review method by analyzing various secondary sources such as scientific journals, articles, and research reports published between 2015 and 2024. The results of the study show that consumer perceptions of security are influenced by various factors, including personal experience, digital literacy, age, and the effectiveness of communication from the platform regarding transaction protection. Marketplaces that provide transparent security systems, buyer protection features, and responsive customer service tend to get positive perceptions from consumers. This finding confirms that perceptions of security not only have an impact on trust, but also have direct implications for purchasing decisions and consumer loyalty. Therefore, transaction security must be a strategic priority in the development of digital services by marketplace platforms.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of accounting digitalization on the efficiency of financial reporting in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) managed by Indonesian Migrant Workers in Malaysia. The phenomenon of the increasing number of migrant workers running their own businesses abroad is an important highlight in the context of effective and efficient financial management. Using the literature review method, this study collects and analyzes various previous studies related to the implementation of digital technology in accounting practices, especially in the MSME sector. The results of the study indicate that accounting digitalization can have a positive impact on the efficiency of financial reporting by increasing the speed of recording, data accuracy, and ease of access and tracking of financial information. In addition, the adoption of digital technology is also considered to minimize the risk of manual errors and increase transparency in the reporting process. These findings contribute to the understanding of the importance of digital transformation in the financial management of MSMEs of Indonesian Migrant Workers abroad, as well as being the basis for the development of relevant policies and training.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically examine the effect of the implementation of Financial Accounting Standards (FAS) on the quality of financial reports in public companies in Indonesia. Through a literature review approach, this study collects and analyzes findings from various scientific journals, textbooks, and official reports from related institutions such as IAI, OJK, and BEI. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of FAS, especially those that have adopted the principles of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), generally has a positive impact on increasing the relevance, reliability, and comparability of financial reports. However, the effectiveness of implementation is highly dependent on contextual factors such as human resource readiness, accounting information system support, and supervision from capital market authorities. This study also identifies differences in the effect of FAS between industrial sectors and company sizes, and finds that there are still research gaps, especially the lack of longitudinal studies and the lack of contextual approaches in Indonesia. The theoretical implications of these findings are the importance of considering institutional and social factors in accounting studies, while the practical implications include the need to strengthen the company's internal capacity and regulatory supervision to ensure the quality of financial reporting in accordance with standards. This research contributes to enriching the literature on financial accounting in emerging markets and serves as a basis for further, more in-depth and contextual studies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the implementation of the principle of social justice in economic law as an effort to protect the poor, abandoned children, and vulnerable groups in Indonesia. This study uses a desk research method with a qualitative and normative approach, examining various laws and regulations, government policies, and relevant scientific literature. The results show that the state has developed a number of legal instruments and social protection programmes, such as the Family Hope Programme (PKH), Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT), and National Health Insurance (JKN), which are based on the constitutional mandate, particularly Article 34 of the 1945 Constitution. However, the effective implementation of these policies still faces challenges such as weak law enforcement, complicated bureaucracy, budget constraints, and lack of coordination between institutions. Therefore, there is a need to strengthen the synergy between the government, private sector, NGOs and civil society, as well as bureaucratic reform and stricter supervision to ensure the protection of vulnerable groups is optimal. This research is expected to contribute to the development of a more inclusive and socially just economic legal policy in Indonesia.

Abstract

Islam, as a religion embodying rahmatan lil 'alamin (mercy to all creation), strongly emphasizes the preservation of human welfare, including faith, life, mental health, lineage, and property. This qualitative study, grounded in a post-positivist paradigm and phenomenology, explores the lived experiences of community members involved in smart farming empowerment in Bondowoso Regency. Focusing on the innovative "Subur Berkah" livestock village, data were collected through participant observation, semi-structured interviews with Baznas representatives and locals, and documentation. Snowball sampling identified informants with rich experiential knowledge. The researcher acted as the primary instrument, ensuring authentic engagement and data collection. Data analysis employed the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, involving condensation, display, and iterative conclusion drawing. Findings reveal that Baznas transforms zakat from charity into productive empowerment by identifying beneficiaries, delivering intensive training, and maintaining ongoing support, fostering economic and social independence. Smart farming innovations such as integrated housing, fermented feed, data-driven health management, and digital tools enhance livestock productivity and income. This participatory empowerment model significantly advances sustainable development goals by addressing poverty, food security, employment, inequality, and promoting environmentally sustainable, technology-driven rural development.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of economic law and health law in the implementation of diversion and restorative justice for petty theft offenders through a literature review approach. The results of the study show that the integration of economic law in the diversion process provides a concrete solution in the form of a compensation scheme that considers the economic capacity of the offender as well as an economic empowerment programme to prevent recidivism. Meanwhile, health law plays an important role in supporting the physical and psychosocial rehabilitation of offenders, especially those with mental health problems, so that recovery does not only focus on legal aspects, but also on improving the overall quality of life of offenders. The integration of these two areas of law in diversion and restorative justice mechanisms can create a more humane, fair and sustainable case resolution system, while strengthening the protection of human rights and supporting the social reintegration of offenders into society.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the relationship between economic law and health law in protecting the human rights of petty theft offenders in Indonesia. The phenomenon of petty theft is often triggered by economic pressure, poverty, and limited access to basic needs and health services, especially mental health. This study uses a sociological legal research method with a descriptive-analytical approach, reviewing literature, laws and regulations, and previous research results. The results of the analysis show that economic and mental health factors are intertwined as the main triggers for petty theft, while the existing legal system still focuses on the punishment aspect rather than rehabilitation and recovery of offenders. Regulatory conflicts are also found in the application of restorative justice and human rights protection, where the rights of perpetrators and victims have not been fully accommodated fairly. This research recommends the need for policy reforms that integrate economic, health and legal approaches holistically, including strengthening mental health services and poverty alleviation programmes, in order to realise more effective and equitable human rights protection for petty theft offenders.
