Abstract

Pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani (Penjas) di sekolah padahakikatnya bertujuan untuk membantu pertumbuhan dan perkembanganpeserta didik melalui aktivitas jasmani atau gerak olahraga. Ketercapaiantujuan pembelajaran sangat ditentukan oleh beberapa unsur antara lain:guru, siswa, sarana dan prasarana, media, tujuan, materi, metode,lingkungan, dan evaluasi.Guru merupakan faktor penentu utama dalam keberhasilan pembelajaran yaitupembelajaran yang aman, lancar, tertib, dan bermanfaat. Kegiatan ini dilakukandengan manajemen yang baik, sesuai dengan materi dan tujuan pembelajaran.Manajemen pendidikan jasmani meliputi dua kegiatan yaitu manajemen saranadan prasarana serta manajemen siswa. Manajemen sarana dan prasarana meliputikegiatan penyiapan alat, perkakas dan fasilitas sebelum pembelajaran dimulai,saat pembelajaran, dan setelah selesai pembelajaran. Manajemen siswa meliputipembuatan formasi siswa dan pemantauan kepada seluruh siswa.Agar kemampuan guru meningkat perlu diadakan kegiatan yang menujupeningkatan yaitu dengan pendidikan prajabatan maupun pendidikan dalam jabatan.Pendidikan prajabatan dilakukan melalui studi di Perguruan Tinggi sebelum menjadiguru penjas, sedangkan pendidikan dalam jabatan dilakukan dengan menambahkemampuan melalui studi sambil mengajar, misalnya penyetaraan dari D3 ke S1.Kegiatan peningkatan kemampuan para guru pendidikan jasmani yang lain dapatdilakukan melalui kegiatan di KKG, MGMP, IHT, dan lain-lain.Kata kunci: peningkatan kemampuan, guru pendidikan jasmani, manajemen

Abstract

AbstractThe study aims to improve the learning outcome of Long Jump Hanging Technique through the game approach among the students of SMAN (State High School) 1 Yogyakarta.This is a classroom action research, consisting of two cycles. The subjects of the research were 25 students of class XI IPS in SMAN 1 Yogyakarta. The research was conducted in the even semester of the 2009-2010 school year, starting from November up to December 2009, in SMAN 1 Yogyakarta. The data collection techniques were: (1) class observation on students’ learning in Long Jump Hanging Technique, (2) the achievement tests of Long Jump Hanging Technique, (3) class observation on teacher, (4) observation on class situation, (5) test on knowledge.The results of the study indicated that the game approach could improve the learning outcome of Long Jump Hanging Technique among the students of Class XI IPS in SMAN 1 Yogyakarta. Based on the achievement test of the first cycle, the average was 73.4. It increased compared to the achievement test before the treatment, 70.4. In the second cycle, the average of the students’ marks was 78.8, which increased compared to that of the first cycle. In the second cycle, 100% of the students reached 75, which is the minimum mastery criterion of Long Jump Hanging Technique in Penjasorkes subject in SMAN 1 Yogyakarta.Keywords: long-jump, learning game approachAbstrakPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPS SMAN 1 Yogyakarta berjumlah 25 siswa. Penelitian berlangsung dari bulan Nopember sampai Desember 2010, pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2009-2010. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) obsevasi hasil belajar keterampilan lompat jauh gaya menggantung, (2) tes hasil prestasi lompat jauh gaya menggantung, (3) observasi kelas terhadap guru, (4) observasi terhadap situasi kelas, (5) tes pengetahuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan permainan dapat meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran lompat jauh gaya menggantung pada siswa kelas X1 IPS SMAN 1 Yogyakarta. Berdasarkan data hasil tes pada siklus I rata-rata nilai siswa 73,4 meningkat dibandingkan sebelum diberikan tindakan yaitu 70,4. Pada siklus kedua rata-rata nilai siswa meningkat menjadi 78,8. Pada siklus kedua 100 % siswa dapat mencapai KKM (Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal) yaitu 75 untuk nilai keterampilan lompat jauh gaya menggantung Penjasorkes di SMAN 1 Yogyakarta.Kata kunci: lompat jauh, pembelajaran pendekatan permainan

