Abstract

Pesantren is one of the oldest education systems in Indonesia. Islamic boarding school educational institutions are said to be a great tradition in studying religious knowledge by Muslims in this country. This great tradition takes the form of Islamic religious learning carried out by Muslim communities in Islamic boarding schools in Java. This research uses qualitative research methods to explore phenomena developing in Salaf Islamic boarding schools in the context of transformation. Qualitative research is used to examine events using a certain approach. Researchers deliberately determine research targets and subjects to be studied and studied to explore related phenomena that occur. Results and Discussion Based on the curriculum or education system used, Islamic boarding schools have three types, namely traditional/Salaf Islamic boarding schools, modern Islamic boarding schools, and comprehensive Islamic boarding schools. Traditional/Salaf Islamic boarding schools still maintain their original form with the teachings of books written by 15th century scholars using the language Arab. The teaching pattern is by applying the halaqah or mangaji tudang system which is carried out in mosques.

Abstract

Introducing currency is a crucial aspect of financial education, especially for children. However, traditional methods often lack appeal for them. Hence, this research aims to implement multimedia animation-based currency introduction learning media for children. The method involves developing engaging and easy-to- understand multimedia animation content for children. Data collection is done through direct observation of children's reactions and understanding levels towards the implemented learning media. Additionally, assessment is conducted on children's ability to identify and understand currency values after using this learning media. The research findings indicate that implementing multimedia animation- based currency introduction learning media can significantly enhance children's interest and understanding of currency. Children demonstrate high levels of engagement during the learning process, and their ability to identify and understand currency values improves significantly after using this learning media.

Abstract

This research explores the implementation of technology in interactive learning design to enhance children's cognitive skills. The problem revolves around the lack of engagement and effectiveness in traditional learning methods to facilitate children's cognitive development. The aim is to investigate the extent to which technology usage can improve engagement and cognitive learning outcomes. The research methodology involves the development and implementation of technology-based learning applications specifically designed to reinforce children's cognitive skills. Data were collected through participatory observation, interviews, and cognitive tests. The results indicate that interactive learning design with technology is effective in enhancing engagement and cognitive learning outcomes for children. In conclusion, integrating technology into learning can be an effective approach to strengthening children's cognitive skills, providing more engaging and enriching learning experiences

Abstract

Adolescence is defined as a transition period, from childhood to adulthood between the ages of 12 and 18 years. This period is also a period for an individual who will experience changes in various aspects, such as cognitive (knowledge), emotional (feelings), social (social interaction) and moral (morals). This study aims to determine the effectiveness of group counseling in overcoming juvenile delinquency. The method used in this study is a literature study. The results of this study are that various literatures analyzed show similar findings that group counseling is effective in overcoming juvenile delinquency.

Abstract

In this study, an assessment of the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on educational equality was carried out. Through the analysis of literature and related research, the aim of this research is to identify how AI can contribute to improving accessibility, personalization, and equality in education. The research methods used involve searching for articles and scientific journals related to artificial intelligence and education, as well as in-depth analysis of such findings. The results of this study show that AI has great potential in supporting personalised learning approaches, reducing gaps in access to education, and identifying and addressing biases in the education system. Careful and sustained AI evaluation is important to ensure that the implementation of this technology has a positive impact on educational equality.

Abstract

The background of this research is that there are differences in the learning outcomes of 2019 PAI students in religious courses. Researchers see that there are differences in the learning outcomes of students with a religious education background in religious subjects which should be higher than students with a general education background. This research is a comparative quantitative research. sample of 42 students. The instrument that the researcher used was a test of 24 questions about religious subjects. can be seen from the learning outcomes of students with general education background, the test score with the highest score is 100 and the lowest score is 46. The total score is 1462.5 and the average is 81.25. it can be seen from the learning outcomes of students with religious education backgrounds, the test scores obtained with the highest score are 100 and the lowest score is 50. The total score is 1808 and the average is 75.34.

Abstract

The study aims to explore the impact of the application of local wisdom in the learning material on the motivation of students in primary schools. In today's educational context, there is a growing awareness of the importance ofining and integrating local values and practices into the formal education system as a means of supporting a learning process that is more relevant and meaningful to students. This study investigates how the integration of local wisdom into the curriculum can motivate students to participate more in the learning process as well as improve their understanding of the lessons delivered. The research uses a method of literary review, which involves the collection and analysis of various literary sources relevant to the research topic. These resources include journal articles, textbooks, research reports, and online resources related to local wisdom, contextual learning, and student learning motivation. Research results show that the integration of local Wisdom into the learning material has a positive effect on the motivation of students in elementary schools. Students tend to feel more connected to the materials taught when they can identify elements of their own local culture and environment. This makes it easier for students to understand the abstract concepts taught, while enriching them with wider knowledge of the environment in which they live. Furthermore, research finds that the use of local wisdom in education also contributes to the development of student pride and cultural identity. From a pedagogical point of view, teaching using local wisdom-based content and methods shows the potential to encourage active and participatory learning, which directly boosts learning motivation.

Abstract

Career guidance in schools is an effort to help individuals or students understand and make broad use of the educational, position and personal opportunities that students have or can develop and as a form of systematic assistance to be able to obtain good adjustments to school, students and their lives. The implementation of career guidance in learning arts and culture and skills consists of several methods that have been implemented by the supervising teacher. Some of these methods have been implemented effectively, students' responses to several methods provided by the teacher have been good. Students are not bored with just sitting there. The aim of implementing career guidance in class IV is to further optimize and find out the interests and talents of each student in learning arts and culture and skills. All students must be able to know their interests and talents so that they can be further developed and as a starting point for entering the next level of school.

Abstract

The study aims to explore the implementation of local wisdom in learning in schools in rural areas, focusing on how local Wisdom can be integrated into the learning process to improve the relevance and effectiveness of education. The study reveals the contribution of local wisdom in educating students about identities and traditions of communities, as well as its role in strengthening character education and preserving cultural values in the face of global influence and modern technology. This research is carried out through a literature review, which involves the collection and analysis of secondary data from relevant sources, including scientific journals, articles, research reports, and online sources. Through this method, research identifies, analyzes, and synthesizes findings from previous research related to the implementation of local wisdom in education, especially in rural areas. Research results show that the implementation of local wisdom in learning in rural schools has significant potential in enriching student curricula and learning experiences. Local wisdom, when integrated into learning, can enhance students' understanding of their socio-cultural environment and local history, while facilitating the building of identity and appreciation of cultural heritage. In addition, learning strategies that leverage local wisdom have proven effective in developing students' critical skills, problem-solving skills, and project-based learning relevant to their local context. Obstacles identified include resource shortages, the need for teacher training for innovative learning strategies, and the challenge of integrating local content with national educational standards. The research reaffirms the importance of collaboration between schools, communities, and stakeholders in encouraging and nurturing the implementation of local wisdom in education.

Abstract

Inclusive education is one of the strategic efforts in providing equal access for children with special needs to thrive in an educational environment. The link between inclusive education and local intelligence can bridge the gap between meeting special education needs and exploiting local potential. The study aims to identify and analyse how inclusive education based on local wisdom can create an enabling and supportive learning environment for the growth and development of students with special needs. Through literary research methods, this research collects and analyzes data from various scientific publications, research reports, and related educational documents. Research findings show that integrating inclusive education with local wisdom can raise community awareness, increase curriculum relevance, and strengthen social support for children with special needs.
