Abstract

Utilization of waste of agricultural and plantation industry as an alternative feed source of fiber had a positive effect in supporting the development of animal husbandry. The objective of this research is to examine degradability of feed materials is seen from the soluble fraction of feed (a), potential degradable fraction of feed (b), the rate of degradation of b fraction (c value) and the degradation theory (DT) using method in sacco. Feeding materials which had been evaluated are peanut leather, coffee leather, oil cake, bagase and elephant grass. Experimental design used in this research is Completely Randomized design with 5 treatments and 3 replications. The results degradability of dry matter, organic matter and NDF showed significant effect (p<0,05) fraction a, b, c value and DT between the feed material. Feed materials of degradability affected by contents of nutrien and quality of fiber components. The waste of agricultural and plantation industry have degradability which lower than elephant grass.Key words: degradability, dry matter, organic matter, NDF, industrial waste.ABSTRAK Pemanfaatan limbah industri pertanian dan perkebunan sebagai pakan alternatif sumber serat memberikan pengaruh positif dalam menunjang perkembangan peternakan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengkaji degradabilitas bahan pakan yang dilihat dari fraksi pakan mudah larut (a), fraksi pakan potensial terdegradasi (b), laju degradasi fraksi b nilai (c) dan degradasi teori (DT) secara in sacco. Bahan pakan yang diujikan yaitu kulit kacang tanah, kulit buah kopi, bungkil sawit, bagase dan rumput gajah. Penelitian dilaksanakan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 5 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Hasil penelitian degradabilitas BK, BO dan NDF menunjukkan pengaruh nyata (p<0,05) pada fraksi a, b, nilai c dan DT antar bahan pakan. Kandungan nutrien dan kualitas komponen serat berpengaruh terhadap degradabilitas. Limbah industri pertanian dan perkebunan mempunyai degradabilitas lebih rendah dari rumput gajah.Kata kunci : Degradabilitas, bahan kering, bahan organik, NDF, limbah industri.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan Salvinia molesta yang difermentasi menggunakan Aspergillus niger dalam ransum terhadap kualitas fisik daging itik melalui indikator Water Holding Capacity (WHC), pH, dan susut masak. Materi yang digunakan adalah 80 ekor itik pengging jantan umur 4 minggu dengan rata-rata bobot awal 734,25±0,52 g. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan (0%, 15% Salvinia molesta non fermentasi (SMNF), 15% Salvinia molesta fermentasi (SMF), 17,5% Salvinia molesta fermentasi (SMF), dan 20% Salvinia molesta fermentasi (SMF)). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Salvinia molesta fermentasi berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) menurunkan nilai pH, dan susut masak daging, tetapi tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap nilai WHC daging, peningkatan level Salvinia molesta fermentasi diikuti dengansemakin meningkatnya konsumsi serat kasar dan penurunan kualitas fisik daging itik. Kata kunci : itik., Salvinia molesta., Aspergillus niger., kualitas fisik daging. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine effect of Salviniamolesta fermented with Aspergillusnigeron the rationof the physical qualitylocal duck meat through indicators Water Holding Capacity (WHC), pH and cooking shrinkage. The material susedare 80 local male ducks of 4 weeks with an average initial weight of 734.25±0.52g. Research using completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments (0%, 15% Salvinia molesta non-fermented (SMNF), 15% Salvinia molesta fermentation (SMF), 17.5% Salvinia molesta fermentation (SMF), and 20% Salvinia molesta fermentation (SMF). Results showed that the use of Salvinia molesta fermentation significantly (P<0.05) lower the pH value, and shrink age cook meat, but not significant (P>0.05) on the value of the WHC duck meat. Increasing levels of Salvinia molesta fermented followed by the increasing consumption of crude fiber and decrease physical quality duck meat. Keywords :itik., Salvinia molesta., Aspergillus niger., kualitas fisik daging.

