Abstract

Abstract This study aim to determine: 1) level of compliance with the contents of the curriculum are contained in a textbookhigh school PE, 2) feasibility level textbook presenting the high school PE. This research is a descriptive study usinga quantitative content analysis techniques. Data collected in the study deskrtiptif the form of words and images. Datasources such as text books PE class X senior high school. The result of this is that the content on the feasibility ofboth these textbooks are evaluated from the material compliance with SK and KD, recency materials, conformitywith the life of the child, the sensitivity to the values of Physical education and material support in both categoriesonce, but on the sub-components the accuracy of the material seen in the book A with persenatse book B 88.9%and the percentage of 87.03% is still in excellent category. While the presentation of the feasibility components seenin comparison tebel two books on the sub-component materials such as presentation techniques, presentation oflearning materials, and completeness of the presentation on a book with a percentage of 86.63%, while the percentageof book B with 82.55% and can be categorized either. Conclusions of research: 1) the suitability of the content oftextbooks is in conformity with the Physical education curriculum contained in the Physical education textbooks. 2)the feasibility of a textbook presentation Penjasorkes categorized worth the textbook Physical Education Sport andHealth. Advisable for the teacher to check the books especially textbooks Penjasorkes before using Penjasorkestextbooks. Authors and publishers should make the book more interesting and the material pitch up to date on thesubject of Physical Education Sport and Health. Keywords: content analysis and presentation, non Electronic School Book of physical education textbook, physicaleducation lessonAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) tingkat kesesuaian isi dengan kurikulum yang terdapat dalam bukuteks Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan SMA, 2) tingkat kelayakan penyajian dalam buku teks PendidikanJasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan SMA. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakanteknik analisis isi (content analysis). Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian deskrtiptif yaitu berupa kata-katadan gambar. Sumber data berupa buku teks Penjasorkes kelas X SMA. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa tingkatkelayakan isi pada kedua buku teks tersebut yang ditinjau dari kesesuaian materi dengan SK dan KD, kemutakhiranmateri, kesesuaian dengan kehidupan anak, kepekaan terhadap nilai-nilai Penjasorkes dan materi yang mendukungpada kategori baik sekali, tetapi pada sub komponen keakuratan materi terlihat pada buku A (karangan Drs. AgusMukholid, M.Pd.) dengan persentase 88.9% dan buku B (Muhajir) dengan persentase 87.03% masih pada kategoribaik sekali. Sedangkan komponen kelayakan penyajian terlihat pada tebel perbandingan kedua buku tersebutpada sub komponen seperti teknik penyajian materi, penyajian materi pembelajaran, dan kelengkapan penyajianpada buku A dengan persentase 86.63%, sedangkan buku B dengan persentase 82.55% dan dapat dikategorikanbaik. Simpulan penelitian: 1) kesesuaian isi buku teks penjasorkes sudah sesuai dengan kurikulum yang terdapatdalam buku teks Penjasorkes. 2) kelayakan penyajian buku teks penjasorkes dikategorikan layak dalam buku teksPendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan. Disarankan bagi guru untuk melakukan pengecekan terhadap buku tekskhususnya buku penjasorkes sebelum menggunakan buku teks penjasorkes. Penulis dan penerbit hendaknya lebihmembuat buku yang menarik dan materi kekinian tentang pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan. Abstract

