Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is motivated by technological developments and globalization which directly affect the development of lifestyles and the degradation of the understanding of local wisdom in the Lebak district. Thus, the learning revolution from offline to online has become a momentum in developing and introducing Lebak local wisdom. The implementation of this research is carried out by using the Lebak Unique mobile application in social studies learning in elementary schools, which will be a reference for teachers in carrying out online learning,especially in social studies learning that adheres to the concepts of innovation, creativity, and local wisdom. This study aims to increase students' understanding and love for Lebak local wisdom by using nonequivalent control group design research methods. The results of the statistical test showed that there was a significant difference between the classes that used the application and those that did not. Through the PostHoc LSD test, it was known that the difference between the control class and the Experimental class was -10,86861 with a significance value of 0.05, so it can be concluded that the Lebak Unique application can beutilized in the environment. Education for the development of students' understanding and love of Lebak local wisdom. Keywords: Lebak Unique; Social Studies learning; Lebak Local Wisdom.

Abstract

ABSTRACTGoal of this study is to see whether offline learning by giving assignments has an impact on cognitive learning outcomes in social studies subjects. Quantitative method with one group pretest-posttest design. Seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 01 Entikong are the population of this study. the sample in this study amounted to 34 students. The instrument of this research consisted of a short description of 5 questions consisting of 2 questions c1, 2 questions c2 and 1 question c3. Data normality was tested using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov statistic test. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the Wilcoxon statistical test because the pretest and posttest data were not normally distributed. The results of the Wilcoxon statistical test showed that there was no difference in the average student learning outcomes before and after taking offline learning by giving assignmentsKeywords: Offline Learning, Learning Outcomes, Pandemic Period.

Abstract

oABSTRACTl This study aimslto produce learning media to improve the social character of elementary school students. Character values based on local wisdom from the Tanjung Bumi Batik motif were developed in the pictorial stories ebook media. This study uses a04D development model. (define, design,kdevelop, andddisseminate). The subjects ofhthis study were fourth grade students A as the experimental group and grade IV B students as the control group at SDN Tengket 2, Arosbaya District, Bangkalan Regency. The results of the study found that: 1.) the meaning and value of Batik Tanjung Bumi is in accordance with the implementation of ‘Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter’ (PPK) contained in Permendikbud number 20 of 2018, namely honest, hard work, peace-loving, disciplined, independent, and religious characters. 2.) pictorial stories ebook media is declared very feasible to use based on the results of material validation of 91.43% and media validation of 100%. 3.) the practicality of the comic book media was obtained by observation with a score of 92% for individual trials, 87.5% for small group trials, and 88% for field tests with very good categories. 4.) the results of the test of the effectiveness of the pictorial stories ebook media were obtained from the pretest and posttest in the experimental group and control group with a P-value (0.000) <0.05 and the difference in the N-gain score is 0.27, which indicates that the N-gain score of the experimental group is higher than the N-gain score of the control group. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the developed pictorial stories ebook media can improve the social character of the fourth grade students of SDN Tengket 2 effectively.Keywords: pictorial stories ebook media, social character education, local wisdom, Batik Tanjung Bumi

Abstract

             This study aims to find out how the level of student self-efficacy, student achievement, and find out how much influence self-efficacy of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Sumber Cirebon Regency has. Self-efficacy is the belief in one's ability to organize and carry out activities that are expected to achieve the goals that have been set. Learning achievement is the result of a learning system within a certain period of time which is recognized in values in the form of numbers and letters. The better the student's self-efficacy, the better the student's learning achievement, and vice versa. This research is a quantitative research. This exploratory configuration uses two sets of factors, namely variable X (self-efficacy) and variable Y (Learning Achievement). The research population was all students of class VIII at SMP Negeri 2 Sumber Cirebon, totaling 246 students who were selected by random sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the self-efficacy level of students 69.18% is included in the fairly good category, (2) the student achievement level is 79.21% is included in the good category, (3) sig. 0.000, on the grounds that 0.000 <0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted that there is an effect of self-efficacy on learning achievement, (4) the coefficient of determination (R2) 0.524 indicates that the level of commitment of the autonomous variable is 52.4%. This shows that 52.4% of learning achievement is influenced by self-efficacy, while 47.6% is influenced by different elements. Key Words: Learning Achievement, Self-Efficacy

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of using digital media affective therapy on self-control, self-esteem, and self-efficacy on academic procrastination by students when carrying out their final project or thesis in the era of pandemic COVID-19. This research is an experimental study using a quasi-experimental design. The research population is all active students in the Faculty of UAD IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon who are currently compiling scientific papers in the form of final projects and thesis with a total of 320 students. The sample in this study was taken by simple random sampling, namely two classes which were divided into an experimental group of 160 students and a control group of 160 students. The results showed that students who were carrying out their final project and thesis assisted by the use of digital media affective therapy were proven to have a partially significant effect on self-control (0.000), self-esteem (0.000), and self-efficacy (0.032). from the results of hypothesis testing conducted with the Mann Whitney test with a significant level of 5% on academic procrastination in the era pandemic covid-19. Keywords: digital media affective therapy; self-control; self-esteem; self-efficacy; academic procrastination

