Abstract

The Instruction of physical education is closely associated with the motiondevelopment as continuum changes in the motion behavior along human life that arehappened through interactions between characteristics of the task of motion, individualbiological factors, and the local environmental conditions.A study of the human motion development is often seen from various categories leading to imbalances of the developmental process, that is at the domains (cognitive, affective, psychomotor), or the interrelation of behavioral-age (under five-year-old, child,adolescent, adult, middle age, old), or from a biological view, in the environment andperspective of the task of motion. The concept of the motion development itself is learned through three ways that are: longitudinal, cross-sectional and mixed-longitudinalstudy. The stages of the motion development can be classified into various means thatare: age chronology (biological age, morphological age, age of skeleton’s growth, toothage, sexual age, emotional age, mental age, age of self-conception, and perceptual age).Teachers of the physical education are required to instill the concept of motion to allstudents and not to forget the important factor “move as an important characteristic oflife”. The appliance of the physical education at school or in informal condition shouldbe able to lead all students to master their own skills in maintaining and improving theirmotion ability. To a further implication, the application of the conventions of the motiondevelopment into the instruction of the physical education needs a clear distinctionbetween the Elementary School, Junior High School, and Senior High School. Thatdistinction is good at the target orientation, material, and its process of learning.Keywords: Motion development and physical education

Abstract

Abstrak Kinerja guru pendidikan jasmani harus didorong oleh kekuatan etos kerja yang dimilikinya. Etos kerja merupakan suatu sikap mental berisikan sistem nilai yang menyangkut persepsi individu dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya yang harus selalu dipahami para guru pendidikan jasmani. Pekerjaan guru sudah disejajarkan dengan jenis pekerjaan lain yang sudah terlebih dahulu dianggap sebagai pekerjaan profesional. Oleh karena itu, para guru pendidikan jasmani perlu memiliki etos kerja profesional yang merupakan seperangkat perilaku kerja positif yang berakar pada kesadaran yang kental, keyakinan yang fundamental, disertai komitmen yang total pada paradigma kerja yang integral. Guru pendidikan jasmani adalah seseorang yang mempunyai kompetensi profesional, pedagogik, sosial, dan kepribadian dalam bidang pendidikan jasmani. Peningkatan etos kerja guru pendidikan jasmani dilakukan melalui berbagai cara seperti penilaian dengan instrumen kinerja guru dan pengontrolan berbagai faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi etos kerja guru pendidikan jasmani oleh kepala sekolah yang merupakan atasan langsung guru pendidikan jasmani tersebut. Kata kunci: etos kerja, guru, pendidikan jasmani, sekolah dasar.

Abstract

AbstrackThis research aims to determine understandding of Class B 2009 Health Physical Education and Recreation studentstoward Net Game This research is descriptive quantitative. The method used in this research is a survey method.The population in this research were all students in Prodi PJKR FIK Yogyakarta State University class B 2010, allthe population were sampled so this research is population research. The instrument used was a test. The test usedwasa test of understanding the net game. Data collection technique using a question nairegiven to PJKR class B2009 students. The results showed that the understanding of Class B 2009 Health Physical Education and Recreationstudents toward Net Gamein good category, with the level of achievementby 78, 93%.Based onthe factors, can besummarized as follows: (1) students’ understanding of volley ball game in good category was 80, 19%. (2) students’understanding of badminton game in good category was 74, 32%.Key Words: understanding, Net Game.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pemahaman mahasiswa Pendidikan Jasmani Kesehatan dan Rekreasi KelasAngkatan 2009 Terhadap Permainan Net (pada poin ini basis latar belakang dituliskan). Penelitian ini merupakanpenelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Populasi dalampenelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Prodi PJKR FIK UNY angkatan 2010 Kelas B, semua populasi dijadikansampel sehingga penelitian ini adalah penelitian populasi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes. Tes yangdipergunakan adalah tes pemahaman permainan net. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman mahasiswaPendidikan Jasmani Kesehatan dan Rekreasi Kelas B Angkatan 2009 Terhadap Permainan Net kategori baik,dengan tingkat pencapaian sebesar 78, 93 %. Berdasarkan faktor-faktornya, dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut:(1) pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap permainan bolavoli dalam kategori baik sebesar 80, 19 %. (2) pemahamanmahasiswa terhadap permainan bulutangkis dalam kategori baik sebesar 74, 32%. Kata Kunci: Pemahaman, Permainan Net