Abstract

ABSTRAK           Penelitian bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh penambahan papain kasar dalam ransum ayam broiler terhadap laju digesta dan total mikroba yang bermanfaat pada usus ayam broiler. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2013 – Januari2014di kandang Fakultas Peternakan, Universitas Darul Ulum Islamic Centre Sudirman. Papain kasar yang diberikan sebanyak 0 g (T0), 0,25 g/ kg ransum basal (T1), 0,50 g/ kg ransum basal (T2) dan 0,75 g/ kg ransum basal (T3). Parameter yang diamati adalah total mikroba (bakteri dan fungi) danlaju digesta. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa ransum perlakuan berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap total bakteri, total fungi dan laju digesta. Rata-rata total bakteri adalah T0 (1,6 x 107 cfu/g ); T1(3,1 x 107 cfu/g ); T2 (1,7 x 107 cfu/g); T3 (4,0 x 107cfu/g),rata-rata total fungiadalahT0 (8,8 x 104 cfu/g ); T1(6,5 x 103 cfu/g ); T2 (5,7 x 104 cfu/g); T3 (5,2 x 104cfu/g)dan rata-rata laju digesta adalah 175 menit (T0); 131 menit (T1); 216 menit (T2); 252 menit (T3). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambahan papain kasar pada dosis 0,75 g dalam 1 kg ransum mampu memperlambat laju digesta dan meningkatkan total mikroba yang bersifat menguntungkan.Kata Kunci : broiler; mikroba; laju digesta; papain kasar ABSTRACT        The purpose of this research was to knowthe effect of addition of crude papain in the chicken diet on thedigestion rateof broiler and the total number ofintestinal microbes. The study was conducted on December 2013 to January 2014, in the  poultry cage of Faculty of Animal Science, Darul Ulum Islamic Centre Sudirman University. The doses of crude papain were 0 g in 1 kg diet (T0); 0,25 g in 1 kg diet (T1); 0,50 g in 1 kg diet (T2); and 0,75 g in 1 kg diet (T3). The parameters were the total number of microbes (bacteria and fungi) and digestion rate. The experiment was used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 5 replications. Results showed that the treatments diet gave significant effect (P>0,05) to the total number of bacteria and fungi and the digestion rate. The rates of the total number of bacteriawere T0 (1,6 x 107 cfu/g ); T1(3,1 x 107 cfu/g ); T2 (1,7 x 107 cfu/g); T3 (4,0 x 107cfu/g), the rates of the total number of fungi were T0 (8,8 x 104 cfu/g ); T1(6,5 x 103 cfu/g ); T2 (5,7 x 104 cfu/g); T3 (5,2 x 104cfu/g) and the rates of the digestionwere 175 minute (T0); 131 minute (T1); 216 minute (T2); 252 minute (T3). The conclusion was the addition of crude papain in diet level of 0,75 g can increasethe value of the digestion rate and increase the total number of non pathogen microbes.Keywords:broiler; microbes;digestion rate; crude papain

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui penampilan keturunan persilangan resiprokal berupa bobot tetas, pertumbuhan dan mortalitas pada galur ayam Kedu Hitam dan Putih. Materi yang digunakan anak ayam hasil perkawinan Reciprocal Cross dari 6 ekor ayam Kedu jantan, yaitu 3 ekor jenis hitam (HH) dan 3 ekor jenis putih (PP), serta 24 ekor ayam Kedu betina terdiri dari 12 ekor jenis hitam (HH) dan 12 ekor jenis putih (PP). Persilangan resiprokal sebagai perlakuan antara PP dan HH dilakukan dengan rasio perkawinan 1 ekor jantan : 4 ekor betina. Parameter yang diamati meliputi bobot tetas, pertumbuhan, mortalitas selama 6 minggu. T test digunakan untuk analisis data. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bobot tetas ayam Kedu PP x HH sebesar 33,02 g, sedangkan Kedu HH x PP, yaitu 32,35 g. Penampilan bobot badan (g) anak ayam Kedu dalam kelompok kedua jenis kelamin untuk ayam Kedu PP x HH, yaitu minggu ke-0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 dan 6 yaitu, 33,02, 39,16, 63,48, 107,81, 148,69, 227,18 dan 284,77. Ayam Kedu HH x PP, yaitu 32,35, 51,95, 75,69, 126,91, 170,24, 246,29 dan 312,18. Rata-rata angka kematian dari umur 0-6 minggu pada PP x HH 0,3% dan HH x PP 0,1%. Heterosis bobot badan anak ayam Kedu kelompok kedua jenis kelamin adalah minggu ke-0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 dan 6 yaitu, 12,78, 12,25, -14,36, -5,05, -17,24, -17,23, -21,53. Kelompok jenis kelamin betina adalah minggu ke-0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 dan 6 yaitu, 17,47, 11,12, -15,13, -8,14, -17,30, -15,32, -19,46; kelompok jenis kelamin jantan adalah minggu ke-0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 dan 6 yaitu, 11,85, 13,84, -13,29, -3,38, -16,76, -17,56, -21,97. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah tidak ada perbedaan produktivitas pada persilangan resiprokal ayam Kedu. Kata Kunci : persilangan resiprokal; bobot tetas; pertumbuhan; mortalitas; maternal effectABSTRACTThis research was aimed to evaluate the performance of the offspring resulted from reciprocal cross in hatching weight, growth, and mortality in the line of white and black Kedu chicken. The materials used were the chicken of reciprocal cross of 6 male of Kedu chicken ; those were 3 black chicken (HH) and 3 white chicken (PP) and 24 females of Kedu chicken consisting of 12 black (HH) and 12 white chicken (PP). Reciprocal cross as the treatment between PP and HH was conducted with the mating ratio of 1 male : 4 females. The observed parameters were hatching weight, growth, and mortality for 6 weeks. The t-test was used for data analysis to compare the performance between two sexes and between two cross system (HH x PP and PP x HH). The results showed that the average hatching weight of Kedu chicken of PP x HH was 33.02 g and the Kedu chicken of HH x PP was 32.35 g. The performance of Kedu chick in both two groups of sex (g) for PP x HH in the week 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 were 33.02, 39.16, 63.48, 148.69, 227.18, 284.77, respectively. Meanwhile for HH x PP in the week 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 were 32.35, 51.95, 75.69, 126.9, 170.24, 246.29, 312.18, respectively. The average mortality in PP x HH was 0,3% and HH x PP was 0,1%. The heterosis effect of weight in both group of sex in the week 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 were 12.78, 12.25, -14.36, -5.05, -17.24, -17.23, -21.53, respectively. In the female, the heterosis effect were 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 were 17.47, 11.12, -15.13, -8.14, -17.30, -15.32, -19.46, respectively; whereas in the male 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 were 11.85, 13.84, -13.29, -3.38, -16.76, -17.56, -21.97, respectively. In conclution, there was no differences in the productivity of the reciprocal cross of Kedu chicken.Keywords: reciprocal cross; hatching weight; growth; mortality; maternal effect;

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas prefreezing terhadap gerakan individu dan persentase hidup spermatozoa pada sapi Jawa. Materi yang digunakan adalah semen sapi Jawa yang berasal dari 6 kali ejakulasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan empat perlakuan (T0 tidak dilakukan prefreezing; T1 prefreezing 5 menit; T2 prefreezing 9 menit dan T3 prefreezing 13 menit) dengan enam kali ulangan. Parameter yang diamati gerakan individu dan persentase hidup spermatozoa. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukan bahwa efektivitas prefreezing tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap gerakan individu dan persentase hidup spermatozoa sapi Jawa. Disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang nyata pada parameter yang diamati. Disarankan agar dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut pada parameter yang lain, seperti pemeriksaan abnormalitas, evaluasi integritas membran plasma berupa keutuhan membran plasma ataupun keutuhan akrosom.Kata Kunci : sapi Jawa; prefreezing; gerakan individu; persentase hidupABSTRACT The objectives of this study were to determine the prefreezing effectiveness for motility and the percentage of live spermatozoa in cattle Java. The material used was semen of Java cattle originated from 6 times ejaculation. The Complete Randomized Design (CRD) was used with four treatments (T0 : control; T1 : prefreezing time of 5 minutes; T2 : prefreezing time of 9 minutes and T3 : prefreezing time of 13 minutes) and six replications at each treatment. Parameters observed were motility and percentage of live spermatozoa. The results showed that the difference in the length of time of prefreezing did not significant (P> 0.05) on sperm motility and percentage of live cattle Java. It was concluded that there was not significant different on parameters observed. It is recommended that further research should be done on other parameters, such as the semen abnormalities, evaluation of plasma membrane integrity both on plasma membrane and the acrosome integrities.Key words: Java cattle; prefreezing; motility; percentage of sperm live

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian tepung temu kunci (Boesenbergia pandurata ROXB.) sebagai pakan tambahan terhadap laju pakan, kecernaan protein, retensi nitrogen dan pertambahan bobot badan pada ayam broiler.  Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 120 ekor ayam  broiler umur 7 hari.  Penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan dengan taraf pemberian tepung temu kunci (0; 1,2; 1,6; dan 2%).  Data dianalisis ragam dengan probabilitas 5% dan dilanjutkan dengan ujiwilayah ganda Duncan untuk mengetahui perbedaan antar perlakuan.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian tepung temu kunci tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap laju pakan, kecernaan protein dan pertambahan bobot badan, tetapi berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap retensi nitrogen.  Kesimpulan penelitian adalah pemberian tepung temu kunci pada level 2% menurunkan nilai retensi nitrogen, tetapi parameter lain (laju pakan, kecernaan protein dan pertambahan bobot badan) menunjukkan nilai yang sama.Kata Kunci: temu kunci: laju pakan; retensi nitrogen; ayam broiler ABSTRACTThis study aimed to determine the effect of dietary inclusion of finggerroot (Boesenbergia pandurata ROXB.) powder on rate of passage, protein digestibility, nitrogen retention and body weight gain in broiler chickens.  A total of 120 birds of 7 days old broiker chicken were used as experimental animal. The experimental design used in this study was completely randomized design with 5 treatments and 4 replications (6 birds each).  Dietary inclusion levels of finggeroot namely, 0, 1.2, 1.6, and 2 % were the treatment applied in the present study.  Data were stastically analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) at 5 % probability, and it was continued to Duncan test if treatment indicated significant efect.  The results showed that feding of finggerroot had no significant effect ( P > 0.05 ) on the rate of passage, protein digestibility and body weight gain, but significant ( P < 0.05 ) on nitrogen retention.  The conclusion of this study is that the inclusion of finggerroot powder at the level of 2 % decrease nitrogen retention, but the other parameters (rate of passage, protein digestibility, nitrogen retention and body weight gain) are the same.Keywords : finggerroot; passage rate; nitrogen retention; broiler chicken

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of the forage pintoi peanut (Arachispintoi) at various cutting length and liquid organic fertilizer (POC) is different. Thematerial used is Arachis pintoi plant, Liquid Organic Fertilizer and granules(Herbafarm). The instrument used was 5 kg capacity scales, analytical scaleselectrical capacity of 1 kg with 0.01 g accuracy, pumpkin destruction, burette, beakerglass, porcelain bowls, H2SO4, N Hexan, NaOH, MB + MR indicator, filter paper,shovel, hoes, buckets, ruler / tape measure, stationery, tape, scissors, cutter, paperlabels, plastic bag, oven, furnace and eksikator. The trials were prepared using acompletely randomized design patterned Factorial 2 x 4 with 3 replications, with thefirst factor of the length of cuttings and the second dose of liquid organic fertilizer(POC) is different. The cutting length consists of 2 segments (S1) and 3 segments(S2), while the dose of liquid fertilizer composed of 0 ml / l (P1), 5 ml / l (P2)(dosage recommendations), 10 ml / l (P3) and 15 ml / l (P4). The data obtained wereanalyzed range, when significant followed by Duncan multiple test areas (5%) todetermine differences between treatments. The results of the analysis showed that thetreatment of long-range cuttings and different doses of POC, and the interactions theyprovide no significant effect (P> 0.05) on levels of protein and fiber content of roughforage. The length of cuttings significant influence (P <0.05) the production of CrudeProtein. Production of crude protein peak obtained at treatment S2 (324,59 g) andfollowed by S1 (244,56 g).Key word: Arachis pintoi, cutting length, POC, crude protein and crude fiber

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh sari jeruk nipis terhadap laju digesta dan kecernaan serat kasar dalam ransum itik Magelang dengan level berbeda. Materi yang digunakan adalah 100 ekor itik Magelang umur 5 minggu dengan bobot badan rata-rata 460 ± 4,51 g. Bahan pakan penyusun ransum yang digunakan terdiri dari jagung, dedak halus, nasi aking, tepung ikan, bungkil kedelai dan mineral mix. Ransum penelitian disusun dengan kandungan protein 18,25 % dan energi metabolis 2902 kkal/kg. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap dengan 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan dan setiap unit percobaan terdiri 5 ekor itik. Perlakuan penelitian : T0 (ransum tanpa penambahan sari jeruk nipis), T1 (ransum + 1,5 ml sari jeruk nipis), T2 (ransum + 3 ml sari jeruk nipis) dan T3 (ransum + 4,5 ml sari jeruk nipis). Parameter yang diukur adalah konsumsi ransum, pertambahan bobot badan harian, laju digesta dan kecernaan serat kasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ransum dengan penambahan sari jeruk nipis berpengaruh nyata (signifikan) terhadap laju digesta (p<0,05), namun tidak berpengaruh nyata (non signifikan) terhadap konsumsi ransum, kecernaan serat kasar dan pertambahan bobot badan harian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambahan sari jeruk nipis sampai 4,5 ml/ekor/hari tidak meningkatkan konsumsi ransum, kecernaan serat kasar dan pertambahan bobot badan harian itik Magelang, namun penambahan sari jeruk nipis 3 ml/ekor/hari dapat memperlambat laju digesta.Kata kunci: Itik Magelang; jeruk nipis; laju digesta; kecernaan serat kasarABSTRACT Research’s purpose to finds out the lime juice’s effect to the digest rate and crude fiber digestibility on Magelang duck ration. There were used 100 Magelang ducks of 5 weeks age with average body weight 460 ± 4,51 g. Formula of the feeds used corn, rice bran, dried rice, fish meal, soybean meal and mineral mix. Diet research was compositioned with crude protein 18,25% and metabolizable energy 2902 kkal/kg. The research designed were used completely randomized design with four treatment and five replications. Research treatment : T0 (ration without the addition of lime), T1 (ration + 1.5 ml of lime), T2 (ration + 3 ml of lime) and T3 (4.5 ml + ration of lime). The parameters of the research were consumption, daily body weight gain, rate of digesta and crude fiber digestibility. The results showed the addition of lime juice treatments significant to digest rate (p<0,05) but no significant effect to diet consumption, digestibility of crude fiber and daily body weight gain. Based on this research the conclusion of the results is the additive of lime juice to 4,5 ml/head/day did not increase the consumption of diet, the crude fiber digestibility and daily body weight gain of Magelang duck, but the additive of lime juice 3 ml/head/day able to decreased the rate of digesta.Keyword: Magelang duck; lime juice; digest rate; crude fiber digestibility

