Abstract

Entrepreneurship has become an important discourse in the economic development of the nation and state, many academic works that study entrepreneurship and its development in universities. This paper offers the concept of entrepreneurship education in universities which contains material substance and entrepreneurial competence, consists of 5 theme learning; 1. entrepreneurial potential of students. 2. Entrepreneurial character and attitude, 3. Leadership and communication, 4. Business management, 5. Marketing, these 5 subjects are arranged in sub-topics are set out in 14 learning sessions. The models and method teaching and learning that are; 1. Internships, 2. Cooperative learning, 3. Discussion methods, 4. Problem-based learning, 5. Project-based learning, 6. Contextual and teaching learning, 7. Discovery learning, 8. Simulation. This research was conducted with in-depth literature study with entrepreneurship education.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kualitas Pendidikan di suatu negara erat kaitannya dengan sistem kurikulum yang diterapkan, terutama mengenai metode pendidik dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan oleh pendidik sangat berpengaruh terhadap daya tangkap dan motivasi siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran, khususnya pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan yang mempunyai tujuan utama menjadikan peserta didik sebagai warga negara yang yang baik dan cerdas. Tentunya untuk menjalankan tujuan tersebut sangatlah sulit apabila tidak diterapkannya metode yang tepat, karena Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan merupakan ilmu mengenai kecakapan hidup mendasar untuk seorang warga negara. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dengan pengambilan data melalui studi pustaka. Dari hasil pembahasan yang dikemukakan, beberapa aspek penting manajemen pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan yang diperlukan dalam memperkuat implementasi kurikulum Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di satuan Pendidikan yakni: (1) kemampuan dalam menyiapkan perencanaan pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan baik dalam perumusan tujuan, penentuan materi dan bahan ajar, model dan strategi pembelajaran, serta sistem penilaian. (2) kemampuan dalam mengorganisasi proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan baik pengorganisasian kelas, kegiatan pembelajaran, maupun sumber daya dan lingkungan bagi kepentingan belajar. (3) kemampuan mengaktualisasi pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan sehingga terjadi proses real learning oleh siswa dalam proses pembentukan nilai, sikap, dan perilaku. (4) kemampuan mengembangkan sistem evaluasi sebagai bagian dari proses untuk menilai sejauhmana telah terjadi perubahan dalam sikap dan perilaku siswa. Kata kunci: Aktualisasi Pembelajaran, Real Learning, Kurikulum PKn. Abstract: The quality of education in a country is closely related to the curriculum system that is applied, especially regarding the methods used by educators in the learning process. The method applied by educators greatly affects the comprehension and motivation of students in participating in learning, especially Civic Education learning which has the main goal of making students good and intelligent citizens. Of course, to carry out this goal is very difficult if the right method is not applied, because Citizenship Education is the science of basic life skills for a citizen. This study uses a qualitative research design with a descriptive method with data collection through literature study. From the results of the discussion presented, several important aspects of Civic Education learning management are needed in strengthening the implementation of the Citizenship Education curriculum in the Education unit, namely: (1) the ability to prepare Civic Education learning plans both in the formulation of objectives, determining teaching materials and subject, models and strategies learning, as well as the assessment system. (2) the ability to organize the learning process for Citizenship Education, both in organizing classes, learning activities, as well as resources and the environment for learning purposes. (3) the ability to actualize Citizenship Education learning so that a real learning process occurs by students in the process of forming values, attitudes, and behaviors. (4) the ability to develop an evaluation system as part of the process to assess the extent to which there has been a change in student attitudes and behavior.Keywords: Actualization of Learning, Real Learning, Civics Curriculum.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini berfokus pada rendahnya minat berwirausaha dalam diri mahasiswa serta faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangannya. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menganalisis bagaimana kontribusi kepribadian (Personality) dan efikasi diri (self-efficacy) terhadap niat berwirausaha baik secara langsung maupun dengan niat variabel intervening. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada metode survey dengan pemberian kuisioner kepada 40 mahaiswa sebagai respondennya dimana analisis datanya menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, dan diolah dengan SPSS 21. Adapun hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa kepribadian (Personality) berpengaruh terhadap efikasi diri (self-efficacy) yaitu Y= - 9.855 + 0.418 X1. Penelitian ini juga menjelaskan pengaruh kepribadian (Personality) dan efikasi diri (self-efficacy) berpengaruh terhadap niat berwirausaha, dimana hasilnya menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan yakni Y = 2,589 + 0,070 X1+ 0,64 X2. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menjelaskan pengaruh dari variabel intervening yakni efikasi diri dengan nilai 0,26752. Terakhir, penelitian ini juga menjelaskan uji f dan uji t dimana terdapat pengaruh yang yang positif signifikan.Kata kunci: Kepribadian, berwirausaha, covid 19. Abstrack: This research focuses on students' low interest in entrepreneurship and the factors that influence their development. This study analyzes how personality and self-efficacy affect entrepreneurial intentions, both directly and indirectly, through intervening variables. The method used is a survey method to distribute questionnaires to 40 respondents (students), data analysis using multiple regression analysis, and processed using SPSS 21. The analysis results found that personality affects self-efficacy, namely Y = - 9,855 + 0.418 X1. This study also explains the influence of personality and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions, where the results show a positive and significant influence, namely Y = 2.589 + 0.070 X1 + 0.64 X2. In addition, this study also explains the influence of the intervening variable, namely self-efficacy, with a value of 0.26752. Finally, this study also explains the f-test and t-test with a significant positive effect.Keywords: Personality, entrepeneurship, covid 19.

