Based on this research the factors driving perform marriage during the lecture are:1) In order to avoid promiscuity, 2) More motivatedto learn,3) avoid slander in society, 4) ease the burden of parents, 5)want to be independent 6) have found the perfect match,7) parentsstill help while study, 8) Draw closer to Allah SWT to run the Sunnahof the Prophet. Marriage during the lecture did not inhibit study,learning, academic achievement (IP value), but the activity in the organization on campus have started to be reduced. The married student more in order to continue to maintain the health to face campus activities and can organize and devote time to family andstudies, for the students who have not yet married:it is advisablefor those who are ready to get married, do not procrastinate tomarried, but must have the material and spiritual preparation thatmature. Abstract

Tujuan Artikel ini mengungkap kandungan unsur PPK, Literasi, 4C, dan HOTS pada dokumen silabus dan Rencana Program Pengajaran (RPP) mata pelajaran Fikih, khususnya kelas X semester ganjil. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dari penelitian yang dilakukan di MAN 2 Pasuruan, Jawa Timur ini diperoleh temuan bahwa; (1) Dokumen RPP tidak sinkron dengan dokumen silabus; (2) Unsur PPK yang terintegrasi dalam silabus dan RPP masih terbatas pada karakter religius; (3) Unsur literasi sudah cukup mendapatkan perhatian; (4) Unsur 4C baru sebatas komunikasi dan kolaborasi. Sementara berpikir kritis dan kreatifitas belum mendapatkan perhatian; (5) Tidak ditemukan unsur HOTS dalam RPP, baik di indikator KD, proses pembelajaran, maupun penilaian.The purpose of this study is to reveal elements of PPK, Literacy, 4C, and HOTS of sillabus and instruction plan of subject Fikih in class X semester odd. By descriptive qualitative approach, from this study that toke place at MAN 2 Pasuruan, East Java, found that; (1) Document of instruction plan is not sincron to sillabus; (2) Elements of PPK which is integrated to sillabus and instruction plan are still limited to the religious character; (3) Elements of literacy is paid attention quite enough; (4) Elements of 4C is limited to communication and collaboration. While critical thinking and creativity are not paid attention yet; (5) no element of HOTS can be found in the document of instruction plan, in the indicator of KD, teaching-learning process, as well as in the assessment.

Abstract

Strengthening Student Character Through Learning Management Aqidah Akhlak at MI Masholihul Huda Krapyak Jepara.This study aims to explain the strengthening of the character of students through learning management of aqeedah morals at the Masholihul Huda Krapyak Jepara madrasah with a qualitative approach. Collecting data in this study through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques are through reduction, display, and verification. In conclusion: 1) the preparation of an implementation plan for aqidah moral learning includes: religious, honest, disciplined behavior, responsibility when interacting with family, friends, ustdaz, and neighbors; 2) the implementation of aqidah moral learning is in accordance with the initial planning, namely: the implementation of religious behavior, honesty, discipline, responsibility when interacting with family, friends, ustadz, and neighbors; 3) the evaluation process is carried out by the head of the madrasa as well as the curriculum sector; 4) Strengthening character education includes religious, honest, disciplined and responsible characters. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan penguatan karakter peserta didik melalui manajemen pembelajaran aqidah akhlak di madrasah Masholihul Huda Krapyak Jepara dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui wawancara, pengamatan dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis datanya melalui reduction, display, dan verification. Kesimpulannya: 1) penyusunan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran aqidah akhlak meliputi: karakter relegius, jujur, disiplin, tanggung jawab ketika berinteraksi dengan keluarga, sahabat, ustdaz, dan tetangga; 2)  pelaksanaan pembelajaran aqidah akhlak sesuai dengan perencanaan awal yaitu: terimplemetasinya karakterrelegius, jujur, disiplin, tanggung jawab ketika berinteraksi dengan keluarga, sahabat, ustadz, dan tetangga; 3) proses evaluasi dilakukan kepala madrasah serta bidang kurikulum; 4) penguatan karakter meliputi: karakter relegius, jujur, disiplin dan tanggung jawab.

Abstract

Artikel ini menjelaskan bagaimana system pendidikan yang awalnya sentralisasi menjadi desentralisasi.  Setiap perubahan tentu saja berkonsekuensi (berdampak) baik positif maupun negatif, tidak terkecuali pada sistem pendidikan. Penelitian ini merupakan kajian literatur, sumber primer yang digunakan adalah kebijakan pemerintah yang dituangkan pada undang-undang, dan untuk sumper primernya diambil dari sumber-sumber yang relevan guna menganalisis secara kritis dampak dari kebijakan tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini ada beberapa poin, yaitu (1) kebijkan yang digulirkan memiliki tujuan yang sangat ideal (2) ketidak siapan daerah dalam menerima perubahan (3) munculya raja-raja kecil  di setiap daerah karena merasa memiliki kekuasaan penuh dalam mengelola daerahnya masing-masing (4) Sikap merasa menguasai memunculkan KKN (korupsi, kolusi dan nepotisme).