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe increasing number of positive cases of Covid-19 has an impact on many things, one of which is the future of children. Children are invisible victims. Thousands of Indonesian children have lost their families to this virus. This reminds us of the importance of Covid-19 prevention measures in the family environment, so that family members have awareness and apply clean and healthy living behaviors. So it requires the direct involvement of a father, as the head of the family. The method used in this study is the library method, which refers to various literature related to strengthening the role of fathers in preventing Covid-19 in the family environment. Abstract

Abstrak: Kehidupan sosial di era revolusi industri 4.0 terus mengalami perubahan yang semakin cepat, kompetitif, dan semakin kompleks. Kecepatan perubahan tersebut mengakibatkan lahirnya spesialisasi pendidikan yang berlebihan sehingga pendidikan cenderung melunturkan esensinya sebagai wahana dalam pembentukan jati diri manusia. Untuk mengantisipasi dampak yang lebih buruk pada pembentukan diri manusia dalam arus globalisasi yang semakin cepat, prinsip dan konsep general education di sistem pendidikan menjadi suatu keharusan. Berdasarkan latarbelakang masalah tersebut, tujuan tulisan ini adalah untuk mendefinisikan general education secara generik. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis konsep dengan desain analisis generik untuk mengidentifikasi makna esensial dari general education. Hasil dari tulisan ini adalah kejelasan konsep dari general education yang berupaya memadukan antara pendidikan umum dan spesialisasi dengan pendekatan inter dan multi disiplin. Konsep-konsep dari general education memiliki visi misi yang sama dengan konsep merdeka belajar sehingga hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan rujukan sebagai penguatan kebijakan merdeka belajar.Kata Kunci: General Education, Revolusi Industri 4.0, Spesialisasi, Merdeka Belajar Abstract: Social life in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 continues to experience changes that are increasingly fast, competitive, and increasingly complex. The speed of these changes resulted in the birth of excessive specialization of education so that education tends to fade its essence as a vehicle in the formation of human identity. To anticipate a worse impact on the formation of human beings in the increasingly rapid flow of globalization, the principles and concepts of general education in the education system are a must. Based on the background of the problem, the purpose of this paper is to define general education generically. This research method uses concept analysis method with generic analysis design to identify the essential meaning of general education. The result of this paper is the clarity of the concept of general education which seeks to combine general education and specialization with inter and multi-disciplinary approaches. The concepts of general education have the same vision and mission as the concept of independent learning so that the results of this study can be used as a reference as a strengthening of the independent learning policy.Keywords: General Education, Industrial Revolution 4.0, Specialization, Free Learning

Abstract

Abstrak: Artikel ini membahas tentang pola interaksi guru dan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di SMPN 15 Malang. Implementasi pembelajaran jarak jauh mata pelajaran IPS dilakukan secara sinkronus dan asinkronus dengan beragam aplikasi penunjang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menjelaskan pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh di SMPN 15 Malang dan mendeskripsikan pola interaksi  beserta gambaran pelaksanaan interaksi edukatif saat pembelajaran jarak jauh di SMPN 15 Malang. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan melalui beberapa teknik pengumpulan data diantaranya observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan daring sinkronus dilaksanakan dengan cara tatap maya secara langsung menggunakan aplikasi gabungan Google Meet dan Zoom dengan pemberian tugas melalui aplikasi Quipper School.Penggunaan aplikasi Quipper School juga ditujukan untuk pelaksanaan daring asinkronus dengan kegiatan berupa pemberian tugas membaca dan mengerjakan soal secara terstruktur.Dalam proses pembelajaran jarak jauh ini tetap mengakomodir interaksi guru dengan peserta didik. Pola interaksi yang terjadi ada dua pola ialah interaksi satu arah dan dua arah antar guru dengan peserta didik. Pada pelaksanaannya ternyata ditemukan beberapa kelemahan interaksi dalam proses pembelajaran, diantaranya: tidak ada diskusi antar peserta didik selama belajar sinkronus karena keterbatasan aplikasi yang digunakan dan waktu pembelajaran terlalu singkat sehingga tidak memungkinkan aktifitas diskusi antar peserta didik. Kata Kunci: IPS, Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh, Pola Interaksi  Abstract: This article discusses the interaction patterns of teachers and students in distance learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMPN 15 Malang. The implementation of distance learning for social studies subjects is carried out synchronously and asynchronously with various supporting applications. The purpose of this study is to explain the implementation of distance learning at SMPN 15 Malang and describe the pattern of interaction along with a description of the implementation of educative interactions during distance learning at SMPN 15 Malang. The approach used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach, through several data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the synchronous online implementation was carried out in a virtual face-to-face manner using a combined application of Google Meet and Zoom by giving assignments through the Quipper School application. In this distance learning process, it still accommodates teacher-student interactions. There are two patterns of interaction, namely one-way and two-way interactions between teachers and students. In its implementation, it turned out that several interactions were found in the learning process, including: there was no discussion between students during synchronous learning because of the limitations of the application used and the learning time was too short so that it did not allow discussion activities between students.Keywords: Distance Learning, Interaction Pattern, Social Science