Abstract

Curriculum of 2004 that is called a Competence-based Curriculum demandsfor all subject lessons to apply a learning approach which is capable to strive for thedevelopment of student’s ability in managing the learning acquirements (competency)that is in appropriate with each condition. Thereby, the learning process will be moreconcerned about how students learn than what they learn. Curriculum of 2004 placesstudents as educated subjects, that is, involves students in the course of learning moreoften. This approach is derived from an assumption that students possess potencies tothink by themselves, and those potencies can only be realized as long as they aregiven a lot of opportunity to think by themselves.Contextual approach (Contextual Teaching and Learning/ CTL) is a concept of learning,assistive to teachers in correlating between matters that they teach and situations ofthe real world of students, and in pushing students to make a relation for knowledgethey already have with its applications in their life as members of family and society, byentangling six principal components of effective learning, that are: Constructivism,Questioning, Inquiring, Learning Community, Modeling, and Authentic Assessment. AStudy of physical education using contextual approach is expected to assist in reachingtargets of physical education. Physical move experiences obtained by students areexpected, not because of following the example of or imitating teachers, but becauseof students find their own move patterns through teachers’ guidance/ facility.Keyword: Curriculum, Contextual Approach, Physical Education

Abstract

The movement skill development is the core of physical education programin elementary school. Teacher must take serious amount of attention to the developmentof the basic movement skill. This skill consists of locomotor basic move, non-locomotorand manipulation.The run and jump basic movement skills are included at the locomotors basicmovement skill. Through playing games, the development of these skills at elementaryschool can be achieved. Because kids always having their “moment of live” whenplaying games. Games also give benefit on several aspects such as physical,psychomotor, cognitive, and affective aspects.The development models can and must be adjusted along with the growth anddevelopment of the child, in order to achieve the result we wanted.Kata Kunci: Perkembangan, Gerak Dasar Lari dan Lompat, Bermain, Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

Abstract. PJKR 2002 curriculum was made with goals to prepare teachers with capability ofacademic and professional in physical education that can integrate teaching education,education science, physical science, learning science, and have personality andprofessional skill to bring education and teaching process. Ditjen Dikti has four competencecomponents as the requirement for physical education teacher: (1) Mastering subject matter,(2) Understanding of the students, (3) Mastering good educational learning process, and(4) Development of personality and professionalism. Competence aspects of no.1,2 and 3has been well accommodate in 2002 curriculum. However, the competence aspects no.4which is development of personality and professionalism has not been accommodate (in away that it is taught in related subject matter to accomplish it). However, this aspects needspecial attention due to 10 competence of its breakdown is an important base to contributeto personal development. Several activities can be done are: optimizing certain subjectmatter teaching process, to integrate the competence achievement to certain subject matter,intensive partnership with lecturer from outside POR major, have conditions of certainphysical condition, etc. There are many homework to do but there are a priority to beestablish.Keyword: teacher, physical education, competence, professional.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out activities has been implemented by MGMPPenjaskes (Physical and Health Education) of Junior High School at Sleman regency,Special District of Yogyakarta, in performing general functions and to identify its advantagewhose obtained by the teachers and MGMP. This research was implemented by usingqualitative approach where the main data collecting technique was interview andcomplemented with documentation and observation. The research subjects were teacherswhich being in board of MGMP Penjaskes of JHS at Sleman Regency whom consisted ofChief I, Secretary I and II. Triangulation held by interviewing physical education teacherswhich take MGMP’s activities actively. Research results indicate that MGMP Penjaskes ofJHS at Sleman Regency has implemented 5 from 6 general functions. The functions ofplanning, implementing, evaluating, and reporting the results of MGMP activities and alsothe drawing of its follow up are functions they performed occasionally. This research canalso identify the advantage which is obtained by teachers and MGMP in their arrangedactivities. Other findings are the supervisors whom has monitored MGMP Penjaskes activitieshas hardly physical education background, coordination functions hasn’t done by MGMP atProvince level, and the boards of MGMP, especially Chief I, are getting a hell bored. Accordingto this findings it could be said that the management in MGMP is very damned poor, man.Keywords: MGMP, MGMP Function, Penjaskes (Physical and Health Education).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa baiknya materi pembelajaran bola basket yang berorientasi HOTS (High Order Thinking Skill) di SMA. Jenis penelitian merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru PJOK di SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Magelang yang berjumlah 20 guru, yang kemudian diambil 10 guru secara purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah rubrik penilaian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif yang disajikan dalam bentuk persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa materi pembelajaran bola basket berorientasi HOTS di SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Magelang berada pada kategori “sangat kurang” sebesar 0,00% (0 sekolah), “kurang” sebesar 0,00% (0 sekolah), “cukup” sebesar 30,00% (3 sekolah), “baik” sebesar 70,00% (7 sekolah), dan “sangat baik” sebesar 0,00% (0 sekolah). Berdasarkan nilai rata-rata, yaitu 65,60, dalam kategori “baik”. Analysis of the development of basketball learning material oriented high order thinking skills in high school Abstract This study aims to analyse how well basketball-learning materials are oriented to HOTS (Higher Level Thinking Skills) in public high schools in Magelang. This type of research is a descriptive study with a survey method. The population in this study was PJOK teachers in state high schools in Magelang Regency who supported 20 teachers. The purposive sampling was used to meet 10 teachers approval. The instrument used is the Change rubric. Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive analysis presented in the form of a percentage. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of research and discussion can be known about the analysis of basketball learning materials oriented to HOTS (Higher Level Thinking Skills) in state high schools in Magelang Regency depending on the category of "very less" by 0,00% (0 schools), "less" by 0,00% (0 schools), "enough" by 30,00% (3 schools), "Good" at 70.00% (7 schools), and "very good" at 0.00% (0 schools). Based on the average value, which is 65.60, in the "good" category.

