Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much influence the effectiveness and factors of affiliate marketing in increasing the level of satisfaction of Jambi University students. This research method uses quantitative research methods. The object of this study was Jambi University students totaling 100 respondents. Based on the results of the T test and F test variables (X1), the effectiveness of affiliate marketing (X2), affiliate marketing factors obtained significant values of 0.000 < 0.005. So it can be concluded that the variables (X1) of affiliate marketing effectiveness (X2) of affiliate marketing factors together influence in increasing the level of satisfaction of Jambi University students. Based on the results of the adjusted R 2 test in this study, an adjusted R 2 value of 0.472 was obtained. This shows that the level of satisfaction of Jambi University students is influenced by the effectiveness and factors of affiliate marketing and is 47.2%, while the remaining 52.8% is influenced by other factors that were not studied in this study.

Abstract

The Islamic economy has grown rapidly in Indonesia in recent years, offering an alternative financial system that is aligned with Islamic principles. With a focus on justice, ethics, and sustainability, the Islamic economy has the potential to make a significant contribution to sustainable development in Indonesia. This paper explores the contribution of the Islamic economy to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Indonesia in the 2023-2024 period. In-depth analysis was conducted on the Islamic financial sector, including banking, capital markets, and non-bank financial institutions, as well as halal industries such as food, tourism, and fashion. The results show that the Islamic economy can support the achievement of SDGs through responsible investment practices, inclusive finance, poverty alleviation, and sustainable resource management. However, challenges such as inadequate regulation, low Islamic financial literacy, and lack of synergy among stakeholders need to be overcome to maximize the contribution of the Islamic economy to sustainable development in Indonesia.

Abstract

The subjects of this research are UMKM around the PPHY Lirboyo area. The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive research type. The sampling method was carried out using a non-probability method, saturated sampling, with a total of 35 people studied. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, financial literacy influences business growth. Based on the results of decision coefficient research, financial knowledge has a significant influence on business growth of up to 40.3%. while 59.7% was influenced by other factors not considered in this study. The financial literacy level of UMKM in HY Boarding School is classified as poor. To help UMKM develop their businesses, financial knowledge must always be improved.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the application of Islamic leadership styles that can help improve employee performance at the Rempeyek Ilham business in Jambi City. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research show that the application of Islamic leadership style in the Rempeyek Ilham business in Jambi City falls into the democratic leadership type (group developer) that focuses on employees and provides effective guidance to its employees, and the leadership style applied is in accordance with Islamic principles such as justice, consultation, and freedom of thought. In addition, the implementation of Islamic leadership styles in this business is also in line with Islamic values such as siddiq (honesty), amanah (trustworthiness), tabligh (conveying), and fatanah (intelligence). The factors that shape the Islamic leadership style in this business include the leader's personality, understanding in religion, the social environment, and the leader's vision and mission. The impact generated by the leadership style on employee performance is marked by an increase in job satisfaction, loyalty, and employee productivity. The impact generated by leadership style on employee performance is marked by increased job satisfaction, loyalty, and productivity of employees. With this alignment, employee performance in this business has also improved, and it can be said that Ilham Rempeyek has effectively applied Islamic leadership style.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of motivation on students' interest in becoming young entrepreneurs at Jambi University. Motivation is an important factor that can influence a person's interest in becoming an entrepreneur. This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to students at Jambi University. The results of the analysis show that motivation has a significant influence on students' interest in becoming young entrepreneurs at Jambi University. Students who have high motivation tend to have a greater interest in becoming young entrepreneurs. Motivation can come from various factors, such as intrinsic and extrinsic encouragement, the desire to be independent, self-confident, and clear life goals. This research makes an important contribution in understanding the factors that influence students' interest in becoming young entrepreneurs. The results of this research can be used as a reference for universities in increasing student motivation to become young entrepreneurs through relevant and effective approaches. Apart from that, this research can also be a reference for students who are interested in becoming young entrepreneurs to understand the factors that can support success in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertjuan untuk mengetahui dan menganilisis pengaruh influencer, kualitas produk dan label halal terhadap keputusan pembelian produk somethinc di kota jambi. Karena fenomena mempromosikan produk melalui influencer saat ini banyak digunakan oleh merk kosmetik. Influencer membuat fonomena lebih mudah bagi pelanggan, tetapi mereka juga memiliki efek negatif. Sebuah brand harus mempertimbangkan kualitas produknya selain melakukan promosi untuk menarik konsumen membeli produknya. Kualitas produk akan menjadi pertimbangan penting bagi pembeli sebelum melakukan pembelian. Label Halal menjadi pertimbangan umat muslim untuk melakukan pembelian suatu produk karena dengan adanya label halal menimbulkan kenyamanan saat di gunakan. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dan primer melalui penyebaran kuesioer yang dilakukan pada 97 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan berupa uji validitas, uji realiabilitas, dan regresi berganda yang diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 26 for windows. Hasil menunjukan bahwa influencer berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk somethinc di Kota Jambi. Sedangkan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk somethinc di kota jambi. Label Halal berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk somethinc di kota jambi Influencer, Kualitas Produk dan Label Halal secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk somethinc di Kota Jambi. Kata Kunci: Influencer, Kualitas Produk, Label Halal, Keputusan Pembelian ABSTRACT Abstract: This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of influencers, product quality and halal labels on purchasing decisions for certain products in the city of Jambi. Because the phenomenon of promoting products through influencers is currently widely used by cosmetic brands. Influencers make the phenomenon easier for customers, but they also have negative effects. A brand must consider the quality of its products in addition to carrying out promotions to attract consumers to buy its products. Product quality will be an important consideration for buyers before making a purchase. The Halal label is a consideration for Muslims when purchasing a product because the presence of a halal label creates comfort when used. The data sources used were secondary and primary data through questionnaires distributed to 97 respondents. The research methods used were validity tests, reliability tests and multiple regression which were processed using the SPSS 26 for Windows application. The results show that influencers have a significant negative effect on purchasing decisions for certain products in Jambi City. Meanwhile, product quality and the halal label have a significant influence on the decision to purchase some products in the city of Jambi. Abstract