Abstract

Abstrak: Perilaku bermedia sosial pada masa bencana kesehatan ini menjadi berkembang. Mulai dari aspek konten media sosial, khususnya selama pandemi Covid-19 informasi dan misinformasi terus menyebar dengan mudah. Dalam penggunaan media sosial masyarakat lebih sering untuk mendapatkan informasi terkini. Meskipun banyak informasi faktual dan manfaat yang diperoleh, namun dari beberapa diantaranya tidak benar atau bahkan berbahaya. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan virtual etnografi.  Etnografi virtual bertujuan suatu keadaan fenomena dalam hal ini perilaku bermedia sosial selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa perilaku bermedia sosial sebagai upaya pencarian informasi dalam menghadapi bahaya pandemi Covid-19 merupakan perilaku adaptif sekaligus menjadi perilaku panik bagi semua orang di dunia. Kebiasaan yang dilakukan ini sejatinya memang diperluas oleh media sosial.Kata kunci: Perilaku, Media Sosial, Pandemi Covid-19. Abstract: Social media behavior during this health disaster was growing. From the aspect of social media content, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, information and misinformation continued to spread easily. People use social media more often to get the latest information. Although there was a lot of factual information and benefits, some were not true or even dangerous. This research design was qualitative with a virtual ethnographic approach. Virtual ethnography was aimed at a state of phenomena, in this case, the behavior of social media during the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the research results, it was concluded that social media behavior to find information in dealing with the dangers of the Covid-19 pandemic became adaptive and panic behavior for everyone in the world. Social media have expanded this practice.Keywords: Behavior, Social Media, Covid-19 Pandemic.