Abstract

Tulisan ini berawal dari kenyataan bahwa pembelajaran pendidikan disekolah dasar mempunyai banyak kendala-kendala. Pendidikan jasmani masihdianggap mata pelajaran yang kurang penting dibandingkan dengan mata pelajaranlainnya. Pendidikan jasmani di sekolah dasar mempunyai alokasi jam pelajaranyang masih kurang. Pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani masih cenderungmembosankan dan lebih mengarah pada penguasaan keterampilan. Di sisi lainpembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar secara umum kurang memperhatikan pertumbuhandan perkembangan siswa. Sehingga pembelajaran di sekolah lebih cenderung kurangmenyenangkan dan tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan anak sehingga diperlukan sebuahpembelajaran dengan pendekatan yang melibatkan semua aspek siswa.Pembelajaran terpadu merupakan sebuah wacana yang sudah diimplikasikanbeberapa tahun ini. Keberadaan pembelajaran terpadu memberikan angin segar padakerangka berpikir para guru sekolah dasar dalam inovasi pembelajarannya. Pendidikanjasmani sebagai salah satu mata pelajaran di sekolah dasar dapat menggunakanpembelajaran terpadu sebagai jalan mengurangi berbagai kekurangan dalampembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Pembelajaran terpadu pendidikan jasmani dapatberupa perpaduan dua atau lebih materi-materi yang ada dalam pendidikan jasmani,yang direalisasikan dalam suatu pembelajaran. Pembelajaran terpadu pendidikanjasmani dalam pendidikan jasmani dapat juga berupa perpaduan dua atau lebihmateri-materi pendidikan jasmani dengan materi-materi mata pelajaran yang lain,seperti: Matematika, Bahasa Indonesia, Pendidikan Agama, Sains, PengetahuanSosial, dan Kerajinan Tangan dan Kesenian. Pembelajaran terpadu didasarkan padakurikulum berbasis kompetesi tahun 2004, baik dari segi standar kompetensinya,indikatornya, maupun, hasil belajarnya.Pembelajaran terpadu merupakan inovasi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengankurikulum berbasis kompetensi tahun 2004. pembelajaran terpadu melibatkanpengembangan semua aspek siswa sehingga sejalan dengan tujuan pendidikannasional yaitu manusia utuh. Pembelajaran terpadu pendidikan jasmani memberikansuatu pemecahan berbagai masalah yang timbul selama ini mengenai pembelajaranpendidikan jasmani di sekolah dasar.Kata kunci : Pembelajaran, Terpadu, Pendidikan Jasmani.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profesionalisme gurupendidikan jasmani SMU N DIY lulusan prodi PJKR FIK UNY, ditinjau dari statusguru, pengalaman mengajar, dan jumlah jam mengajar setiap minggunya.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di daerah istimewa yogyakarta, dengan subyekpenelitian guru pendidikan jasmani SMU Negeri yang berjumlah 38 orang.Pengumpulan data dengan dua cara : (1) melalui obsevasi pada saat prosesbelajar mengajar, (2) menggunakan angket. Analisis data yang digunakan adalahanalisis deskriptif dan chi-Kuadrat dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05.Hasil penelitian adalah : guru pendidikan jasmanni SMU N DIY 66,33 % telahmelaksanakan kegiatan dengan baik, dengan demikian profesionalisme gurupendidikan jasmani SMU N DIY dapat dikategorikan cukup. Tidak terdapatperbedaan yang signifikan : (1) antara guru pendidikan jasmani yang berstatussebagai guru tetap maupun guru yang tidak tetap, (2) antara guru pendidikanjasmani yang mempunyai pengalaman mengajar sampai 5 tahun dan di atas 5tahun, (3) antara guru pendidikan jasmani yang mengajar sampai 18 jam setiapminggu dengan yang mengajar diatas 18 jam setiap minggu.Kata kunci : proseionalisme, guru pendidikan jasmani

