Abstract

AbstractThe implementation of sport extracurricular activities in some elementary schools located in the working area ofKulonprogo Regency has not been properly managed. This study intends to determine the management system ofsport extracurricular activities in SD / MI / equal (elementary school) in the working area of Kulonprogo Regency,Yogyakarta in 2015. This research was qualitative-quantitative descriptive research. The method used in this researchwas by survey method with instrument and data collection technique using open questionnaire. The research subjectswere all teachers of PJOK (Physical Education) in elementary school in the working area of Kulonprogo Regency,Yogyakarta in 2015 who was studying undergraduate bachelor degree (S1 PKS PJKR) in UNY. The data analysistechnique in this research was done by using qualitative-quantitative descriptive statistical analysis technique withpercentage. The result of the research shows that from 50 PJOK teachers from 50 elementary schools in KulonprogoRegency, Yogyakarta, in details, 48 teachers in school (96%) of schools have implemented the management anddevelopment of sport extracurricular activities well and only 2 (4%) Schools that have not.AbstrakPelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler olahraga di beberapa sekolah dasar yang berada di wilayah kerja KabupatenKulonprogo belum dikelola dengan tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem pengelolaan kegiatanekstrakurikuler olahraga di SD/MI/sederajat di wilayah kerja Kabupaten Kulonprogo, Yogyakarta pada tahun 2015.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif-kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahmetode survei dengan instrumen dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket terbuka. Subjek dalam penelitianini adalah seluruh guru PJOK SD/MI/sederajat di wilayah kerja Kabupaten Kulonprogo, Yogyakarta pada tahun 2015yang sedang menempuh studi sarjana (S1 PKS PJKR) di UNY. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakanteknik analisis statistik deskriptif kualitatif-kuantitatif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari50 orang guru PJOK dari 50 sekolah SD/MI/sederajat di wilayah kerja Kabuupaten Kulonprogo, Yogyakarta secararinci ada 48 (96%) sekolah telah melaksanakan pengelolaan dan pengembangan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler olahragadengan baik dan hanya 2 (4%) sekolah saja yang belum.Kata kunci: Pengelolaan, Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Olahraga, SD/MI/sederajat.

Abstract

AbstractThe study was aimed at finding out the influence of circuit training on the ancreasing of the physical health of the male students, specifically those in SD N Caturtunggal 3, Depok, Sleman. The design used in the study was the One Group Pretest Posttest Design. The subject of the study was 17 mele fourth and fifth grader of SD N Caturtunggal 3. The data were obtained trough a test which used aphysical health test based on TKJI as the instrument. The validity of the test was 0.960 and the reability valuewas 0.720. The technique used to analyze data was t-test analysis trough aprerequisite test on normality and homogeneity. The result of the hypothetical testing using t-test was -7.236. t value at asignificant degree a ( 0.000 0.05 ), so that there was a significant difference between the data before and after the experiment. The average increase was clear because the increase value was 2.94, from 10.88 up to 13.82, or as many as 27.02%. Therefore the hypitesis is acceptabel, or it can be concluded that circuit training had on influence on the increasing of the physical health of the male fourth and fifth grades of SD N Caturtunggal 3 Academic Year 2009/2010.Keywords: Circuit Training, Physical Fitness, StudentAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan sirkuit pada tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa putra, khususnya di SD N, Caturtunggal 3 Depok, Sleman. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah One Group Pre-test Post-test Desaign. Subyek penelitian adalah 17 siswa kelas IV dan V SD N Caturtunggal 3. Data diperoleh melalui tes yang digunakan Tes Kesegaran Jasmani Indonesia (TKJI) sebagai instrumen. Nilai validitas tes adalah 0,960 dan reabilitas 0,720. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah t-test analisis melalui persyaratan uji normalitas dan homogenitas. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan t-test adalah -7,236. Nilai-t pada tingkat signifikansi a (0,000 0,05), sehingga ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara data sebelum dan sesudah percobaan. Kenaikan rata-rata adalah adalah 2,94, dari 10,88 sampai13,82, atau sebanyak 27,02%. Oleh karena itu, hipotesis adalah diterima atau dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan sirkuit berpengaruh pada peningkatan tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa putra kelas empat SD N Caturtunggal 3 Tahun Akademik 2009/2010.Kata kunci: Latihan Sirkuti, Kesegaran Jasmani, Siswa SD,