Abstract

Education is a connector of two sides, one individual side is being growing and on the other hand, social value, intellectual, and moral becoming educator responsibility to push the individual. Individual was grew from the day of born and always grows, this development is causality. But, there is normative component, also because educator claims value, this value is functioning of norm as indicator in identifying what obliged, enabled, and prohibited. So, education is the relation of normative between individuals and value. Education is effort of consciousness and planned to realize situation of teaching and learning process that educative participant actively develops self potency to have the power of religious spiritual, self control, personality, intelligence, glory behavior, and skill required by himself, community, nation, and state. One of our educational problems is the teaching and learning process which still weakly. In teaching and learning process, child is unable to be pushed to develop thinking ability. This reality applies to all subjects, therefore is studied about instructional model especially about innovation of physical education to be continued in Classroom Action Research (CAR). Abstract

AbstractThe problems faced by the physical education teachers in teaching rooted in a different perception between thecomponents executing in the implementation of the curriculum and teaching physical education teachers sometimesdo not pay attention to the teaching style that is appropriate to the topic or material will be provided. The learningprocess of physical education in schools should refer to the applicable curriculum, the material that is taught at everylevel of education must be thoroughly selected and adapted to the stage of development and growth of children.This paper will try to analyze the teaching style that could be developed in 2013 curriculum. The Divergent teachingstyle is a form of problem solving in teaching. Stimuli given in divergent teaching styles can guide learners to findsolutions or answers individually.Key words: Analyze, divergent teaching style, 2013 curriculum.AbstrakPermasalahan dihadapi oleh guru pendidikan jasmani dalam pembelajaran bersumber pada persepsi yangberbeda diantara komponen-komponen pelaksana dalam implementasi kurikulum dan kadang guru pendidikanjasmani mengajar dengan tidak memperhatikan gaya dalam mengajarnya yang sesuai dengan topik atau materiyang akan diberikan. Proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di sekolah harus mengacu pada kurikulum yangberlaku, materi yang diajarkan pada setiap jenjang pendidikan harus benar-benar dipilih dan disesuaikan dengantahap perkembangan dan pertumbuhan anak. Tulisan ini akan mencoba menganalisis gaya mengajar yang bisadikembangkan dalam kurikulum 2013. Gaya mengajar divergen merupakan suatu bentuk pemecahan masalah dalammengajar. Rangsangan-rangsangan yang diberikan dalam gaya mengajar divergen dapat membimbing peserta didikuntuk mencari pemecahan atau jawaban secara individual.Kata Kunci: analisis, gaya mengajar divergen, kurikulum 2013

Abstract

The aim of this article is to give better understanding about mini volleybal game. This game can be played with a little or a lot of players in the elementary school. The distinguished of this game is on the existing regulations. The mini volley ball games for the elementary school do not use the standart rules, but the rules are simple. Enjoyment of the players becoming priority to achieve. The physical and mental aim conducted through the game and its suitable for elementary student to played. Abstract

Every child is born with creative potential, but this potential may be stifled if care is not takento nurture and stimulate creativity. Creativity is the ability to see things in a new and unusuallight, to see problems that no one else may even realize exist, and then come up with new,unusual, and effective solutions to these problems. Children like to try out different ways,experiment with different materials, and see what they can do creatively. Finding differentways to exspressing themselves physically satisfies the urge for creative action. But it mustbe their ways, their ides, and their accomplishment.Physical education gives childrenopportunity for exploratory and creative activity. Children need an opportunity to tray outtheir own ideas, solve some of their own movement problems and bring forth movement oftheir own origin. Teachers need to take advantage of this drive by providing opportunity forthe child to come up with his own movement ideas.Key words: creativity, physical education