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini di dasari oleh dua masalah pokok yakni berkembangnya teknologi literasi digital dan pemanfaatannya serta kontribusi kepemimpinan daerah dalam menyediakan komponen teknis dan non teknis dalam bidang pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengungkapkan gambaran yang sesungguhnya tentang kontribusi kepemimpinan dalam mewujudkan literasi digital bidang pendidikan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa; Pertama, Literasi Digital menjadi instrumen baru dalam memajukan masyarakat melalui pendidikan sebagai kunci dalam pembangunan indeks manusia. Kedua, Kepemimpinan daerah memiiki kewajiban untuk menyediakan fasilitas literasi digital baik aspek teknis maupun non teknis agar masyarakat pendidikan dapat menggunakan dengan murah, mudah, cepat, efektif, efisen dan berkelanjutan Ketiga, Kepemimpinan daerah diwajibkan mengalokasikan anggaran pendidikan sebesar 20 persen untuk mendukung penyediaan dan pengembangan fasilitas teknis maupun non teknis pendidikan.Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan, Literasi, Digital, Pendidikan Abstract: This research is based on two main problems, namely the development of digital literacy technology and its use as well as the contribution of regional leadership in providing technical and non-technical components in the field of education. The method used to reveal the true picture of the contribution of leadership in realizing digital literacy in education is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The results of the study concluded that; First, Digital Literacy is a new instrument in advancing society through education as the key in building the human index. Second, regional leadership has an obligation to provide digital literacy facilities, both technical and non-technical aspects so that the educational community can use it cheaply, easily, quickly, effectively, efficiently and sustainably. Third, regional leadership is required to allocate an education budget of 20 percent to support the provision and development technical and non-technical educational facilities.Keywords: Leadership, Literacy, Digital, Education

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan mengenai peran LKP Topi Bambu Foundation Tangerang dalam melestarikan budaya menganyam topi bambu melalui pendidikan kewirausahaan, yakni suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Tangerang yang menghasilkan suatu kerajinan bambu untuk meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi masyarakat. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan datanya menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang dilakukan dengan instrumen wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa latar belakang lahirnya LKP Topi Bambu Foundation Tangerang adalah sebagai wadah untuk memberikan solusi bagi para perajin dalam melestarikan budaya menganyam topi bambu. Selain itu, dalam merealisasikan perannya dalam bidang wirausaha, LKP Topi Bambu Foundation Tangerang memberikan berbagai pendidikan kepada para perajin yang ada di Kabupaten Tangerang, mengenai kerajinan topi bambu. Hal ini dapat membantu para perajin untuk terus menganyam topi bambu berdasarkan permintaan pasar. Diharapkan LKP Topi Bambu Foundation Tangerang terus mendapat dukungan dari berbagai pihak, salah satunya adalah Pemerintah Kabupaten Tangerang dengan membantu memasarkan kerajinan topi bambu secara kontinu agar dapat meningkatkan omzet pendapatan para perajin dalam wirausaha ini, sehingga topi bambu bisa lebih digandrungi oleh masyarakat luas.Kata Kunci: Topi Bambu, melstarikan budaya, pendidikan kewirausahaan Abstract: This study aims to explain the role of LKP Topi Bambu Foundation Tangerang in the culture of weaving bamboo hats through entrepreneurship education, which is an activity carried out by the people of Tangerang which produces a bamboo craft to increase people's economic income. The researcher used an qualitative approach with data collection techniques using purposive sampling techniques which were carried out with interview, observation, and documentation instruments. This research reveals that the background of the birth of LKP Topi Bambu Foundation Tangerang is as a forum to provide solutions for craftsmen in the culture of weaving bamboo hats. In addition, in utilizing it in the field of entrepreneurship, LKP Topi Bambu Foundation Tangerang provides various educations to craftsmen in Tangerang Regency regarding bamboo hat crafts. This can help the craftsmen to continue weaving bamboo hats based on market demand. Hopefully LKP Bambu Foundation Tangerang will continue to receive support from various parties, one of which is the Tangerang Regency Government by helping to develop bamboo handicrafts continuously in order to increase the income turnover of the craftsmen in this entrepreneurship, so that bamboo hats can be more loved by the wider community.Keywords: Bamboo Hat, preserving culture, entrepreneurship education