Abstract

Badminton game socialization is very needed on elementary school age childrenbecause it is suitable with condition of elementary school age children posture. One ofthose adjustments is a tool of game used is relatively light in accordance with muscularcapacity of elementary school children. To improve children’s independency in orderthat is expected, it needs to give an interesting extrinsic motivation to do badmintonactivity.In presenting game material, it is better to adjust with skill of students so that it stillneeds to add movements enrichment (multi lateral skill) that function to completemovement memories in their brain screen. If this movement memory is taken out atany time, it is useful for children to ease learning new movements and to do addedmovement in rescuing themselves from possibility injured. In order that children donot bored fastly, presentation method uses playing approach. Therefore in foreplay itis chosen playing activity that can increase temperature of body to prepare physicaland psychological condition before running heavier activities.Types of introduction through games lead to badminton activity are, for example, byshot ball, and head throwing by shuttlecock. Although badminton has been competedon early age, the important thing through this game competition is students can addexperiences to recognize their environment more, look playing-schedule, prepare eatand drink time, prepare clothes, shoes and choose transportation means in order notcoming late. Besides that, they can learn accepting defeat, conceding strength of otherpeople and gaining social-interaction experiences not given at school. The materialpresented consists of many varieties of foreplay, running variation, individual gymnastics, in pair gymnastics, games, kinds of raket-handling, overhead stroke posture,lob, dropshot and smash stroke also foot-movement doing.Keywords: Badminton, Early Age, Socialization

Abstract

Abstract The study in this paper is an attempt to provide understanding and confidence on all sides that the development of positive self-concept that can be done through a program of physical education a meaningful learning. This paper will try to discuss about the role of games in order to target self-concept development through physical education learning. Target games are one game in TGfU classification that has different traits and characteristics with other forms of classification are themselves only with the ability that will determine the outcome. The hope is the development of positive self concept through target games in the physical education learning provided a useful provision for learners. Abstract

AbstractBasketball sports achievements in SMAN 1 Depok local level has been good, yet at the national level has not beenencouraging, must be influenced by several factors. This study aims to determine the factors supporting extracurricularachievement in high school basketball N 1 Depok. This research is a descriptive study. The method used was asurvey, using data collected with a questionnaire. Subjects in this study were students who take extracurricularbasketball at SMAN 1 Depok, amounting to 25 students. Data analysis using descriptive percentages.The resultsshowed that the factors that support extracurricular achievement in high school basketball N 1 Depok by endogenousfactors of athletes indicator with a percentage of 89.00% in the category of very high physical and percentage of82.1% is categorized as very high. While exogenous factors of indicators a coach with a percentage of 87.95% iscategorized as very high, infrastructure 91.33% percentage categorized as very high, amounting to 86.53% thepercentage of organizations categorized as very high, by 88 percentage competition, 71% categorized as very high,and the percentage of 87.00% families categorized as very high. It can be concluded that the factors that supportthe achievement of extracurricular basketball SMAN 1 Depok by endogenous factors of 85.74% in the category ofvery high and amounted to 87.95 % of exogenous factors categorized as very high.Keywords: contributing factors, extracurricular basketball, SMAN 1 DepokAbstrakPrestasi olahraga bolabasket di SMA N 1 Depok ditingkat daerah sudah baik,namun di tingkat nasional belummenggembirakan, tentunya dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktorpendukung pencapaian prestasi ektrakurikuler bolabasket SMA N 1 Depok. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitiandeskriptif. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei, dengan teknik pengumpulan data.(Instrumen) menggunakan angket.Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa (putra dan putri) yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler bolabasket di SMA N 1Depok yang berjumlah 25 siswa. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwafaktor-faktor yang mendukung pencapaian prestasi ekstrakurikuler bolabasket SMA N 1 Depok berdasarkanfaktor endogen dariindikator atlet dengan persentase sebesar 89,00% masuk kategori sangat tinggi dan fisikpersentase sebesar 82,11% masuk kategori sangat tinggi. Sedangkan dari faktor eksogen dari indikator pelatih denganpersentase sebesar 87,95% masuk kategori sangat tinggi, sarana dan prasarana persentase sebesar 91,33% masukkategori sangat tinggi, organisasi persentase sebesar 86,53% masuk kategori sangat tinggi, kompetisi persentasesebesar 88,71% masuk kategori sangat tinggi, dan keluarga persentase sebesar 87,00% masuk kategori sangattinggi. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor yang mendukung pencapaian prestasi ekstrakurikulerbolabasket SMA N 1 Depok berdasarkan faktor endogen sebesar 85,74% masuk kategori sangat tinggi dan faktoreksogen sebesar 87,95% masuk kategori sangat tinggi.Kata kunci: faktor pendukung, ekstrakurikuler bolabasket, SMAN 1 Depok

