Abstract

Teaching zakat in high schools has generally been theoretical and memorization-oriented, offering limited real-life experience and social awareness for students. In line with the Merdeka Curriculum, the implementation of Project Based Learning (PjBL) is a relevant approach to create active, collaborative, and contextual learning. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with Islamic Education teachers and 11th-grade students as subjects. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model. The results show that PjBL through identifying problems, planning, project implementation, product presentation, and evaluation successfully makes zakat learning more meaningful. Projects such as zakat management simulations and collaboration with the school’s Zakat Collection Unit improved students’ conceptual understanding, social empathy, teamwork skills, and religious awareness. Supporting factors include teacher creativity, school support, and student enthusiasm, while obstacles involve limited time, external coordination, and students’ readiness for group work.

Abstract

This research focuses on a deeper understanding of the concept of social constructivism and how this theory is applied in teaching methods. This study uses a conceptual approach by collecting various data from reliable secondary sources. The research findings indicate that social constructivism, developed by important figures such as Jerome Bruner and Lev Vygotsky, emphasizes that students' knowledge is formed through language, culture, and social interaction. This means that students learn not only from individual thinking but also from the process of interacting with others. In teaching practice, the principles of social constructivism are evident through activities such as class discussions, small group collaboration, and active student engagement during the learning process. When cognitive aspects (students' ways of thinking) are combined with social aspects, a more dynamic, collaborative, and inclusive learning environment is created. Overall, this theory views learning as a social activity, in which each student plays a key role in constructing their own understanding and knowledge.

Abstract

Perkembangan era digital telah mengubah secara mendasar pendidikan Islam, terutama dalam metode pembelajaran dan pembentukan pola pikir peserta didik. Dalam konteks ini, pemikiran ulama Nusantara seperti Syekh Nawawi al-Bantani dan KH. Hasyim Asy‘ari menjadi penting untuk diaktualisasikan karena memuat nilai etika, spiritualitas, moderasi, serta keseimbangan antara ilmu dan amal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dalam karya ulama Nusantara, menilai relevansinya terhadap tantangan digital, dan merumuskan strategi penerapannya dalam pendidikan modern. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dengan pendekatan historis-filosofis dan normatif-pedagogis. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa nilai adab, integritas dalam menuntut ilmu, kehati-hatian dalam memverifikasi informasi, dan moderasi beragama sangat relevan dalam menghadapi arus informasi digital. Implementasinya meliputi penguatan etika digital, pengembangan kurikulum adaptif, inovasi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, dan penguatan moderasi di ruang digital.

Abstract

This study discusses forms of address in Javanese society as a reflection of social structure through an anthropolinguistic approach. Addresses are viewed not only as linguistic elements, but also as cultural practices that reflect social relations based on age, status, position, and level of familiarity. This study aims to describe the types of address used by Javanese society, analyze the relationship between address selection and socio-cultural values such as polite language, and explain the dynamics of changes in address amidst modernization. The research method uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis techniques through literature studies and social context analysis. The results show that traditional address forms such as mas, mbak, pak, bu, and kinship terms still function in maintaining social harmony, while the younger generation shows a tendency to use neutral and modern address forms such as kamu, aku, bro, and sis. The conclusion of the study reveals that address forms are a representation of cultural values as well as indicators of social change in Javanese society.

Abstract

Siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) berada dalam tahap penting untuk menentukan langkah karir mereka di masa depan. Pengaruh dari keluarga, teman, dan masyarakat seringkali menambah kebingungan dalam membuat pilihan karir, yang bisa menyebabkan stres, ketidakpastian, dan pilihan yang tidak sesuai dengan minat serta kemampuan siswa. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan, kemampuan, dan strategi kepada siswa SMA Tadika Pertiwi dalam menghadapi tantangan karir dan mengatasi tekanan sosial dengan cara yang efektif. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui penyampaian informasi secara interaktif, pelatihan, diskusi kelompok, dan bimbingan secara individu. Metode pemaparan materi digabungkan dengan analisis kasus, dan sesi tanya jawab untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterlibatan aktif siswa. Sebanyak 15 pelajar berpartisipasi dalam program ini dengan semangat dan keaktifan yang tinggi. Hasil dari evaluasi pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan adanya kemajuan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman pelajar mengenai eksplorasi karir, pengambilan keputusan, serta cara mengatasi tekanan sosial. Para siswa mengaku merasa lebih percaya diri dalam merencanakan masa depan mereka. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini efektif dalam membekali siswa dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk menghadapi dilema karir dan tekanan sosial.