Abstract

AbstrakAbstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kultur mahasiswa terdaftar S1 Fakultas.. Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan (FITK) Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Syekh Nurjati Cirebon yang tidak begitu beragam karena dalam satu budaya dan agama yang sama, namun hidup di tengah negara Indonesia yang multikultural. Selain itu, perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat sebagai hasil dari revulusi industri 4.0 memaksa mahasiswa untuk selalu siap. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk: 1) mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa terhadap Multikulturalisme di  IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon, 2) mengetahui  persepsi dalam menghadapi Revolusi Indutri 4.0 di IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei pada mahasiswa terdaftar S1 Fakultas.. Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan (FITK) Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Syekh Nurjati Cirebon. Penentuan populasi dan sampel dilakukan dengan terbuka yakni mahasiwa angkatan 2O20/2021 diberikan angket dalam bentuk google form dan yang mengisi angket sebanyak 98, sehingga jumlah respondennya sebanyak 98 orang mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa persepsi mahasiswa terhadap Multikulturalisme di IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon memiliki pandangan yang beragam namun sebagian besar sudah sangat terbuka akan pentingnya multikulturalisme dengan mencapai 85% setuju. Walaupun mereka dalam satu lingkungan budaya dan agama yang sama namun  pemikirannya sudah sangat luas. Sementara itu, bahwa persepsi dalam menghadapi Revolusi Indutri 4.0 sebesar 78.33%, artinya bahwa dalam menghadapi kemajuan teknologi informasi mahasiswa IAIN Cirebon sudah siap dan menyambut baik, walau sekali lagi mereka hidup dan berada pada satu daerah dengan budaya yang belum begitu beragam serta lingkungan Perguruan Tinggi di bawah Kementrian Agama RI.Kata Kunci : Persepsi, Multikulturalisme dan Revolusi Industri 4.0.Abstract: This research is motivated by the culture of students enrolled in the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training (FITK) State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Sheikh Nurjati Cirebon who are not very diverse because they are in the same culture and religion, but live in the middle of a multicultural Indonesian country. In addition, the rapid development of information technology as a result of the industrial revolution 4.0 forces students to always be ready. From this background, the objectives of this study are: 1) to determine student perceptions of multiculturalism at IAIN Sheikh Nurjati Cirebon, 2) to determine perceptions in dealing with the Industrial Revolution 4.0 at IAIN Sheikh Nurjati Cirebon. The method used in this research is a survey method on registered students of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training (FITK) Syekh Nurjati State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Cirebon. The determination of the population and sample was carried out openly, namely students of the class of 2021 were given a questionnaire in the form of a google form and who filled out the questionnaire were 98, so that the number of respondents was 98 students. The results of the study concluded that students' perceptions of multiculturalism at IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon had diverse views, but most of them were very open about the importance of multiculturalism by reaching 85% agree. Even though they are in the same cultural and religious environment, their thoughts are very broad. Meanwhile, the perception of facing the Industrial Revolution 4.0 was 78.33%, meaning that in dealing with advances in information technology, IAIN Cirebon students were ready and welcoming, even though once again they lived and were in an area with a less diverse culture and higher education environment. under the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia.Keywords : Perception, Multiculturalism, Revolution Industry 4.0

Abstract

Abstrak: Permasalahan pengembangan pendidikan non formal juga dapat dihubungkan dengan beberapa isu-isu srategis lain seperti UMKM, dunia digital, budaya, dan lain sebagainya. Meskipun demikain terdapat sebuah penelitian bahwa pendekatan pendidikan non formal cukup sulit dilaksanakan. Artikel ini melihat bagaimana implementasi program Pustaka Kampung Impian, dan pengembangan Pustaka Kampung Impian yang dilukan oleh Rumah Relawan Remaja(3R). metode pentlitian ini menggunakan pendektana penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik penarikan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Temuan lapangan menunjukan setidaknya terdapat 8 kegiatan pelaksanaan pendidikan non formal dalam program Pustaka Kampung impian antara lain kelas membaca dasar, kemudia kelas membaca menengah, kelas membaca berita, kelas fotografi, kelas menjahit dan bahasa, kelas prakarya, kelas memasak makanan tradisional, maupun kelas membagun pustaka bersama. Hingga saat ini juga terdapat tujuh lokasi Pustaka Kampung Impian dengan enam relawan Guru Impian yang sedang bertugas. Selanjutnya dalam pengembangannya pendidikan non formal terdapat empat hal penting yaitu 1)Masa Orientasi Menjadikan Kemapuan Relawan Meningkat, 2) Menciptkaan Pembelajaran yang Efektif, 3)Keterlibatan Masyarakat dalam Pembangunan Pustaka Kampung Impian, 4) Tinggal Bersama Guna Ciptakan Kolaborasi Tiada Henti.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Non Formal; Pengembangan; Pelaksanaan. Abstract: The problem of developing non-formal education can also be linked to several other strategic issues such as MSMEs, the digital world, culture, and so on. However, there is a study that non-formal education approaches are quite difficult to implement. This article looks at the implementation of the Dream Village Library program, and the development of the Dream Village Library which is required by the Youth Volunteer House (3R). This research method uses a qualitative descriptive research approach with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Field findings show that there are at least 8 non-formal education implementation activities in the Dream Village Library program, including basic reading classes, then intermediate reading classes, news reading classes, photography classes, sewing and language classes, craft classes, traditional food cooking classes, and building classes. shared library. Until now, there are also seven locations of the Dream Village Library with six Dream Teacher volunteers on duty. Furthermore, in the development of non-formal education, there are four important things, namely 1) Orientation Period Makes Volunteer Skills Increase, 2) Creating Effective Learning, 3) Community Involvement in the Development of the Dream Village Library, 4) Living Together To Create Endless Collaboration.Keywords: Non-Formal Education; Development; Implementation.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang dilakukan pemimpin Pondok Pesantren As-Sururon dalam menanamkan pendidikan karakter terhadap santrinya. Pondok Pesantren As-Sururon merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan islam berbasis pesantren yang memiliki tujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan krisis moral dan karakter. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif analisis. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Data dianalisis melalui reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi/penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Pondok Pesantren As-Sururon menggunakan empat strategi dalam menanamkan pendidikan karakter, yaitu 1) Strategi Keteladanan, 2) Strategi Pembiasaan, 3) Strategi Nasihat, dan 4) Strategi Reward dan Punishment.Kata Kunci: Strategi, Pendidikan Karakter, Pondok Pesantren Abstract: This research aims to find out the strategy used by the As-Sururon Islamic Boarding School leader in instilling character education for his students. As-Sururon Islamic Boarding School is one of the pesantren-based Islamic educational institutions that has the aim of overcoming the problem of moral and character crises. This research used descriptive analysis method. Data were collected through interview, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and verification/drawing conclusions. Results of this study shows that As-Sururon Islamic Boarding School uses four strategies in instilling character education, i.e. 1) Model strategies, 2) Habituation Strategies, 3) Advice strategies, and 4) Reward and punishment strategies.Keywords: Strategy, Character Education, Islamic Boarding School