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dengan tiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah Siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 5 Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 32 Siswa. Sumber data berasal dari guru, siswa, dokumen dan peneliti. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan observasi, wawancara dan tes. Validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber data. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Prosedur penelitian adalah model spiral yang saling berkaitan. Dari hasil analisis, terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan pada prasiklus ke siklus I dan dari siklus I ke siklus II. Pada Prasiklus hasil belajarKebugaran Jasmani menggantung peserta didik kategori cukup 25,8%, kurang 64,5% dan sangat kurang 9,7%. Dalam Prasiklus jumlah peserta didik yang tuntas adalah 8peserta didik. Sedangkan padaSiklus I hasil peningkatan kebugaran jasmani peserta didik pada kategori baik sebesar 22,5%, cukup 32,2%, kurang 42% dan kurang sekali 3,2%. Dalam Siklus I jumlah peserta didik yang tuntas adalah 17peserta didik. Dan pada siklus II hasil peningkatan kebugaran jasmani menggantung peserta didik pada kategori sangat baik sebesar 6,4%, baik 35,5%, cukup 38,7% dan kurang 19,4%. Dalam Siklus II jumlah peserta didik yang tuntas adalah 25peserta didik. Peningkatan terjadi pada siklus I. Hasil peningkatan kebugaran jasmani meningkat walaupun belum optimal. Pelaksanaan siklus II menyebabkan hasil belajar kebugaran jasmani meningkat menjadi lebih baik. Lebih banyak siswa yang memenuhi standar ketuntasan. Selain itu tercipta proses pembelajaran yang lebih aktif, efektif, efisien, dan menyenangkan sehingga bisa mendukung suatu proses pembelajaran yang berkualitas. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah dengan penerapan alat bantu mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar lompat jauh gaya menggantung siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 5 Yogyakarta tahun ajaran 2017/2018.

Abstract

The need for physical fitness for each individual is different. This difference is usually influenced by the job type of each individual. For post secondary students, physical fitness is important to support learning, attending classes, or doing other activities. That is why every student is expected to have a good fitness in order to support their learning related activities. An individual has a good physical fitness if he or she meets good level according to certain parameter. One of the parameter is Asian Committee on the Standardization of Physical Fitness Test (A.C.S.P.F.T.) for university students which include seven type of test. The results showed that the fitness status of students at D II Elementary School Teacher Education were mostly fitness (98,12%), and only small number of them are not physically fitness (1,88%). In details, their physical fitness could be categorized as follow: very good (26,42%), good (45,28%), medium (26,42%), and low (1,88%). When this description was characterized by gender, the categorization would be as follow: male students were very good (26,19%), good (48,81%), medium (23,81%), and low (1,19%). While female students were very good (27,27%), good (31,82%), medium (36,36%), and low (4,55%). Most of the students body mass index were normal (83,02%) and only a small number of the students were not normal (16,98%). In more details, the body mass index were fat (6,60%), normal (83,02%), lack of nutrition I (8,50%), lack of nutrition II (0,94%) and lack of nutrition (0,94%). Based on the gender, body mass index of male students were (3,57%), normal (86,90%), lack of nutrition I (9,57%), none of them in the category of lack of nutrition II dan III. While body mass index female students were fat (18,18%), normal (68,17%), lack of nutrition I (4,55%), lack of nutrition II (4,55%), and lack of nutrition III (4,55%). Abstract

Several things of the success indicators for the learning process of physical education areknowledge and deep understanding from the physical education teacher on characteristicsof the student’s growth and development. The physical education teacher’s understandingon those matters will contribute to the effectivity on choosing and determining activities tothe students. It also has more benefits in choosing and determining appropriate methodand strategy of learning. Several characteristics of growth and development that physicaleducation teachers should be aware are physical growth and development aspects, motorskill development, social-personality development, cognitive, emotion and moral.Keywords: characteristics of growth and development, physical education learning.
