Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of sharia marketing characteristics consisting of theistic, ethical, realistic and humanistic on customer satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative research. This research was conducted on customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Jambi Gatot Subroto and the number of samples used was 100 respondents. Samples were taken based on the probability sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 26 analysis tool. Hypothesis testing shows that the four independent variables, namely theistic, ethical, realistic and humanistic, are proven to partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of the home ownership financing product (Griya) at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), Jelutung Jambi Sub-Branch Office. Griya is one of the leading sharia banking products designed to fulfill the community’s housing needs through Islamic financial principles. However, the relatively low number of Griya customers compared to other products indicates the need for more effective and innovative marketing strategies. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, supported by a SWOT analysis to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in marketing the Griya product. The findings reveal that BSI Jelutung Jambi needs to strengthen market segmentation, enhance promotion through sharia-based education, and optimize digital services to expand its market reach. With adaptive marketing strategies grounded in Islamic values, the Griya product is expected to become more competitive and widely accepted by the public.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of Islamic business ethics by grocery traders in Pasar Anyar Tangerang in increasing customer loyalty. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used in this study is the four axioms of Islamic ethics according to Syed Nawab Haider Naqvi, namely tauhid (unity), balance (equilibrium), free will, and responsibility (responsibility). The results of the study show that traders apply Islamic ethical values ​​such as honesty, religiosity, justice, good service in providing freedom of transaction to customers, and responsibility in maintaining the quality and comfort of buyers. The application of these values ​​has been proven to play a role in increasing customer loyalty, which is reflected in indicators such as repeat purchases, trust, and willingness to recommend to others. In addition, despite the challenges due to the market revitalization process, traders continue to strive to maintain the principles of Islamic ethics in trading, which has a positive impact on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Fraud using fictitious donations on social media is a phenomenon that is increasingly widespread in Indonesia. This method utilizes digital platforms to trick the public with emotional narratives and fake donation invitations. This article aims to analyze the juridical aspects of the criminal act of fictitious donation fraud, including the legal basis, law enforcement mechanisms, and protection for victims. The method used is a qualitative approach with literature study and case analysis. The research results show that perpetrators utilize false identities and misleading information to attract donations, while law enforcement faces challenges in terms of digital evidence and coordination between agencies. The proposed recommendations include increasing public digital literacy, strengthening regulations, and collaboration between social media platforms and law enforcement officials.

Abstract

Islamic financial management is grounded in ethical principles that aim to promote social justice, economic balance, and moral accountability. Central to its framework are the principles of justice (al-‘adl) and the prohibition of riba (usury or interest), which serve as pillars in ensuring fairness and equity in financial transactions. The principle of justice emphasizes transparency, mutual consent, and the protection of all parties involved, particularly the economically vulnerable. At the same time, the prohibition of riba aims to eliminate exploitative practices that lead to wealth accumulation without real economic activity, thereby preserving the integrity of wealth distribution in society. These principles align with the broader objectives of Maqasid al-Shariah, which seek to safeguard faith, life, intellect, lineage, and wealth. In practice, Islamic financial management encourages profit-and-loss sharing arrangements, asset-backed financing, and ethical investment strategies that reflect the spirit of inclusivity and sustainability. This abstract explores how justice and the riba-free ethos are implemented in various financial instruments, institutions, and personal finance practices within the Islamic economic system. Ultimately, it highlights the relevance and potential of Islamic finance as a just alternative to conventional models, particularly in addressing inequality and fostering a more ethical global financial order.

Abstract

This study is entitled "Analysis of the Influence of Promotion Factors, Product Knowledge, and Service Quality of PT Pegadaian Syariah (Persero) on Interest in Using Gold Savings (Case Study in Jambi City Society)". This study aims to analyze the Promotion Factor (X1), Product Knowledge (X2), and Service Quality (X3) have a significant effect on (Y) the interest of Jambi city society to use Gold savings products at PT Pegadaian Syariah (Persero) Jelutung Branch, Jambi City. This study uses quantitative research with quantitative analysis, primary research data is collected directly from the source in the form of questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation taken using purposive sampling techniques with a population and sample of 100 people in the Jambi city community. The method or technique of data collection used is field research. The study uses validity and reliability testing and uses data analysis techniques that include classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that the influence of the promotion variable (X1) has a positive effect on public interest in using Gold Savings, the product knowledge variable has a positive effect on public interest in using Gold Savings, and the service quality variable (X3) has an effect on public interest in using Gold Savings.

Abstract

Sexual violence against children is a serious form of human rightsviolation with widespread physical, psychological, and social impacts.This study aims to analyze the judge's considerations in issuing averdict in a case of sexual violence against children based on CaseStudy Number 1941/Pid.Sus/2024/PN Sby, and assess itscompliance with the provisions of the Child Protection Law. Themethod used is a normative juridical approach using primary andsecondary data sources, including court decisions and relevant lawsand regulations. The results show that the judge considered two mainaspects in issuing a verdict: legal considerations (such as charges,evidence, and violated articles) and non-legal considerations (suchas the victim's psychological condition, the defendant'ssocioeconomic background, and morality factors). In this case, theperpetrator was sentenced to six years in prison and a fine ofRp50,000,000.00 for being proven to have committed sexual violenceagainst children. This verdict reflects efforts to protect child victimslegally, although there is still room for evaluation regarding theoptimization of aspects of restorative justice and victim rehabilitation.This research is expected to contribute to the development of juvenilecriminal law and the evaluation of judicial practices regarding sexualcrimes targeting vulnerable groups.

Abstract

This research aims to gain an understanding of the condition of recipients of the uninhabitable house renovation program by BAZNAS West Tanjung Jabung Regency, analyzing the impact on recipients and the effectiveness of the program. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research, data collected and obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Data validity test using extended observation techniques, triangulation and reference materials. The results of this research show that the BAZNAS West Tanjung Jabung Regency renovation program for uninhabitable houses is said to be effective by using 4 benchmarks or aspects, namely the task aspect, plan aspect, regulatory aspect and goal aspect, and shows that this program has a good impact on the lives of mustahik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of live streaming, flash sales and big sales shopee on consumptive behavior among students. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Jambi. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling technique. The number of samples taken was 98 respondents from a population of 4,300. Data collection in this study was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study was carried out using the SmartPLS 4 application program. The results showed that partially live streaming (X1) did not have a significant effect on consumptive behavior, flash sales (X2) had a significant effect on consumptive behavior and big sales (X3) did not have a significant effect on consumptive behavior. Simultaneously live streaming, flash sales and big sales shopee have an effect on consumptive behavior

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of hedonistic lifestyle, flash sales, and e-payment on the impulsive buying behavior of e-commerce users among students at the University of Jambi from an Islamic economic perspective. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample size is set at 100 respondents, using probability sampling techniques and simple random sampling method. The data used is primary data collected through a digital questionnaire using Google Forms with a Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted with the assistance of SPSS 30 software. The results of the t-test show that hedonistic lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying behavior, flash sales have a positive and significant impact on impulsive buying behavior, while e-payment has a negative and insignificant effect on impulsive buying behavior and the F-test results indicate that hedonistic lifestyle, flash sales, and e-payment together have a positive and significant effect on buying behavior.