Abstract

Abstract: The Covid-19 pandemic has a significant impact on the economy, one of the most affected business scales is micro and small businesses. Regarding this potential problem, the central government issued a policy package in the form of financial incentives for various sectors of tourism, aviation and property services, as well as additional subsidies and tax cuts. The author uses a quantitative approach, where data sources are obtained by spreading questionnaires in the Central Java region. Then the results are processed using the SPSS program. Based on this, this study aims to explore how much effectiveness in terms of policy implementation and how the level of local government participation in the policy. The results showed that of the five policies for MSMEs, the provision of working capital incentives has the highest percentage index, this shows that in the short term, the provision of working capital incentives in the form of cash assistance will have a direct impact on MSME.Keywords: Governance Policy, Governance Participation, SMEs Sustainability,   Pandemic Covid-19 Abstrak: Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak signifikan terhadap perekonomian, salah satu skala usaha yang paling terdampak adalah usaha mikro dan kecil. Terkait potensi permasalahan tersebut, pemerintah pusat mengeluarkan paket kebijakan berupa insentif keuangan untuk berbagai sektor pariwisata, penerbangan dan jasa properti, serta tambahan subsidi dan pemotongan pajak. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dimana diperoleh sumber data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner di wilayah Jawa Tengah. Kemudian hasilnya diolah menggunakan program SPSS. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali seberapa besar efektivitas dalam hal implementasi kebijakan dan bagaimana tingkat partisipasi pemerintah daerah dalam kebijakan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari kelima kebijakan untuk UMKM tersebut, pemberian insentif modal kerja memiliki indeks persentase tertinggi, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam jangka pendek, pemberian insentif modal kerja berupa bantuan tunai akan berdampak langsung terhadap UMKM.Kata Kunci: Kebijakan Tata Kelola, Partisipasi Tata Kelola, Keberlanjutan UKM, Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

