Abstract

This study aims to analyze how value-based marketing management rooted in local and religious values can strengthen customer loyalty toward Islamic boarding schools, with a focus on Muadalah Ulya Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design to analyze the role of marketing management based on religious and local values at Muadalah Ulya Darussalam Blokagung. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The data were then analyzed using an interactive model that includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.  The study reveals that value-based marketing management rooted in religious and local culture at Muadalah Ulya Darussalam Blokagung builds strong trust and loyalty among parents. Aligning institutional and parental values creates emotional bonds and reinforces confidence in the education provided. Integrating local customs and religious traditions strengthens the school’s identity and connection with the community. These findings highlight the effectiveness of value-based strategies in building long-term relationships and competitiveness. Educational institutions can adopt similar approaches by embedding cultural and religious values into programs and activities, thus enhancing trust, loyalty, and institutional relevance in their communities.

Abstract

The education institution has the big role to influence the implementation of multiculturalism in this country. First, It is startedfrom the university which is the highest level of education. Theuniversity institution can apply and conduct the multiculturalismeducation by organising and developing the concept ofmulticultural, e.g. the study centre of Islam for non-moslems, thecolaboration between Islamic University and state university,morever non-islamic university. Second, The school instution alsohas the influential role in developing the multicultural education.There are two prime component, first is the teacher. The teacherhold the urgent role in implementing the multicultural value fortheir students. It is supposed that the teacher has the paradigma ofdiversity understanding, so they are able to teach their students bygiving the argument democrately towards the world multiculturalissues or conflicts which occured. The islam education based on themulticulticultural material can be developed and applied in somelearning subjects. Finally, there will be the balance between Islam and multicultural and the conflicts can be minimized.

Abstract

AbstractResearch on Distance Learning Management (PJJ) in the subject of Islamic Religious Education and Characteristics aims to identify distance learning management conducted on Islamic Education and BP SMP teachers in Tegal City. The distance learning management studied includes the Learning Management System (LMS) and PJJ Applications, the approaches and methods used, as well as the implications for competency attainment and the problems encountered. The Learning Management System and applications used are Google Classroom, WhatsApp, Google Form, Google Meeting, Zoom Cloud Meeting, and AGPAII Digital. The approach used is a scientific approach with the method of Problem Based Learning, Project Based Learning, Inquiry, and Discovery Learning. The implication of distance learning that is carried out is related to the achievement of students' competencies, including Attitude, Spiritual, Social, Knowledge and Skill Competencies. The training was carried out to overcome the problems faced, namely training on the use of LMS and PJJ applications, training on distance learning methods, and training on making ICT-based teaching materials. Effective communication with parents is needed in order to achieve competency attainment.AbstrakPenelitian Manajemen Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi manajemen pembelajaran jarak jauh  yang dilakukan pada guru PAI dan BP SMP di Kota Tegal. Manajeman pembelajaran jarak jauh  yang diteliti meliputi Learning Management Sytem (LMS) dan Aplikasi PJJ, pendekatan dan metode yang digunakan, serta  implikasi terhadap ketercapaian kompetensi dan permasalahan yang ditemui. Learning Management Sytem dan aplikasi yang digunakan adalah Google Classroom, WhatsApp, Google Form, Google Meeting, Zoom Cloud Meeting, dan AGPAII Digital. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan saintifik dengan metode Problem Based Learning, Project Based Learning, Inquiry, dan Discovery Learning. Implikasi dari pembelajaran jarak jauh yang dilakukan berhubungan dengan ketercapaian kompetensi peserta didik, meliputi Kompetensi Sikap, yakni Spiritual dan Sosial, Pengetahuan, dan Ketrampilan. Pelatihan dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi, yaitu Pelatihan penggunaan LMS dan Aplikasi PJJ, Pelatihan metode pembelajaran jarak jauh, dan pelatihan pembuatan bahan ajar berbasis TIK. Komunikasi efektif dengan orang tua diperlukan guna mencapai ketercapaian kompetensi.