AbstractThis study is concerned about determining the increase of learning basic motionsof shot put through such an approachas playing with the fifth graders of SD Negeri 1 Demangsari Ayah Kebumen. This is class action researchconsisting ofthree cycles, in which the subjects were 12 students of the fifth graders of SD Negeri 1 Demangsari Ayah Kebumen.The object of the research is the improvement of learning basic motionsof shot put which is measured thriugh thestudents’ learning seriousness (interest, motivation and participation) and the performance of the students. Theinstrument employed in this research was a classroom observation, questionnaires, and tests that measured theirperformance of the basic motions of shot put. The results show that through such an approach as playingstudents’basic-motions learning of shot put, which is measured through their seriousness of learning (interest, motivation andparticipation) and the performance of the basic motions of shot put of the fifth graders of SDN 1 Demangsari AyahKebumen can actually be enhanced. Based on the data of the test results of basic-motion performance of shot puton the first cycle, the average score of their performance is 69.18: students who completed their study were 41.67%and the students who did not were 58.33%. On the second cycle, the average score of their performance is 72.57:students who completed their study were 75% and students who did not were 25%. On the third cycle, the averagescore of the students’ performance is 77.00, and all of them completed their study or 100% of them get the scoreabove the fixed minimum completeness of criteria: that is 70.Keywords: learning improvement, basic motion of shot put, playing approachAbstrakPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan masih rendahnya kualitas pembelajaran pendidikan jasmaniterutama dalam materi tolak peluru pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Demasngsari, Ayah, Kabupaten Kebumen.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan pembelajaran gerak dasar tolak peluru dengan pendekatanbermain siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Demangsari Ayah Kebumen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelasyang terdiri atas 3 siklus, setiap siklus 1 kali pertemuan, setiap pertemuan 70 menit. Subjek penelitian adalah siswakelas V SD Negeri 1 Demangsari Ayah Kebumen, yang berjumlah 12 siswa. Objek penelitian adalah peningkatanpembelajaran gerak dasar tolak peluru yang diukur dengan kesungguhan belajar siswa (minat, motivasi dan partisipasi)dan unjuk kerja siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah observasi kelas, angket, dan tes unjuk kerja gerak dasartolak peluru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui pendekatan bermain dapat meningkatkan pembelajarangerak dasar tolak peluru, diukur dengan kesungguhan belajar (minat, motivasi dan partisipasi) dan unjuk kerjaketerampilan gerak dasar tolak peluru siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Demangsari Ayah Kebumen. Berdasarkan datahasil tes unjuk kerja keterampilan gerak dasar tolak peluru pada siklus pertama, rata-rata nilai unjuk kerja siswamencapai 69,18, siswa yang tuntas belajar 41,67% dan siswa yang belum tuntas 58,33%. Pada siklus kedua,rata-rata nilai unjuk kerja siswa mencapai 72,57, siswa yang tuntas belajar 75% dan siswa yang belum tuntas25%. Pada siklus ketiga, rata-rata nilai unjuk kerja siswa mencapai 77,00, semua siswa tuntas belajar atau 100%di atas nilai kriteria ketuntasan minimal yang ditetapkan yaitu 70. Abstract

AbstractMotor skill is a crucial element to be concerned since early childhood because it supports the children to pass throughtheir development tasks and helps the children in doing their daily activity. Children who have a high-level of motorskills tend to be more confidence and have more self-esteem when engaging with their friends. In contrast, childrenwho have a low-level of motor skills tend to have less confidence and self-esteem. This group of children could beexcluded when playing sport games because their friends assume that their involvement could disadvantage theteam. This situation could produce psychological effects to the children. Therefore, children should get supportsto develop their motor skills by doing many kinds of physical activities and sports. In addition, we need to considerabout the appropriate amounts and methods when giving children forms of physical activity. This article will describeabout proper physical activity guidelines for children, along with its benefit and type. This article also describes howto set the intensity for children in doing physical activity and how to promote physical activity for children, especiallyin the school setting. The objective is to provide knowledge to the community about the appropriate method of givingphysical activity for the children. The term of children cover 5 – 11 years old range.Keywords: guideline, physical activity, childrenAbstrakKeterampilan motorik adalah elemen yang krusial untuk diperhatikan sejak usia dini karena keterampilan tersebut akanmendukung anak dalam melewati tugas-tugas perkembangannya dan membantu anak dalam melakukan aktivitassehari-hari. Anak yang memiliki level tinggi keterampilan motorik cenderung lebih percaya diri dan memiliki harga dirilebih tinggi ketika bergaul dengan teman sebayanya. Secara kontras, anak yang memiliki level rendah keterampilanmotorik cenderung memiliki rasa percaya diri dan harga diri yang rendah. Kelompok anak berketerampilan motorikrendah ini dapat dihindari menjadi teman satu tim ketika bermain karena diasumsikan bahwa keterlibatan merekadalam permainan akan merugikan tim. Situasi ini dapat menimbulkan efek psikologis buruk bagi anak. Oleh karena itu,anak harus mendapat dukungan dalam mengembangkan keterampilan motoriknya dengan melakukan berbagai jenisaktivitas jasmani dan olahraga. Hal yang harus diperhatikan adalah dosis dan metode yang tepat dalam memberikananak bentuk-bentuk aktivitas jasmani. Artikel ini akan mendeskripsikan panduan aktivitas jasmani untuk anak, besertadengan keuntungan dan tipe-tipenya. Selain itu juga memberikan informasi mengenai cara menentukan intensitasanak dalam beraktivitas jasmani dan bagaimana cara mempromosikan aktivitas jasmani bagi anak, terutama dalamsetting sekolah. Tujuannya yaitu untuk menyediakan pengetahuan bagi masyarakat mengenai cara yang tepat dalammemberikan aktivitas jasmani untuk anak. Abstract