Abstract: The development of technology in the field of education provides opportunities in the use of android as a learning medium. Android is a device containing an operating system (open source) based on Linux which is widely used as a learning medium in the classroom to make the learning process more effective and efficient. This study aims to determine how the development of android-based learning media in the characteristics of trading company materials class XII IPS SMAN 6 Jambi City as an effort to meet the demands of the paradigm and how the level of feasibility of android-based learning media characteristics of trading company materials class XII IPS SMAN 6 Jambi City according to media experts, material experts, and students. This research was conducted at SMAN 6 Jambi City in April-May 2022. The development of android media uses the 4D (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate method. The research data was obtained using observation questionnaires to teachers in the field of economic studies as well as students, media experts and material experts. The results showed that android-based learning media material characteristics of trading companies for class XII IPS SMAN 6 Jambi City based on the assessment of media experts, material experts, teachers, and students were declared eligible or valid by obtaining a score of 119 ("very good" category) by material experts; a score of 92 (“good” category) by media experts; and a score of 116 or an average percentage of 97% (category "very good") based on student response questionnaires. From the results of this study, it is suggested that: (1) Students can use their cellphones more often for learning activities compared to other entertainment activities; (2) Teachers can use android-based learning media more often if there are limitations of learning media provided by the school; (3) Schools can further equip innovative or technology-based learning media facilities for economic learning; and (4) other researchers can test the effectiveness of this media on learning.Keywords: Android Media Development, Characteristics of Trading Companies Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis android materi karakteristik perusahaan dagang kelas XII IPS SMAN 6 Kota Jambi sebagai upaya pemenuhan tuntutan pardigma serta bagaimana tingkat kelayakan media pembelajaran berbasis android materi karakteristik perusahaan dagang kelas XII IPS SMAN 6 Kota Jambi menurut ahli media, ahli materi, dan peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMAN 6 Kota Jambi pada April-Mei 2022.  Data penelitian diperoleh dengan angket observasi terhadap guru bidang studi ekonomi serta siswa, memberikan lembar validasi kepada ahli media ahli materi  dan menyebarkan angket respon siswa. Setelah itu masing-masing data dianalisis baik secara kualitatif ataupun kuantitatif.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media android sebagai upaya pemenuhan tuntutan pardigma telah berhasil dikembangkan dengan mengadaptasi model pengembangan 4D Define (Pendefinisian), Design (Perancangan), Develop (Pengembangan) dan Disseminate (Penyebaran) menggunakan beberapa yakni; software Java Runtime Environment (JRE), Powerpoint, iSpring Suite, dan Website 2 APK Builder Pro. Untuk kelayakan media pembelajaran berbasis android materi karakteristik perusahaan dagang kelas XII IPS SMAN 6 Kota Jambi ahli media, ahli materi, guru, dan peserta didik dinyatakan layak atau valid dengan memperoleh skor 119 (kategori “sangat baik”) oleh ahli materi; skor 92 (kategori “baik”) oleh ahli media; dan skor 116 atau persentase rata-rata 97% (kategori “sangat baik”) berdasarkan angket respon peserta didik. Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan agar: (1) Peserta didik dapat lebih sering memanfaatkan handphone yang dipunyai untuk kegiatan pembelajaran dibandingkan kegiatan hiburan lainnya; (2) Guru dapat lebih sering memanfaatkan media pembelajaran berbasis android jika terjadi keterbatasan media pembelajaran yang disediakan oleh pihak sekolah; (3) Bagi sekolah dapat lebih melengkapi fasilitas media pembelajaran yang inovatif atau berbasis teknologi untuk pembelajaran ekonomi; dan (4) Bagi peneliti lain dapat menguji efektivitas media ini terhadap pembelajaran.Keywords: Pengembangan media android, karakteristik perusahaan dagang

Abstract

Abstract: This paper discusses optimizing the development of ecotourism based on local wisdom on Gili Iyang Island, Sumenep. Methodologically, the type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques of literature study (reading books, journals, magazines, newspapers, documents, and other media information that has to do with being researched). In addition, researchers also conducted observations and interviews. The results show that tourism potential has not been utilized as an opportunity to improve the welfare of the community. All aspects are still in the medium and low categories, so it can be said that they are not optimal. Therefore, environmental conservation is very important so that tourism objects on Gili Iyang can develop. In this case, the concept of tourism that is in line with the role of environmental conservation is ecotourism.Keywords: Ecotourism, Tourism, Local Wisdom, Optimization of Development Abstrak: Tulisan ini membahas tentang optimalisasi pengembangan ekowisata berbasis kearifan lokal di Pulau Gili Iyang, Sumenep. Secara metodologis, jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data studi kepustakaan (membaca buku, jurnal, majalah, surat kabar, dokumen-dokumen, serta media informasi lain yang ada hubungannya dengan yang diteliti). Selain itu, peneliti juga melakukan observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa potensi wisata belum dimanfaatkan sebagai peluang dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Semua aspek masih dalam kategori sedang dan rendah, sehingga dapat dikatakan belum maksimal. Karena itu, konservasi lingkungan sangat penting dilakukan supaya objek wisata di Gili Iyang berkembang. Dalam hal ini, konsep wisata yang selaras dengan peran konservasi lingkungan adalah ekowisata.Kata kunci: Ekowisata, Pariwisata, Kearifan Lokal, Optimalisasi Pengembangan