Abstract

The research problem formulation is how is the management of learning to memorize the Qur’an at SMA Science Plus Baitul Qur'an Boarding School Sragen. This type of research is a field with qualitative methods. They are collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis method uses data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The research results showed that the Implementation of the Al-Qur'an Memorization Program at Sragen Science Plus Baitul Qur'an Boarding School High School has been going quite well, namely: 1). Judging from the Tahfidz al-Qur'an teacher guiding their students in memorizing the Qur'an, it is guided by the standard operating procedures (SOP) in schools, and the implementation of memorization learning management in its implementation is based on the elements of implementing learning management which consists of elements of POAC (planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling), so that the activities in SMA Science Plus Baitul Qur'an Boarding School Sragen have gone well. The aspect that hindered the implementation of the Al-Qur'an memorization program at the Baitul Qur'an Boarding School Sragen Science Plus High School was that several tahfidz teachers moved so that the halaqah had to be changed, and students felt lazy and skipped. The solution to this problem is to replace teachers who have the same competence, provide rewards and punishments to motivate students to be more enthusiastic about memorizing and find the root of the problem.Manajemen Pembelajaran Menghafal Al-Qur’an di SMA Science Plus Baitul Qur’an Boarding School Sragen. Perumusanmasalahpenelitianadalah bagaimanamanajemen pembelajaranmenghafalal-Qur’andiSMA Science Plus Baitul Qur’an Boarding School Sragen.Jenisrisetiniadalah lapangandengan metode kualitatif.Carapengumpulaninformationmelalui observasi,wawancaradandokumentasi.Metodeanalisisdata yaitu memakai reduksi information, penyajian information,sertaverifikasiinformation.HasilrisetyangdiperolehbahwaPelaksanaan Program Menghafal Al-Qur'an di SMA Science Plus Baitul Qur’an Boarding School Sragensudah berjalan dengan lumayan baik, yaitu: 1). Dilihat dari guru Tahfidz al-Qur'anmembimbingsiswanyadalammenghafalkanal-Qur'ansudahberpedomanpadastandar pedoman(StandardOperatingProcedure;SOP)yangadadisekolahdanpelaksanaanmanajemen pembelajaranmenghafaldalampelaksanaannyasudahberlandaskanpadaunsurpelaksanaan manajemen pembelajaranyangterdiridari unsur POAC (planing, organising, actuating, dan controling),sehingga kegiatanyangadapadaSMA Science Plus Baitul Qur’an Boarding School Sragensudahberjalansesuaidenganbaik.Adapun aspek yang menghambat pelaksanaan programmenghafalal-Qur’andiSMA Science Plus Baitul Qur’an Boarding School Sragenialahbeberapa guru tahfidz pindah, sehingga halaqohnya harus diubah, serta siswa/itimbulrasamalas dan bolos. Abstract

This study aims to find out the concepts, policies, implementation and learning evaluation system of Ta'lim Muta'alim in shaping the character of students in MA Ketrampilan Al-Irsyad Gajah Demak. This research uses field research research and qualitative approach. Data that has been collected will be analyzed with qualitative descriptive approach to know kitab Ta’lim Muta’alim learning management in shaping the character of students in MA Skill Al-Irsyad Gajah Demak. The results of the study and discussion show that the concept of learning Kitab Ta'lim Muta'alim in shaping the character of students in MA Al-Irsyad Gajah Demak is a book study which contains about the ethics that must be possessed by the students. The learning policy is based on the importance of character building on students and also keeping the tradition of science in madrasah. Implementation of Kitab Ta'lim Muta'alim learning in shaping the character of students in MA Al-Irsyad Gajah Demak implemented through the stages of planning, organizing, actuating and assessment. And the evaluation system of learning Kitab Ta'lim Muta'alim in shaping the character of students in MA Al-Irsyad Gajah Demak consists of planning process, implementation and follow-up of learning evaluation result.Keywords: Learning Management, Kitab Ta’lim Muta’alim, Student Character

Abstract

The goal in this study is defined as follows; 1.) To describe the implementation of the character model in MTs NU Banat Kudus in reality. 2) To describe and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of character-based management model in the MTs NU Banat Kudus. 3. To describe and analyze in the MTs NU Banat Kudus. This research is a field survey with a qualitative approach. Collecting data is using interviews, observation, documentation, and triangulation. Methods of data analysis are using methods developed by Miles and Hubermanwith three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, conclusion and verification. As for the location of this  research is at MTs NU Banat Kudusin academic year of 2014/2015. From the analysis of the data can be obtained findings of the study as follows: First, the reality of the development ofcharacter education model at MTs NU Banat integrative implemented in each of the learning that is done through lesson plans, learning implementation, and evaluation of learning. Secondly, the weakness of character development education model include: lack of time allocated;; and the ability of the students are not the same the strength include: teacher as professional educators; availability of instructional media. Third, the development of character-based management model is as follows: First, an inclusive strategy, namely to-insert the character education into all subjects/ fields of study) and in the learning process; secondly, the strategy of school culture; Third, self-exploration strategy; and fourth, peers assessment strategies.Penelitian ini bermaksud melihat secara nyata dari realitas pengembangan model manajemen berbasis karakter di MTs nu banat kudus. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini dijabarkan sebagai berikut; 1.) untuk mendeskripsikan realitas model manajemen berbasis karakter di MTs NU Banat Kudus. 2) untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis kekurangan dan kelebihan model manajemen berbasis karakter diMTs nu banat kudus. 3. untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengembangan model manajemen berbasis karakter di MTs NU Banat kudus. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan trianggulasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode yang dikembangkan oleh Miles and Huberman dengan tiga langkah, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Adapun lokasi penelitiannya sendiri adalah di MTs NU Banat Kudus Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Dari hasil analisis data dapat diperoleh temuan-temuan penelitian sebagai berikut: Pertama, Realitas pengembangan model pendidikan karakter di MTs NU Banat kudus dilaksanakan secara integrative dalam setiap pembelajaran yang dilakukan melalui perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Kedua, kekurangan pengembangan model pendidikan karakter di MTs NU Banat kudus meliputi: minimnya alokasi waktu; dan kemampuan siswa yang tidak sama kelebihan meliputi: guru sebagai tenaga pendidik yang profesional; tersedianya media pembelajaran; tersedianya sarana dan prasarana yang memadai; dan minat belajarsiswa yang tinggi. Ketiga, Pengembangan model manajemen berbasis karakter peserta didik di MTs NU Banat adalah sebagai berikut : Pertama, strategi  inklusif, yakni meng-insert-kan (memasukkan)pendidikan karakter ke dalam semua mata pelajaran/bidang studi) dan dalam proses pembelajaran; kedua, strategi budaya sekolah; ketiga, strategi eksplorasi diri; dan keempat, strategi penilaian teman sejawat.