AbstractThe competence of a teacher is very important in education, especially in primary education. Since the right field ofcompetence is in accordance with the teacher’s quality, it will provide and produce the finest quality of the students.The data collection techniques were using a survey method. The results of this study illustrate the pedagogicalcompetence of the teacher is at 50.1% of teachers who are already qualified, while 40.9% of teachers have notachievethe pedagogical competence yet, personal competence shows that 95.5% of the teachers are competentand 4.5% of teachers have not been competent yet. Professional competence of the teachers shows that 46.6%are competent, and 53.4% of the teachers have not achieve the professional competence yet, social competenceshows that 65.92% of the teachers are competent, but there are 34.02% of the teachers who have not been able tomaster social competence. From these results, it can be concluded that Physical Education teachersfor elementaryschools in the town of Bengkulu have not mastered the entire competence as the educator.Keywords: Competence, Physical Education Teacher.AbstrakKompetensi seorang guru sangat penting dalam pendidikan, terutama pada pendidikan dasar. Karena dengankompetensi yang sesuai dengan bidangnya seorang guru akan memberikan dan menghasilkan anak didik yangberkualitas. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Hasilpenelitian ini menggambarkan kompetensi pedagogi ada 50,1% guru yang sudah berkompeten sedangkan 40,9%guru belum memiliki kompetensi pedagogi , kompetensi kepribadian telah menunjukkan 95,5% guru berkompetendan 4,5% guru belum berkompeten. Kompetensi profesional menunjukkan 46,6% guru berkompeten, dan 53,4% gurubelum memiliki kompetensi profesional, kompetensi sosial menunjukkan bahwa 65,92% guru telah berkompeten, akantetapi masih ada 34,02% guru yang belum mampu menguasai kompetensi sosial. Dari hasil ini dapat disimpulkanbahwa guru pendididkan jasmani sekolah dasar di kota Bengkulu belum menguasai seluruh kompetensi sebagaiseorang pendidik.Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Guru Penjaskes.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to know the differences of teaching style, abilities of crawl style, and flexibility on theswimming style of butterfly. The factorial design of the method is 2 x 2 x 2 and with Tuckey test. The results of thisresearch is: 1) There is a difference between inclusion and reciprocal teaching style, 2) There is an interaction betweenteaching style, ability of crawl style and flexibility, 3) There is a difference between teaching style and reciprocalinclusion for students who have a high freestyle swimming skills and high flexibility, 4 ) There is a difference betweenteaching style and reciprocal inclusion for students who have low swimming ability of crawl style and high flexibility,5) There is a difference between teaching style and reciprocal inclusion for students who have a good swimmingability of crawl style and low flexibility,6) There are no differences between inclusion and reciprocal teaching stylefor students who have a good swimming ability of crawl style and low flexibility.Keywords: Teaching style, Crawl style, Flexibility, Swimming style of butterflyAbstrakTujuan penelitian adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang perbedaan gaya mengajar, keterampilan renang gayabebas dan kelentukan terhadap keterampilan renang gaya kupu-kupu. Metode eksperimen dengan desain Faktorial2 x 2 x 2 dan uji lanjut dengan uji tuckey. Hasil penelitian; 1) Terdapat perbedaan antara gaya mengajar inklusidan resiprokal, 2) Terdapat interaksi antara gaya mengajar, keterampilan renang gaya bebas dan kelentukan, 3)Terdapat perbedaan antara gaya mengajar inklusi dan resiprokal bagi mahasiswa yang memiliki keterampilan renanggaya bebas tinggi dan kelentukan tinggi, 4) Terdapat perbedaan antara gaya mengajar inklusi dan resiprokal bagimahasiswa yang memiliki keterampilan renang gaya bebas rendah dan kelentukan tinggi, 5) Terdapat perbedaanantara gaya mengajar inklusi dan resiprokal bagi mahasiswa yang memiliki keterampilan renang gaya bebas tinggidan kelentukan rendah, 6) Tidak terdapat perbedaan antara gaya mengajar inklusi dan resiprokal bagi mahasiswayang memiliki keterampilan renang gaya bebas rendah dan kelentukan rendah. Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the extent of achievement of competency standards PPL PPKHB sports and healtheducation UNY students in 2011. This study is expected to be used as PPKHB sports and health education PPLstudent evaluations. For relevant agencies such as the Faculty of Sport in particular study program Physical Education,Health and Recreation may be used as consideration to improve the quality of its students in order to have adequateprovision to be professional educators. This study is a quantitative descriptive study using survey method of datacollection instruments such as questionnaires. The population in this study was student PPL PPKHB sports and healtheducation UNY 2011 in SD Magelang regency. The subjects in this study were 90 students PPKHB sports and healtheducation the PPL in SD Magelang regency. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire or a questionnairehas been prepared by Joko Tri Kristiyanto, by having a reliability coefficient of 0.922 and a questionnaire has beendeclared invalid. Analysis using descriptive analysis set forth in the form of a percentage. The results showed thatthe level of student achievement of competency standards PPL sports and health education UNY PPKHB Programin 2011 in Magelang District elementary sufficient in the category. More detailed level of student achievement ofcompetency standards PPKHB sports and health education can be described as follows: 12 students (13.3 %) incategory, 65 students (72.2 %) in enough categories, and 13 students (14.5 %) in the category of less. From theresults of these studies are the most prominent competence Pedagogic competence as many as 12 students (13.3%). It can be concluded that the level of student achievement of competency standards PPL PPKHB sports andhealth education UNY 2011 in SD Magelang District has sufficient competence.Keywords: Evaluation, Standards of Competence, PPL, PPKHB Program.

