Abstract

Kunyit hitam (Curcuma caesia) merupakan salah satu tanaman herbal yang memiliki manfaat kesehatan tinggi tetapi kurang dikenal di masyarakat. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan program pengabdian masyarakat dalam pengolahan kunyit hitam menjadi produk bernilai tambah. Kegiatan ini melibatkan staff PT. Al-Fatih Porang Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan mencakup penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan teknis. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pengolahan kunyit hitam, serta peluang budidaya di area PT. Al-Fatih Porang Indonesia. Pengabdian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemberdayaan masyarakat sekaligus mendorong pengembangan ekonomi lokal berbasis sumber daya alam.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to identify the potential for mangrove ecotourism and formulate management strategies to optimize the potential for mangrove ecotourism in Bulu Cindea Village, Bungoro District, Pangkep Regency. The type of research carried out was mixed (Mixed Methods). The results of this research indicate that the mangrove ecotourism of Bulu Cindea Village has become a tourist destination. However, there are several parameters that need to be improved to maximize the potential of this area. As for the strategy, namely managing the thickness of mangroves, building environmentally friendly infrastructure, and empowering local communities, this area can be utilized optimally without damaging the ecosystem. Regular monitoring and evaluation is important to assess the success of the strategy implemented and identify potential problems early. Clear regulations and zoning are needed to maintain a balance between conservation and tourism development. Apart from that, waste management resulting from tides must be integrated with a focus on monitoring, public education and waste processing. Collaboration with various parties is very important to achieve this goal. Keywords: Potential Optimization, Mangrove Ecotourism, Development. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi ekowisata mangrove serta merumuskan strategi pengelolahan untuk mengoptimalkan potensi pada ekowisata mangrove Desa Bulu Cindea, Kecamatan Bungoro, Kabupaten Pangkep. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah campuran (Mixed Methods). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ekowisata mangrove Desa Bulu Cindea dijadikan destinasi wisata. Tetapi, terdapat beberapa parameter yang perlu ditingkatkan untuk memaksimalkan potensi kawasan ini. Adapun stateginya yaitu pengelolaan ketebalan mangrove, pembangunan infrastruktur ramah lingkungan, serta pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal, kawasan ini dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal tanpa merusak ekosistemnya. Monitoring dan evaluasi yang rutin penting untuk menilai keberhasilan strategi yang diterapkan serta mengidentifikasi potensi masalah sejak dini. Regulasi dan zonasi yang jelas diperlukan untuk menjaga keseimbangan antara konservasi dan pengembangan pariwisata. Selain itu, pengelolaan sampah akibat pasang surut harus diintegrasikan dengan fokus pada pemantauan, pendidikan masyarakat, serta pengolahan sampah. Kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak sangat penting untuk mencapai tujuan ini. Kata kunci: Optimalisasi Potensi, Ekowisata Mangrove, Pengembangan.

Abstract

Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Mamuju Nomor 10 Tahun 2019 tentang RTRW Kabupaten Mamuju Tahun 2019-2039 Kecamatan Kalukku merupakan kawasan peruntukan permukiman perkotaan, sehingga dimungkinkan adanya pengembangan perumahan kepadatan tinggi dan sedang di masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat daya dukung dan daya tampung lahan untuk permukiman eksisting di Kecamatan Kalukku dan untuk mengetahui proyeksi tingkat daya dukung dan daya tampung lahan untuk permukiman di Kecamatan Kalukku Kabupaten Mamuju pada tahun 2033. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berupa telaah dokumen dan observasi lapangan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analasis DDPm, kesesuaian lahan permukiman, Overlay, skoring dan proyeksi penduduk. Dari penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil bahwa lahan yang layak untuk permukiman seluas 16.233 ha atau 35,86% dari luas wilayah Kecamatan Kalukku. Nilai DDPm Kecamatan ini adalah 103,10, artinya bahwa Kecamatan Kalukku mampu menampung penduduk eksisisting. Nilai DDPm tahun 2033 adalah 87,75, artinya bahwa Kecamatan Kalukku masih mampu menampung penduduk untuk bermukim pada tahun 2033.

Abstract

The training on innovative tilapia farming techniques aims to enhance the productivity and quality of fishery products in Sidenreng Rappang (Sidrap) Regency, which has significant potential in the fisheries sector, particularly tilapia farming. Tilapia farming in Sidrap faces several challenges, including low-quality seeds, suboptimal water quality management, and inefficient feed management. Therefore, this training is designed to provide practical knowledge and skills to the community and students in addressing these issues. The training covers innovative techniques such as efficient pond preparation, optimal water quality management, selection and provision of natural feed, and handling of fish seeds to improve resilience to changing environmental conditions. The training method involves both theoretical and hands-on practice at the Education Pond of Muhammadiyah University of Sidenreng Rappang (UMS Rappang). It is expected that this training will provide concrete solutions to improve the quality of tilapia farming and encourage the creation of a sustainable farming model in Sidrap, which will increase productivity and the welfare of fish farmers in the region.