Abstract

This article discusses 1) analysis of tahfizh program implementation 2) the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the tahfizh program. This type of research is a field research with a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were students and teachers of tahfizh. Researchers used interview, observation, and documentation techniques in collecting data. The interactive descriptive analysis model was used in data analysis, namely reduction, data presentation, and verification/conclusion. The results of the study were obtained: 1) the implementation of tahfizh learning began in 2015 with an allocation of 5 hours / day except Friday. Types of components in the form of determination of materials, memorization targets, methods, assessment, infrastructure, teacher/student selection and administration funds. 2) the driving and inhibiting factors are family/community support, management, school environment, other program support activities, students' initial provision, and student environmental conditions.

Abstract

The issue of violent learning in Indonesia, one of them in the Special Province of Yogyakarta, has become a disturbing phenomenon in the last decade. Bullying is believed by some experts to be one of the root of the problem. There are three types of bullying, verbal, relational, and physical, but the most common is verbal abuse. Meanwhile, effective classroom management is one way that is believed to prevent and address the problem. One of the primary schools in Yogyakata city that has been quite successful in implementing this is the Tumbuh 3 Yogyakarta’s Elementary School (ES). This article discusses how the implementation of classroom management to prevent verbal abuse in Tumbuh 3 Yogyakarta’s ES. Through a case study with naturalistic approaches that collected data through in-depth interviews, moderate participant observation, and documentation found that implementation of classroom management to prevent verbal bullying in Tumbuh 3 Yogyakarta’s ES was conducted with an immediate response and a long-term response, anti-harassment with the application of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports.

Abstract

Managerial Competence of Madrasah Principal in Improving Learning Quality at Madrasah Aliyah An Najah Pati in 2024. Learning quality is a measure of the quality of the teaching and learning process to achieve educational goals. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to examine the role of the madrasah head in improving the quality of learning at Madrasah Aliyah An Najah Pati in the 2023/2024 academic year. The research subjects included the madrasah head, deputy head, teachers, and students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and tested for validity using source triangulation techniques. The results showed that madrasah principals have an important role through conceptual skills, humanitarian skills, and technical skills. Good technical skills from madrasah principals have a positive effect on the quality of learning. Supporting factors include adequate facilities and infrastructure, support from educators and education personnel, and teachers' willingness in lesson planning. However, there are inhibiting factors such as low student input, limited internet network, and lack of teacher skills in information technology. Improving the quality of learning includes planning the learning process, implementing learning by teachers, and assessing learning outcomes to measure students' competency achievement and improve the learning process.Mutu pembelajaran adalah ukuran kualitas proses belajar mengajar untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk mengkaji peran kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di Madrasah Aliyah An Najah Pati Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024. Subjek penelitian meliputi kepala madrasah, wakil kepala, guru, dan peserta didik. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta diuji keabsahannya dengan teknik triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala madrasah memiliki peran penting melalui keterampilan konsep, keterampilan kemanusiaan, dan keterampilan teknis. Keterampilan teknis yang baik dari kepala madrasah berpengaruh positif terhadap mutu pembelajaran. Faktor pendukung meliputi sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, dukungan dari pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, serta kemauan guru dalam perencanaan pembelajaran. Namun, ada faktor penghambat seperti input siswa yang rendah, keterbatasan jaringan internet, dan kurangnya kemampuan guru dalam teknologi informasi. Peningkatan mutu pembelajaran meliputi perencanaan proses pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran oleh guru, dan penilaian hasil pembelajaran untuk mengukur pencapaian kompetensi peserta didik serta memperbaiki proses pembelajaran.