Abstract

Lately the character the young generation of Indonesian is at the level of worrying There are many bad behaviourdone by young people such as juvenile deliquency, drugs, and some uncivililized actions such as corruption, nepotism,tribe conflics. Those are indicated that the moral decadencies happened in all aspects of life. In a wider context,if we cannot improve the condition, this bad behaviours will lead the disintegration of Indonesia as a united nationand united country. This proves the character building of Indonesian shoud have the first priority in developing thecountry especially in the national education system in Indonesia. The good characters of students will influencestudents performannce in learning and its result. The base character of the students are good in spiritual, patriotism,discipline, responsibility, wide point of view, optimism, deep spiritual view, and deep nationalism. Those charactersmust be internalized into every individiual through education in schools and colleges. Physical education as oneof subject at school has strategic role in internalizing the good characters. This can be done through the activity ofgiving advices, simulation and discussion, example in real practice trough games and teaching learning activities.The most effective technique is example. The Indonesian’s proverb says that one example is more effective thanthousands of advices. Trough games and sport activities, teacher can internalize the good characters into student’spersonalities as well as fun.Keywords: Character Building, Students, Physical Education.

Abstract

Kurikulum 2013 mengamanatkan pendekatan saintifik untuk mewujudkan cita-cita pendidikan nasional, 5M (Mengamati, Mencoba, Menalar, Menanya, Mengkomunikasikan). Melalui hal itu maka dalam penerapan pembelajaranya harus bisa mengamalkan 5M untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan pendekatan saintifik sudah berjalan dengan baik. Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan pendekatan saintifik di SMP N 1 Kembaran untuk mengetahui jalannya penerapan pendekatan saintifik melalui fokus pembelajaran yaitu materi teknik dasar passing sepakbola pada mata pelajaran PJOK kelas VIII. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Keabsahan data dilakukan melalui metode trianggulasi. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Penerapan pendekatan saintifik sudah berjalan baik dalam pembelajaran penjas materi teknik dasar passing sepakbola kelas VIII. 2) Penerapan pendekatan saintifik sudah baik dan sudah membuahkan hasil namun belum bisa dikatakan sempurna karena harus menyesuaikan kondisi siswa.  3) Keberhasilan penerapan pendekatan saintifik secara sempurna dipengaruhi oleh kondisi siswa. Dari hasil diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan saintifik sudah baik dilakasanakan oleh guru dan sekolah serta sudah membuahkan hasil yang diinginkan namun belum bisa dikatakan sempurna karena masih harus disesuaikan dengan kondisi siswa.Kata Kunci: Pendekatan Saintifik, Pendidikan Jasmani, Passing, Sepakbola. Application of Scientific Approach to Physical Education Learning Basic Technical Material for Football PassingAbstractThe 2013 curriculum mandates a scientific approach to realizing the ideals of national education, 5M (Observing, Trying, Reasoning, Asking, Communicating). Through this, the application of the learner must be able to practice 5M to find out whether the application of the scientific approach is going well. This study analyzes the application of the scientific approach in SMP N 1 Kembaran to find out the way the application of the scientific approach through the focus of learning is the basic material of passing football in PJOK VIII subjects. This research is a qualitative research, the sampling technique used in this study uses purposive sampling. The validity of the data is done through the triangulation method. The analysis used in this study is the Miles and Huberman model. The results of this study are: 1) The application of the scientific approach has been going well in the learning of Physical Education basic techniques for passing grade VIII football. 