Abstract

This study examines the revitalization of Aqidah learning by analyzing the management of teaching material development within the Aqidah course cluster at State Islamic Higher Education Institutions (PTKIN). The Aqidah course cluster often receives limited attention and is considered one of the least developed disciplines in Islamic studies. The field is generally perceived as unappealing due to its focus on historical conflicts. Furthermore, the historical-textual approach often results in interpretations centered on conflict, potentially fostering sectarian fanaticism. This qualitative study utilized primary data collected from five PTKINs in Indonesia through analytical-descriptive methods. Data were collected through interviews and documentation, both of which were analyzed using triangulation techniques. Findings indicate that the Aqidah course cluster significantly contributes to the Aqidah and Islamic Philosophy curricula. UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta allocates 20% of its total course offerings to the cluster, followed by UIN Walisongo Semarang (19.40%), UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten (18.42%), UIN Sunan Kudus (18.46%), and UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta (12.73%). Managerial analysis of Aqidah teaching material development encompasses theoretical and conceptual aspects, incorporating local Indonesian theological insights, multidisciplinary integration, engagement with classical texts, and applied theology. These developments aim to enhance the relevance of Islamic theology by incorporating faith-based values into contemporary life. This study provides a managerial framework and empirical evidence that can serve as a foundation for revitalizing the Aqidah curriculum in PTKIN and introduces a contextual theological framework.

Abstract

Two problems that were discussed in this research. The first was the effects of level education with teaching performance. The second was was the effectsof teaching efficacy with teaching performance. There were 77 subjects that participated in this research by convenience sampling. They were teacher in the primary school  in Kudus. The data were collected by using teaching performance scale and teaching efficacy scale. All data were analiyzed by regression analysis of SPSS. The result of this research showed that there was positive was effects of level education and teaching efficacy with teaching performance.ada dua permasalahan yang dibicarakan dalam penelitian ini, pertama adalah pengaruh tingkat pendidikan terhadap performansi mengajar,kedua adalah pengaruh efikasi mengajar terhadap performansi mengajar. Subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 77 guru di pendidikan anak usia dini di kudus yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknikconvenience sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini  dalam bentuk skala dan daftar isian. Ada dua skala yaitu skala performansi mengajar guru dan  efikasi mengajar. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada tingkat pendidikan dan efikasi mengajar berpengaruhterhadap performansi mengajar guru.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to find out what steps or actions were taken by the managers of ‎Pondok Tahfidz Yanbu'ul Qur'an Menawan Kudus in Implementation Islamic boarding ‎schools during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research is use field research (field research) with ‎a qualitative approach in research method. Data collection techniques using observation, ‎interviews and documentation. Data processing uses triangulation both techniques, time, and ‎sources.‎ From the research process can be seen that in order to implement the operational ‎standards of a boarding school during this pandemic, Islamic boarding schools need to ‎prepare and fulfill many things, ranging from infrastructure, human resource management, ‎until operational management. All steps or actions taken by the manager are aimed at making ‎the implementation of the boarding school run well and meeting the existing health protocol ‎standards. Of course, this all requires the role and cooperation of all parties involved in it. ‎With this research, it is hoped that it will be able to become a consideration for Islamic ‎boarding schools in Indonesia in organizing learning that appropriate with health protocols ‎that have been determined by the government.‎

Abstract

Aligning Beliefs and Learning; Exploring the Dynamics of Islamic Internalisation in Educational Dichotomy. Islamic education offers mercy for all nature that is able to guide the lives of all nature. Islamic education faces challenges in the global era that confronts the competence of modern life. Changes in the pattern and form of Islamic education must be able to answer the needs of the times. Islamic education must strive to never stop the process of building and educating the nation's children across generations. This research aims to investigate the relationship between belief and learning in the context of the dynamics of Islamic internalisation in the dichotomy of education. Education is often regarded as a platform for transmitting religious values, including Islam, to the younger generation. The research method involves a qualitative study with a literature review phenomenological approach to understand the relationship between the dichotomy of science and Islamic education in Indonesian human character education. Thematic analysis was conducted to identify major themes and patterns in the literature. The results provide an in-depth understanding of how beliefs are influenced by learning experiences, as well as the extent to which formal and informal experiences play a role in the internalisation of Islamic values. Islamic education should be implemented through an interdisciplinary educational approach that integrates Islamic concepts and values with other disciplines. The practical implications of this research can be used to develop more effective learning methods in responding to learners' spiritual and moral needs, while considering the dynamics of Islamic internalisation in the two dimensions of education.Pendidikan Islam menawarkan rahmat bagi seluruh alam yang mampu menjadi penuntun kehidupan seluruh alam. Pendidikan Islam menghadapi tantangan dalam era global yang menghadapkan pada kompetensi kehidupan modern. Perubahan pola dan bentuk pendidikan Islam harus mampu menjawab kebutuhan jaman. Pendidikan Islam harus diusahakan untuk tidak pernah berhenti berproses dalam membangun dan mencerdaskan anak bangsa lintas generasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara keyakinan dan pembelajaran dalam konteks dinamika internalisasi Islam dalam dikotomi pendidikan. Pendidikan seringkali dianggap sebagai wadah untuk mentransmisikan nilai-nilai agama, termasuk Islam, kepada generasi muda. Metode penelitian ini melibatkan studi kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi literature review untuk memahami hubungan antara dikotomi ilmu dan pendidikan Islam dalam pendidikan karakter manusia Indonesia. Analisis tematik dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi tema utama dan pola dalam literatur. Hasil penelitian memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang bagaimana keyakinan dipengaruhi oleh pengalaman pembelajaran, serta sejauh mana pengalaman formal dan informal berperan dalam internalisasi nilai-nilai Islam. Pendidikan Islam sebaiknya dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan pendidikan interdisipliner yakni pendekatan pendidikan yang mengintegrasikan konsep dan nilai-nilai agama Islam dengan disiplin ilmu lainnya. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan metode pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dalam merespons kebutuhan spiritual dan moral peserta didik, sambil mempertimbangkan dinamika internalisasi Islam dalam dua dimensi pendidikan.