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh interaksi pemberian ransum berbeda level protein dan asam asetat pada ayam broiler. Materi yang digunakan untuk penelitian adalah ayam broiler sebanyak 180 ekor, asam asetat serta ransum terbuat dari bekatul, jagung kuning, tepung ikan, bungkil kedelai,poultry meat mealdan premiks. Peralatan yang digunakan meliputi kandang, loyang, plastik, tempat pakan dan tempat minum, timbangan, ember, gelas ukur, sapu, semprotan serta sekam. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan pemeliharaan ayam broiler mulai umur 1 hari sampai 21 hari. Pengambilan data kecernaan dilakukan pada umur 22, 23 dan 24 hari. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial 2x3 dengan3 ulangan. Faktor pertama yaitulevel protein kasar ransum sebesar 21%(T1) dan 20%(T2).  Faktor kedua adalah level asam asetat sebesar 0% (V0), 0,75% (V1) dan 1,5% (V2). Data hasil penelitian diolah secara statistik dengan analisis ragam. Apabila terdapat perbedaan dilanjutkan dengan uji wilayah ganda Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada interaksi yang nyata (P>0,05) antara penggunaan level protein kasar ransum dan asam asetat terhadap kecernaan protein kasar dan retensi nitrogen pada ayam broiler. Pemberian level protein dan asam asetat yang berbeda dalam ransum ayam broiler memperoleh hasil yang sama terhadap konsumsi ransum, kecernaan protein dan retensi N atau nitrogen pada ayam broiler.Kata kunci : broiler, asam, kecernaan, retensi. ABSTRACTThis research was aimed to find interaction effect of using different level protein of crude diet and acetic acid on broiler. Matters were used 180 broiler chicken, acetic acid and crude diet (rice brand, yellow corn, fish meal, soybean meal, poultry meat meal and premix).Equipments wereused including cage, brass, plastic, buckets, brooms, spray and chaff. The method of this study was done by raising broiler according with the treatment started from 8 to 21 days old. This research used completely randomized factorial design with 2 x 3 treatment with each three replication. First factor was level crude protein 21% (T1) and 20% (T2). Second factor was level acetic acids 0% (V0), 0,75% (V1) and 1,5% (V2). Research used variance analysis. The research showed there was no significant interaction (P>0,05) between using diet with different level of crude protein and acetic acid to crude fiber digestibility and nitrogen retention on broiler.Key word : broiler, acid, digestibility,retention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas complete feed dengan penamb ahan bioaktivator terutama kecernaan bahan pakan. Materi dalam penelitian adalah complete feed. Penelitian dilakukan dalam 2 tahap yaitu tahap persiapan dan tahap analisis KcBK dan KcBO secara in vitro. Rancangan penelitian yang di gunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 5 perlakuan (T0, T1, T2, T3 T4) dan 4 ulangan. Hasil analisis ragam menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan penambahan bioaktivator mikroorganisme campuran pada complete feed berpengaruh terhadap KcBK dan KcBO secara in vitro. Rata-rata KcBK pada perlakuan T0, T1, T2, T3 dan T4 berturut-turut adalah 51,47; 51,92; 53,93; 48,11 dan 48,13%. Rata-rata KcBO 50,27; 49,51; 51,83; 44,53 dan 47,41%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penambahan bioaktivator mikrobia campuran dengan persentase cairan rumen sapi yang lebih banyak pada complete feed memberikan nilai KcBK dan KcBO yang lebih tinggi.Kata kunci : Bioaktivator, Complete Feed, Rumput gajahABSTRACT This study aims to improve the quality of complete feed mainly digestibility of feed ingredients. The material in this study is complete feed. The study was conducted in two stages, the preparatory phase and the analysis phase in vitro Dry Matter and Organic Matter Digestibility. The research design used was completely randomized design with 5 treatments and 4 replications. The results of the analysis showed that the treatment of a variety of microorganisms bioactivator addition to the complete feed mixture affect Digestibility Dry Matter and Organic Matter in vitro. Average Digestibility Dry Matters in treatment T0, T1, T2, T3 and T4, respectively, 51.47; 51.92; 53.93; 48.11 and 48.13%. Average Digestibility Organic Matter 50.27; 49.51; 51.83; 44.53 and 47.41%. The conclusion of this study is the addition of microbial bioactivator mixed with cow rumen fluid percentage more in the complete feed providing value Digestibility Dry Matter and Organic Matter higher.Keywords: bioactivator, Complete Feed,Napier grass