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) untuk menghasilkan model aktivitas jasmani berbasis alam sekitar untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan naturalis siswa Sekolah Dasar dan (2) mengetahui efektivitas model yang dikembangkan. Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah yang meliputi: (1) pengumpulan informasi di lapangan, (2) melakukan analisis terhadap informasi yang telah dikumpulkan, (3) pengembangan produk awal (draf model), (4) validasi ahli dan revisi, (5) uji coba lapangan skala kecil dan revisi, (6) uji coba skala besar dan revisi, dan (7) pembuatan produk final. Uji coba skala kecil dilakukan terhadap siswa kelas 2 dari SD Jomblangan Banguntapan Bantul yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Uji coba skala besar dilakukan terhadap siswa kelas 1 SD Wiyoro banguntapan Bantul yang berjumlah 30 siswa dan siswa kelas 3 SD Banguntapan Bantul yang berjumlah 31 siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui: (1) wawancara, (2) observasi model, dan (3) observasi keefektifan model. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu berupa model pembelajaran yang didokumentasikan dalam bentuk VCD dan dilengkapi dalam dengan buku panduan. Model aktivitas jasmani berbasis alam sekitar berisikan empat model permainan, yaitu: (1) tanggap gempa, (2) jelajah alam, (3) pilah sampah, dan (4) meniru hewan. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian dari para ahli, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa model aktivitas jasmani berbasis alam sekitar layak dan efektif digunakan untuk pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di SD kelas bawah. Model of physical activities based on the surrounding nature to improve students’ naturalistic intelligence AbstractThis study aimed to: (1) produce a model of physical activities based on the surrounding nature to improve elementary school students’ naturalistic intelligence and (2) find out the effectiveness of the developed model. This research and development performed by steps that include: (1) collection of information in the field, (2) an analysis of the collected information, (3) preliminary product (model draft) development, (4) expert validation and revision, (5) a small-scale field tryout and revision, (6) a large-scale tryout and revision, and (7) final product making. The small-scale tryout involved Grade 2 students of SD Jomblangan, Banguntapan, Bantul, with a total of 32 students. The large-scale tryout involved Grade 1 students of SD Wiyoro, Banguntapan, Bantul, with a total of 30 students and Grade 3 students of SD Banguntapan, Bantul, with a total of 31 students. The data were collected throught: (1) an interview, (2) a model observation, and (3) a model effectiveness observation. The data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results of the study are a learning the model that is documented in the form of VCD with a guidebook. The model of physical activities based on the surrounding nature consists of four models of games, namely: (1) responsiveness to earthquake, (2) exploration of nature, (3) garbage sorting, and (4) animal imitating. Based on the assessment by the experts, it can be concluded that the model of physical activities based on the surrounding nature is appropriate to be used for the physical education learning at the lower grades of the elementary school.