KSPPS BMT NU Jambesari Darus Sholah Branch is a business entity engaged in fundraising and fund distribution, has several products offered in the form of savings and financing. In this article, the researcher focuses on savings products at BMT NU Jambesari Darus Sholah Branch, one type of several savings products available, with the provision that this type of savings product has a fairly large profit share compared to other savings products, which is 55% and withdrawals can only be made during the month of Ramadan, with an initial deposit of IDR 10,000 and a minimum of IDR 5,000 for subsequent deposits without any element of coercion when saving. This savings is held to make it easier for people to meet their needs before Eid, this type of savings is known as Eid savings or SABAR, the purpose of this study is to find out what strategies are used in marketing SABAR savings products so that they become superior products and can increase the amount of third party funds at BMT, by using qualitative methods with a case study approach to find out more deeply about the marketing strategies used, thus it was obtained that BMT NU Jambesari Darus Sholah Branch uses the 4P strategy, namely product, price, place, and promotion. in marketing the products they offer while still adhering to the principles of Islamic teachings based on the Qur'an and the Sunnah.

Abstract

This research examines the effect of third party funds and sharia financing on financial deepening in Indonesia by highlighting inflation as a moderating variable. Researchers used panel data namely data obtained from several financial report for 2017-2021 from 3 islamic commercial banks, which are the sample of this research with quarterly data. The data analysis technique in the research used a panel data regression test (CEM) and a moderation test with the help of the eviews version 12 programs. The results of this research show that third party funds and sharia financing have an effect on financial deepening in Indonesia without being moderated by inflation. Meanwhile, inflation has no effect on financial deepening in Indonesia. The research results imply that sharia banking will expand services to the community with the aim of increasing sharia bank capital for financing. This research contributes to the scientific horizon of Islamic banking and the role of financial deepening in terms of the financiak sector.

Abstract

This study sought to ascertain how the BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Branch Pragaan should implement Fatwa No. 23/DSN-MUI/III/2002 on the termination of the Murabaha contract. The researchers employed a case study, a descriptive qualitative research method, to learn more (Case Study). The findings demonstrated that clients at the BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Pragaan Branch who choose to settle their debts ahead of schedule can do so with ease thanks to the payback deduction included in the Murabaha contract. There are two different forms of financing: payroll cut financing, which deducts 25% of the residual margin, and direct pay financing, which deducts margin decrease. The bank and the client benefit from the profit factor that is obtained.

Abstract

Financing through pawn products is generally available at pawnshop institutions, but along with the development of Islamic finance, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) also participated in financing opportunities for 732 people through pawn. The large interest of these customers needs to be analyzed considering that BSI, a sharia financial institution that initially focused on savings and financing, is currently shifting to pawn products. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach with a case study type. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the marketing strategy of BSI KCP Sumenep offers gold pawn services using Philip Kotler's strategy, namely: product strategy, price, place and promotion and one of the innovations of BSI KCP Sumenep itself is market raids and casual walks (JJS). Advantages The application procedure is very easy to do, the loan process is very fast, the BSI KCP Sumenep gold pawn product itself is able to provide relatively large loan funds, customers receive loans to customer accounts, collateral is stored safely at BSI and notification to customers who pawn gold at BSI when the due date, with that customers are interested in using pawn products at BSI KCP Sumenep.