Abstract

As a social being (homo socius), man have to interact with the surroundingenvironment. Man existence only worth when his or her existence give positive impacton how his or her social community interact and lead into a mutual life, in the otherwords a human being will positively interact with surrounding if that being have apositive social behaviour as well.A man social behaviour does not automatically emerge by itself, it has to be developedand nourish since childhood especially in the stage on elementary school. At thislevel, children start to interact with environment beside his or her own family. One ofthe best ways to develop it is through playing sport activity like soccer.Soccer games contain positive values such as teamwork, respect each other, sportive,tolerance, discipline, and iron will. These values will effect on the kid social behaviour.Which give the child positive effect on the future when interacting with the social environment.Kata Kunci: Sepakbola, Sikap Sosial, Anak Usia Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

Among the spreading of shopping centers bring amenity for amount of people; not aside from Physical Education teacher who interested for a business. Someones shopping activity in fulfilling daily need, reading news, listening radio, television, transport service and also private vehicle for transportation fluency; all those represent activity of business for the existence of service provider and consumer side. Some needs of that human being represented business field to others so that the interaction of various needs will create business fields, not aside from sport business, for example founding sport shop, training, organizing a game, or sport activities and also serve the needs of athletes such as clothes, food and also calorie-contained beverage. Sport businesses in Indonesia are in partial existed, but such condition still needs the stakeholder touch in order to obtain more maximal result. In National Seminar of Sportsmanship Industry, it have been told some business chances to public that sport-related company, included home industry (e.g. shuttlecock, sport t-shirt, medal graver, self-defense uniform, glove softball, event organizer, etc.) which have expanded themselves so that necessary to snuggle up to be Sport Industry. The Law of National Sportsmanship System has given chances for every citizen to plunge in sport business world, not aside from Physical Education teacher. Consider their involvements, Physical Education teacher with their activity quite a lot related to sport; of course they understand so much the needs of sport perpetrators which represent potential business field for. In starting or developing sport business, Physical Education teacher needs certain tricks, such as: (1) have strong willingness to try by stocked of never give up spirit as well as learning desire, (2) the run-business is easy reached in ability, management, and monetary source, and also that activity have to pleasant, (3) seeing market potency and society needs and also majoring customer satisfaction, (4) in attracting the customer purchasing ability, its necessary using cost leadership strategy, and (5) for managed-company survival, its using forwards, rear, and horizontal integration strategies. Abstract