Abstract

This research aims to deeply describe and analyze Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers' perceptions of the concept of deep learning in PAI teaching practices. Using a qualitative-hermeneutic phenomenological approach, this study attempts to interpret the meaning of deep learning based on teachers' reflective experiences, linking it to the philosophy of integrative Islamic education. Data was collected thru semi-structured in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis (syllabi, lesson plans, teacher reflections) from selected PAI teachers in Bekasi and East Jakarta. The results will identify the conceptual implications of this deep learning interpretation for the development of a more reflective and meaningful (meaningful learning) PAI learning paradigm. This research is expected to contribute to the renewal of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) pedagogy that is oriented toward deep understanding, self-improvement, and manners.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has shifted the paradigm of modern organizational management. Management Information Systems (MIS) are now a crucial foundation for every organization, supporting fast and accurate decision-making. This study aims to analyze how the use of MIS can improve the accuracy and speed of decision-making in the modern business environment. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with a literature study approach and case analysis of several companies in Indonesia, such as Gojek, Tokopedia, and Astra International. The results show that effective MIS utilization can accelerate information flow, improve data accuracy, and support strategic decision-making based on real-time data. Furthermore, human factors, organizational culture, and top management support play a crucial role in ensuring the success of MIS implementation. In conclusion, organizations that are able to optimally integrate MIS will be more adaptive, responsive, and competitive in today's digital era

Abstract

The educational environment plays a vital role in shaping students into creative, critical, and morally upright individuals. This article explores the meaning and significance of an ideal educational environment, including strategies to foster creativity through literacy activities, extracurricular programs, and brainstorming methods. It also discusses the importance of developing critical thinking skills in the digital era, where students must be able to evaluate information logically and responsibly. Furthermore, moral and character education is emphasized as a fundamental pillar in addressing the current moral crisis among students. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach through library research by analyzing relevant literature on creative learning, critical thinking development, and moral education. The findings reveal that an innovative educational environment—supported by collaboration between schools, families, and communities—can produce a generation that is not only intellectually capable but also possesses strong character and noble morals, enabling them to face future challenges effectively.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas ajaran tasawuf Jalaluddin Rumi mengenai konsep fanā’ (peleburan diri) dan baqā’ (kekalan dalam Tuhan) sebagai inti dari perjalanan spiritual seorang sufi menuju kesempurnaan ruhani. Kajian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka (library research) terhadap karya-karya utama Rumi seperti Matsnawi-i Ma‘nawi, Diwan-i Syams Tabrizi, dan Fihi Ma Fihi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fanā’ dalam pandangan Rumi bukan berarti lenyapnya eksistensi manusia secara fisik, melainkan hilangnya ego dan kehendak pribadi dalam kehendak Ilahi. Proses ini merupakan bentuk penyucian diri (tazkiyatun nafs) yang menuntun manusia menuju kesadaran tertinggi tentang Tuhan. Setelah mencapai fanā’, seorang sufi memasuki tahap baqā’, yaitu keberadaan yang kekal dalam cinta dan kesadaran Ilahi. Pada tahap ini, manusia hidup dalam kehadiran Allah, berbuat dengan cinta, dan menjadi cerminan sifat-sifat-Nya di dunia. Ajaran fanā’-baqā’ Rumi memiliki nilai pendidikan ruhani yang tinggi karena menekankan transformasi batin melalui cinta, kerendahan hati, dan pengabdian total kepada Allah. Nilai-nilai tersebut relevan untuk menghadapi krisis spiritual manusia modern serta membangun karakter religius yang ikhlas, bijaksana, dan berorientasi pada ketuhanan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse various learning theories in the context of educational psychology and their implications for learning practices in academic settings. Learning theories are an important foundation for teachers and educators in understanding how learners acquire, process, and retain information. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method that examines major theories such as behaviourism, cognitivism, constructivism, and humanism. The results of the study show that each theory has a significant contribution to modern educational practice. Behaviourism emphasises the importance of reinforcement and habituation; cognitivism focuses on internal mental processes; constructivism emphasises the active role of learners in constructing knowledge; while humanism focuses on the development of self-potential. The practical implication of this study is the importance of integrating various learning theories contextually to create adaptive and meaningful learning