2) The application of a scientific approach is good and has produced results but can not be said to be perfect because they have to adjust the conditions of students. 3) The successful application of the scientific approach is perfectly influenced by the condition of the students. From the results above it can be concluded that the application of the scientific approach has been carried out by both the teacher and the school and has produced the desired results but cannot be said to be perfect because it still has to be adjusted to the conditions of the students.Keywords: Scientific Approach, Physical Education, Passing, Football.

Abstract

This research aims to know the descriptions of the primary school basic skill development activity model inPengasih district, Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta. Documents analysis methods was used to reveal the data neededincludes in-depth analysis to the teaching-learning documents (lesson plans) from activities will be discussed.The main instrument of this research was the researcher assisted with the documentation guidelines. The resultsshowed that the trend of activities prepared by the teachers had certain similarities in terms of motor activity,namely: basic locomotor, non-locomotor and manipulative.Keywords: basic motion development activity, primary schoolAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran model aktivitas pengembangan keterampilan gerakdasar di sekolah dasar Se-Kecamatan Pengasih Kulonprogo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisisdokumen. Analisis dokumen merupakan kajian atas sejumlah RPP dari aktivitas yang akan dibahas. Unitanalisis dalam penelitian adalah dokumen-dokumen tertulis tentang RPP Pembelajaran aktivitas gerak dasardalam pembelajaran Penjas di SD. Instrumen utama penelitian ini ada peneliti sendiri dibantu dengan panduandokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwakecenderungan aktivitas yang disusun oleh para guru mempunyai kesamaan dalam hal tertentu seperti aktivitasgerak dasar lokomotor, non lokomotor dan manipulatif.Kata Kunci: Aktivitas pengembangan gerak dasar, Sekolah dasar

Abstract

Comprehending sport as a science and also profession needs a clear mapping. Sport can become a concept of science, but can also be regarded as a conceptof a profession. As a science, sport can be contended as a science applying sport asits medium of education. But it also can be stated as an educational science which isin its educational process it uses sport as a means.As a profession, sport is a work which traditionally relates to the extensive, importanteducation: academic education, and also a high standard of behavior. Sport will beregarded as a profession as long as it pays some attention to conditions above.From the scientific standpoint, a sport or a study of sport is still “multidisciplinary”, butlater it becomes “cross-disciplinary”. Meantime, sport education as a discipline impliesa meaning that the sport education owns some natures of a “cross-disciplinary” science.Keyword: Sport, Science, Profession