Dewasa ini kesadaran akan pentingnya pertumbuhan dan perkembanganmenyeluruh semakin tinggi. Terbukti banyak sekali bermunculan disiplin ilmuyang mengkhususkan bidang kajian pada masalah perkembangan anak sejakdini. Umumnya kajian terfokus kepada perkembangan fisik dan psikologis. Sehingga tidakmengherankan banyak bermunculan buku-buku yang membahas tentang perkembangananak usia dini. Demikian pula buku yang ditulis oleh pakar sekaligus guru pendidikanjasmani, Joanne Landy, B.Ed. Keith Burridge, M.Ed., B.Ed. ini, yang berjudul asli “50 SimpleThings you can do to Raise a Child who is Physically Fit”, di mana buku ini menggambarkansecara sederhana aktivitas jasmani yang bisa dilakukan orang tua dan anak.Buku dengan tebal 159 halaman ini, terbit pertama di Indonesia tahun 2002 dan terdiridari 2 (dua) bagian/bab. Bagian pertama terdiri dari 3 sub-bagian dan bagian kedua terdiridari 50 sub-bagian yang berisi contoh ringkas dan sederhana dari aktivitas jasmani anak.Pada bagian pertama, penulis memaparkan tentang arti pentingnya kebugaran bagi anak.Sedangkan bagian kedua menampilkan berbagai macam aktivitas koordinasi-manajementubuh dengan menyertakan 50 macam aktivitas jasmani anak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cakupan dan kualitas instrumen ujian formatif mata pelajaran Penjasorkes dilihat dari aspek kognitif dan psikomotor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Ada 2 jenis instrumen digunakan, yakni soal essay dan soal ujian praktik. Kualitas soal essay dan soal unjuk kerja dilihat dari validitas isi dengan menggunakan formula Aiken, hasil estimasi reliabilitasnya menggunakan koefesien  Alpha dan Cronbach  ICC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 12 sekolah, 9 sekolah memiliki instrumen lengkap, yakni kompetensi kognitif dan psikomotor. Selanjutnya, dapat dijelaskan sebagai berikut: (1) ada 2 sekolah tidak memiliki soal essay, karena mengutamakan praktik. (2) ada 1 sekolah tidak memiliki soal praktik, karena tidak memiliki lapangan. Karakteristik soal ujian formatif mata pelajaran Penjasorkes, yaitu: (1) soal essay 9 sekolah memiliki indeks Aiken tergolong baik, dan soal 1 sekolah memiliki indeks  Aiken tidak baik; (2) soal essay memiliki tingkat kesukaran sedang dengan reliabilitas tidak memenuhi syarat; (3) soal praktik 11 sekolah memiliki indeks Aiken tergolong baik dengan reliabilitas 9 sekolah tidak memenuhi syarat, dan reliabilitas 2 sekolah memenuhi syarat.Kata Kunci: instrumen, ujian formatif, deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Ananalysis of Formative Test Instruments for Subjects of Physical Education and Health Among Junior High School  AbstractThis study aims to determine the scope and quality test instruments for Subjects of Physical Education and Health seen formative subjects of cognitive and psychomotor aspects. This research is descriptive. There are 2 types of instruments are used, the essay and exam practice. Quality of essay questions and problems of performance seen from the content validity by the formula Aiken, reliability estimation results of coefficient Alpha and ICC. The result showed from 12 schools, 9 school has a complete instrument, namely the cognitive and psychomotor competency. Furthermore, it can be described as follows: (1) there are two schools which do not have the essay, because the two schools prioritize learning practice. (2) there is one school which has no practical matter, because the school does not have a field facility, because it does not have a field. Characteristics exam for Subjects of Physical Education and Health formative subjects, namely: (1) essay 9 school has an index of Aiken classified is good, and about 1 school has an index of Aiken is not good; (2) The essay has a moderate level of difficulty with reliability ineligible; (3) about the practices of 11 schools have relatively good index of Aiken with reliability 9 schools were not eligible, and the reliability of two schools qualify.

Abstract

The aims of this research and development was to produce a learning software in the form of Compact Disc (CD) for a course namely school health education. This interactive CD was expected to be used for dealing with the limitation of learning resources and to help students in understanding the course materials, improving apreciation, motivation, and independencies. This research is research and development. The method employed in this research was descriptive procedural by which the development of the product follows the supposed procedures to produce a product. There were three basic steps that should be taken by the developer; they were problem conceptualization, product making, and product trial. The population of this research was students at semester 3 Physical Education, Health, and Recreation Program of Study at UNY taking School Health Education Class. This research employed descriptive statistics in analyzing the data. The final result of this research was an interactive CD that could be used for teaching and learning in School Health Education class. The contents developed in the CD were (1) youth health reproduction, (2) healthy environment, (3) healthy lifestyle and the effects of smoking, drinking, and abusing drug, (4) healthy eating behavior and balanced menu concept.