Abstract

Training on making eco enzymes is a strategic step to overcome the problem of organic waste in Sipayo Village. Eco enzyme, the result of fermenting organic waste with sugar and water, has various benefits, including as a natural cleaner, liquid fertilizer, and pest control agent. This program aims to increase public awareness of the importance of managing organic waste while empowering them to create products with high utility value.Training activities involve educational processes, direct practice and mentoring involving various community groups, from housewives to village youth. The evaluation results showed that the participants understood the techniques for making eco enzyme and its benefits. Apart from that, this training also has a positive impact on reducing the volume of organic waste in the village, improving environmental cleanliness, and opening up eco enzyme-based business opportunities. Through this participatory approach, it is hoped that Sipayo Village can become an example of effective and sustainable organic waste management. Training on making eco enzymes not only solves environmental problems, but also strengthens collective awareness of the importance of protecting village ecosystems holistically.

Abstract

Wet noodle products are a type of product that has a high halal critical point due to the complex production process and raw materials. A raw material inventory information system is needed to support more systematic raw material data collection. This service uses Halal Food Trust software to apply a raw material inventory information system. The system uses Microsoft Visual basic programming with consideration of the objectives of system development, where the scope of the data management system is integrated with the Windows operating system and Microsoft Office, which has been used routinely by SMEs. The results of the identification of the current condition of UKM Mie have carried out the management of raw material inventory; there are activities of recording raw materials at the time of purchase, storage, and use of materials in the production process carried out using a log book using Microsoft Excel. The Halal Food Trust, material inventory information system, seeks to increase the level of traceability at a high level with criteria, namely the ability to document electronically and be able to provide documents that can be printed.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberi Gambaran kajian kelayakan finansial toko agribisnis store untuk khalayak ramai. Metode Pengabdian yang digunakan adalah Focus group Discussion dengan analisis deskriptif dan analisis finansial. Dengan beberapa tahapan pengumpulan data dan pelaporan data. Hasilnya adalah Toko Agribisnis Store menghadapi tantangan utama seperti biaya tetap yang tinggi, peningkatan biaya variabel, dan fluktuasi harga produk. Analisis finansial menunjukkan perlunya optimasi biaya dan peningkatan efisiensi operasional untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas. Strategi seperti manajemen inventaris, negosiasi dengan pemasok, dan pemasaran digital dapat membantu mengatasi permasalahan yang ada. Dengan penerapan solusi ini, Toko Agribisnis Store berpotensi meningkatkan daya saing dan mencapai tujuan usaha secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Pussui Village is one of the villages which has a quite large cocoa farm, located in Luyo District, Polewali Mandar Regency. With this high potential yield, proper post-harvest handling is required to produce high-quality dried cocoa beans. Good post-harvest handling practices have not been implemented by farmer groups in Pussui Village. The dried cocoa beans are sold directly to the traders. The intervention that can be carried out is a training program that focuses on proper fermentation and drying techniques by increasing the farmer's capability by developing their skill and knowledge and applying tools to this process. This training was expected to reduce the low quality of the dried cocoa beans which will affects the price of the cocoa beans in Pussui Village. This intervention was realized through an approach involving the provision of teaching materials in the class, practical sessions in fermentation and drying houses, as well as evaluation of post-training through questionnaires given after the training. This activity is part of the Kosabangsa 2023 program. The evaluation results show that this activity can increase participants' knowledge by 40% and 35% in fermentation and drying techniques. Furthermore, for the level of usefulness, farmers rated this activity as very useful by scores of 44% and 47%.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out in Hulawa Village with the aim of increasing community knowledge and skills in making bokashi organic fertilizer as an environmentally friendly and economical alternative fertilizer. The problems faced by the local community are the low utilization of organic waste and dependence on chemical fertilizers which have an impact on soil fertility degradation. The activity methods used include counseling, technical demonstrations, and direct practice by participants. This training involved 30 participants from various village communities, utilizing local materials such as straw, bran, livestock manure, and local microorganism solutions (MOL). The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of the benefits of bokashi and their technical skills in producing it. This activity shows that practice-based training with a participatory approach is effective in building village community independence in managing organic fertilizer.

Abstract

Desa Sipodeceng memiliki tingkat pendapatan yang rata-rata masih rendah. Sekalipun memiliki lahan pertanian yang luas tetapi masyarakat masih menggarap lahannya secara sederhana. Disamping itu tingkat pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengelola dan memanfaatkan hasil-hasil pertanian masih relatif rendah. Untuk itu sangat dibutuhkan sumber pengetahuan dan kemampuan dalam memanfaatkan hasil-hasil pertanian sehingga bisa meningkatkan keejahteraannya. Tapai pisang merupakan salah satu inovasi yang dapat dijadikan peluang usaha. Disamping itu tapai pisang merupakan makanan hasil fermentasi yang sangat populer di Indonesia. Kegiatan ini terbagi atas dua tahap yaitu penyuluhan pemanfaatan tanaman pisang kepok dan pelatihan pembuatan tapai pisang kepok. Dari kegiatan ini masyarakat desa Sipodeceng dapat memiliki keterampilan dalam mengolah buah pisang kepok menjadi produk yang lebih baik dan memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi. Diharapkan nantinya masyarakat desa Sipodeceng menjadi masyarakat yang berwawasan berkelanjutan untuk kemandirian.
